This research aims to examine the problems, First see whether the implementation of non-litigation adjudication decisions on public information disputes in Central Java Province has been implemented.Second,what are the obstacles and efforts made in fulfilling the right to information in order to achieve the mandate of the 1945 Constitution Article 28F. This research is empirical legal research with a qualitative approach. Types and sources of data include primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique used was interviews with the Commissioner of the Central Information Commission and the Assistant Commissioner of the Central Java Province Information Commission, then the data analysis technique used was qualitative. The research results show thatFirst,non-litigation adjudication decisions have not been implemented due to several factors, namely the weakness of the trial procedural law regulated in the Information Commission Regulation (PERKI), the absence of authority given to the Information Commission in overseeing decisions, and the independence of the Information Commission which is still very dependent on each commissioner. The obstacles that exist at the Central Java KIP in implementing non-litigation adjudication decisions, namely the legal substance related to the weakness of the PERKI as well as the urgency of revising the KIP Law in safeguarding community dynamism, the legal structure related to the limited budget owned by the Central Java KIP and the limited number of Information Commission employees who do not followed by an increase in quality, as well as community culture regarding the number of applicants who are not serious.

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of work environment and work discipline on employee performance at the tasikmalaya pratama tax service office. The research method used is quantitative method with a survey approach. The sampling technique used a saturated sample with a total sample of 55 people. The data collection technique uses an offline questionnaire. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 25. The results of the study show that work environment and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on work performance. Partially work environment has a significant effect on work performance. Partially, the work discipline has a significant effect on work performance.

Community Service activities are carried out in Mojowatesrejo Village, Kemlagi District, Mojokerto Regency with the target of understanding about Harmonization of Industrial Relations to the Development of Industrial Technology. The main purpose of this activity is to increase insight and knowledge about the harmonization of industrial relations to the development of industrial technology in Mojowatesrejo Village. In order to obtain and support a conducive working atmosphere working together to build productive partnerships. Therefore, socialization carried out in Mojowatesrejo Village, Kemlagi District, Mojokerto Regency is very important to do. The other objectives include to provide understanding to be able to build a good and appropriate communication with the Industrial Revolution 4.0. Provide an understanding of the importance of improving morale and discipline for employees because of digitalization and its impact on employment. Provide understanding to avoid all forms of industrial conflict to ensure industrial peace by providing a better standard of living and working for workers, namely legal intelligence in responding to the industrial revolution 4.0.

Community health centers (Puskesmas) play a strategic role as primary health care facilities in improving public health status. However, Puskesmas Bumi Ayu still faces several challenges, including limited human resources, inadequate facilities, and suboptimal community participation in supporting health services. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance the quality of community health services through a community organizing approach that actively involves health workers and service users. The methods employed include health education, interactive discussions, and participatory monitoring and evaluation conducted at Puskesmas Bumi Ayu, Dumai Selatan District. The results indicate an improvement in the understanding of health workers and the community regarding patient-oriented service quality, optimization of available resources, and strengthened collaboration among the health center, local government, and the community. Furthermore, the program fostered collective awareness, positive behavioral changes, and the emergence of local change agents supporting community-based health services. Overall, this PKM contributes to the development of more responsive, inclusive, and sustainable primary health care services in the working area of Puskesmas Bumi Ayu

Family plays a strategic role as a source of aspiration for its members in shaping human resource quality and sustainable social development. However, various challenges remain, including limited understanding of the importance of emotional support, harmonious communication, and educational roles within the family. This community service activity aims to enhance public awareness and understanding of the family’s role as a source of aspiration for family members in Rimba Sekampung Village, Dumai City. A participatory approach was employed through socialization activities, interactive presentations, group discussions, and the development of informational media. The results indicate an improvement in community awareness and understanding of the importance of harmonious families, reflected in initial changes in attitudes and behaviors, increased support for family members’ education, and the emergence of community leaders and youth as local change agents. This activity also fostered collective awareness of the family’s role in human resource development, contributing to the potential for sustainable social transformation.

This community service activity aims to evaluate the implementation of teacher professional development policies in the digital era from a public administration perspective. The activity was conducted through socialization and mentoring sessions for teachers at SDN 2 Bukit Batu on March 7, 2024. A descriptive and participatory approach was employed, using interactive presentations, case studies, and the distribution of informational materials. The results indicate that some teachers still experience difficulties in understanding teacher professional development policies, particularly in relation to the use of digital technology in administration and learning processes. However, the socialization activities improved teachers' understanding of policy objectives, professional development strategies, and the importance of digital adaptation in supporting professional performance. The activity also fostered educational collaboration and generated innovative ideas for improving administration. Overall, this community service program contributes to strengthening human resource capacity at the school level and supports the effective implementation of public policies in the education sector.

Tourism refers to a series of travel activities undertaken by individuals or groups from their place of residence to various destinations solely for leisure purposes, excluding work-related or income-generating motives. The tourism industry holds significant importance as it contributes to foreign exchange earnings, facilitates transactions amounting to trillions of rupiah, generates employment opportunities, and fosters product development. This study adopts a quantitative approach, employing a questionnaire administered through Google Forms for data collection. Data analysis is conducted using SPSS version 25. The population size is undetermined, with non-probability sampling employed as the sampling technique. The sample comprises 96 individuals who exhibit an interest in or intend to visit Keranggan ecotourism village, having accessed information about it via social media. The research findings reveal an R-Square value of 0.708, indicating that 70.8% of the variance in visiting interest can be explained by destination image and electronic word of mouth variables. This article delves into the power competition between Saudi Arabia (Sunni) and Iran (Contemporary Shia) by examining their involvement in shaping Middle Eastern influence expansion through fundamentally different ideological approaches, namely Sunni and Shia. The author takes the cases of Syria and Yemen as focal points to narrow down the scope and gauge the efforts of both countries as balancing forces in the Middle East region. The paper adopts an ideological approach to identify conflict patterns and strategies employed by both nations. The objective of this paper is to explore the background of the conflict between these two countries, utilizing ideological approaches to achieve their political goals. Employing a descriptive-analytical approach, this article aims to address the research issues at hand. It reveals that Saudi Arabia and Iran play significant roles in Middle Eastern conflicts, particularly in Syria and Yemen, through various means such as funding and providing military logistical support. The ideological approach is inseparable from the missions carried out by both nations. Iran has succeeded in building alliances with local governments, thus securing victories in Yemen. However, Saudi Arabia, despite employing various alliance-building strategies, has yet to achieve success.

This research aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of Work Discipline and Work Environment on the Performance of Employees of the Ciamis Tahu Bulat Jempol Home Industry Company. The data collection technique uses an offline questionnaire. The data used is primary blood. The analytical tool used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS 25. The research results show that simultaneously Work Discipline and Work Environment have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Partially, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance.

This article conducts a normative analysis of the Constitutional Court's Decision No. 85/PUU-XX/2022 concerning the establishment of a special electoral court within the framework of legal sovereignty theory. The objective is to scrutinize the decision's compatibility with the principles of legal sovereignty, emphasizing the universal application of law. The normative method is employed, focusing on legal documents, statutes, and constitutional provisions. The study reveals that the decision's implications raise concerns regarding the universal enforcement of law in addressing complex electoral disputes. The absence of a special electoral court challenges the effective resolution of election-related issues. This analysis contributes to the ongoing discourse on the role of legal sovereignty in shaping the electoral dispute resolution system

The purpose of this research is to determine the description of profit sharing in sharia accounting to achieve the principles of justice. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a post-positivist paradigm. The informants in this research used data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Research shows that the profits generated by companies are not just the result of the work of a group of people. However, many stakeholders are involved, including fund owners, employees and the environment. With an impartial perspective, profits can benefit all parties involved, not just a handful of executives.

The purpose of this study is to analyze Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employee performance. The sample in this study was employees which amounted to 65 employees with a total sampling technique. The analysis technique uses data Validity Test, Data Reability Test, Normality Classical Assumption Test, Simple Linear Regression Test, Partial T Test, Determination Test. The results showed that Organization Citizenship Behaviour on employee performance can be concluded that Organizatiion Citizenship Behaviour on employee performance has an influence based on the results of the calculation test of 4.942 > 1.998 with a significant value of OCB (x) on employee performance (y) is 0.00 < 0.05. Thus, drawing the conclusion H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. The solution to the research barriers is carried out by collecting samples by collecting physical or paper media, distributing questionnaires at rest periods and using supporting devices for data processing.

Human Resources is able to produce quality performance in a firm. To generate a high quality HR performance demands effective skill management, the variables that might affect the quality of HR performance are communication and work discipline that run simultaneously. The goal of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of communication and work discipline on employee performance, as well as to determine and analyze which of the two variables is the most dominating on the performance of Elisa Malang inpatient clinic staff. This topic has 47 respondents, employing sample collection technique is saturated sample research. Data collecting approaches using a questionnaire and Interviews. Data analysis with IBM SPSS Statistics. The results of this study can be stated that the factors of communication and work discipline have a simultaneous effect on the performance variable. The two communication factors have a significant but not significant effect on performance, while the work discipline variable has a significant effect. performance. And the results of the study also suggest that one of the variables has a more significant influence, namely the work discipline variable

The results of hypothesis testing indicate a significant influence of the learning method on the understanding of chemical concepts among high school students in South Jakarta.

The duties and functions of a lecturer are to implement the Tri Darma of Higher Education which consists of teaching and education, research and community service. Community service is intended to participate in advancing community welfare and making the nation's life smarter. For this purpose, community empowerment is carried out through training in basic welding techniques to provide skills for people who have dropped out of school and employees who have been laid off by the Company due to being hit by the economic crisis as a consequence of the spread of Covid-19 globally and having a broad impact on various aspects of human life. The basic welding techniques training activity began with a socialization and discussion session together with educational and community leaders in Patekke Village, South Makale District. The results of the discussion are part of an analysis of situations and phenomena in society in general and for former of PT Malea Energy workers in particular. This training activity aims to provide training participants with skills and competencies so that they can work independently to activate and run the economic activities again. Training materials related to Occupational Safety and Health (K3), Industrial Materials, work facilities and equipment, and working drawings. The benefit of training is increasing HR capacity to increase productivity which is expected to improve the family's economic performance.

In the current global era, character building is needed in all fields, especially in companies that want their human resources to be better at work. "The Flash" New Character Building is a form of training for PT Swabina Gatra in creating employees who are competent and have active, flexible, intelligent and humble personalities. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, by interviewing trainees and training participants directly and making observations during the activity. The new findings that occurred when this training was carried out were changes in the participants' mentality to become more agile and adaptive to the surrounding environment, the presence of stimulus and The response from the trainer makes the participants have higher motivation and enthusiasm. Regular training programs are carried out with the aim of being a refreshing activity for employees. The implications of The Flash New Character Building training have positive implications in improving personal quality, performance and interpersonal relationships of individuals, as well as forming a good organizational culture

The marketing process in Islamic economics must be implemented correctly, and in accordance with sharia principles. In distributing products, it must be evenly distributed so that all people can enjoy the product. This research is about e-marketing analysis in increasing sales on shopping applications. The purpose of this research is to find out how marketing strategies increase sales on the Belanjo application. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with primary and secondary data types. The data collection technique in this research uses observation, interview and documentation techniques.The research results show the marketing mix strategy implemented by Belanjo to increase sales, including product availability, price, promotion and place. Cross-sector land registration is land registration with subsidized assistance for low- income people who work in small and medium enterprises, SMEs, agriculture, fishermen, and fish farmers, in this case financing land rights certification services at the land office. That is how the issue is stated. (1) How Kupang City should go about implementing cross-sector land registration. (2) What are the challenges facing Kupang City in adopting cross-sector land registration? (3) How may cross-sector land registration be implemented in Kupang City? Empirical research is the methodology employed, and data is gathered through a literature review and interviewing 20 respondents. The findings of the study demonstrate (1) Kupang City's cross-sector land registration implementation procedure. Cross-sector land registration is implemented sporadically, making it a cross-sectoral process. sector comes before the gathering of legal data. (2) Obstacles to the implementation of cross-sector land registration in Kupang City include many incomplete documents, absences during the socialization of land title certificates, and problems with the applicant's land. (3) The solution to the obstacles to implementing cross-sector land registration is that the land authorities carry out monitoring and evaluation every week From the onset to the conclusion of the cross-sector implementation, and the community participates more in cross- sector implementation activities. This research has led to the following conclusions: (1) cross-sector land registration implementation Planning, negotiation, team building, gathering legal data, certification, and reporting are the phases of implementation that will take place in Kupang City based on the decision made by the head of the Kupang City Land Office. (2) Barriers to the implementation of cross-sector land registration In Kupang City, obstacles occur internally and externally, internal land parties must build relationships with related agencies and externally there are still many incomplete files, lack of community participation and land problems. (3) How to get around roadblocks in the way of Kupang's cross-sector land registration implementation; how to have officers be more proactive in reaching out to pertinent agencies and supplying information about cross-sector land registration.

This research examines the employees of UKM Batik Lasem Sekar Mulyo, Rembang. This research aims to determine the influence of the role of core self-evaluation and empowering leadership on employee creativity through knowledge sharing. The research method in this research is a quantitative research method. The population in this study were all employees with a total of 95 employees who worked at UKM Batik Lasem Sekar Mulyo, Rembang, while the sample in this study was 95 respondents. Determining the sample size used a non-probability sampling technique because the population was relatively small, so the technique taken was saturated sampling (census). Data analysis in this research used the SmartPLS version 3 program. The data analysis technique used was the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation model. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the quality perception variable influences Core Self-Evaluation and influences Employee Creativity, Empowering Leadership influences Employee Creativity, Core Self-Evaluation influences Knowledge Sharing, Empowering Leadership influences Knowledge Sharing, Knowledge sharing influences Employee Creativity, Core Self-Evaluation has an effect on Employee Creativity, partially mediated by Knowledge sharing, and Empowering Leadership has an effect on Employee Creativity in Employees of UKM Batik Lasem Sekar Mulyo, Rembang, which is partially mediated by Knowledge sharing.
