Mathematical literacy is a person's ability to formulate, use and interpret  mathematics in various contexts of daily life problems efficiently. Literacy skills students not only have numeracy skills but also the ability to think logically and critically in solving problems. Mathematical literacy has a significant positive impact on students' critical thinking abilities. This research aims to describe the influence of mathematical literacy on students' critical thinking abilities in mathematics subjects. The method used in this research is a literature review. The results of this research show a strong relationship between mathematical literacy and critical thinking skills. Mathematical literacy involves understanding, using, and interpreting mathematical concepts in a variety of concepts, while critical thinking skills involve analysis, evaluation, and rational decision making. Mastery of mathematical literacy can improve students' critical thinking abilities, because mathematics involves problem solving and logical reasoning. Thus, developing mathematical literacy can contribute to improving students' critical thinking abilities

Organic Waste Management and its utilization. The aim of organic waste management and the use of banana hump liquid organic fertilizer is to reduce agricultural waste and increase its benefits in the agricultural cycle for the community in Lembang Burasia. With this program, the community can find out how to make liquid organic fertilizer by utilizing waste and materials found around the community. These activities include (1) socializing the use of banana weevils to become POC; (2) Training on how to make POC from banana tubers; (3) making banana tubers into POC; (4) application of the use of banana weevils as POC. This activity can run well in accordance with the planning and objectives of the activity. The implementation of this activity received support from both the head of Lembang and local residents, which was indicated by their involvement in implementing the activity. The results of this activity have also provided special skills for local residents who have been directly involved in the process of making banana weevil POC.

The work program for creating logo and packaging designs as well as digital technology is a service to the community engaged in the production business of bead craftsmen in Lembang Angin- Angin. These bead craftsmen have been established in Lembang Angin-angin for a long time, but their marketing methods are still very minimal and there is a lack of community skills related to UMKM. Therefore, these UMKM need to be given counseling about the importance of branding and the use of digital marketing so that their marketing system can be better so that they can expand the target market coverage and support marketing activities through business accounts on digital media. The method used is by providing counseling in the form of making a logo. , packaging and training on how to manage digital media for selling beads. This program has the potential to increase the sales appeal of beaded products, as well as serve as a symbol of product identity to make it easier for consumers to remember the product. This will support increased marketing activities and increase sales of the bead business.

This study aims to explore the effect of applying differentiated learning model with Discover Learning model on learning outcomes of Pancasila and Civics Education (PPKn) in class X.3 SMA Negeri 6 Maros Regency. The research method used was classroom action research (PTK) with a double cycle design. The research participants consisted of 28 students of class X.3 SMA Negeri 6 Maros Regency consisting of various ability levels. Learning outcome data were collected through tests and observations. The results showed that the application of differentiated learning model with Discover Learning model can improve Civics learning outcomes in students of class X.3 SMA Negeri 6 Maros Regency. There were significant improvements in concept understanding, critical thinking skills, and learning motivation of learners after the application of this learning model. This finding shows that the use of differentiated learning model with Discover Learning model can be an effective alternative in improving Civics learning outcomes in students of class X.3 SMA Negeri 6 Maros Regency.  

An effective learning process in the classroom involves increasing the ability to understand and apply concepts. Learning strategies play a crucial role in realizing this goal, becoming the main focus in efforts to improve the quality of education. The goals of modern education involve developing the ability to understand and apply concepts, producing individuals who are not only skilled in knowledge but also able to apply these skills in everyday life. In addition, the application of knowledge becomes essential, where learning is not only about receiving information but also about the ability to apply knowledge in real contexts. Learning strategies that focus on application help students develop practical skills that can be used in a variety of situations. Analysis of learning strategies is carried out by considering their relevance to the curriculum and support for learning styles. Relevant research results from 12 articles have been analyzed to gain an in-depth understanding of the most effective learning strategies. Based on the results of the analysis, several learning models such as Conceptual Understanding Procedures, Teams Games Tournament, and Blended Learning have been proven to be effective in increasing concept understanding. This research highlights the role of learning strategies in improving the ability to understand and apply concepts at the educational level.

The study aims to find out what the ideal church service is like for Sunday school children. The research method used is the study of libraries, interview approaches and observation of the ministry of several churches for Sunday schoolchildren. Through a number of literacy, observation and interviews with a number of Sunday school teachers, it is known that the problem of ministry to Sunday school largely arises from the church itself where many weaknesses lie in the Pastor and Assembly who are still less serious about improving the ministry of PAK to children in the church. Some suggestions to address the problem are: 1). Priests should facilitate teaching, provide week school curriculum and actively engage in serving Sunday school worship. 2). The Church needs to include a special budget for the increase in Sunday School Teacher’s HR. 3). The Church needs to periodically evaluate the Sunday school service. 4). The Church needs to work on service facilities ranging from child-friendly specialty spaces. 5). The Church needs to engage members of the congregation who have pedagogic and theological competencies to support Sunday school service. 6). Even in limitations, Sunday school teachers need to update their knowledge and skills in varying the teaching methods of week schoolchildren.

The aim of this community service is to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to be able to create attractive and professional brochures using the Adobe Photoshop application. The method used was SCL (Student Centered Learning) face to face/directly at the Al Munadi High School location for 20 Al Munadi High School students. As a result of the training in making brochures using Adobe Photoshop, the students understood and were able to make brochures as expected.

This research was conducted to find out the organizational communication strategy in MRadio. This research used qualitative method by interviewing the Station Manager of MRadio. Qualitative method is a method that emphasized descriptive or analytical, qualitative method is a subject perspective that is highly emphasized and the theory base used by researchers as a guide that aims for a research process that is in accordance with field facts. The results of this study use behavioral communication theory to improve the performance of MRadio’S BPH is very important in doing work, reducing conflict, understanding organizational goals, can improve communication skills to improve the quality that exists in organization

Question and answer is a classroom activity that allows learners to create or recreate meaning through language. Effective questioning is a means for students to respond during the learning process. Designing questions that capture student interest and attention comprises diagnosing and verifying specific facts or information, determining, and encouraging analytical, inductive, differentiation, extension, application, problem-solving, and synthesis skills. To be effective, we must design questions and answers to request information. Effective classroom questioning techniques require good preparation and do not require students to use thinking skills. This article illustrates that Q&A is a very common activity that can help students learn English and is an important way for students to exchange ideas with teachers and students. The article also covers some basic questions and examines questioning techniques in English teaching.

Cultural development in Indonesia, driven by science and technology, places education as the key to achieving national goals. Focusing on the practice stage in educational technology provides practical experience at SMA Negeri 8 Maros. Informatics learning involves programming, artificial intelligence, and computer networks. Research at SMA Negeri 8 Maros involved 35 class X.5 students with a focus on Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Strengthening the Teaching Profession (P2K) from 4 September to 30 October 2023, creating innovative learning tools for the integration of office applications. Students are required to master office applications and online communication skills. The Pancasila student profile emphasizes critical thinking skills, independence and creativity. The results of implementing Informatics learning using the PBL model show a positive impact on student motivation, increasing enthusiasm, and building critical thinking skills. Students who apply PBL produce higher grades. Informatics learning classification is important for understanding computational thinking and computer systems. The application of the PBL model has a positive impact making students more creative and independent in creating projects using Microsoft Office.    

Indonesia faces challenges and opportunities in the digital era, where industry becomes a threat if human resources do not have sufficient skills to support this change. The digital industry offers great benefits if people have sufficient skills to engage in it. Many entrepreneurs have emerged in the digital era, generating income through online businesses or e-commerce. The use of this industry can provide optimal benefits, especially because the needs of modern humans are fast-paced and practical. Even though many people use gadgets with an internet connection, being just a spectator without actively participating in the digital era can cause losses. Sidingkat Village, which is rich in natural resource potential, especially ibus plants, has not utilized the internet optimally for development and marketing. Karang Taruna youth in this village have free time that has not been used productively. The aim of this Real Work Lecture (KKN) is to develop marketing of ibus plants and provide an understanding of online marketing media to Karang Taruna youth. The method used is the Participation Action Research (PAR) approach, which aims to increase public awareness of the potential and problems they have, as well as providing solutions through change programs. Through this approach, it is hoped that young people can be more productive and use their free time more effectively in the digital era

Summary Persuasive communication skills are very important for teachers. This research proposes a convincing communication model for learning fardhu prayer practice material in early childhood. This type of research is a case study using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Technical Data analysis uses the Spradiley model by conducting domain analysis. The results of the research show that the persuasive communication model is very useful for teachers in learning material on the practice of fadhu prayers for early childhood. To support persuasive communication, teachers need to master the material on fardu prayers according to Tarzi Muhammadiyah, an interesting learning strategy,supporting learning conditions, and supporting keys. Through this research, information was also obtained that audio-visual learning media that applies fardu prayer practices according to the Sunnah is needed to support the persuasive communication model implemented by teachers.

Diarrhea can occur due to consumption of food or drinks contaminated by bacteria, viruses or parasites. The majority of diarrhea sufferers are children under five years old (toddlers) with a prevalence of 12.2%. Diarrhea can be fatal if diarrhea sufferers experience severe dehydration. Giving tempeh porridge to diarrhea sufferers can shorten the duration of acute diarrhea and accelerate weight gain after suffering from acute diarrhea. The results of interviews with mothers who have children under five in the Ploso area, Mojogedang, Mojogedang District, Karanganyar Regency, showed that the majority did not know about treating diarrhea in toddlers with tempeh porridge. Objective: To provide understanding to the public that tempeh porridge can treat diarrhea in toddlers. Method: applied in community service is socialization and health education regarding diarrhea and its management by providing tempe porridge. Community service activities were carried out on Tuesday 21 October 2023 at residents' homes in Ploso Mojogedang Village, Mojogedang Karanganyar District. The community service activities were attended by 11 people. Results: Observations from this health education activity showed that the majority of participants were active in asking questions and answering questions given by the community service team and were able to demonstrate again how to make tempeh porridge. Providing health education about treating diarrhea by providing tempe porridge has proven that the community's knowledge and skills increase after being given the education. This study aims to determine the effect of applying a scientific approach on students' creative thinking abilities. This research is an experimental study. The research design used was Pretest Posttest Only Control Group Design with a population of all grade X students totaling 64 students spread across 3 classes. Sampling is done by cluster random sampling. Class XB is taught using a scientific approach while class XA uses conventional methods. The research data is the ability to be analyzed using the sample t test indenpendent test with the help of Ms.excel 2017. Based on the results of statistical tests of students' creative thinking skills, a calculated t value = 1.94 > t table = 1.687 so that it can be concluded that the scientific approach affects students' creative thinking ability on petroleum materials.

This research examines human resource development strategies in the tourism sector from the perspective of developing regional tourism potential. The existence of human resources is thought to play an important role in tourism development. Tourism human resources include tourists/tourists or as workers (employment). This research uses a qualitative approach, namely an inductive approach. This type of research is categorized as descriptive research. The research results show that the management, development and financing of tourist areas requires the support of many stakeholders (public, private and society) so that the process can run smoothly. The success of developing this area is also greatly influenced by conditions of security and political stability, the carrying capacity of human resources who have appropriate skills both in terms of quality and quantity.

This research aims to understand the level of competency of accounting staff at the Tarbiyah College of Science (STIT) Batu Bara, the quality of regional financial information, the role of accounting staff competency at the Tarbiyah College of Science (STIT) Batu Bara, and its impact on the competency of accounting staff. The research method used is Census with a qualitative and quantitative approach. The analysis tool used is simple regression. The research results show that the important role of accounting staff competencies such as a thorough understanding of financial accounting standards, proficiency in financial analysis, and technical proficiency in accounting information systems in maintaining the quality of regional financial data. This shows that there is a need to increase investment in developing the skills of accounting staff through training and continuous education to support the efficiency and effectiveness of financial management in the educational environment. It can be believed that this research can expand knowledge about the relationship between the quality of regional financial information and the ability of accounting staff, especially at the Tarbiyah College of Science (STIT) Batu Bara.  

Group discussions are an effective method for increasing student participation in sociology learning. Through group discussions, students can interact, share ideas, and solve problems together. This encourages students' activeness in understanding sociological concepts, improves critical thinking skills, and builds better cooperation and communication between them.  

Diarrhea is still a health problem, especially in children. According to the World Health Organization (WHO, 2017) diarrhea is the occurrence of defecation with a consistency that is more liquid than usual, with a frequency of 3 times or more in a 24 hour period. Diarrhea is an environmental-based disease caused by infection with microorganisms including bacteria, viruses, parasites, protozoa, and is transmitted via fecal-oral route. Diarrhea is the second cause of death among children under five in the world. Nearly 1 in 5 child deaths, around 1.5 million each year, are due to diarrhea. Diarrhea is the cause of 40% of under-five deaths throughout the world every year. The results of interviews with mothers who have children under five in the Sambirejo area showed that the majority did not know about treating diarrhea in toddlers with tempeh porridge. Objective: to provide understanding to the public that tempeh porridge can treat diarrhea in toddlers. Method : applied in community service is socialization and health education regarding diarrhea and its management by providing tempe porridge. Community service activities were carried out on Thursday 19 October 2023 at residents' homes in Sambirejo Village. The community service activity was attended by approximately 20 people. Results : Observations from this health education activity showed that the majority of participants were active in asking questions and answering questions given by the community service team and were able to demonstrate again how to make tempeh porridge. Providing health education about treating diarrhea by providing tempe porridge has proven that the community's knowledge and skills increase after being given the education.    

Ular Tangga learning media is a fun learning tool. The use of this learning media is carried out through a learning concept combined with play. Based on the preliminary study conducted on fifth-grade students at SD N 2 Tanjung, it was found that teachers did not use learning media in students' numeracy learning. This study aims to determine the extent to which Ular Tangga media is effective in improving students' numeracy skills at SD N 2 Tanjung. This research uses a qualitative research design with a case study approach. The population in this study is fifth-grade students at SD N 2 Tanjung. The participant determination technique used in this study is purposive sampling technique with a total of 13 students participating. The results of this study indicate that the application of the Ular Tangga media is effectively used. This can be seen from the interview results and the pretest results when using conventional methods, where only 25% of students obtained results above the predetermined minimum passing grade. After the post-test, there was a significant improvement, with 88,44% of students achieving scores above the minimum passing grade.

In an organization there are various individuals who have a set of different backgrounds and characteristics that differ from one individual to another such as race, culture, ethnicity, motives, hopes, education, abilities, skills, etc. So a manager must be able to study various individual characteristics from each other to maximize each individual's potential so that they can provide good performance for the organization. Individual behavior tries to analyze the determinants that determine an individual's behavior in an organization, including personality, attitudes, values, and perceptions as well as abilities and skills. By knowing the characteristics of each individual, it is hoped that they can make a maximum contribution to the organization.
