This study aims to examine the illegal land ownership of the Pusong Reservoir in Banda Sakti Subdistrict, Lhokseumawe City by the local community, viewed from the perspective of Islamic law, specifically the concept of milk al-daulah, and national legislation, particularly Law No. 17 of 2019 on Water Resources. The phenomenon of land ownership in the reservoir has resulted in various impacts, including ecosystem damage and the potential for conflicts between the community and the government. This research uses a juridical-sociological approach with a descriptive-analytical qualitative method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and literature studies. The findings show that the community’s ownership of the reservoir land, which is used for business and residential purposes, is in conflict with the principle of milk al-daulah and Law No. 17 of 2019, which stipulates that water resources are controlled by the state and must be used for public interest. The weak implementation of government oversight in managing this land has led to an imbalance between the interests of the community and the state. This study recommends better management of the reservoir land to ensure ecosystem sustainability and community welfare.

This research aims to overcome students' difficulties in preparing logical and systematic presentations by implementing project-based learning (PJBL) strategies. The problem faced is the limited ability of students to respond and present information effectively. This research used mixed methods, involving observation, interviews with teachers, as well as pretest and posttest tests on 25 grade 5 elementary school students to evaluate the effectiveness of this strategy.
Qualitative data was collected through observation and interviews to understand student responses, while quantitative data was obtained from the results of the pretest and posttest which were compared using the paired t test. The research results show that PJBL is effective in improving students' presentation skills logically and systematically, as well as increasing self-confidence and collaboration skills. Based on these results, it is recommended that teachers consider implementing PJBL with a focus on real experience and collaboration to achieve more optimal learning.
The learning outcomes of Indonesian in understanding reading texts at the elementary school (SD) level are still low. This study aims to explore the challenges of reading comprehension skills in elementary school students, where many students are able to read technically but have difficulty understanding the reading content. This study examines the phenomenon of the gap between technical reading ability and reading content comprehension in elementary school students in Indonesia. Although students are able to read texts fluently, they often have difficulty understanding the meaning and context of more complex readings. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews, reading and text comprehension tests, and documentation at SD Negeri Bunter II, Cimanggung District, Sumedang Regency. The results show that this problem is caused by several factors, such as teaching methods that are less interactive and focus on reading techniques without providing comprehension strategies, lack of use of technology in learning, and low motivation of students to read more complex texts. The text comprehension test showed that only 35% of students were able to understand the content of the reading well. These findings emphasize the need to use more varied, creative, and technology-based learning methods to improve students' reading comprehension. This study provides important recommendations for teachers and schools in implementing a more effective approach to improve students' literacy skills
Corruption is one of the biggest problems that hinders Indonesia's progress, even though this country uses Pancasila as the basis of the state. Pancasila should be a moral guideline in every aspect of national and state life, including in preventing corruption. This study aims to analyze the causes of corruption in Indonesia in various professions, as well as to examine the relationship between the application of Pancasila values and corrupt practices in this country. The study uses a library method by analyzing 47 articles and journals from 2020-2024. The research findings show that the main causes of corruption in Indonesia include weak law enforcement, a deep-rooted culture of corruption, inability to manage power, and socio-economic disparities.
In the era of digitalization, strengthening national identity is important, with the concept of National Defense as the main strategy. Defending the Nation emphasizes the obligation of every citizen to maintain the country's defense and security, especially amidst the threat of digitalization which can change cultural values and national identity. This research aims to examine the role of the concept of National Defense in strengthening national identity and increasing public awareness of the importance of defending the country. By maintaining the principles of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika and Pancasila, defending the country becomes a means of protecting Indonesia's unity, culture and sovereignty in the digital era.
Training in introducing computer basics is one of the trainings that students can develop because the acquisition of excess competencies from this training is quite promising. If students, after becoming alumni, can develop these competencies, it will be very profitable. Partners in this PKM activity are students from MTs Pembangunan Nurul Islam, Sarimulya Setu, South Tangerang. The introductory training on the basics of computer hardware and software was carried out in stages: introduction, counseling and assistance in using it. Based on the results of observations and discussions with partners, there were several problems faced by the introductory training on computer basics, namely students' lack of operating computer technology perfectly, lack of Student motivation when studying computer technology. One of the causes is a lack of awareness of how important it is to study computer technology. The solutions proposed or offered in this PKM activity are as follows: 1. Facilitate and provide direction to MTs students at the school, it is hoped that they can understand the basics of computers more freely without fear. 2. Provide computer basics learning according to level. for junior high school level, they are given advanced material from what they learn formally in school informatics lessons. During training activities, students are encouraged to be able to understand the basics of computers with the aim of raising their self-confidence in learning. For this reason, the PKM team will help to solve problems in the management aspect using training methods

However, many cooperatives face challenges in managerial and leadership aspects that hinder their competitiveness. This article discusses the results of community service programs aimed at improving managerial capacity and leadership at the Prosperous Citizen Development Cooperative in Pamekasan. The approach used includes training, mentoring, and hands-on mentoring, with a focus on strengthening strategic planning, operational management, and innovative leadership skills. The target of the program is cooperative administrators and key members who have a strategic role in the organization. The results showed significant improvements in managerial skills, leadership mindsets, and member involvement in strategic decision-making. This program also has an impact on more professional cooperative management, increased competitiveness, and strengthening the cooperative's external network. However, the evaluation of the program identified several obstacles, such as participants' time constraints, low levels of digital literacy, and resistance to change. To overcome this obstacle, it is recommended that there be more focused continuous training, flexibility in implementation time, and collaboration with external parties such as the government and educational institutions. This article emphasizes the importance of strengthening the capacity of human resources to support the transformation of cooperatives into competitive economic entities. This approach not only provides internal benefits for cooperatives, but also contributes to the development of the local economy in a sustainable manner. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in encouraging economic equity in Indonesia by encouraging economic growth, encouraging innovation and creativity, and reducing unemployment. Among the various MSME sectors, the culinary business stands out because it is very promising due to the universal food needs. One of the culinary businesses, Roti Bakar Bahagia, located in Medang Lestari, Tangerang Regency, shows significant growth potential but faces challenges in optimizing digital marketing and payment systems. To overcome these challenges, community service activities are carried out to increase the digital presence and digital payment infrastructure of the business. The assistance provided includes designing and making logos, designing and recreating menu lists, creating Google Maps lists, and integrating digital payment systems through QRIS. These efforts proved to be very beneficial, equipping Roti Bakar Bahagia to increase its competitiveness and sustain growth in the dynamic culinary market.
Background:
The fovea ethmoidalis and the lateral lamella of the cribriform plate of the ethmoid bone are the parts of the skull base that are most vulnerable to iatrogenic problems during functional endoscopic sinus surgery. The vertical height of the cribriform plate's lateral lamella, which is divided into three groups based on Keros types. According to the Keros, The likelihood of iatrogenic injury and issues increases with the cribriform plate's lateral lamella height.
Aim of the study:
The aim of this study is to assess the discrepancies in the ethmoid roof elevation (the depth of the olfactory fossa) amongst the adult Kirkuk population using multi-detector computed tomography.
Patients and methods:
160 persons who were referred for a CT scan to evaluate their paranasal sinuses participated in the study. Participants in this study were not allowed to have any pathological abnormalities affecting the ethmoid roof. According to the Keros classification, which was split into three groups (Keros I from 1 to 3 mm, and from 4 to 7 mm considered Keros II, while Keros III should be from 8 mm and more), the vertical height of the lateral lamella of the cribriform plate was measured using the coronal portion of a CT image.
Results:
The patients' average age was 35.25 ±14.16 years. The range of the left lateral lamella height is 2.1 to 10.0 mm, and the range of the right lateral lamella height is 2.0 to 9.9 mm. Of these, 43.75% had Keros type I, 55% had Keros type II, and 1.25% had Keros type III.
Conclusion:
Keros type II was present in the majority (about 55%) of the adult population in that was studied while Keros type I was (about 43.75%). However, just (about 1.25%) of the adults population in the sample had Keros type III.
The current study has investigated the morphological identification of some snails ofClass Gastropoda in AL-Diwaniyah City in Iraq. The findings show that there are threefamilies of studied samples, and they are Viviparidae, Thiaridae, and Melanopsidae of thespecies that are Melanoides tuberculata, Bellamya bengalensis and Melanopsis nodosa.More studies should be conducted in this regard, for the fact that normal fauna isimportant in terms of local fauna, and they should be kept under monitoring to avoidspecies extinction.
This research investigates the connection between social anxiety and self-esteem among first-year students who have migrated from other regions to Universitas Negeri Padang. Employing a quantitative approach with a correlational design, the study included 44 migrant students as participants. Data were gathered through both online and face-to-face distribution of questionnaires. The statistical analysis indicated a significant negative relationship between social anxiety and self-esteem, with a correlation coefficient of -0.812 (p< 0.01). This finding demonstrates that higher levels of social anxiety are associated with lower levels of self-esteem among students, and conversely. The results highlight the influence of social anxiety on the social and psychological capacities of first-year migrant students. This study aims to offer valuable insights into the psychological challenges faced by migrant students and provide a foundation for creating interventions to enhance their well-being.
The increase in human activities, such as industrialization, urbanization, and transportation, has led to air pollution, including heavy metal contamination such as lead (Pb). Lead originates from vehicle emissions, industrial activities, and fossil fuel combustion, which have detrimental effects on the environment and human health. One effective method for monitoring air pollution is biomonitoring using bioindicators, such as lichen. Lichen is sensitive to air quality and can absorb pollutants, including heavy metals, through its surface. This study uses a literature review to analyze the role of lichen as a bioindicator of heavy metal pollution, specifically lead. Several lichen species, such as *Xanthoparmelia xanthofarinosa* and *Canoparmelia aptata*, are known to accumulate heavy metals from the environment. The results show that the lead content in lichen varies depending on the pollution level in the location. Areas with high traffic have higher lead concentrations compared to areas with low traffic. The advantages of using lichen as a bioindicator include low cost, practicality, and its ability to provide long-term data on air quality. With this understanding, lichen data can be used for pollution mitigation and evidence-based policies to reduce the impact of air pollution. Further research is recommended to explore the potential of lichen in detecting other heavy metals, such as cadmium (Cd) and copper (Cu).
Mixed marriages raise several issues and have impacts related to legal relationships. Such as citizenship, marriage agreements, divorce issues, custody rights for children born in mixed marriages and inheritance rights for children arising from these marriages. This research uses a normative doctrinal approach. Because in concept this research is sourced from written norms. Therefore, the research is carried out through the analysis of laws and regulations related to inheritance rights for children who have been born from mixed marriages. Therefore, the study carried out is only “limited” to the (written) laws and regulations related to the object under study. The results show that children born from mixed marriages also have legal protection. The existence of universal citizenship principles contained in Law No. 12/2006 on citizenship, such as the principle of ius sanguinis; determining the citizenship of a child from his descendants; the principle of ius soli, determining the citizenship of the child from his birthplace; the principle of single citizenship, emphasizing that every child can only have one citizenship; and the principle of dual citizenship, providing dual citizenship for every child in accordance with the decision of the Act.
This research aims to explore the role and strategy of community relations at SMA Antartica Sidoarjo in improving internal and external collaboration. Effective public relations can strengthen communication between schools, students, parents and communities, and create an environment that supports the teaching and learning process. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and document analysis. The research results show that Antarctica High School has implemented various public relations strategies, such as organizing collaborative events, utilizing social media, and partnership programs with external institutions. It is hoped that these findings can become the basis for developing further strategies to strengthen collaboration and improve the quality of education at Sidoarjo Antarctic High School.
This study aims to explore the experience of interns in managing proposals and accountability reports (LPJ) at the Welfare Bureau of the North Sumatra Governor's Office. The method used in this study is qualitative research with a case study approach. The result of this research is the process of managing the incoming proposal file and accountability sheet by following the rules that apply to the Administration Sub-Division, People's Welfare Bureau of the North Sumatra Governor's Office. The management of proposals and accountability reports starts from the input process, printing the disposition sheet, to numbering the files, all carried out based on the directions given.
This study aims to analyze the factors that cause smoking behavior in class XI students at SMP X Surakarta. Smoking behavior among teenagers, especially in school environments, is a significant problem, because it can affect students' physical and mental health. This research uses observation and interview methods with students who are involved in smoking behavior. The results of the research show that the main factors influencing students' smoking behavior are the influence of peers, boredom during class, and the emotional pressure or stress felt by students. Apart from that, family factors also play a role in smoking habits, such as the presence of family members who smoke. Smoking intensity varied between students, with the most frequently chosen smoking areas being hidden areas at school and home. The impacts of this behavior include serious health risks and reduced quality of life. Therefore, this research suggests increasing health education in schools, providing education to parents, strict supervision in the school environment, and providing alternative positive activities for students. It is hoped that this research will provide insight into efforts to prevent smoking among teenagers and create a healthier environment.
