The aim of this research is to find the problems of advanced writing skills of upper elementary school students, and provide solutions. The research method used is a literature review. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there are two factors that cause students' difficulties in writing at a high level, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include students' weak motor skills, weak visual memory, low students' interest and motivation to learn, and finally students' study habits in class and at home. Meanwhile, external factors include lack of attention from parents towards students, an atmosphere at home that is less supportive, environmental conditions and finally the influence of social media. The lack of writing skills in elementary school students may also be caused by the less than optimal use of innovative learning methods. One way to optimize the writing learning process and increase students' writing motivation is to increase students' interest in writing through interesting learning models and learning media.

The life of the people of Jember, which has long been inseparable from tobacco farming activities, sparked the birth of the idea of building a tobacco museum. This tobacco museum can be said to be a representation of how tobacco developed in the city of Jember. Several aspects contained in it also support the representation process. Starting from the beginning of the construction of the museum which was inspired by the habits of the people of Jember city, namely tobacco farming, the names of several agricultural tools were born from the language of the local community, even to the concept of the building which was interpreted as having similarities with one of the tools for tobacco production, namely the Atag warehouse. This research uses a representation theory perspective proposed by Stuart Hall. According to Hall, there are three approaches to the representation process consisting of reflective, intentional and constructionist approaches. The aim of this research is to find out how the representation process occurs in the tobacco museum. This type of research is qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. The results of the research show that there has been representation in the tobacco museum where the process involves various aspects contained in the museum itself.

Prolonged sitting habits among university students increase the risk of postural abnormalities such as forward head posture and rounded shoulders, which may lead to low back pain and reduced quality of life. The lack of postural awareness and limited preventive interventions on campuses are pressing issues to address. This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of an educational and corrective exercise program consisting of back strengthening and mobility exercises on improving student posture. This study applied a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach. A total of 30 students with ≥4 hours/day of sitting participated in a 4-week intervention program (3 sessions per week). Measured parameters included Forward Head Posture (FHP), Rounded Shoulder Posture (RSP), and the Postural Awareness Scale (PAS). Data were analyzed using paired t-tests. The results indicated significant reductions in FHP (mean decrease of 2.30 cm) and RSP (mean decrease of 7.2°), along with a significant increase in PAS scores (mean increase of 15.49 points) with p < 0.01. The program effectively improved both postural alignment and awareness. A combination of postural education and corrective exercises is effective in improving student posture. This intervention is recommended as a preventive and promotive approach to musculoskeletal health in university settings.

The process of repentance and life change does not happen overnight, but rather through a long journey full of challenges. Such challenges include fear and doubt, discomfort from old habits, rejection and criticism from others, temptations that can lead to setbacks, and the need for patience and perseverance. To overcome this challenge, believers are encouraged to always pray and ask God for forgiveness, read the Bible and listen to God, and put to death the lust of the flesh by taking up the cross, which means facing suffering and trials faithfully. Through these actions, a person's faith can grow strongly, enabling them to better face temptations and challenges. Ultimately, strong commitment and self-denial are the keys to living a new life in accordance with God's will.
