The purpose of this study is to improve students' speaking skills in Indonesian language subjects by applying story picture card games (karamba) to fifth grade students of SD Negeri Purwosari 1, Sayung sub-district, Demak district. This type of research is a class action research which was conducted in two cycles.  Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages.  The subject of this research was the fifth grade students of SD Negeri Purwosari 1, totaling 30 students.  The object of this research is students' speaking skills. Data collection in this study was done by observation method. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis technique. The results showed that in cycle I, the average score of speaking skills obtained was 76.41 and the average percentage obtained was 75.68%, which was in the low category. In cycle II, the average speaking skill score obtained was 82 and the average percentage obtained was 90.64% in the high category.  The percentage increase from cycle I to cycle II was 14.21%.  This shows that there has been an increase in the percentage of speaking skills of fifth grade students of SD Negeri Purwosari 1. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of karamba games (story picture cards) can improve students' speaking skills in Indonesian language subjects in grade V SD Negeri Purwosari 1, Sayung sub-district, Demak district in the 2023/2024 academic year.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty (Case Study at HP IVAN CELL Store Kediri). The variables of this research are Service Quality (X1), Customer Satisfaction (X2) and Customer Loyalty (Y). This study uses quantitative methods using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, literature studies and questionnaires. While the analysis used is, multiple linear regression test. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling with consideration of all consumers of HP IVAN CELL Kediri Store, totaling 86 people. The results of this study using the SPSS 22.0 program using a significant level of 5% or 0.05 with the results (1) partially service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means Ha1 is accepted and. (2) partially customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means Ha2 is accepted. (3) Simultaneously Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means Ha3 is accepted.  

The quality of education or the quality of KBM in Indonesia is still very low compared to other countries, for that in improving the quality of education in Indonesia, efforts from various parties are needed. These parties other than the government and the community are school principals. Because the principal is a leader in educational institutions, therefore the principal has a very important role in improving the quality of KBM.. The improvement of KBM quality can be measured through several conditions, namely inputs, processes and outputs. Input is the way the school screens prospective students, while the process is a way both teaching and learning in a school led by a teacher (Teaching and Learning Activities), while output is the result of the process. This research has a purpose, namely: to determine the principal's efforts in improving the quality of KBM at SMPI Integral Luqman AL-Hakim 02. Basically, this research is descriptive qualitative, providing a picture or description of a situation as clearly as possible about certain individuals or groups in accordance with actual conditions. The descriptive method is used to analyze qualitative data with data that cannot be realized with numbers. Thus, the results of the study show that the Principal of SMPI Integral Luqman AL-Hakim 02 Batam always strives to improve the quality of KBM in various ways, including always holding or participating in training on the ability to manage KBM, always striving for teachers according to their respective competencies, always providing coaching or motivation to students, always striving for infrastructure and learning media to support KBM, always supervise the running of KBM

This research is specifically to find out how the principal's leadership in improving teacher performance at SD Islam Integral Luqman Al Hakim 02 Batam, the factors that can influence and factors that can improve teacher performance, are expected. By knowing all that, some suggestions can be given that can be taken into consideration for school principals, especially in improving the performance of teachers in their schools. The essence of the principal's leadership is aimed at guiding and fostering teachers to become professional teachers and have achievements and performance and teaching skills. The teacher is the most decisive component in the education system as a whole, which must receive central attention. This figure will always be a strategic spotlight when talking about education issues, because teachers are always associated with any component in the education system, especially in relation to the teaching and learning process. With a professional teacher, a further goal, namely improving student learning outcomes will be achieved. It is the principal's duty as a leader to assist teachers in improving teacher professionalism and performance. While there are still many teachers who in carrying out learning activities have not met expectations. Therefore, the author needs to examine the pattern of Principal Leadership in an effort to improve teacher performance at SD Islam Integral Luqman Al Hakim 02 Batam. From the results of the study it was stated that the principal's leadership was considered good, but had not had a positive impact on improving teacher performance at SD Islam Integral Luqman Al Hakim 02 Batam While the performance of teachers at SD Islam Integral Luqman Al Hakim 02 Batam is considered good, but has not run optimally as expected, this is due to the lack of teacher ability in preparing learning tools, especially Learning Implementation Plans, inadequate school facilities and infrastructure, and also the difficulties of teachers in creating educational interactions between students and teachers, as well as the difficulty of creating a conducive classroom. However, at the level of evaluation/assessment of learning outcomes, the average teacher has implemented it well and added remedial and enrichment programs

The development of the Islamic banking sector in Indonesia reflects a response to the public's need for a banking system that not only provides sound financial services, but also adheres to sharia principles. Currently, customer behaviour in the Indonesian banking industry is very diverse. Low administrative costs are also an important consideration for customers. The importance of these factors in customer decision-making has been recognised by modern banks, which now realise that customers do not only consider interest rates or financial benefits, but also want the sophistication and full features of banking products. Technological advancement, especially in mobile banking, has become a significant trend, not only in developed countries but also in developing countries such as Indonesia. Mobile banking, as one of the service products offered by PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, is an important factor in students' decision to open an account online. The existence of good virtual services from Bank Syariah Indonesia, especially through the mobile banking platform, is a major attraction for students, given their dependence on technology and the need for convenience in transactions.

Concern and love for the environment has become a necessity to instill in children as the nation's next generation. Considering that the current environmental crisis has become a serious and real threat to human life. The Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Sjceh M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi State Islamic University, especially students of the Guidance and Counseling Department, took part in efforts to create awareness and love for the environment through community service activities carried out at the Mandeh Kanduang Orphanage. This activity involves all children, orphanage administrators. Classical guidance was held on November 5 2023 and continued with tree planting on November 6 2023. This classical guidance activity was enthusiastically participated in by the children and administrators of the Mande Kanduang orphanage, so that the children knew the impacts of environmental damage that could occur. due to lack of concern for the environment.

This research was motivated by the fact that students were still found to be less wise in using social media in their daily lives. For example, there are still students who spend a lot of time playing on social media, there are still students who make unfavorable comments on social media, and there are still students who make negative posts. This research aims to: (1) determine the level of student policy regarding social media (2) determine the level of student social media policy before being given classical guidance services. (3) find out whether or not classical guidance services are effective in increasing students' social media skills. This type of research is Pre-Experimental Design using the One Group Pretest-Posttest model. The population in this study was class VIII.2. The sample for this research was 27 people taken using a total sampling technique, which means that the entire population was the sample for the research. Data was collected using a scale for developing wise social media skills. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used was the Wilcoxon test. The results of the research show that: (1) the wise description of students' social media before being given classical guidance services is in the medium category with a mean of 27.41. (2) after being given classical guidance services, they are in the medium category with an increasing score with a mean of 34.56. (3) classical tutoring services are effective in increasing students' social media skills. This statement is supported by the asymp sig (2-tailed) results, which obtained a value of 0.000, which means it is smaller than the α value of 0.05. So it can be said that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected, meaning that classical guidance is effective in improving the social media skills of students at SMP N 7 Bukittinggi.

This research aims to analyze the level of visitor satisfaction with prices, services and coffee business facilities in Koup Galaxy. This research is quantitative research. The population selected in this research is Koup Galaxy consumers who have visited. The sample collection technique chosen was nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling method. The data source in this research was obtained from distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The analytical tool used to assist this research is the structural equitation model (SEM) - SmartPLS 3.0. Furthermore, the results given in this research are (1) Price has a positive and significant influence on the level of visitor satisfaction at Koup Galaxy. (2) Service quality has no influence on the level of visitor satisfaction at Koup Galaxy. (3) Facilities have a positive and significant influence on the level of visitor satisfaction at Koup Galaxy.

The Community Economic Program (EMAS) has an important role in the community, especially to provide support to community groups and individuals who have potential with the aim of increasing income with various efforts, namely providing access to business capital, training, and guidance needed to advance the business. With the current era shifting to digitalization, it is necessary to implement it as a form of mustahik business development. The purpose of the study is to analyze the implementation of the results and impact of business development assistance in the form of financial report assistance and digital marketing on the Community Economy program. This study used field research methods by collecting data through direct observation and focus group discussions. The collected data was analyzed descriptively to identify the success of the implementation of the interventions that have been given to the Community Economic Program (EMAS) KSM Malang. The results showed that this EMAS program can have a positive impact on the development and increase of mustahik business in increasing the number of consumers after being provided with financial report assistance and introducing digital marketing to LMI assisted mustahik.  

Currently, there are many Instagram social media users. Currently, the use of Instagram as a promotional media plays an important role in building a company's business. Especially coffee shop businesses such as Kopilikasi. The research entitled Instagram social media analysis as a Kopilikasi  promotion media in attracting consumer buying interest has a research objective, namely knowing the role of Instagram social media as a Kopilikasi promotion media in attracting consumer buying interest and knowing content that attracts audiences on Instagram social media. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative method. The data sources in this study used interviews and observations. The main theoretical basis in this research is new media. The results of this study are that Instagram plays an important role in attracting Kopilikasi customers' buying interest. Kopilikasi attracts customers' buying interest by creating content on their Instagram. The content is used as a promotional tool that contains information about Kopilikasi. Kopilikasi has a characteristic in its content, namely creating content in a cinematic style. Currently, Instagram plays an important role in the Kopilikasi promotion process and has succeeded in attracting consumer buying interest and the content created has succeeded in attracting the attention of its audience on Instagram.   Keywords: Instagram, Promotion, Content   Abstrak: Saat ini pengguna media sosial instagram sangatlah banyak. Metode penelitian ini  menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Landasan teori utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu media baru. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah instagram berperan penting dalam menarik minat beli pelanggan Kopilikasi. Kopilikasi menarik minat beli pelanggan dengan membuat konten-konten di instagramnya. Konten tersebut digunakan sebagai alat promosi yang berisi informasi tentang Kopilikasi. Kopilikasi mempunyai ciri khas dalam kontennya yaitu membuat konten dengan gaya sinematik. Berdasarkan analisa peneliti menarik kesimpulan yaitu Konten yang menarik minat beli konsumen Kopilikasi yaitu konten dengan objek konsumen Kopilikasi karena terbukti berhasil meningkatkan perhatian dan ketertarikan dari audiens di instagram. Saat ini instagram berperan penting dalam proses promosi Kopilikasi dan berhasil menarik minat beli konsumen dan konten yang dibuat berhasil menarik perhatian audiens nya di instagram

Development communication is a scientific discipline and communication practice in the context of developing countries, especially communication activities for planned social change. The priority of developments is activities to educate and motivate the community. In a board sense, development communication includes  the role and function of communication between all parties involved in development efforts. In this case, researchers got results from The Asam Beetle Crocodile Park in Medan. Not only that, the park has received official permission from the tourism office and currently its existence is very well known to the wider community, even to people outside Sumatera.

Karo is a district in the province of North Sumatra, Indonesia. The capital of this district is located in Kabanjahe sub-district. Karo Regency is located on the Karo plateau, in the Bukit Barisan mountains. The purpose of writing this journal is to find out the strategies used to develop the attractiveness of the Berastagi fruit market for tourists. The research method in this journal is quantitative research. The quantitative research used is survey research. This research collects data obtained from the Karo community. The result of this research is that the government is participating in developing the attraction for tourist attractions in Berastagi, namely the fruit market.

Sedeng Sang is a film that tells the story of the conflict between families who have different views on the continuation of their children's education, because of the family's lower class economic background. Poverty is still an obstacle for people to get access to proper education because the income that is considered to support life is very uncertain, as farmers use traditional tools. The aim of this film is to invite viewers to reflect on the social situation of underprivileged families as a reality that still occurs today. The films presented show various conditions of poverty through clothing, food, shelter, and work. The research carried out aims to analyze how poverty is present in the film Sedeng Sang. The semiotic theory developed by Roland Barthes was chosen because it is in accordance with the research objectives in obtaining the results of this research. This research also uses descriptive qualitative to obtain results and explain the research results to be achieved. This research produces an analysis of the representation of poverty in the film Sedeng Sang as well as Roland Barthes' theory as a method that displays denotative, connotative and myth.

This research aims to investigate the level of Subjective Well-Being (Subjective Well-Being) in students who are dating in the university environment. Subjective Well-Being includes the psychological and emotional aspects of a person's life, including happiness, life satisfaction, and positive feelings towards oneself and the surrounding environment. romance This research sample consists of students from various study programs at various semester levels. In addition, this research also tries to identify factors that may affect the level of Subjective Well-Being in the context of romantic relationships. In addition, this research can also contribute to the literature of psychology and human development by providing additional insight into the emotional and psychological dynamics in romantic relationships in the student population.

Authentic happiness is happiness that describes the overall goal of positive psychology efforts which includes positive feelings (such as comfort) and positive activities that do not consist of negative emotions at all (such as absorption and involvement). Authentic happiness for honorary teachers is very important to achieve because it is an effort to create enthusiasm, a sense of joy, love for happiness, and prosperity in life. This research aims to determine the picture of authentic happiness in honorary teachers. This research uses a qualitative phenomenological approach with interview and observation methods. This research was conducted on 7 informants. From the research conducted, it was found that a picture of authentic happiness in honorary teachers was obtained in different ways. Most honorary teachers find their happiness by establishing positive relationships with the school environment and outside the school, accepting themselves in the past and present, and maintaining the habit of being grateful and remaining optimistic for the future.

South Korea is one of the countries in the Asian region that has successfully implemented cultural diplomacy as a tool to achieve its country's interests. Apart from using music and film media, the Korean Wave is also able to spread through the Korean Beauty (K-Beauty) trend. K-Beauty is a natural facial skin beauty trend from South Korea. Korean Wave has succeeded in bringing K-Beauty to become increasingly famous in Indonesia and has also become a variety of cosmetic product choices for Indonesian women in choosing skin care and cosmetic products. Korean Wave has succeeded in making K-Beauty products a trend in the Indonesian cosmetics market by involving South Korean artists as Brand Ambassadors. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the Korean Wave as South Korea's cultural diplomacy on the achievement of South Korea's state image in the field of Indonesian cosmetics. This research uses a qualitative approach to produce descriptive data. This research method uses documentation originating from digital repositories and official documents. The theories and concepts used in this research are the theories of neoliberalism, complex interdependence, soft diplomacy and cultural diplomacy. The research results show that the Korean Wave was formed as a South Korean Soft Power instrument which is based on popular culture, then exported to various countries in the form of cultural products, one of which is K-Beauty which can later be enjoyed by the wider community in various countries

Introduction: The number of Sectio Caesarea continues to increase throughout the world, with an average Sectio Caesarea delivery rate of 5%–15% per 1000 births in the world. In the Central Java Region in 2018, section caesarean deliveries were 17.10%, and the rest were vaginal deliveries. In post-section Sectio Caesarea, patients have different levels of independence. One form of intervention for increasing maternal independence is self-efficacy mobilization.Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the effect of self-efficacy mobilization on the level of independence of post-section caesarean patients at Banyumanik Hospital. Methods: This type of research was quantitative with a quasi-experimental method using a one-group post-test-only design. Population: The population of this study was all mothers who delivered a caesarean section with uncomplicated spinal anaesthesia. Sampling: The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling, with a total sample taken of 30 women post-section caesarean. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires and observation sheets.Results: Data analysis was carried out univariately and bivariately using the normality test, with the results of the data being distributed abnormally (sig <0.05) so that the next test used the non-parametric test, namely the Wilcoxon Test, which showed the results of Zcount > Ztable (4,813 > 1,645) and Asymp values. Sig (0.000) < α (0.05), which means Ho was rejected, means that there is an effect of self-efficacy mobilization on the independence level of post-section caesarean patients at Banyumanik Hospital, Semarang.

Introduction: Hypertension in pregnancy can be influenced by several factors (multiple causes). Pregnant women with hypertension will feel more anxious than pregnant women who do not have comorbidities.Objective: to determine the factors associated with hypertension in pregnant women at Permata Medika Hospital. Method: using observational analytical methods with a cross sectional approach. Sample: The population in this study were 100 pregnant women at Permata Medika Hospital whose gestational age was 20-40 weeks with a sample of 50 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis used is Chi-square analysis. Results: there is a relationship between body mass index and hypertension in pregnant women at Permata Medika Hospital with a p-value of 0.000 > 0.05. There is a relationship between age and hypertension in pregnant women at Permata Medika Hospital, there is no relationship between parity and hypertension in pregnant women at Permata Medika Hospital.

This research aims to find out what form of legal protection there is for consumer data who make loans through online applications in Gorontalo and to find out what efforts consumers can take if there is a dispute with the lender regarding leakage of consumer data. This research is empirical normative legal research conducted at the Gorontalo Regional Police and victims of data misuse by online loans. Primary data and secondary data obtained through library research and field research were then analyzed qualitatively. The research results show that the form of legal protection for consumer data who make loans through online applications in Gorontalo is carried out in three forms, namely: first, protection through regulations, namely in the Personal Data Protection Law, the Consumer Protection Law, and Article 1338 of the Civil Code. Second, protection through law enforcement efforts carried out by the police, as well as preventing misuse of data through legal education as a form of preventive legal protection. Meanwhile, efforts that consumers can take if there is a dispute with a lender regarding leakage of consumer data are legal action taken by the police through reporting complaints from the public to investigations that follow up on complaints from the public, and monitoring and taking action carried out by the OJK as parties who carry out activities regarding the implementation of non-bank banking institutions such as online loans.
