Learning is a process of change for each individual, both in knowledge and attitudes. Every individual after learning will experience changes in their life. When studying at school, teachers only tend to teach students to memorize, read and calculate. Teachers have an important task in the learning process in class to improve students' learning abilities and understanding of the material provided. Based on observations made by the author, at SD N Pajang 3 teachers tend to be monotonous and use the same learning methods every day so that students quickly get bored and have difficulty understanding the material, especially in mathematics lessons. Based on the researcher's observations during the learning process in class 3, especially in mathematics, it was proven that many students did not understand so that based on test scores students got a score of 60. This research uses a qualitative approach which aims to determine the improvement in learning outcomes of class 3 students at SD N Pajang 3 before and after carrying out learning using concrete media. This research was conducted descriptively, namely by providing a pretest and posttest. Based on the results of this research, it was concluded that the use of concrete media had a positive impact and was effectively used in improving students' addition skills.

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Missouri Mathematics Project (MMP) Learning Model in improving mathematics learning outcomes for junior high school students. This study employs a comparative approach, comparing mathematics learning outcomes between students taught using MMP and those taught using conventional teaching models. Data were collected through hypothesis testing of mathematics learning outcomes for both groups. The data analysis results indicate a significant difference in mathematics learning outcomes between the two groups, with a significance value (sig.) smaller than the commonly used significance level. These findings suggest that the implementation of MMP effectively improves mathematics learning outcomes for junior high school students. The practical implications of these findings are discussed in the context of developing more effective and inclusive mathematics teaching strategies.

In learning activities, motivation is an encouragement or process to direct students in achieving learning goals. The research was motivated by the very diverse problem of students' learning motivation in mathematics subjects in class XI TFLM-3 SMK Negeri 5 Surabaya. This can be seen from the results of the researcher's observations, where when they are about to start learning activities, many students still think that mathematics is less interesting and boring so that students are always less ready to start learning mathematics and the learning that was usually carried out by previous mathematics teachers was just learning. just lectures and assignments. This research aims to determine the increase in students' learning motivation in mathematics subjects through differentiated learning based on content. This research uses a type of Classroom Action Research (PTK) which consists of two cycles using data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and observation. This questionnaire is used to determine learning satisfaction that motivates students after carrying out learning strategy treatment. The results of research using differentiated learning based on content show an increase in students' learning motivation from pre-cycle activities 63,8% to 73,1% in cycle I, then continued with cycle II. It shows that the presentation average of students' learning motivation in mathematics subjects is 83,2% From the results of this research it can be concluded that using differentiated learning based on content is successful in increasing students' learning motivation in mathematics subjects in class XI TFLM-3 SMK Negeri 5 Surabaya.

In this research, researchers developed innovations in the use of technology-based learning media in mathematics learning. Based on searching for problems in the field, researchers found the monotony of the learning process and the lack of interest in mathematics learning, especially in class V fraction material. From the above problems, it is necessary to have learning media that can be interesting and fun for students. This research aims to determine the suitability and readability of students in the Smart App Creator mathematics learning media for class V elementary school fractions. The type of research used is Research and Development (RnD), which researchers have modified into 7 stages, namely: searching for potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product testing, and product revision. In the research instrument, the researcher used a questionnaire, with test respondents on 2 class V teachers and 11 class V students. Data analysis techniques in this research used qualitative and quantitative. The results of the research developed by Android-based media applications in mathematics learning material for fractions in class V elementary school using Smart App Creator are in terms of material experts the percentage is 85.83% with a decent level of validity, in terms of media experts the percentage is 88.67% with a decent level of validity, in terms of linguist percentage 78.67% with a decent level of validity. In the media readability questionnaire, students got a percentage of 92.5% with a very decent level of validity.

This research aims to explain a review of the relationship between Self-efficacy and the ability to understand mathematical concepts, and how to develop and measure student Self-efficacy. In this research, the Systematic Literature research method was used which aims to obtain data from relevant research. With research sources coming from Google Scholar, Researchgate, Scopus, Syntax, and DOAJ. In this research, 17 reference sources were collected to obtain data and information. Information collected regarding differences in mathematical concept abilities in students' Self-Efficacy criteria, Development of Self-Efficacy in students in mathematics learning, Impact of students' Self-Efficacy on their ability to understand mathematical concepts, Measurement techniques (Indicators) of Self-Efficacy Efficacy of students' understanding of mathematical concepts. From the data collected, it was found that the technique that is often used is the Bandura technique. To develop self-efficacy in mathematics learning, you can focus on learning objectives, adding learning models, as well as 4 triggers, including: Mastery of experience, represented experience, social persuasion, and physical and affective conditions. In activating or applying these abilities, self-efficacy can have a positive impact on learning for students through external and internal learning activities of individual students. And self-efficacy is also useful in maintaining students' resilience in answering difficult questions, as well as understanding the concepts more deeply.
