The aim of this research is to explore the implementation of the Hajj pilgrimage in the development of an egiliterary attitude which is studied from a sociological perspective. This research uses a qualitative approach with a library study type of research. The data sources used were the Al Qur'an and Hadith, as well as books and journals related to the theme of Hajj and the development of egalitarian attitudes. The results of this research show that several developments were found in the formation of egalitarian attitudes after carrying out the Hajj in society. The Hajj pilgrimage, which is one of the pillars of Islam, brings together Muslims from various social, economic and cultural backgrounds in the Holy Land. The process of carrying out the Hajj which involves certain rituals, such as Tawaf and Sa'i, teaches the values of simplicity and sincerity. All pilgrims, regardless of social status, wear the same ihram clothing, symbolic of the elimination of differences. This encourages individuals to internalize the principles of egalitarianism, eliminate discriminatory traits, and strengthen solidarity.

Islamic insurance is one of the Islamic financial instruments designed to provide financial protection based on sharia principles, such as mutual help (ta'awun) and risk-sharing. As a country with the largest Muslim population in the world, Indonesia has great potential to develop this industry. Over the past five years (2018-2022), the sharia insurance industry in Indonesia has shown consistent growth, reflected in an increase in gross contribution from IDR 12 trillion in 2018 to IDR 16 trillion in 2022. However, the market share of Islamic insurance remains small compared to conventional insurance, with key challenges including limited market scale, lack of product innovation, low public literacy in Islamic finance, and intense competition with conventional products. This article aims to analyze these challenges and formulate development strategies that can be implemented to strengthen the competitiveness of Islamic insurance in the global market. This research uses a qualitative approach based on secondary data analysis obtained from industry reports, scientific journals, and official publications. The results show that the main strategies for development include product innovation oriented to the needs of the global community, digitization of services to improve efficiency and accessibility, public education to increase Islamic financial literacy, strengthening regulations to create a conducive business environment, and strategic collaboration with international financial institutions to expand market networks.

The implementation of Islamic economics in Indonesia's development administration during the digital era presents a significant opportunity to build a system founded on inclusivity, fairness, and sustainability. Digital transformation plays a pivotal role in optimizing sharia-based financial technologies, empowering community economies, and enhancing resource management efficiency. Technologies such as halal e-commerce, blockchain, and sharia-compliant financial applications extend access to financial services in previously underserved remote areas. However, challenges such as low digital literacy levels and insufficient regulatory frameworks remain obstacles. Collaboration among the government, Islamic financial institutions, businesses, and communities is essential to ensure the effective implementation of this system. By combining sharia principles with technological innovations, Islamic economics holds substantial potential to boost Indonesia's economic competitiveness on a global scale.

This study aims to analyze the role of social media and explore how it influences the views and understanding of religious knowledge among Muslim youth. Using a qualitative approach, the study provides a detailed exploration of adolescents' perceptions of religious content accessed through social media and its impact on their understanding of Islam. The findings indicate that social media plays a significant role in enhancing religious understanding among youth. The majority of participants access religious content through platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, with most feeling that this content helps them gain a deeper understanding of Islamic teachings. This positive influence includes increased motivation to engage in worship and improve daily behavior in accordance with religious principles. However, participants also noted challenges related to the quality of information, which is often inaccurate or superficial. Nonetheless, social media fosters a strong sense of community through interactions in discussion groups and collaboration in religious learning. The study concludes that while social media has great potential to enrich religious knowledge among youth, it is important for adolescents to select credible sources, and for parents and educators to provide guidance on the wise use of social media.

The purpose of this article study is to analyze the Role of Christian Religious Education (PAK) in Building Student Character to Avoid Cohabitation Behavior. Using a qualitative research approach, data were collected through unstructured interviews, non-participant observation, and literature studies from relevant journals and books. The results of the study indicate that although PAK teaches moral values such as love, honesty, and responsibility, many students have difficulty in implementing them due to the influence of a loose boarding environment and peer pressure. Students are often trapped in unhealthy relationships and ignore Christian principles because they feel pressured to follow the behavior of others. In addition, social skills such as interaction and empathy that should be developed through PAK are also hampered by social norms around them. This study emphasizes the need for social support and a contextual educational approach so that students can more effectively apply moral values in social interactions. To reduce cohabitation behavior, educational institutions need to create an environment that supports the implementation of PAK values consistently.

He led with a clear vision and mature strategy, creating an education system that prioritizes the development of character, morals, and knowledge. The Islamic education inherited by the Prophet Muhammad SAW not only includes religious knowledge, but also general knowledge that gave birth to various great scientists during the golden age of Islam. The phenomenon of childfree has become an increasingly discussed topic in Indonesian society, especially after public figures like Gita Savitri openly expressed their decision not to have children. This phenomenon is related to various factors, including past trauma, concerns over overpopulation, economic instability, and the evolving mindset of Generation Z, which is more realistic and focused on personal freedom. However, the decision not to have children also presents challenges, especially from a religious perspective, particularly Islam, which teaches that having offspring is both a blessing and an obligation. This research aims to analyze the childfree phenomenon from an Islamic perspective by examining the principles of Sharia and the relevance of childfree to fiqh rulings such as ‘azl. The research findings indicate that while childfree contradicts religious views on the obligation to have children, the phenomenon can still be understood within the framework of reproductive rights granted to married couples in Islam. This study is expected to provide a deeper understanding of the childfree phenomenon and its relationship with Islamic principles.

The relationship between Islam and democracy has been a complex and often debated topic, particularly in Muslim-majority countries. This research aims to explore the compatibility between Islamic principles and democratic values using Indonesia as a case study. As one of the largest Muslim countries in the world, Indonesia offers a unique context in integrating religious teachings with the modern democratic system. Through qualitative methods that included a Google Form-based survey and a literature review of academic articles and journals, this research found that the majority of respondents (70%) believe that democratic values are in line with Islamic teachings, such as justice, deliberation and equality. However, the research also identified a number of challenges that Indonesia faces in harmonizing the two concepts. The main challenges include differences in the interpretation of Islamic law, difficulties in balancing sharia law with secular law, and the issue of political pluralism. In addition, factors such as intolerance, radicalism and identity politics often become obstacles in creating harmony between religious and democratic values. Despite these obstacles, Indonesia has made significant progress through moderation, strengthening civil society, and successfully managing religious and cultural diversity. Local traditions such as deliberation, gotong royong and pluralism provide a strong foundation for building an inclusive democratic system. This approach is not only relevant for the Indonesian context, but can also serve as a model for other Muslim-majority countries seeking to integrate religion and democracy. This research offers a new contribution to the understanding of the dynamics of the relationship between Islam and democracy, and highlights the importance of civil society strengthening, pluralism education, and the adaptation of religious values in the context of modern democracy. With the results obtained, this research is expected to be a reference for other Muslim countries in creating harmonious and sustainable political governance.

Islamic mutual funds have the advantages of transparent sharia principles, wider accessibility, and diversified risks. This study aims to explore the role of Islamic mutual funds in increasing public financial literacy while encouraging Islamic financial inclusion. The methodology used includes secondary data analysis, surveys, and interviews with stakeholders, such as financial industry players, regulators, and the community. The results of the study show that education about Islamic mutual funds can consistently increase public understanding of Islamic financial products. In addition, Islamic mutual funds also have the potential to expand public access to Islamic financial services, especially among the younger generation and underserved groups. The Marriage Law regulates the minimum age limit for marriage is 19 (nineteen) years, but in practice underage marriages still often occur so that these marriages cannot be registered. Marriage dispensation becomes the legal legitimacy so that underage marriages can be registered in accordance with the provisions of Article 2 paragraph (2) of the Marriage Law. Marriage dispensation is obtained through the courts by involving the application of civil procedural law principles, including the principle of passive judges. This study aims to obtain an overview of the application of the passive judge principle and the limitations of active judges to the application for marriage dispensation at the Soreang Religious Court in relation to civil procedural law in the case of the application for underage marriage dispensation in Decision Number 421/Pdt.P/2023/PA.Sor. The research method and legal writing are carried out using a normative legal approach sourced from primary data and secondary data. Primary data is taken through interviews, then the secondary data used comes from literature studies. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the application of the passive judge principle in marriage dispensation cases is dynamic and adjusted to the best interests of the child. The active role of the judge in providing advice and conducting in-depth examinations does not conflict with the passive judge principle, but is an effort to ensure a fair decision and protect the rights of the child.
