This research aims to examine the influence of organizational climate and emotional intelligence on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable at PT. Indo Bismar Surabaya. The sampling technique used in this study was probability sampling, specifically Simple Random Sampling, with a sample size of 53 employees. Data collection was conducted through interviews and the distribution of questionnaires via Google Forms. The research method was assisted by the Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique using Smart PLS software version 4.0.8.6. The hypothesis testing results indicate the following: There is a non-significant positive influence between organizational climate and employee performance. There is a non-significant positive influence between emotional intelligence and employee performance. There is a significant positive influence between organizational climate and motivation. There is a significant positive influence between emotional intelligence and motivation. There is a significant positive influence between motivation and employee performance. There is a significant positive influence between the organizational climate variable and employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable. There is a significant positive influence between the emotional intelligence variable and employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable.

Motivation is an inner or psychological process that occurs in a person who is strongly influenced by several factors, namely internal factors and external factors. These internal factors are factors that are inherent in every human being such as nature, experience, level of education, desires and hopes for the future. While external factors are the environment / working conditions, leadership and leadership. Robbins and Coulter (2010: 109) state that motivation is a process in which a person's efforts are energized, directed, and sustained towards achieving a goal. One of the intended goals is to achieve high performance, such as the theory put forward by Mangkunegara (2009:67) that motivation is one of the factors that influence performance. The results of research by Rizal et al (2014) found a significant and positive effect of motivation on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of work motivation variables on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Langkisau. to examine the impact of competency variables on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Langkisau. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents using saturated sampling technique, in which all members of the population are sampled, using instrument testing (validity test and reliability test), descriptive analysis, classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) multiple linear regression and t test, with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Langkisau, competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Langkisau. Which means the first hypothesis is accepted and the second hypothesis is accepted.

Employee performance in a company that is not well managed can be one of the obstacles to company activities in achieving its goals. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect partially and simultaneously skills and work culture on employee performance. This type of research uses quantitative research. Source of data in this study using primary data and secondary data. The sample in this research is 40 employees of UD. Indokey uses a saturated sampling technique in which researchers use all UD employees. Indokey is a sample. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t test, F test, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination test (R2) using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study are that partially the skill variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at UD. Indokey, partially the work culture variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at UD. Indokey and simultaneously stated that the variable skills and work culture have a significant effect on the performance of employees at UD. Indokey

This study investigates how different leadership styles, such as transformational and transactional, affect employee motivation and organizational performance within the service sector. Through a survey of service-based organizations, the research highlights the relationship between leadership approach, employee satisfaction, and overall productivity. Findings suggest that transformational leadership significantly enhances motivation and performance, offering a strategic advantage in a competitive market.

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Discipline, Competence and Motivation on Employee Performance in Three District Offices in Maros Regency. The population in this study were employees at three district offices in Maros who were random, where the sample was 51 employees. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression.The results showed that simultaneously all independent variables consisting of discipline, competence, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in three sub-district offices in Pangkep Regency. Partially the independent variables of discipline and motivation have a positive and significant effect, while the independent variable of competence has no positive and significant effect.

Entrepreneurship learning is the process of acquiring knowledge and skills related to entrepreneurship, including the ability to recognise and develop new business opportunities, effectively manage resources, and take calculated risks in order to achieve success in business ventures often associated with intentional entrepreneurship refers to a person's motivation or inclination to launch a new business venture. The focus of this study is on entrepreneurial learning and intention, and it employs a systematic review methodology from 2021 to 2023 scopus database. The focus of research related to entrepreneurship learning and entrepreneurship intention focuses on several things such as experiential learning practice, individual characteristics such as gender, age, proximity to entrepreneurship, academic performance, previous work experience, and propensity for risk and observe the change, innovation, one-day female-focused STEM-based entrepreneurship program, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, young employees’ perception of their current paid jobs, creativity among female learners, cognitive and social conditions, creative self-efficacy, and theory of planned behavior.

The objective of this study is to examine the impact of organizational culture, communication, and job stress on the performance of employees at Yayasan Perguruan Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Medan. We employed a survey methodology by administering a questionnaire to a sample of employees from the foundation, picked at random. The acquired data was examined using regression techniques to ascertain the correlation between the variables under study. The analytical findings suggest that a favorable company culture exerts a substantial impact on employee performance. The values, conventions, and behaviors within a corporate culture have a significant impact on enhancing employee motivation, engagement, and performance. Furthermore, the establishment of efficient communication channels between management and employees is also crucial in enhancing work performance by fostering a clearer comprehension of organizational objectives, job responsibilities, and valuable input. Nevertheless, research has demonstrated that work-related stress has a detrimental impact on the performance of employees. Elevated levels of stress can disrupt employee focus, drive, and psychological well-being, resulting in diminished productivity and job excellence. These findings indicate that Yayasan Perguruan Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Medan's management should strengthen a favorable organizational culture by emphasizing the principles of cooperation, creativity, and employee assistance.

The Importance of Employee Performance in Company Development and the Role of Human Resources in Achieving Goals at the Universitas Muslim Indonesia. Various factors affect employee performance, such as education, training, a conducive work environment, motivation, and appropriate compensation. This article explains how providing appropriate compensation can influence work performance, motivation, and job satisfaction, as well as how an adequate work environment can improve employee performance. In conclusion, this article states that employee performance is a crucial factor in the success of a company, and companies must pay attention to employee needs to achieve organizational goals. The importance of human resources in improving company performance is also highlighted. The key factor in achieving success at the Universitas Muslim Indonesia is through the potential and performance of each employee. Companies can improve employee performance by providing education, training, and appropriate compensation and creating a conducive work environment and motivation. Compensation is part of the reciprocal relationship between the company and human resources. The work environment also plays a vital role in enhancing employee performance. Therefore, the company must provide an adequate work environment, both physically and psychologically, to improve employee performance.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of corporate culture on work motivation and its impact on employee performance. This study uses a conceptual method, the authors get the results that corporate culture and work motivation as dependent variables have a significant influence on employee performance which acts as an independent variable. This is because corporate culture has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, where a stronger corporate culture will provide direction and values for employees in the company to carry out tasks and work, so that employee performance will increase. Corporate culture has a positive relationship with employee performance. With a corporate culture, employee performance will increase. A strong corporate culture can help employee performance and company performance, because it will create something extraordinary in employees.

Employee work behavior in the form of actions or attitudes or assumptions about their own work. Every company should know how the work behavior of its employees. Employee work behavior leads to the achievement of company goals, and will have an impact on company performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the work behavior of employees at the main branch of PT. Bumi Nyiur Swalayan (BNS) Palu. Sources of data in this study come from primary data, through surveys, observations, and interviews. The target of this research which is the research population is all employees of PT. Bumi Nyiur Swalayan (BNS) Palu as many as 69 people. The results of the research show the behavior of employees at PT. Bumi Nyiur Swalayan (BNS) Palu, has motivation, can show work productivity, responsible and work hard.

In an organization or company, human resources cannot be separated from training activities. Training for human resources is a necessity for every organization or institution because almost everyone recognizes that the success of an organization or company is highly dependent on the human resources that manage them. Therefore, training is needed by employees so that they can improve their abilities, knowledge skills, motivation, and behavior. In today's modern era of development, human resource training is very important, because the formal education that employees have undergone is not enough to meet the demands of jobs and positions in organizations and companies. In addition, placing human resources directly at work does not guarantee that they will understand their duties and responsibilities well. New human resources often feel less confident and feel they do not understand their roles and responsibilities in the organization or company where they work. Therefore, new employees should receive training in the form of training that leads to an introduction to corporate culture and values, regulations, and policies, as well as their main tasks, which support the achievement of the vision and mission of the organization or company. Human resources who lack self-confidence are unlikely to carry out their duties and obligations to the fullest, especially in educational institutions. In addition, human resources professionals who have worked in organizations and companies for a long time also need to receive training to improve their skills, insights, and motivation in supporting the achievement of the organization's vision and mission.

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation, and competence on employee performance at the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) of Banjar City General Hospital. The problems raised include four main things: (1) the influence of leadership style on employee performance, (2) the influence of motivation on employee performance, (3) the influence of competence on employee performance, and (4) the influence of the combination of leadership style, motivation, and competence on employee performance. The method used is descriptive with data analysis through validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive statistics, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that (1) leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance, (2) work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, (3) competence has a positive effect on employee performance, and (4) increasing leadership style, motivation, and competence together can improve employee performance at BLUD RSU Banjar City.

Employees of the Cilacap Tengah District Office, Cilacap Regency often receive criticism from the public. The District itself certainly considers the criticism to be an encouragement and motivation to make the institution's performance even better. This performance improvement can be done through job analysis and career development of each member of the Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees. This study aims to determine 1). Analysis of the influence of positions on the performance of Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees, 2). The influence of career development on the performance of Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees, and 3). Analysis of the influence of positions and career development on the performance of Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees. Therefore, this study uses quantitative research which then interprets the data to produce descriptive data. While the data collection technique uses a questionnaire, and data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that job analysis and career development have a positive effect on the performance of Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees. If job analysis and career development are better, then the performance of the members will also be better, and vice versa if job analysis and career development are worse, then the performance of the Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees will also decrease.

The research as aims to determine the work motivation of employees of the Arborbiz Makassar Hotel.The type of reseach used is descriptive qualitative, that is, the author describes the results of direct observtions and interviews with employees of the Arborbiz Makassar Hotel. The writing of this final draft is the results of research conducted from June to July 2022. The results showed that the work motivation of employees of the Arborbiz Makassar Hotel was perceived from several factors that influenced work motivation of employees, such as promotions, job performance, the job itself, rewards, responsibilities and recognition from superiors. These things have an increasing impact on work motivation for employees who work at the Hotel Arborbiz Makassar, thereby encouraging employees to work better and more effectively.

This research was conducted on employees of PT Giga Nusantara. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, compensation, and commitment to employee performance. In this study the data was collect with a tool in the form of observation, interviews and questionnaires to 110 respondenst with purposive sampling technique, which aims to determine respondents perceptions of each variable. The analysis used includes data instrument test (validity test, reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), and hypothesis testing (F test, t test, coefficient of determination). From the result of the analysis using regression can be seen that the variable of motivation, compensation, and commitment, all have a positive effect on employee performance. From the t test, the result of motivation, compensation, and commitment are obtained, which have a significant partial effect on employee performance.

In terms of improving human resources in the company, it is necessary to evaluate employee performance. By evaluating employee performance, companies have supporting data and information to evaluate human resources to make them even better. Employee performance is important in a company because it will affect the achievement desired by the company. The purpose of this study was to analyze the significant influence of work motivation, work discipline, and work environment simultaneously on the performance of employees in family companies in Surabaya. This study used a quantitative approach using multiple regression analysis because the sample used was a questionnaire with a total of 73 respondents. The results showed that some work motivation, work discipline, and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, work motivation, work discipline, and work environment have a significant effect on the performance of employees in family companies in Surabaya.

Motivation in a company is very important to be able to move all the power and limits of human capabilities and other facilities. The right motivation will be able to advance and develop the company. The problem of motivation in a company is the responsibility of management to create, organize and implement it, so management must be able to create motivation that is able to foster people's motives so that they want to act according to the company's wishes. The objectives of this study are: 1). Knowing the work motivation of employees of the marketing division at PT. BPRS Fajar Sejahtera Bali. 2) Knowing the performance of the employees of the marketing division at PT. BPRS Fajar Sejahtera Bali. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this study were the Head of Marketing Division and eight marketing staff at PT. BPRS Fajar Sejahtera Bali, the procedure for determining informants by means of purposive sampling. Marketing division at PT. BPRS Fajar Sejahtera Bali has the following motivations: There is a work environment that has a positive influence on employees, there is protection and security provided by the company in the form of BPJS Health and Employment, and the company provides a form of recognition or respect for employees who excel and have company leaders who are competent in their fields, 2) Marketing division at PT. BPRS Fajar Sejahtera Bali has the following motivations: There is a work environment that has a positive influence on employees, there is protection and security provided by the company in the form of BPJS Health and Employment, and the company provides a form of recognition or respect for employees who excel and have company leaders who are competent in their fields, 2) Employee performance of the marketing division of PT. The problems faced in this study include (1) How does motivation affect employee performance in Dahlia Furniture, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency? (2) How does compensation affect employee performance in Dahlia Furniture, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency? (3) How does motivation and compensation affect employee performance in Dahlia Furniture, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency? This study aims to study, know, and analyze (1) The influence of motivation on employee performance in Dahlia Furniture, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency. (2) The effect of compensation on employee performance in Dahlia Furniture, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency. (3) The effect of motivation and compensation on employee performance in Dahlia Furniture, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency. The method used in this study is explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis is validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis (Inferential) with Multiple Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) Motivation has a positive effect on employee performance in Dahlia Furniture, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency. This means that if motivation is increased, the performance of employees in Kawali District, Ciamis Regency will also increase. (2) Compensation has a positive effect on employee performance at Dahlia Furniture, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency. This means that if the compensation is increased, the performance of employees at Mebel Dahlia, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency will also increase. (3) Motivation and compensation have a positive effect on employee performance at Dahlia Furniture, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency. This means that if motivation and compensation are increased, then employee performance at Mebel Dahlia Kawali District, Ciamis Regency will also increase.
