The development of digital technology has had a significant impact on the use of demand deposits in the trading business. This discussion aims to analyze the effect of the application of digital technology on the use of demand deposits in the retail industry. Several retail companies are still facing challenges related to technological infrastructure and the availability of reliable internet access. In order to optimize the use of demand deposits in the trading business with the adoption of digital technology, retail companies need to involve employees in training and developing technology skills. Attention to data protection and customer privacy is also required and the development of strategies to promote consumer acceptance of digital payment methods.    

Hospitalization is a process that requires children to undergo treatment and therapy at the hospital until they return home. The impact of hospitalization that is most often experienced by children is anxiety. Anxiety experienced by children during hospitalization can be overcome by playing therapy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving playing ball therapy to hospitalized children with anxiety before examining vital signs. This research method is a descriptive study, with a sample of 2 people in the Hospital of Temanggung Regency. The instrument used to measure anxiety levels is the Spence Children's Anxiety Scale (SCAS). Respondents were given play therapy 3 times in 3 days. The results of this study indicate that the anxiety level of hospitalized children decreased from an average score of 36, namely the moderate anxiety category, to an average score of 20, mild anxiety category.    

This study aims to find out: the influence of education on work ethic, the effect of training on work ethic, the influence  of education and training  on  work ethic.This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was all employees at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Grogol, Kediri Regency as many as 35 employees. The sampling technique uses Saturated sampling. Data collection techniques usequestionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is a classical assumption, multiple linear regression.The results of the study at the significance level of showed that: there was a positive and significant influence of education on work ethic, There is a positive and significant influence of training on work ethic, There is a simultaneous influence of education and training on work ethic.

This study aims to identify how the development of human capital can be improved through optimizing the School Activity Plan and Budget (RKAS) in an effort to improve school quality. Through a qualitative approach, data was collected through observation, interviews, and analysis of documents related to the implementation of the RKAS at SMKN 3 Tuban. The results of the research show that developing human capital through optimizing RKAS has the potential to improve school quality. Funds allocated wisely for teacher and student training programs, as well as extracurricular support and collaboration with other schools and industry visits, were able to develop teacher and student competencies. Optimal implementation of RKAS plays an important role in facilitating human capital development by ensuring proper allocation of funds and programs that are relevant to school needs.

PT SK Keris Indonesia is a joint venture company operating in Indonesia and is part of SK Chemicals' global strategy. This company produces various types of products, such as polyester filament yarn, PET resin for bottles, PET film, as well as several specialty chemicals that are tailored to orders from consumers. Given the types of products produced and the large size of the company, security at PT SK Keris Indonesia is very important. This study was made to find a correlation between the role of security management and security breaches. The results of the study show that the Security Unit at PT SK Keris has not optimally and coordinatedly utilized all parties related to the security of PT. SK Keris including the local police. SK Keris, needs to take advantage of the potential that exists from within and around it, including by building cooperation with the local police apparatus.

This study uses a financial ratio approach to examine the financial performance of Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that uses financial data from businesses for two years between 2021 and 2022. Liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, profitability ratios, and activity ratios are all included in the financial ratio method. Based on the research results, it can be interpreted that the financial performance of Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk has decreased during the study period. Therefore, it is necessary to make efforts to improve financial performance by implementing effective and efficient business strategies and good risk management. In addition, the company also needs to improve operational performance and efficiency in the use of assets to develop the business in a sustainable manner in the future.

The purpose of this study was to find out the learning outcomes of students at the elementary level through the Role Playing method. The learning outcomes of each student are different so there is a need for this research to examine this. Based on the results of student evaluations in learning material for fiction stories, fifth grade students at SDN Pandan showed very low learning evaluation results. This can be seen from several students, who obtained a 60% level of learning outcomes. This happens because of the lack of students in understanding the Role Playing material. This study uses a type of classroom action research using data collection techniques in the form of observation and tests. The research instrument used observation sheets in the form of teacher activity observation sheets and student observation sheets. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative.  

This research was conducted to overcome the problem of low numeracy skills in grade 2 students of SD Negeri Galengdowo 2 Wonosalam. Therefore the researchers made efforts to improve students' reading skills through the Jaritmatika method. This research involved 40 grade 2 students of SD Negeri Galengdowo 2 Wonosalam. The design of this study was classroom action research. From the results of the research, the average score in cycle I was 62.41% of 40 grade 1 students at SD Negeri Galengdowo 2 Wonosalam. Whereas in cycle II the learning completeness that has been achieved classically is 74.88%.    

Student discipline has a very important role in the learning process at school. Students who are not accustomed to discipline and are not handled by the school immediately, will develop habits in themselves so that they always commit violations of every existing rule. Efforts made by schools to discipline students are the existence of rules that are made so that these regulations can be obeyed. However, the existing rules at school are only used as a display without wanting to apply them concretely. So from this it is necessary to instill the value of discipline in schools, namely by giving light punishments so that students will not repeat the violation a second time. This research is a literature review research with a descriptive approach. The literature reviewed in this study comes from research journals. The conclusion in this study shows that the inculcation of discipline at SD Pertiwi Makassar has gone quite well, but still needs to be improved

The notion of leadership is someone who wants to be recognized as a leader by having advantages in several functions including the advantages of being able to influence, guide, manage other people, and evaluate all activities up to human resources, besides the advantages of a leader must have a ready mentality, one of which is a leader in the world of education which can be interpreted as the principal has the task of being able to be a driver, guide, direct, and move other people who have a relationship with the implementation and development of education and teaching, so that activities can run effectively and efficiently in achieving the vision and mission of an education. the principal as a superior needs to pay attention to subordinates to be able to support a series of educational activities, the achievement of quality education as a point of understanding that needs to be considered as a school principal in driving the course of education is an organic system where schools are one of them, smoothness and prosperity built by the principal later it will provide high quality value for an educational institution he leads where all the goals that are expected together can be achieved and all human resource needs in carrying out their duties are properly fulfilled.

The Credit Guarantee is important to cover or guarantee the Creditors in the Syndicated Bank in the event of a default or bad credit or default from the Debtor. Collateral as regulated in Law number 7 of 1992 concerning Banking as amended by Law number 10 of 1998 concerning Amendments to Law number 7 of 1992 concerning Banking, guarantee is defined as "faith in faith and ability and ability of the customer or debtor to pay off the debt or return the financing as agreed. Credit guarantees (debts) as regulated in article 1131 of the Civil Code are "all objects of the debtor, both movable and immovable, both existing and those that will exist in the future, become dependents for all individual engagements". The position of the Committee for State Receivables (PUPN), from a constitutional point of view, should be able to become a strong and professional representative interdepartmental institution in line with the goals and expectations of its establishment in accordance with laws and regulations to support the wheels of the economy and benefit the country's finances at a macro level. The problem in this study is regarding how PUPN's authority is viewed from the point of view of the legal system theory. The method used in this research is descriptive research method with a normative juridical approach. Law Number 49 Prp of 1960 concerning the Committee for State Receivable Affairs, is the forerunner of the paradigm for settlement of State Receivables by incorporating elements of managing and collecting state debts with very effective and strong authority from a legal standpoint. In addition, the institutional form that is interdepartmental gives a special image and the presence of law enforcement officials in it can have a significant psychological effect on the debt guarantor. Not to mention that the PUPN itself is equipped with parate execution powers which are the same as the court's execution powers.

The settlement of state administrative disputes as a result of the issuance of a state administrative decision letter is the authority of the State Administrative Court as a judicial body appointed by the Law governing the State Administrative Court. Administrative efforts are a non-litigation settlement that must be taken before state administrative disputes are submitted to the State Administrative Court. Ice cubes are a food product that is often consumed by the community. Ice cubes are usually mixed in drinks to add freshness. Ice cubes are made from drinking water frozen at 0°C, although low temperatures can inhibit the growth of microorganism cells, ice cubes still have the possibility of containing contaminant microorganisms. Ice cubes that can cause diarrhea are ice cubes that contain pathogenic bacteria, one of which is Escherichia coli. Therefore it is necessary to check the quality of ice cubes microbiologically. This study aims to detect the presence of Escherichia coli in ice cubes sold by food stalls in the Liliba Village, Kupang. This type of research uses a descriptive method, where the population in this study is ice cubes which are sold in 10 different stalls in Liliba Kupang Village. The method used is Most Probable Number (MPN) with a variance of 5-1-1 followed by Gram staining and IMVIC test. From the results of the study, it can be found that ice cubes are sold in food stalls in Liliba Kupang Village, from 10 samples of ice cubes there is 1 sample that contains 10% Escherichia coli bacteria.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the product quality characteristics of Bank BSI on student satisfaction at UIN SMH Banten. This study uses a quantitative approach and survey techniques. A total of 33 students from UIN SMH Banten received the question sheets. The analysis of the collected data was carried out using descriptive and inferential statistical methods. Product Features Bank Syariah Indonesia's digital product, BSI Mobile aims to facilitate customer transactions and provide information to customers through the features offered. The second most important factor is feature development because product features are undeniable product benefits and characteristics that customers can directly use. Simple linear regression tests, t-tests (individually), F-tests, and validity tests were used to demonstrate and analyze. These results indicate that since the corrected elemental overall correlation is greater than 0.3, the product characteristics related to student satisfaction have been accepted as valid. The BSI Mobile-Product Mark is known to have a significance value (Sig.) of 0.000, which indicates that the significance value of the BSI Mobile-Product Brand is less than 0.05 (= 5%). Therefore, this shows that H0 will be rejected and H2 will be accepted. The main result of this study is that there is a significant relationship between student satisfaction at UIN SMH Banten with product features of BSI Mobile.

To explore the factors influencing customer preference for Kaizen Heritage Coffee Bekasi, a series of methodological steps will be undertaken, including secondary data analysis, surveys and interviews, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Through this qualitative approach, the research seeks to explore the experiences and perspectives of visitors to Kaizen Heritage Coffee Bekasi in depth. In depth of interviews were conducted with the 30 respondents, providing insights into key elements such as service quality, the location's atmosphere, and the values ​​espoused by Kaizen Heritage Coffee Bekasi.

The Mediterranean region, in particular Algeria, is experiencing serious challenges due to the increased opportunities for forest fires. Since the mid-1970s, there has been a 50% reduction in rainfall over northwestern Algeria, making northern Algeria particularly vulnerable to the problem for many years. More than 37,000 hectares of sensitive forest are lost every year due to this extreme drought. The findings of this study, which assessed the hazard of forest fires from 2006 to 2019, agree with those of Bentchakal,Chibane (2022), who examined the problems caused by forest fires in the region. The aim of this investigation is to gain a better understanding of the problems caused by local forest fires and to use that expertise to provide insight for the authors and readers of this report. The report was written by presenting the findings of observations made using the Rapid Miner classification approach, which includes the categorization of areas affected by forest fires. Data is collected using a variety of algorithmic techniques, including Naive Bayes, KNN, and decision trees, which are used as tests of data to identify the most accurate results. The findings show that the Decision Tree technique has the best accuracy of 86.49% and provides a thorough explanation of the data.

This study aims to determine: Performance of Working Groups (Pokja I, Pokja II, Pokja III, and Pokja IV) PKK Mande Village in implementing ten work programs related to women's empowerment.The type of research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques used, namely: questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. The population in the study were the administrators and members of the PKK Mande Village, totaling 27 people, consisting of 14 administrators and 21 members. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study were administrators and members of the PKK Mande Village, totaling 35 people. Data analysis techniques used in this study using descriptive statistical methods. The results of the research obtained, namely: 1) The performance of the Working Group (Pokja I) in implementing the work program of appreciation and practice of Pancasila and gotong-royong can be done very well. 2) The performance of Pokja II PKK Mande Village in implementing the skills education work program is very well implemented and the cooperative life development work program cannot be implemented. 3) The performance of Pokja III PKK Mande Village in implementing the food work program is very well implemented while the clothing and household management work programs are less well implemented.

Patient is a person who, directly or indirectly, consults a doctor or medical service about a health problem in order to receive the medical care the patient needs. After registering, patients need to wait until they get health services from the intended poly. The waiting time is understood as the time required from the arrival of the patient to the moment when the specialist performs the service. This study aims to review the length of waiting time for cardiac outpatient services at the Cilandak Marine Marine Hospital in 2022 using a quantitative approach with descriptive research methods, namely conducting direct interviews with outpatients and directly reviewing the length of waiting time for patients. 74 patient samples, there were 23 patients (31.08%) whose waiting time was appropriate or below the minimum service standard of waiting time (≤60 minutes), while for 51 patients (68.92%) the waiting time did not meet the minimum service standard of time. waiting time (>60 minutes), with an average patient waiting time of 96 minutes. The fastest waiting time for patients is 41 minutes, while the longest waiting time for patients is 173 minutes. Factors that cause long waiting times for outpatients are the inadequate number of medical record officers and medical personnel, the number of patients who come at the same time, causing queues at the registration counter and queues at the poly, doctors' practice hours are quite at odds with registration hours at the counter, negligence of the patient when registering, not carrying a medical card, not carrying the necessary documents, and not the patient concerned who registers, and the number of medical personnel and officers is not sufficient.
