Industrial machines are an important factor in a manufacturing industry besides reliable human resources (HR) and other supporting facilities, so that industrial machines require special attention that is carried out on an ongoing basis in order to support the smooth operation of an industry. Practical work at PT. Krakatau Steel Construction is carried out in the Maintenance division, especially the electrical parts. In practice, the authors conducted field research by participating directly in the process of caring for and maintaining each machine instrument used by the company, especially field research that discussed the upper cylinder control system based on programmable logic control in the section mill area at PT. Krakatau Steel Construction. . The purpose of this research is to disclose influence of applicating good corporate governance to profitability in the company food and beverage listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. This research is a type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling technique. So that the sample obtained was 14 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021 with a total observational data of 4 years of observation. The data collection technique used is the source of financial statement data using secondary data taken through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25 software tools. The results of this study indicate that the audit committee has no significant effect on profitability. Independent commissioners have a significant effect on profitability. Institutional ownership has a significant effect on profitability. The lack of habituation of Pancasila values ​​in implementing citizenship education will cause the morals or morals and character of elementary school children not to be in accordance with Pancasila values ​​that have been taught in citizenship education subjects as a form of implementation. This research is based on literature study. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative critical, namely with more emphasis on the ability to analyze and study the selected literary sources. The results showed that the implementation of citizenship education based on Pancasila values ​​through habituation to cultivate character in elementary schools was carried out by getting students to pray before and at the end of learning, mutual respect for teachers, tolerance, not discriminating between friends based on their religion, not bullying friends, loving each other. and respect fellow human beings, accustomed to making decisions by deliberation, making friends with anyone.

. Fraction is one of the materials in mathematics subject in class VII odd semester, which students must master well. Because this material continues from elementary school. Fraction is related to every day, and many problems use the concept of fractions. The research aims to describe the errors according to Newman's procedure, which students carry out to solve the issues. The methods used in data collection were tests and interviews. The written examination was given to class VII 15 students as the subject. The test questions consist of 4 item description questions, then from the results of the written test of 5 students who made mistakes according to the Newman procedure. The results of research that have been carried out on students according to Newman's approach in solving fractions questions as indicated by the results of their daily tests, the most frequent error is the process skill error and encoding error with a percentage of 58,33%, the transformation error is 51,66%, comprehension error 41,66% and the last percentage of reading error 25 %. The causes of student errors include being unable to read correctly, not understanding fractions, and being unable to determine the formula or steps to use, such as making mistakes in the calculation process and writing wrong information or answers.

The misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers is a serious concern in counseling services at MAN 4 Medan. This study aims to identify the forms of misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers, the impacts of misdiagnosis, and appropriate handling efforts in BK services at MAN 4 Medan. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants in this study were three guidance counselors or BK teachers and ten students from grades X and XI. Data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the forms of misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers consisted of three types, namely errors in identifying problems, errors in evaluating problems, and errors in determining actions. The impact of misdiagnosis was the incorrect handling of student problems, resulting in problems not being resolved well and potentially worsening the situation for students. Appropriate handling efforts in BK services at MAN 4 Medan include improving the quality of training and supervision for guidance counselors or BK teachers, increasing collaboration between guidance counselors or BK teachers and subject teachers and parents, and increasing the utilization of information and communication technology in counseling services. In conclusion, misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers has a significant impact on students and requires appropriate handling efforts in BK services. Therefore, there needs to be serious attention to the implementation of BK services at MAN 4 Medan to avoid misdiagnosis that can harm students.

The development of the era of technology and globalization is currently driving the development of information technology. The development of this information technology has spread throughout the world, not only in developed countries but has reached developing countries including Indonesia. This makes information technology has an important position for the progress of a country. The needs of people in the world are also growing so that information technology plays an important role today and in the future. Information technology brings great benefits and interests to countries in the world, especially Indonesia.

Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is an important systemic autoimmune disease. Women are ten times more at risk of developing LES than men. The etiology of SLE is not fully understood and the pathophysiology involves genetic, immunological, endocrine and environmental factors. SLE is a chronic disease with periods of remission and relapse, so it requires different management and a long time. Medication adherence is required so that treatment goals can be achieved. Medication adherence rates in people with lupus have been reported from various studies to be 31.7-45.9%. Non-adherence to treatment for SLE causes an increase in visits to the emergency department and also hospitalization. There are two kinds of factors that influence medication adherence, intentional non-adherence and non-intentional non-adherence. Efforts are needed to improve and increase medication adherence by considering these both factors.

The problem of substance abuse has made all countries in the world worried. The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime  noted that at least 271 million people worldwide or 5.5% had consumed substances in 2017. The dangers of substance abuse in users have an impact on biological, psychological and social aspects. These various adverse impacts will certainly have an impact on psychological conditions and a decrease in self-esteem, which in turn can lead to a decrease in quality of life. Community therapy is a treatment that uses a psychosocial approach, a community of addicts who help each other to recover and keep quitting substances. Implementation of drug rehabilitation with community therapy methods can improve psychopathology, self-image and quality of life.

This research is a type of legal research that uses a normative juridical approach. The implementation of the marriage agreement so that the agreement is valid in the eyes of the law, the agreement must be made authentically before a notary. The prenuptial agreement is made for the benefit of legal protection of each other's innate assets, namely the property of the prospective husband or the property of the prospective wife. The purpose of this study was to determine the socio-cultural conditions of the farming community in relation to children's education and the socio-economic conditions of the farming community in the village of Suro, Central Java. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data collection tools used in this study were observation and interviews. The results of the study show that factors such as limited access to education, traditional belief in the local education system, and the lack of public awareness regarding the importance of formal education are challenges in improving the education of children in Suro Village. However, through joint efforts from the government, community and non-governmental organizations, such as increasing access to formal education, the role of parents in providing support and motivation, campaigns and outreach programs regarding the importance of formal education, can improve the education of children in Suro Village. It is hoped that these efforts can gain strong support from all parties to create a conducive educational environment for the children of Suro Village to prepare for their future. It is hoped that this article can provide an overview of the condition of children's education in farming communities in rural areas and become a reference for the development of sustainable education policies in Indonesia.

This study aims to examine the effect of the science and social studies module on story material in the area where I live on the learning outcomes of IV grade students at SDN Lebakrejo IV Purwodadi. This type of research is quantitative using experimental research methods, the form of Quasi Experimental Design research and the design of this research, namely Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The instrument used in this research is the test instrument. The population in this study amounted to 27 students. The instrument includes a pre-test and post-test using the t-test statistical analysis technique. The results showed that there was a significant influence from the use of the science teaching modules which had been developed according to the needs and characteristics of students, namely the t count (3.52) was greater than the t table (2.06), so it could be concluded that the difference between the mean post-test scores of the two groups were statistically significant.

The reason for the author to raise this scientific work in the form of a thesis is because the writer found that in implementing the pledge method in tahfiz Al-Qur'an there were still obstacles faced by the teacher in implementing the pledge method. The problem that the author examines is how to implement the pledge method in tahfiz Al-Qur'an and the obstacles faced by teachers and students when using the pledge method at the TI Tarusan Kamang Islamic Boarding School. And this study aims to determine the implementation and constraints in using the tikrar method in tahfiz Al-Qur'an. This study uses a type of field research (field research) with a descriptive qualitative research type, which describes a phenomenon that occurs in accordance with existing data in the field. This study used two informants, namely the key informant was the tahfiz teacher at the Tarusan Kamang Islamic Boarding School, and the supporting informant was the students of the Tarusan Kamang Islamic Boarding School. Data collection techniques that researchers use are observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the research conducted, the researchers found that at the Tarusan Kamang Islamic Boarding School not all students had Al-Qur'an tikrar and did not use the columns provided in the Al-Qur'an tikrar to mark the limits of memorization, muraja'ah and recitations.

Low education human resources in Indonesia, especially educators or teachers who are less professional in carrying out their work, can be the cause of low levels of education in this country. One way to improve the quality of education is through the professionalization of teachers or through educational supervision. Supervision through various methods, education corrects educational problems helping, supervising, guiding, and directing educators towards professionalism in its goal is to improve education and address problems with it. Educational supervision supports teachers in developing lesson plans that will produce the desired learning outcomes. Supervision is an integral part of efforts to improve learning achievement and teacher quality. Supervision or supervision is an effort to provide services to education, especially teachers. Education supervision is also a process of controlling and evaluating activities to ensure that all educational activities are carried out according to plan, as well as activities to improve and correct if there are deviations that will interfere with the process of achieving goals. Reviewing educational supervision in order to improve teacher professionalism is the purpose of this. This article is written using the literature study method in the form of a number of literature tasks related to the management of research materials, reading and recording, and information collection techniques. Some are obtained on the basis of research studies.

In managing village funds, the government in Tantan Village has limited human resources that have a role in managing them. Based on its type, this research is a qualitative research with primary and secondary data sources. The methods used for data collection in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The steps in the analysis are collecting data, summarizing the data, presenting the data, and then drawing conclusions. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the management of village funds under development in 2021 at the planning, implementing, organizing, implementing and also reporting stages has been carried out quite well. In an Islamic perspective, the management of village funds in Tantan village has not yet implemented the principle of justice in its implementation. And for the impact arising from the management of village fund management in the village of Tantan, it is felt that it has had a positive impact in the field of development.

This research was conducted to examine the influence of personality, motivation and social environment on the interest in entrepreneurship. Case Study of Management Study Program students at Tidar University. This study took a sample of 175 respondents where the data was taken by the questionnaire method. This research is a research with quantitative method, where research data is tested using classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS software. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of personality, motivation and social environment together on students' interest in entrepreneurship. Partially, personality and social environment have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. However, motivation shows a positive and insignificant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. This research is expected to be a material consideration for the University and also the awareness of students to develop the spirit and interest in entrepreneurship so that it can give birth to many entrepreneurs and contribute to the country's economy.

Home industry is a business unit on a small scale engaged in certain industrial fields. Even thought it is a small business unit, a development strategy is needed so that the business can run well and survive amidst the motivations of other businesses. The innovation needs to be supported by good financial management so that the innovations created by home industry owners can be realized. It is necessary to have human resources who are literate about today’s technology. This technology is not only used for marketing but also a means to seek various innovations business product.

The decline in the faith of some Christians today is one of the problems that often occurs. The influence of life's struggles which are quite heavy and difficult to resolve, sometimes some church members take alternatives that are not in accordance with God's will. one example is believing in supernatural things (paranormal) rather than trusting God in handling and solving the problem. This study aims to present ideas based on pastoral counseling in responding and providing solutions to problems that often occur in the lives of Christians today. This study uses a qualitative method with a library approach. The final conclusion from the author is that it should be acknowledged and trusted that pastoral counseling is one of the important figures in providing solutions to every spiritual problem that occurs in the lives of Christians today.  

The Covid-19 pandemic has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including the education sector. One of the noticeable changes is the shift to online learning. However, the problem faced by teachers in this online learning process is the lack of skills in selecting relevant learning media that suits the condition and needs of the students. Therefore, the aim of this community service program is to provide an understanding of the concept of online learning media and to introduce and improve the teachers' ability in using the online learning support system through training and mentoring in creating online learning media content, particularly through the YouTube platform, for teachers at SMK Yasiha Gubug. The method used in this community service program was an informative approach and training mentoring. The results of this program showed that the motivation, confidence, understanding of online learning media, and teachers' skills in using technology to create online learning media have improved.
