The aviation industry is growing very significantly due to increased mobility, economic expansion and current technological advances. However, as mobility increases and the number of airline passengers increases, airlines experience problems in overcoming flight schedule delays or in other words delays. Data analysis plays an important role in processing large amounts of data to find hidden insights in data. The aim of writing this service journal is to identify days with the highest average minutes of delay, months that experience the highest average delays, and at what times flight delays often occur. . This service object uses secondary data obtained from the Kaggle site. It is hoped that this journal can be used as material for consideration in decision making and improving the operational performance of each airline involved.

This article explores the application of blockchain technology to enhance ethical operations in the food industry. Blockchain is viewed as a potential solution for improving transparency, accountability, and efficiency in the food supply chain. This technology enables the recording of transactions that are immutable and publicly verifiable, reducing the likelihood of fraud and product contamination. Additionally, blockchain can support compliance with ethical and sustainability standards, helping companies build trust with consumers. The study suggests that further research is needed to explore various aspects of blockchain application in the food industry, such as sustainable finance, digital forensics, and supply chain management. However, the article is limited by its focus on bibliometric analysis and lacks empirical data on blockchain implementation in the food industry. Future research should combine theoretical and practical approaches to provide a comprehensive view of blockchain's use in ethical and sustainable business operations.

Stunting in children under five is a critical health problem that affects physical and cognitive development as well as potential future productivity. In Indonesia, the prevalence of stunting is still high, especially in Central Java. This research explores the Central Java Health Service's strategy in overcoming stunting through a qualitative approach using library research. This research shows the results that the Central Java Health Service has formulated policies in accordance with the RPJMN and the direction of the Ministry of Health, focusing on improving health status at all stages of life. Flagship programs such as "Centing Apik" in Kebumen and "Centing Emas" in Magelang aim to improve the possibilities and quality of health and nutritional infrastructure for mothers and children. Even though the reduction in stunting rates is not yet significant, the Health Service's commitment to accelerating the reduction in stunting prevalence is carried out through program optimization, cross-sector collaboration, and public education about nutrition and healthy lifestyles. This strategy includes five stages: goals, environment, direction, action, and measurement. This study aims to analyze meaningful and effective learning assessments applied in the classroom. This research method uses Literature Review by reviewing 12 articles that are in accordance with the material discussed. The results showed that authentic assessments, which involve contextual and relevant tasks, were more effective in improving critical thinking skills than traditional assessments that focused on repetition of information. These findings are supported by Bloom's theory of constructivism and taxonomy, as well as previous studies that show that authentic assessment also increases learning motivation. Students are able to demonstrate what they understand about the learning carried out in accordance with the context of their lives. This will be effective if it is more formative that provides various information in the form of continuous feedback for teachers and students. The implication of this study is the importance of implementing authentic assessments in the curriculum and teaching strategies to maximize the development of students' critical thinking skills, in order to face the challenges of the 21st century.

Education is a very important factor for the development of a country. Education helps develop and improve skills and improves the quality of life and human dignity. To date, changes have been made to the curriculum. The curriculum is considered a plan developed to facilitate the teaching and learning process which is the responsibility of the school or educational institution and its teaching staff. (Yulia, 2023). Education in Indonesia has undergone curriculum changes 11 times. Starting from after independence until the latest in 2021-2022. This research aims to compare the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum at State Elementary School 064037 and understand the differences between the two in improving the quality of education. The method used is qualitative research with a content analysis and narrative analysis approach. In-depth content analysis is carried out on written and printed information from mass media to identify message characteristics objectively and systematically. Data was collected through interviews and reviewing controversial mass media news. The research results show that the Merdeka Curriculum, which has only been implemented in grades 1 and 4, gives students greater freedom in the use of knowledge, both inside and outside school, and encourages teacher and student creativity. In contrast, the 2013 Curriculum balances soft skills and hard skills in an integrative manner but still places educators as the main assessors of student abilities. Observations show that the Merdeka Curriculum encourages students to play an active role in learning, with educators acting as facilitators. This change in curriculum leads to a more student-centric approach, where students receive active feedback regarding their self-evaluation. These findings confirm that the Merdeka Curriculum promotes more independent and participatory learning compared to the 2013 Curriculum.
