Vocational education is an education that prepares students to enter the workforce, equipping students with specific and applicable skills and knowledge, so they can immediately work in relevant fields. Entrepreneurial skills are one of the skills that can connect theory with industrial practice to create graduates who are innovative, collaborative, and ready to take advantage of existing business opportunities. This Community Service (PKM) activity was carried out at SMK Bina Profesi Pekanbaru with the Theme of Empowering Vocational Competence: Training on Creating Home Products with Economic Value at SMK Bina Profesi Pekanbaru. The purpose of this service is to increase the knowledge and understanding of SMK Bina Profesi Pekanbaru students in the field of product design and packaging so as to increase students' enthusiasm and creative ideas in managing businesses and obtaining additional family income. The service activity methods used are lecture and practice methods. The results of this service activity are expected to increase the creativity and enthusiasm of SMK Bina Profesi Pekanbaru students so that they are able to create products with economic value and have an impact on the family economy.

Entrepreneurship training is an important strategy in the economic empowerment of village communities, especially for the youth of Karang Taruna and PKK members who have a strategic role in local development. In Kaladawa Village, local potentials such as agricultural products, processed food, and handicrafts actually have a fairly high economic value. However, this potential has not been utilized optimally due to low knowledge, skills, and access to information and technology that supports entrepreneurship. Lack of understanding of business planning, digital marketing, and financial management is often the main obstacle that hinders village communities from starting and developing businesses independently. This community service activity aims to increase the capacity and economic independence of the residents of Kaladawa Village through practice-based entrepreneurship training. The training is comprehensively arranged, combining interactive lecture methods, group discussions, case studies, and simple business simulations so that participants are able to understand in theory and practice. The training material includes basic concepts of entrepreneurship, identification and analysis of local potential-based business opportunities, preparation of business plans, digital marketing strategies using social media, and financial management of micro businesses. Not only technical skills, this training also equips participants with soft skills such as business communication skills, teamwork, and creative and innovative thinking. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of the basic principles of entrepreneurship and readiness to start a business independently. The pre-test and post-test evaluations showed a spike in comprehension scores, while the business plan products developed by participants showed creativity and the use of local potential that had not been previously worked on. Some participants have even formed community-based small business groups. This training also succeeded in forming an adaptive and innovative entrepreneurial mindset and building a social network that supports business collaboration.

The low interest and engagement of lower-grade primary school students in literature serve as an important introduction to this study. The aim of this Community Service Program (PKM) was to enhance children’s literary abilities through the use of three innovative media: word cards, short story videos, and descriptive texts. The study employed an experimental method with a pretest–posttest control group design and a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach based on Kemmis & McTaggart (1988), carried out among grades I–III students at SD Katolik Roworeke 2, Ende (approximately 25–30 students per class). Results showed a statistically significant improvement in the experimental group compared to the control group, especially in literary element comprehension and literary appreciation. Word cards enriched vocabulary, story videos increased visual appeal and understanding, while descriptive texts trained literacy and imagination skills. The interactive and contextual learning process proved effective in fostering reading interest, teacher creativity, and students’ literacy enthusiasm. In conclusion, this method is recommended for adoption by Indonesian Language and Literature teachers in lower grades. Developing students' creativity at the elementary school level is an important part of shaping 21st century character and skills. One approach that can be taken is through hand training with cardboard and printed images. This student service activity aims to train the creativity of fourth grade students at SDN 3 Palangka through cardboard weaving training as an innovative learning medium. This activity is motivated by the need for more interesting, active, and enjoyable learning for students. The training is carried out through several stages, namely the compaction of basic weaving techniques, independent practice by students, and evaluation of the work produced. Students are given the freedom to be creative using pieces of used cardboard, with direct guidance from the implementation team and accompanying teachers. The results of the activity show that students are very enthusiastic about participating in this activity. They are able to produce various simple new forms with creative displays that can be used as visual aids in the learning process. In addition to producing work, this activity also forms positive student character such as cooperation, responsibility, perseverance, and courage in displaying work. This activity proves that skills-based training can be a solution to present more lively and meaningful learning. Therefore, this kind of activity is very relevant to be continued and developed as part of a sustainable school program.

This research examines how entrepreneurial mentality and inventiveness affect retired PT Great Giant Foods (GGF) Lampung Tengah workers' entrepreneurial intention. The quantitative study included questionnaires from 120 participants. The assumptions were tested using multiple linear regression with partial testing (t-test). The findings corroborate H1, demonstrating that entrepreneurial attitude positively and significantly affects entrepreneurial ambition. The more entrepreneurial a retiree is, the more likely they are to establish and maintain a firm. Creativity also positively and significantly affects entrepreneurial ambition, supporting H2. Thus, retiree inventiveness boosts entrepreneurial ambition. The lowest average score in the entrepreneurial mentality characteristic, activity planning, requires particular attention. This measure helps retirees arrange their business activities more consistently and systematically. Enhancing creativity and ideation is essential for company innovation. Improvements in these factors should boost retirees' entrepreneurial intent and success.

The video editing training using the CapCut application at SMA Plus Nurul Mubin aimed to enhance students' digital skills in line with the competency demands of today's creative industry era. The training was conducted through hands-on learning, involving direct practice in various video editing techniques, from basic to advanced levels. Evaluation results showed that participants experienced a significant improvement in video editing skills, although several technical obstacles such as device and application limitations were encountered. In general, the training was considered successful in enhancing creativity, technical abilities, and participants' readiness to produce innovative digital content. These findings support previous studies that emphasize the effectiveness of mobile application-based training in improving the competitiveness of the younger generation in the workforce. Through the optimal use of CapCut, participants are expected to be more adaptive to future developments in digital technology.

Indonesia has the advantage of a demographic bonus. Demographic bonus can have a negative impact if not managed properly. One of them is unemployment. Jobs not proportional to the number of workers are the leading cause of unemployment. Entrepreneurship is a solution to increase employment. This study aimed to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and creativity on entrepreneurial intentions, with the moderating variable of self-efficacy. This study uses quantitative methods with a sample of 55 students. The data obtained were tested using multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis. The findings of this study indicate that entrepreneurship education and creativity have a significant influence on entrepreneurial intentions. Then, self-efficacy can moderate the effect of entrepreneurship education and creativity on entrepreneurial intentions.

This study investigates the impact of knowledge management and creativity on employee performance within the creative industry sector in Bandar Lampung. Employing a quantitative methodology, data were gathered through the distribution of structured questionnaires. The research sample comprised 140 employees representing various subsectors of the creative industry, including application development, architecture, interior design, visual communication design, product design, fashion, film, photography, handicrafts, culinary arts, music, publishing, advertising, performing arts, fine arts, television, and radio. To examine the relationships between the independent variables and the dependent variable, multiple linear regression analysis was utilized. The findings indicate that both knowledge management and creativity exert a positive and statistically significant effect on employee performance. This implies that enhanced knowledge management practices and elevated levels of employee creativity contribute to improved work outcomes. Consequently, organizations are encouraged to enhance their knowledge management frameworks and cultivate a creative work environment to boost employee productivity and support the achievement of organizational objectives.

This community service activity aims to improve the creativity and English language skills of students at Plempukan Elementary School, Kembaran, Ambal, Kebumen through Ecoprint tote bag making training. The method used includes three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. In the preparation stage, the team compiled a contextual learning module and prepared natural materials for Ecoprint. The implementation stage began with an introduction to relevant English vocabulary, followed by direct practice in making tote bags with the guidance of a facilitator. Evaluation was carried out through assessment of work results and joint reflection. The results of the activity showed that students were able to master basic Ecoprint techniques, understand and use English vocabulary contextually, and show increased self-confidence and active participation in activities. This activity proves that learning based on creative practice can be an effective medium in improving language competence and art skills in an integrated manner.

. This study was conducted to prove that self-efficacy plays an important role in mediating the influence of micro leadership style on the work creativity of generation Z employees. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with a sample size of 203 respondents from 6 employment sectors in Riau Province. The sample in this study came from the generation Z population born between 1997 and 2012. The variables used in this study were micromanagement leadership style as an independent variable, self-efficacy as a mediating variable and work creativity as a dependent variable. The data collection technique used a questionnaire distributed via google form and then analyzed using Smart-PLS 3. Analysis of the results of the outer model of the study obtained that all indicators and variables used were valid and reliable. In addition, an inner model analysis was carried out, the model used was fit and all hypotheses in the study were accepted. Micromanagement leadership style and self-efficacy have a significant positive effect on work creativity, micromanagement leadership style has a significant positive effect on work creativity and micromanagement leadership style through self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on work creativity. Managerial implications show that generation Z needs leaders who provide clear instructions and feedback in supporting work.

Abstract Based on our research in Beras Basah Village so many housewife is not have a job. So the researchers aim to make flower bouquet entrepreneurship training to increase their income. We use qualitative method, the population is housewife in organitation PKK at Beras Basah village, and the sample of 20 people.This research has a positive impact on their creativity. This can be seen from their enthusiastic attitude in participating in the training. The researcher's recommendation for this activity is to develop it independently and sustainably so that it can grow new UMKM.

This study examines the effective role played by corporate governance in promoting e-marketing strategies, through an applied study conducted on Al-Rasheed Bank - Palestine Street Branch. In light of the rapid developments in the digital field, organizations are increasingly relying on e-marketing tools to improve their performance, making it necessary to apply governance principles to ensure the highest levels of efficiency, transparency, and credibility. The study aims to illustrate how governance can contribute to improving the performance of e-marketing in financial institutions, With a focus on Al-Rasheed Bank as an applied model. The study seeks to achieve several objectives, including analyzing the impact of governance mechanisms on e-marketing strategies, and knowing the extent to which the application of governance is related to achieving institutional goals and improving marketing efficiency. It also aims to study how governance contributes to building a transparent and secure relationship between the organization and its customers, which enhances loyalty and expands the customer base. In addition, the study highlights the challenges that organizations may face in applying governance to e-marketing and proposes solutions to address them. The study showed that there is a strong relationship between corporate governance and e-marketing, as governance helps in defining the goals and vision of the organization, which ensures that e-marketing strategies are compatible with the general directions of the organization. Enhancing transparency and accountability also contributes to building customers' trust in the organization, which increases their positive interaction with its marketing strategies. Moreover, governance helps ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, which enhances the organization's reputation in the market and reduces the legal risks it may face. The study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach to analyze the relationship between governance and e-marketing, with a focus on data related to Al-Rasheed Bank - Palestine Street Branch. A simple random sample of 50 employees from different departments within the bank was selected. Statistical analysis was also used to measure the impact of governance on the efficiency of e-marketing within the organization. The results of the study showed that 84% of employees believe that corporate governance plays a key role in the success of digital marketing campaigns, reflecting a broad awareness of the importance of regulatory frameworks and corporate policies in guiding digital marketing operations. 73% of employees also confirmed that there are clear governance policies within the bank, which enhances confidence in the corporate system. With regard to customer trust, 79% of employees indicated that governance contributes to improving the level of trust in the electronic services provided by the bank, while 73% of them believe that governance positively affects the process of strategic decision-making in e-marketing. Also, 71% of employees reported that there is an effective system to monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns, which helps to evaluate performance and improve strategies based on the results achieved. However, the study noted that there are some challenges facing the implementation of governance in the field of e-marketing. 33% of employees indicated that there is a lack of regular training programs on governance practices, which may negatively affect the effectiveness of their implementation. 38% of respondents also showed weakness in the mechanisms for evaluating the effectiveness of governance in improving e-marketing. In addition, 45% of employees indicated that there are gaps in communication between the governance department and the e-marketing department, which calls for improving channels Communication to ensure the integration of efforts between different departments. Based on these results, the study provided a set of recommendations aimed at improving the application of governance in e-marketing. Among these recommendations is the need to organize training workshops to familiarize employees with governance practices and their importance in improving marketing performance. The study also recommended the use of key performance indicators (KPIs) to conduct periodic evaluations and improve marketing strategies based on the results of these evaluations. In addition, the study stressed the importance of strengthening coordination between governance and e-marketing departments to ensure the integration of efforts and achieve Better results. It also recommended updating governance policies to keep pace with developments in the field of e-marketing, in order to contribute to supporting innovation and creativity in digital marketing strategies. In conclusion, the study confirmed that corporate governance plays a vital role in improving the efficiency of e-marketing, which contributes to enhancing customer confidence, achieving regulatory compliance, and increasing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns in financial institutions, especially in Rasheed Bank. She also stressed the importance of developing periodic training and evaluation strategies to ensure the optimal application of governance principles, in a way that enhances the performance of institutions in the changing digital environment.

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) is a form and concrete action by carrying out community service. One of the community service activities carried out through socialisation activities on digital marketing and training on CV making and job application letters involving the surrounding community, especially the youth of Jogomulyo Village. This activity aims to increase the creativity and motivation of the Jogomulyo Village community through socialisation of youth sensitivity to the world of work. In the era of globalisation, qualified skills are very important to compete. Activities carried out by Tidar University students include socialisation of digital marketing and training in making Curriculum Vitae (CV) and job application letters. The method used was to socialise the Jogomulyo Village community by presenting material and interactive sessions between the speaker and the audience. The target participants were village youth who need to prepare themselves to enter the world of work more professionally and be better prepared to compete in the era of modernisation. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of digital marketing and effective job application document preparation techniques. The evaluation showed the need for further training to improve participants' skills. Thus, this kind of activity can contribute to equipping the community with relevant knowledge and improve their competitiveness in the world of work.

This research discusses the meaning of work and career for Generation Z. The research was conducted using qualitative methods and a phenomenon study approach. The research was conducted in Yogyakarta by involving 5 resource persons with fulfilling criteria, namely Generation Z who are workers and work in the Sleman area, Yogyakarta and are alumni of universities in Yogyakarta. The data analysis method uses Data Triangulation, namely, data reduction, data display and conclusions. Generation Z, known as digital natives, are proficient in using technology, have high creativity, future orientation, and the ability to collaborate. Access to technology allows them to explore a variety of work options that match personal interests and values. The mismatch between work meanings often makes Gen Z less likely to stay in their jobs. The issues addressed in this study are the meaning of work, the meaning of career, and the factors that influence careers for Generation Z. The research findings show that: 1) The meaning of work for Gen Z in the findings, on job orientation, is to earn money to fulfill life needs. In career orientation, it emphasizes the importance of seeking experience, self-development, increasing social status and expanding relationships to prepare for their future careers. While in calling orientation, describing work as a form of worship and giving benefits to others. 2) The meaning of career for gen Z in the findings is a means to achieve professional advancement, apply knowledge, develop skills, and contribute to positive change. 3) Factors that influence careers include internal factors including interests, talents, and knowledge, and external factors including family, friends, social media, work environment, and boyfriend or girlfriend.

This research was designed with the aim of examining in depth the motivation in increasing the teaching creativity of tutors at the ASIEQ Educare tutoring institution. This research used qualitative methods with a descriptive research model by describing objects as they are. The research results show that motivation in increasing the teaching creativity of tutors at the ASIEQ Educare tutoring institution can be said to be good. This can be seen from the system created by the institution so that it can bring out the enthusiasm or intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation that tutors have in teaching so that the tutor's creativity in teaching also increases. Apart from that, the model used by the ASIEQ Educare tutoring institution in motivating its tutors is to use a human resources model which focuses on providing feedback not only obtained through material but also immaterial things and meaningfulness in teaching as well as supporting motivation which can increase the teaching creativity of tutors in ASIEQ Educare tutoring agency. The strategies used by the ASIEQ Educare tutoring institution include; a) get to know all members of the ASIEQ Educare family well, b) assign tutors according to their respective interests and abilities, c) all members of the ASIEQ Educare family are considered work friends, d) activate regular discussions in order to carry out self-development with each other in the learning process.

Philosophy of science has an important role in the preparation of scientific work, especially in management science, by providing a conceptual framework that integrates aspects of ontology, epistemology and axiology. This research discusses the application of the philosophy of science in the entire research process, starting from problem formulation, developing a theoretical framework, to presenting findings.
