Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan perbedaan pengaruh antara keterampilan menulis naskah drama dengan menggunakan model Circuit Learning dan Direct Instruction pada siswa kelas VIII SMP N 3 Curug. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen bersifat kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP N 3 Curug. Teknik pengambilan sampel digunakan teknik simple random sampling. Terpilih siswa kelas VIII.1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIII.3 sebagai kelas kontrol. Data penelitian berupa lembar hasil kerja siswa dalam menulis naskah drama yang diberikan pada saat pretest dan posttest. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang sangat kuat dalam penerapan model Circuit Learning terhadap keterampilan menulis naskah drama, dengan rata-rata skor pretest sebesar 62,43 dan skor posttest sebesar 80,5. Sedangkan, pengaruh model Direct Instruction terhadap keterampilan menulis naskah drama dengan rata-rata skor pretest sebesar 59,26 dan skor posttest sebesar 72,3. Berdasarkan data hasil pembelajaran memiliki peningkatan pada nilai posttest di kelas eksperimen yang memiliki selisih 8,2 point, dari hasil tersebut terlihat adanya perbedaan yang signifikan yakni nilai yang menggunakan model Circuit Learning lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan yang menggunakan model Direct Instruction terhadap hasil menulis naskah drama. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa model pembelajaran Circuit Learning lebih baik dibanding dengan model Direct Instruction untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis naskah drama.  

Sampah merupakan suatu hal yang selalu ada dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Semua yang beraktivitas pasti akan menghasilkan sampah dan begitu juga yang terjadi di Dusun Condrowangsan Kecamatan Banguntapan Kabupaten Bantul. Permasalahan dari penelitian ini adalah proses pengelolaan sampah yang dilakukan belum masuk dalam kategori yang baik dan benar dikarenakan proses pengelolaan dilakukan dengan pembuangan yang tidak pada tempatnya dan dengan proses pembakaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem pengelolaan sampah yang ada di Desa Disanah Kecamatan Sreseh Kabupaten Sampang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan rancang bangun observasional deskriptif. Teknik penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara survei lapangan, focus group discussion yang melibatkan partisipan, wawancara terbuka, dan studi literatur. Partisipan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perwakilan dari Badan Lingkungan Hidup, kepala desa, badan perwakilan desa, karang taruna, dan organisasi yang ada di desa. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa pengelolaan sampah di Desa tersebut masih kurang baik hal ini dikarenakan tidak adanya lahan untuk pembangunan tempat penampungan sementara, fasilitas sarana dan prasarana yang masih belum baik, dan tingkat kesadaran masyarakat yang masih rendah akan pentingnya pengelolaan sampah dengan baik dan benar. Saran yang bisa diberikan adalah dengan melakukan sosialisasi tentang pengelolaan sampah yang baik dan benar, jadwal rutin gotong royong bersih desa dan memasukkan anggaran untuk pembebasan lahan yang akan digunakan untuk tempat penampungan sementara.    

This study aims to describe training in the use of the ClassDojo learning application as an effort to increase learning for YPK Merauke Middle School teachers. This study discusses the training provided to YPK Merauke Middle School teachers to the assistance provided by the team. Implementation of learning using learning applications can increase teacher creativity in conducting learning in class. This, of course, must be carried out by training so that teachers can apply it in the classroom. This research uses descriptive qualitative method as a process in conducting research. This research was conducted at YPK Merauke Middle School by involving YPK Merauke Middle School teachers as training participants. Kehamilan merupakan sesuatu hal wajar yang terjadi pada wanita produktif yang mempunyai pasangan atau dikenal dengan Pasangan usia Subur (PUS). Pada setiap masa kehamilan ibu akan mengalami beberapa perubahan diantaranya perubahan fisik (Pembesaran Abdomen, Rahim, Payudara,Sering Buang air Kecil)  dan psikologis (Perubahan Mood). Perubahan pada aspek psikologis yang jika dibiarkan tanpa solusi akan dapat menyebabkan permasalahan seperti ansietas/ kecemasan, gangguan tidur, depresi, peningkatan tekanan darah, Preeklamsia Berat hinga kematian janin, oleh karena itu diperlukan implementasi untuk mengatasi kecemasan pada ibu hamil. Mitra PKM yaitu Praktik Bidan Mandiri yang mempunyai masalah tersendiri dimana Mitra PBM tidak memiliki tenaga kesehatan yang cukup untuk memberikan terapi dalam hal mengatasi cemas tersebut. Oleh karena PKM ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan edukasi tentang persalinan dan tehnik relaksasi Thought Stoping untuk mengatasi ansietas. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan memberikan edukasi nyeri persalinan dan tahap persalinan, lalu ibu hamil diberikan edukasi mengenai tehnik relaksasi Thougt Stoping.

Poverty is a problem that exists in every region. Many factors can affect the level of poverty, for example, the unemployment rate and also the Human Development Index. The higher the unemployment rate, the higher the poverty rate will be. And also if the higher the Human Development Index, the lower the poverty rate. This study aims to determine whether the Open Unemployment Rate and the Human Development Index affect the Poverty Level. This research is a quantitative research. The variables used in this study are the Open Unemployment Rate, the Human Development Health Index, and the Poverty Level. The analysis used is a panel data method in the form of a cross section of 27 regencies/cities in West Java Province and time series data from 2020 - 2021.

Tujuan untuk melihat hubungan bimbingan keagamaan rohis dan akhlak karyawan yang di dalamnya terdapat beberapa komponen indikator yang berkaitan dan membentuk suatu hubungan yang berpengaruh antara bimbingan kegamaan rohis dengan akhlak karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis korelasi dan instrument yang digunakan adalah angket (kuisioner). Variabel yang diteliti adalah bimbingan keagamaan rohis dan akhlak karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket untuk mengetahui bimbingan keagamaan rohis dan akhlak karyawan. Penyebaran angket diberikan dengan pernyataan sebanyak 27 butir soal yang di berikan kepada 30 sampel dari 30 populasi. Dari data yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Pertama, tingkat kualitas bimbingan keagamaan rohis di PT. Subang Autocomp Indonesia dinilai baik dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata 79.8 %. Kedua, tingkat kualitas akhlak karyawan dalam penerapannya di lingkungan peruahaan dinilai baik dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata 81.0 %. Ketiga, terdapat hubungan positif dan cukup signifikan antara bimbingan keagamaan rohis  dengan akhlak karyawan  dengan nilai korelasi 0,402 dan persentase hubungan sebesar 16.1% dan terdapat pengaruh yang positif  bimbingan keagamaan rohis (X) dengan akhlak karyawan (Y) pada karyawan yang mengikuti kegiatan bimbingan rohis di PT. Subang Autocomp Indonesia  berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t dengan bantuan software , di peroleh nilai Sig 0.028 < 0.05 dan t hitung 2.322 > 1.699 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian variabel Bimbingan Keagamaan Rohis berpengaruh terhadap variabel akhlak karyawan.

As a developing country, Indonesia has an economic structure dominated by the agricultural sector, making it vulnerable to disruptions to economic stability. Economic growth is an indicator showing that the economic level of society in general has increased in terms of consumption habits and people's purchasing power for goods and services. However, excessive consumption leads to a consumer society and inflation. This study aims to look at the causality between inflation, consumer price index, interest rates, gross domestic product, and exchange rates using the time series approach in the form of the quarterly period 2014Q1 to 2022Q2 in Indonesia using the VAR (Vector Autoregression) method. The research results show that inflation is related to or influenced by the consumer price index and savings. As for the Exchange Rate, Gross Domestic Product and Interest Rates have no effect on inflation.

Perkembangan teknologi di era sekarang berkembang sangat cepat salah satunya di bidang industri. Di Indonesia industri mengalami kemajuan teknologi yang pesat, baik industri besar maupun kecil, berbagai teknologi bermunculan, dari teknologi yang baru ditemukan hingga perkembangan teknologi sebelumnya. Motor induksi adalah motor yang menggunakan medan magnet agar dapat mengubah energi listrik menjadi energi kinetik serta memiliki slip antara medan magnet stator dan medan magnet motor. Motor tiga fasa memiliki fitur yang dapat diatasi dalam beberapa instalasi, salah satunya adalah sistem penggerak bintang (Y)-delta multi sistem (Δ) yang sederhana dan dapat diakses oleh semua orang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem kerja pada star delta dengan motor tiga fasa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode eksperimen dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sehingga hasil dan pembahasan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan merancang sistem kontrol dengan beberapa tombol seperti star, delta dan off. Dimana hasil realisasinya pada rangkaian putaran motor akan mengalami kecepatan yang lebih tinggi ketika ditekan tombol delta. Jadi kesimpulannya tombol-tombol tersebut dapat mengatur kecepatan putaran motor induksi dari minimum hingga maksimum.

A company definitely aims to make a profit. The company also has a purpose to prosper the owners by maximizing the value of the company. The higher the value of a company will reflect that it has high prosperity for stock owners. This study was conducted with the aim of providing empirical evidence of the influence of debt and profitability policies on corporate value in agricultural sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2021 period. This study uses the population of agricultural sector companies recorded on the IDX in 2019-2021. Then the use of samples obtained by adopting purposive sampling method.  Descriptive statistical test method and multiple linear regression test into data analysis techniques in this study.  This study gives the result that the debt policy and profitability have no influence on the variable value of the company.

To be able to attract customers companies apply different approaches but when viewed from the factors that influence consumer buying decisions on a product both goods and services the consumer behavior approach system is shown in searching, buying, using, evaluating, and spending products and services that they expect to satisfy their needs, Kanuk & Schiffman (2010). This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that influence customer interest in using logistics services at PT Monang Sianipar Abadi Kargo Semarang. To achieve this goal descriptive research was conducted using the methods of observation, in-depth interviews, literature study, documentation, and questionnaires. The results showed that sales promotion, building relationships with the community, direct marketing, price affordability, price competitiveness, price compatibility with service quality, service in accordance with customer requests, speed of document service and the ease with which customers can obtain information and respond to customer complaints will give a positive impression of each customer has a positive and significant effect on attracting customers to use logistics services at PT. Monang Sianipar Abadi Kargo Semarang.

This is a descriptive study that examines the Indonesian people's comprehension of NFT and the popularity of NFT (Non-Fungible Token) using qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Since the explosion of Ghozali Everyday's NFT works in Indonesia in 2021, it has been an attraction for the Indonesian people to learn "What is NFT" and "How does NFT work?". The objectives of this study are as follows: (1) to establish the features of popular NFT goods among users; and (2) to assess Indonesian people's aesthetic opinion of the popularity of NFT products. The findings revealed that; first, the aesthetic analysis of The most popular works in the NFT Opensea marketplace have various features, including (a) character selection, (b) picture object capture, (c) style selection, and (d) usage value. It is believed that this research would aid in understanding the situation of the Indonesian people about societal phenomena, particularly NFT (non-fungible tokens), so that they may be utilized as references for the academic community, users, or art watchers with an interest in NFT products.

This study discusses the meaning contained in the logo of the Province of Gorontalo in semiotic analysis. Logo is the identity of an institution that represents the history and culture of the institution while semiotics is the science of reading signs both verbally and visually, visual forms make the vision and mission as well as identity reflected in a logo. Just like the regional logo of Gorontalo Province which has various meanings of signs and symbols that reflect the area, for example, the Padi and cotton symbols are inspired by the city government logo which means depicting prosperity and others. There is also an oval pattern in the logo taken from the eggs of the Maleo bird, which is endemic to Gorontalo. There is the fort of Otana and pictures of books taken from our philosophy "adat based on sara', sara' based on the book of Allah. The purpose of the study was to describe and analyze what the meaning of the symbols in the logo of the Gorontalo Province were. The research used semiotic analysis of Charles Sanders Peirce. Semiotics departed from three main elements, which Peirce called the triangle theory of meaning, namely: signs, objects, and interpretants. The meaning of the logo can be studied scientifically with semiotic theory. In Peirce's study, symbols are divided into 3 categories: icons, indexes, and symbols. To analyze the meaning of symbols, Peirce uses 3 semiotic terms: representamen which is a symbol, semiotic object which is a real object of symbol reference, and interpretant which states the relationship between representamen and semiotic objects. Benefits of this research To add scientific insight in the field of linguistics, especially to the use of semiotic theory and to find out creative strategies in promotional activities of a government institution so that they can build a brand in the eyes of the public. The results of this study determine the meaning of the signs on the regional symbols of Gorontalo province. Discount is a sales strategy that lowers the price offered to buyers in the hope of increasing sales profits. However, when offering these discounts, stores often don't think about how discounted products can attract customers, so a support system is needed that can respond to the right and appropriate discounts. This support system with data mining techniques using apriori algorithm. This apriori method can search for several products that are often purchased simultaneously, therefore when juxtaposed with this study the effectiveness of the recommendations will be very good. Not only that, if it is added with a combination of recommendations with discounts, it will make customers interested to buying the product. The expected result of this research is to obtain a new sales strategy by making recommendations on items that will be used as discount packages.

Infografis adalah alat atau media yang digunakan untuk menyampaikan informasi dalam bentuk visual, baik berupa spanduk, baliho, poster, dan lain sebagainya. Di era sekarang ini, teknologi informasi telah berkembang pesat baik di kalangan masyarakat pedesaan maupun perkotaan, sehingga infografis ini juga dapat disebarluaskan melalui media sosial, seperti Facebook, Instagram, Twitter dan lain sebagainya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana membangun infografis sebagai media informasi protokol kesehatan di era pandemi Covid-19 di Kecamatan Marisa Kabupaten Pohuwato. Penelitian ini dibangun dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu peneliti mengamati secara detail objek yang akan diteliti dan hal-hal lain yang berkaitan dengan objek yang akan diteliti, dimana teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.

Perancangan identitas visual brand dapat membantu sebuah brand membedakan satu dengan yang lainnya. Perancangan identitas visual brand Terminal Dungingi adalah sebagai representasi visual dari nilai – nilai kepribadian brand termasuk mempromosikan tujuan perusahaan. Rumusan Masalah bagaimana merancang identitas visual branding Terminal Dungingi yang efektif sehingga memiliki identitas yang tepat sebagai terminal angkutan penumpang di kota Gorontalo. Tujuan penelitian perancangan identitas visual branding Terminal Dungingi sebagai upaya untuk membangun identitas dan citra terminal Dungingi dengan mengoptimalkan unsur dan potensi yang ada melalui media komunikasi visual yang menarik, efektif dan komunikatif. Manfaat penelitian untuk perusahaan agar membangun citra perusahaan yang lebih baik. Manfaat untuk masyarakat agar brand mudah dikenali dengan begitu dapat membangun loyalitas pelanggan terhadap perusahaan.

The car selection process still uses a manual system, namely by using conventional brochures or catalog media and usually consumers make purchases only because they are interested in the latest model or appearance and facilities without being adjusted to their needs. This study aims to create a system that can be used in the selection of cars according to consumer desires and apply the WASPAS method in providing recommendations for car selection based on the criteria of brand, model, type, price, engine capacity, transmission, year of manufacture and fuel capacity. The results of the recommendations from the selection of criteria for the Honda brand and CVT transmission resulted in a recommendation for the Honda Brio. Honda Brio has the highest value because it has the lowest price where the price criterion has the highest percentage of weight

Dengan ilmu lah manusia bisa membedakan mana yang baik dan mana yang buruk sehingga manusia lebih terarah dalam menajalani hidup, Allah juga memberikan anugrah emosi kepada manusia untuk manusia bisa semangat dalam menjalankan segala sesuatu, Gabungan ilmu dan emosi lah yang membuat manusia bisa berkembang dan bermanfaat.dan fungsi ilmu pengetahuan dalam proses kehidupan manusia tidak akan pernah berjalan sesuai fitrah tanpa adanya suatu pedoman maka kita selaku umat islam harus meletekan segalal sesuatu berdasakan Al-qur’an dan Hadis.  

Penelitian  ini berfokus pada implementasi protokol penatalaksanaan pemulasaraan dan pemakaman jenazah Covid 19 di Kota Pekanbaru (Periode Maret 2020 – Mei 2022). Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merepresentasikan dan menjelaskan kebijakan terkait tata laksana pemulasaraan dan pemakaman jenazah Covid di Kota Pekanbaru.  Peneliti memakai model implementasi oleh George Edward III dengan 4 indikator (komunikasi, disposisi, sumber daya dan struktur birokrasi). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang pada penelitian  adalah wawancara, observasi  dan kajian dokumen. Hasil dari  riset ini yaitu implementasi protokol penatalaksanaan pemulasaraan dan pemakaman jenazah Covid 19 di Kota Pekanbaru belum dijalankan secara optimal. Hal  demikian disebabkan adaya indikator yang masih belum bisa dipenuhi oleh para implementor seperti lemahnya komitmen implementor dalam pelaksanaan kebijakan, kurangnya koordinasi antar  implementor, kejelasan dari isi kebijakan dan lambannya pengadaan fasilitas serta terdapat perbedaan pandangan dan kepercayaan masyarakat yang menyebabkan timbulnya kasus pengambilan paksa jenazah Covid 19.
