The community has the right to get a clean, beautiful, comfortable and healthy environment; get cleaning services; utilizing and processing waste; actively participate in waste management activities; and obtain information from local governments and/or other parties that are directly related to the sustainability of life related to waste. This right has direct implications for the community's obligations regarding the management of household waste and/or similar household waste by being obliged to reduce and/or handle waste in an environmentally sound manner. Unfortunately, the handling of environmentally sound waste has not gone well due to inadequate facilities, enforcement of regulations, and low awareness of the community itself. PT. Wahana Anugerah Energi has developed a waste collection and transportation system using a smartphone application called Rapel. Rapel campaigns for sustainable waste management in households. Currently, Rapel provides garbage pick-up services, especially for recycled waste. However, the problems faced include: wide community reach but with Human Resources (HR) PT. The Wahana Anugerah Energi (Rapel Surakarta) is limited, facilities and infrastructure for the ongoing development of understanding of waste management for the community are not sufficient, the application of Rapel is not yet known by the people of Surakarta. overcome, the lack of public awareness of Surakarta City regarding waste management, lack of cooperation and coordination with agencies related to waste problems so that Rapel technology has not received public knowledge, Surakarta people do not know about data integration related to environmental information. From this problem, we  design a social marketing communication program so that Rapel Indonesia's goal of encouraging people to sort household waste can be achieved. To achieve this, we design a waste sorting workshop by presenting credible sources such as Lyfe With Less Representative and Rapel Indonesia Manager. Keywords: Waste Management, Education, Society, Technology, Surakarta

This study examines the contribution of Islamic philosophy and local wisdom of the archipelago in strengthening social cohesion, with a focus on understanding the values of moderation, harmony, and mutual respect. The background of this research is the increasing social conflict caused by the lack of integrative understanding between Islamic values and local wisdom. The main objective of this study is to assess how these two aspects contribute to creating a more cohesive and harmonious society. This research uses a qualitative approach with hermeneutic methods to analyze Islamic philosophical texts such as taṣawwuf, morals, and kalam, as well as local cultural practices such as customs, mutual cooperation, and other traditions of the people of the archipelago. The results of the study show that Islamic philosophy, with concepts such as salam (peace), akhlak (ethics), and tawhid (unity), plays an important role in building social harmony. Likewise, the local wisdom of the archipelago emphasizes the values of tolerance, cooperation, and togetherness through social practices such as mutual cooperation. The integration of these two elements, i.e. Islamic values and local traditions, has proven to be more effective in strengthening social cohesion when compared to an exclusive approach to one of the sources of value. Therefore, an integrative approach, combining Islamic teachings and local wisdom, is essential to strengthen community bonds and create a more inclusive and harmonious society.

The relationship between traditional Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) and modern international human rights norms has long been characterized by debate and tension. Islamic law is commonly perceived as divinely grounded and normatively authoritative, whereas human rights frameworks are often viewed as secular, universal, and rooted in modern legal philosophy. This perceived dichotomy has contributed to the widespread assumption that Sharī‘a and human rights are inherently incompatible, particularly in sensitive areas such as gender equality, freedom of religion, and minority rights. Reassessing this tension is especially important for Muslim-majority societies that must reconcile religious legitimacy with global human rights obligations. This study explores the potential for harmonizing classical Islamic jurisprudence with contemporary human rights norms by identifying shared values, points of divergence, and feasible pathways for integration. Using a qualitative normative legal approach, the research employs doctrinal analysis of primary Islamic legal sources alongside international human rights instruments, supported by comparative analysis of key rights, including the protection of life, religious freedom, and gender equality. Interpretative analysis is applied to examine how classical and contemporary Islamic scholars conceptualize human rights within the Sharī‘a framework. The findings reveal substantial convergence between Islamic law and human rights norms, particularly in their shared emphasis on human dignity, justice, equality, and social welfare. While interpretative tensions persist, they are largely shaped by contextual and institutional factors rather than by the core ethical objectives of Islamic law. Integrative approaches grounded in ijtihad, maṣlaḥa, and maqāṣid al-sharī‘a offer constructive pathways for harmonization.

Before carrying out sailing activities as a navigator on a ship, the thing you must prepare is, prepare everything related to the cruise plan. This aims to minimize the occurrence of accidents on ships when sailing. Making passage plans is usually made using paper maps, but this is a long and inefficient method to do. So, with current technological advances, several systems and tools have been created to make it easier to create passage plans, namely digital maps or better known as Electronic Charts. Electronic Chart Display and Information Systems (ECDIS) is a tool whose function and system can provide information about navigation and whose use is to back up existing equipment, so that it can be accepted and considered to meet the requirements determined by the 1974 SOLAS convention & its amendments. Electronic Chart Display and Information Systems (ECDIS) is an integration of various navigation tools, namely Global Positioning System (GPS), Radio Direction and Ranging (RADAR), Automatic Identification System (AIS), Echo Sounder and Gyro Compass. Starting from this awareness that there are many advantages in operating ECDIS on ships, we should realize that using ECDIS to make shipping plans (Passage Planning) can help lighten the burden on officers on board ships in designing a good and safe shipping route. The impact of making a passage plan that is inaccurate/not rechecked on the nautical chart that is generated as input to ECDIS and causes accidents when the ship is navigating.
