This study aims to analyze the strategies of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in strengthening religious moderation among the community and to comprehensively identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. Religious moderation is a strategic issue in maintaining harmony, tolerance, and social integrity amid the increasing complexity of religious and cultural diversity in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection techniques to obtain in-depth and relevant information. The findings indicate that the strategies implemented include strengthening religious literacy through outreach and guidance activities, cross-sector collaboration with religious leaders and local governments, optimizing the role of religious instructors, and utilizing social media as an effective means of public education. In addition, fostering the younger generation through interfaith dialogue programs and inclusive religious activities serves as a preventive measure to counter radicalism and intolerance. The challenges faced include limited human resources and resistance from certain community groups toward religious moderation programs. Overall, the strategies implemented are considered fairly effective in fostering tolerant, inclusive, and harmonious attitudes within society.

The relationship between religious moderation and the first precept of Pancasila is that every religious person believes that the God they worship is One or one, but the general public of Indonesia does not know very well the religion other than the one he adheres to. The problems that arise due to the ignorance of the community make the author interested and motivated to provide an understanding of this through this article. The method used in the study is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Each religion has its own meaning regarding the One Godhead, every religion in Indonesia has similarities regarding the meaning of God Almighty. This concept of divinity is relevant to the First Precept of Pancasila. The socialization program "Stop Bullying: Stop the Hate and Let's Spread the Love" is part of the Real Work Lecture (KKN) activities carried out at SMP Negeri 1 Wonotunggal, Wonotunggal Village, Wonotunggal District, Batang Regency. This program aims to increase students' awareness of the dangers of bullying and promote a harmonious friendship environment without violence. Through lecture methods, discussions and interactive activities such as positive affirmation and express yourself sessions, students are encouraged to understand the impact of bullying and how to prevent it. The implementation of the values of religious moderation in this program emphasizes the importance of respecting differences, rejecting violence, and building solidarity among students. The results of this program show active participation from students and support from the school in efforts to prevent bullying, with the hope of creating a safe and comfortable school environment for all students.

This study discusses the application of religious moderation in an effort to build a peaceful and tolerant community in Tewang Kadamba Village, Central Kalimantan. This village is known for its cultural and religious diversity, where the Dayak Kaharingan tribe is the majority of the population while Hinduism, Islam, and Christianity live side by side harmoniously. However, there are challenges related to the lack of motivation in worship activities and the shortage of Islamic religious teachers in the village. This is a serious concern because it can affect the social and religious life of the community. The Tewang Kadamba Village KKN Team took the initiative to empower the community through strengthening religious values ​​by involving the younger generation and cadres in the religious teaching program. This program is expected to encourage positive changes in religious life and social life in the village. This study uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method and literature study, with the aim of evaluating the effectiveness of the religious teaching program in improving the understanding and practice of religious moderation values ​​among the Tewang Kadamba Village community. It is hoped that the results of the study can provide useful suggestions for the development of religious teaching programs in Tewang Kadamba Village, so that they can support the formation of a religious, tolerant, and peaceful society

The proposed recommendations include expanding proven-effective religious moderation programs and allocating adequate resources to support the practical implementation of Pancasila values in everyday community life. This research aims to provide guidance for policymakers, academics, and practitioners to strengthen the foundation of interreligious harmony and advance Pancasila values as the moral and ethical cornerstone of the Indonesian nation.

Pancasila is a legacy of our ancestors and has very noble values. Nobility is contained in the five principles of Pancasila as a noble "legacy", especially for building religious moderation in Indonesia. The researchers are interested in exploring the values contained in Pancasila in order to maintain the mandate of the founders of the Indonesian nation. Indonesian people should be proud to have Pancasila as a democratic state philosophy. The Pancasila philosophy needs to be lived in a spirit of honesty, justice, solidarity and openness. This guarantees the realization of a peaceful and prosperous life. Thus, Pancasila is the spirit of unity in building religious moderation in Indonesia. This will guarantee protection for every citizen in all aspects of life, especially religious freedom.

This study aims to develop an Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum that incorporates multicultural values to foster religious moderation among students. The proposed curriculum integrates principles of cultural diversity and tolerance into PAI learning materials, allowing students to comprehend Islamic teachings while also appreciating and interacting harmoniously with adherents of other religions. Utilizing a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach, this study addresses multicultural education as a relatively new phenomenon in PAI courses, emphasized as an essential competency for both lecturers and students. The phenomenological approach seeks to understand the daily lives and intersubjective experiences of the participants, aiming to reveal the meaning of concepts and phenomena as perceived by individuals. Conducted in a natural setting, this approach permits unrestricted interpretation of the phenomenon, granting researchers the freedom to analyze the data comprehensively. The findings indicate that a multicultural PAI curriculum effectively promotes an understanding of religious moderation among students and heightens awareness of the importance of multicultural perspectives in religion. These results are intended to guide educators and policymakers in creating a more inclusive PAI curriculum, thereby supporting the development of a peaceful and harmonious society.

The enthusiasm to preserve the values of Pancasila becomes the soul and "spirit" that maintains the integrity of the Nation and Indonesia. Indonesia, which has various differences, remains united with the motto "Bhinneka Tunggal Ika". This motto is realized in real action based on an attitude of openness, solidarity and love for the integrity of the Unity State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI). This awareness was born from the belief that the noble values of Pancasila can unite the Republic of Indonesia with all its diversity. The aim of this research is to raise collective awareness of the reality of diversity being a legacy of the ancestors and founders of the Republic of Indonesia that is maintained and developed, not as a vice versa which threat for unity. To explore this theme, the researchers used the library research method. Through the data found, the researchers processes it systematically and critically. The diversity that exists on the archipelago is a "gift" from Allah, the creator of the universe. The plurality of ethnicities, religions, races and groups (SARA) is the uniqueness and beauty of Indonesia compared to other countries. An important implication to be promoted is respect for ethnic, cultural and religious differences as beautiful "flowers" in harmonious living together. In this way, every citizen tries to live up to the values of Pancasila. Pancasila is a modus vivendi that mobilizes groups of citizens to contribute to the construction of a "new home" in this country by uniting the vision, mission and sense of national solidarity.

Islamic religious education has been widely developed at every stage of school, where the aim of this education is to introduce religion as a way of life to teenagers or children at an age before puberty. Islamic religious education also has an impact on strengthening religious moderation. What is meant by religious moderation is an effort to understand the followers of the Islamic religion so that they practice its teachings without being trapped in two extreme poles, namely too loose or too strict. To provide this understanding not only through preaching at religious studies, it can be done in the world of education which has great potential in providing an understanding of the Islamic religion for its adherents. The approach used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach. The tools used to obtain data are observation sheets and interview sheets. Meanwhile, the methods used are observation and interviews. The results of the research show that the Kletek village community has established religious moderation since Islam entered the Keletek area. This research uses a qualitative methodology with field research as the main research design. Observation, interview and documentation methods were used in the data collection approach. Three analytical approaches were applied: data reduction, data visualization, and drawing conclusions. Research findings show that: 1) Students of SD N 2 Kapencar Kertek Wonosobo have sufficient understanding of the importance of religious moderation, this shows that they have understood the indicators one by one, starting from the values ​​of tolerance, non-violence and local values. cultural accommodation, and national values. Because they live in an environment and school that is slightly different from other places, children may appreciate the value of tolerance in everyday life. Apart from being enthusiastic and able to preserve long-standing cultural heritage, students are also open to differences in views and are able to live in harmony and harmony. support each other without discriminating between personal ideologies. 2) Efforts made by the Islamic Religious Education teacher at SD N 2 Kapencar Kertek Wonosobo to instill the value of religious moderation through the implementation of Friday worship, 5S (Smile Greeting and Greeting with Manners), direct teaching in class through debates and lecture formats. Acquire knowledge beyond the boundaries of the classroom. 3) Findings from observations and interviews show a number of contributing factors, ranging from the provision of school facilities to local communities and cultural diversity. Meanwhile, the obstacle is a lack of enthusiasm for learning when studying Islamic Religious Education.

Religious moderation in early childhood is an effort to instill moderate religious values ​​in children from an early age. These values ​​include an attitude of tolerance, being fair, balance and also an attitude of equality. One way to instill the values ​​of religious moderation in young children is through the habituation method. This research aims to find out how the habituation method is implemented in instilling the values ​​of religious moderation in early childhood at Kartika Kindergarten Banda Aceh. What will be discussed in this research is how to implement the habituation method in instilling the values ​​of religious moderation in early childhood at Kartika Kindergarten Banda Aceh. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Data collected through interviews and documentation. The data obtained will be analyzed descriptive qualitatively. The research results showed that the forms of implementation of the habituation method in instilling the values ​​of religious moderation in Kartika Kindergarten Banda Aceh were ablution, prayer practice, repeating and memorizing short surahs and daily prayers, introduction to places of worship from various religions. Apart from that, learning is carried out by instilling values ​​such as honesty, courtesy, mutual help and mutual respect. The steps for implementing the habituation method in instilling the values ​​of religious moderation in children at Kartika Kindergarten Banda Aceh include teachers as models, preparing learning tools, involving parents, holding religious activities.

The aim of this service is to provide an understanding of Religious Moderation, as a cultural strategy for maintaining a peaceful, tolerant Indonesia and respecting religion, Religious moderation as a way of living in harmony, mutual respect, care and tolerance without having to cause conflict because of existing differences. This service was carried out in Sumber Katon village, Seputih Subdistrict, Surabaya, where there are 3 religions adhered to by the community, namely Islam, Catholicism and Hinduism, there are also 6 mosques, 10 surau and 1 Catholic church. The service is carried out using 2 methods, namely by presenting material and discussions held at SDN 1 Sumber Katon and the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, a process where communities try to study problems scientifically in order to guide, improve and evaluate their decisions and actions. This method is used to build community awareness, strengthen community capabilities, and help the community to improve their lives in the Sumber Katon Village Community. The result of this activity is that the participants and the community have an awareness of the importance of moderation and mutual respect for religious communities.

This article examines the Apostle Paul's views on religious moderation, revealed through an analysis of his letters in the New Testament. Paul had main goals, including building unity in diversity, teaching attitudes of love and forgiveness, advancing the principles of faith as a connector, encouraging attitudes of tolerance, and spreading the teachings of Christ inclusively.
