This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of competence and work motivation on employee performance. In this study, the population used was 1,000 employees of the production division of PT. Samkyung Jaya Garment Ungaran which consists of 554 female workers and 446 male workers. The number of samples used were 91 respondents with probability sampling technique. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and literature study. The research analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This result shows that if competence is improved, it will be followed by an increase in employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. This result shows that if work motivation is increased, it will be followed by an increase in employee performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.  Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan adalah karyawan group asuransi yang terletak di Jl. Sultan Agung No. 110, Semarang yaitu PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Jasindo) yang berjumlah 31 orang dan  karyawan PT. Jasindo Syariah yang berjumlah 16 orang atau total sebanyak  47 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan dengan data primer (kuesioner) dan sekunder (studi pustaka). Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan sebelumnya diuji dengan uji instrumen dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1). Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. 2). Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi volunter pada PT. Global Arrow Semarang yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi volunteer terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Global Arrow Semarang, sebanyak 214 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Global Arrow Semarang. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi langsung di lapangan. Metode pengambilan sampel akan dianalisis menggunakan Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas,          Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, Uji Normalitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Goodnes of Fit (Uji Model) dan Uji Hipotesis. Adapun temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah, pertama, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Global Arrow, kedua  motivasi volunteer berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Global Arrow.Kata kunci: Computer Numeric Control ( CNC ), Material Fabrikasi, Karya Arsitektur

This study aims to analyze the effect of work ability and work attitude on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bima Regency. The sampling technique used is the sampling technique used in the study using Non Probability Sampling with the number of samples used, namely 38 ASN employees. The methods used in this study are validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, t-test and f-test. The partial test results reveal that the work attitude variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance. simultaneously (simultaneously) have a significant effect on work performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bima Regency.

Observations that contain the intent to determine how much influence the variable understanding of SIA, compensation, competence, motivation, experience on the performance of employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel Solo. The population contained in this study amounted to 70 employees with sample criteria targeting employees who use accounting information systems totaling 42 employees. The tool to analyze the data is multiple regression analysis. With the results of the partial research test where the variables of understanding accounting information systems, compensation, and work experience have no significant effect on employee performance, while competence and work motivation affect employee performance. And the results of the simultaneous test of all these variables together have a significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the motivation variable has a significant effect on work discipline and work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. The sample in this study were 60 employee respondents who worked at PT. Samitex Bantul. Research analysis using multiple linear regression. The test results show that the work discipline variable has a significant effect on employee performance. It can also be said that every time there is an increase in work discipline, it will affect employee performance. Work motivation variable has an influence on employee performance. That is, every time there is an increase in work motivation will improve employee performance.

The speed of a web journal to load pages reflects the website performance. It has influenced user satisfaction. This study aims to study and analyze the performance of journal websites in Indonesia that are accredited by SINTA 1 by the Ministry of Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia. This test uses parameters owned by GTmetrix tools and calculated using descriptive statistical methods. This research hypothesis regarding the reliability of website speed testing has been tested and confirmed based on experiments. The research involved 61 journal websites, which were taken from December 2019 to February 2020. 366 individual website speed tests from 6 test server region have done, and recommendations have been given on test results. The test result showed that parameter based on PageSpeed score provided the value of 7.9% (grades A to B) and 92.1% (grade C to F) and YSlow score provided a value of 2.5% (grade B) and 97.5% (C to F). The experimental results prove that the performance of the journal website is still a lot in the low category. With the recommendation, it was expected that the speed and responsiveness of the journal website would increase

In this research, a 1x2 circular patch microstrip array antenna with feeding line is made which can be used on WiFi and WiMax which work at frequencies of 2.4, 3.7 and 5.8 GHz. This antenna design uses Ansoft HFSS software. Where the simulation results at a frequency of 2.4 GHz obtained a return loss value of -22.28 dB, -19.03 dB at 3.7 GHz and -14.94 dB for 5.8 GHz, VSWR 1.17 for 2.4 GHz, 1.25 at 3, 7 GHz and 1.43 for 5.8 GHz.Gain is 1 dB and directivity is 2,33 dB. The simulation results show that the parameters meet the minimum standard of the performance of an antenna, the Return Loss (RL)<-10 dB for 5.8 GHz, VSWR<2.  Therefore, this antenna is suitable for use for WIFI and WLAN applications

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance. This study obtained data from 88 respondents who are employees of the Yogyakarta Special Region Health Service. The results showed that there was an effect of work discipline on employee performance. And the work environment is not empirically proven to have an effect on employee performance, this shows that DIY Provincial Health Office employees can work well without being affected by the conditions of the work environment according to the provisions and regulations that have been set by the organization supported by good communication and cooperation between individuals and departments.

New normal life aims to improve faith and religiosity, by worshiping according to their respective beliefs. Work engagement is also the feeling of workers being comfortable with their work or organization so that faith or worship is needed to be comfortable with their work or organization. This study aims to examine how religiosity has on employee performance with work engagement as mediation for company employees in Salatiga City. The sample in this study uses the calculation with the Slovin formula with a sample of 100 employees. Sampling using simple random sampling. There are three measuring tools for data analysis in testing the hypothesis, namely Simple Regression Analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis, and Sobel Test through Classical Assumption Test, Model Goodness Test, and Validity and Reliability Test. The results of hypothesis testing are that religiosity has a positive effect on work engagement, work engagement has a positive effect on employee performance, and religiosity affects employee performance through work engagement.

Corporate governance is an important aspect in the company. The impact and implementation of corporate governance has become interesting for various companies because it substantially controls the management of institutions. This study analyzes the impact of elements of corporate governance (CG) which includes the composition of the board on the performance of banking institutions listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research population involved 25 banking institutions which are commercial banks in Indonesia. The data taken has a span of 4 years (2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020). Spearman correlation is used to identify the relationship between corporate governance and banking financial performance. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive relationship or correlation between the number of board personnel and the financial performance of commercial banks. The number of independent directors has a positive significant relationship with ROA, ROE and EPS, job duality has a positive significant relationship with ROA and EPS, and board meetings have no significant relationship with financial performance.

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on various sectors of life, including a shock effect for the banking industry. The decline in bank credit growth in mid-2020 is evidence of the shock effect. To anticipate various effects, the central bank supports the government by issuing various policies. BPR is growing rapidly in both urban and rural areas. BPR is seen as able to directly touch the community and small business owners with various financial activities. However, at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, OJK recorded a very high credit restructuring value. Similar conditions were also experienced by BPRs in the Residency of Semarang. This study aims to determine whether there is a difference (which is a shock effect) in the financial performance of BPR before and during the covid-19 pandemic. The sample obtained by purposive sampling method is as many as 62 BPR located in the Residency of Semarang. This study uses secondary data in the form of quarterly BPR financial reports. Financial performance analysis was carried out using the CAMEL method. As a result, financial performance in terms of the capital ratio (CAR) and liquidity ratio (LDR) was proven to be affected by the shock effect of the COVID-19 pandemic because there were significant differences between before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. Financial performance in terms of asset quality, management ratios and income, each of which is measured by the ratio of NPL, ROA and BOPO, it is proven that there is no difference between before and during the covid-19 pandemic.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of non-performing loans (NPL), loan to deposit ratio (LDR), operational costs on operating income (BOPO) on financial performance at Islamic commercial banks for the period 2015 to 2020. The approach uses a quantitative approach with . The type of data used in this study is quantitative data sourced from secondary data. The data collection technique in this study used a documentation study. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression with the results of this study showing that the NPL of non-performing loans has an effect on the Financial Performance (ROA) of Islamic Commercial Banks in 2016 and 2020. The ratio of loans to deposits (LDR) has no effect on Financial Performance (ROA) in Islamic Commercial Banks in 2016 and 2020. Operational costs on operating income (BOPO) affect the Financial Performance (ROA) of Islamic Commercial Banks in 2016 and 2020. This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, capital structure, firm size, and operational risk on the company's financial performance. The population of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. Sampling used the purposive sampling method so as to produce 123 manufacturing companies that matched the criteria. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression. The flow of containers through Tanjung Emas Port is increasing, this can be seen from the growth of loading and unloading containers from year to year. The condition of the flow of containers is inseparable from the improvement of services at the Container Terminal of Tanjung Emas Port, Semarang through the provision of supporting facilities and infrastructure. With the growth of the container flow which is quite high, the condition of existing facilities, infrastructure and operating systems needs to be reviewed whether the operation is optimal or its performance is still possible to improve, or it is time to add infrastructure and facilities to anticipate future transportation demand. will come. Smooth loading and unloading aims to improve good service in the activities and services of the loading and unloading process of containers according to operational standards. There are several factors that cause the smooth loading and unloading of containers, such as those related to the condition of loading and unloading equipment, the performance of human resources, operations and the environment. In this study, four research variables will be analyzed, namely loading and unloading equipment, human resources, operations and anticipation of natural factors as independent variables and loading and unloading smoothness as the dependent variable. The purpose of this study was to analyze whether the positive influence both individually between the independent variables of loading and unloading equipment, human resources, operations, anticipation of natural factors on the dependent variable, namely the smoothness of loading and unloading. In this study, the object taken is the user of loading and unloading services at Tanjung Emas Port, Semarang. Sources of data include primary data and secondary data. The sample in this study was 100 respondents. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression technique. Based on the results of research and multiple analysis, the following equations are generated:   Y= -0,504 + 0,264.X1 + 0,203.X2 + 0,323.X3 + 0,249.X4 + µ   From the results of the multiple regression study, it shows that the most dominant variable affecting the smooth loading and unloading is the operational variable with a regression coefficient of 0.323. . With the Adjusted R 2 test, a result of 0.644 or 64.4% was obtained. Simultaneously, the variables of loading and unloading equipment, human resources, operations and natural conditions factors had an effect of 64.4% on the smooth loading and unloading and 35.6% were influenced by research variables that were not detected in this study.

Education, training and motivation greatly affect the performance of employees of an organization. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of education, training and motivation on the performance of the Fire and Rescue Service Sub-dept. of Sector 2, Palmerah District, West Jakarta. The research population was 80 people and the research sample, that is, all the population was used as the research sample (census). The analysis method uses correlation, determinant coefficient, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test (Anova) with SPSS software. The results of the study were only education which had no significant effect, while training and motivation had a significant effect on employee performance, while simultaneously had a significant effect on the performance of the Fire Service Sub-dept. Linear Regression Analysis Y = 0.617 + 0.150 X1 + 0.222 X2 + 0.158 X3 and the determinant coefficient is 80.1%.

There has been a lot of rapid growth in Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia in recent years. MSMEs are critical to the overall health of the national economy. They are responsible for creating jobs and generating profits, which in turn helps support other parts of the economy. The development of MSMEs is hoped to reduce the unemployment rate, which will result in an increase in people's purchasing power and growth in the country's economy. The purpose of the study is to see an overview of how business motivation and performance and the impact of business motivation on the performance of business actors. The population is 461 business actors. The sampling technique using the Slovin Formula was obtained by a sample of 81 people. The analysis method in this study uses descriptive and verificatif analysis consisting of regression analysis, correlation, coefficient of determination. The results of the descriptive analysis show that business motivation has a score of 81.36 which means that business actors have excellent business motivation with the lowest score on the expectation indicator and the highest score on the intensive indicator. As for the Business Performance variable, it has a score of 69.52 which means that business actors already have good business performance with the lowest score on the indicator of increasing sales and the highest score on the indicator of increasing profits. The results of the verificative  analysis Business motivation has a significant effect on business performance in the Sukaregang Kulit Industry Center, Garut Regency. Good business motivation is needed to support business performance.

The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the influence of position characteristics and team work on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Office of the Public Works & Public Housing Agency, Bogor Regency, West Java. The population in this study were all employees with the status of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Bogor District Public Works & Public Housing Service. The population in this study were 287 people. By using the Slovin formula, a total sample of 167 people was obtained. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that job characteristics and team work have a significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of lying leg curl exercises in increasing leg muscle strength among futsal players. Optimal leg muscle strength is crucial for futsal players to enhance performance and reduce the risk of injury. The research employed an experimental method with a pre-test and post-test design, involving 20 futsal players divided into two groups: the intervention group, which participated in an 8-week lying leg curl exercise program, and the control group, which did not receive any intervention. Leg muscle strength was measured using a dynamometer before and after the training program. The results showed that the intervention group experienced a significant increase in leg muscle strength compared to the control group (p < 0.05). These findings indicate that lying leg curl exercises are effective in improving leg muscle strength among futsal players, contributing to better on-field performance. This study is expected to provide insights for coaches and athletes in designing more effective training programs to enhance muscle strength.
