Students play professional and appropriate roles in society and education as intellectuals and value-added members of society. The purpose of this study is to identify the role of students in protecting the constitution and the role of students in building socio-political awareness and optimism. The research method used in this study is theoretical research, using conceptual methods and legal methods. In preparing this article, the author used Google Schoolar to put library resources online. The conclusion of this study is that upholding the Constitution is not only the task of the Constitutional Court or a few special individuals and institutions, but also of students. Therefore, students must not only play the role of defenders of the Constitution, but also integrate the character of young intellectuals. There are three hypotheses developed in this research, namely: 1) Customer quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Data collection method is through distributing questionnaires to respondents directly. The respondents in this research were Sumba Kitchen customers. The number of questionnaires distributed was 98. The test technique used uses a validity test and a reliability test. Testing the first and second hypotheses uses a simple linear regression test. The research results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Qardh contract in Indonesia is adjusted to the pillars, qardh requirements, and shigat qardh. Qardh contract can be interpreted as a loan that must be returned in the same amount with a certain pre-agreed period. In other words, Qardh is a loan without profit. If it is technically reviewed, then this loan will be given to someone or a sharia financial institution to another person who is used for emergency or urgent needs. The implementation of sharia accounting with Qardh contracts in Indonesia is guided by Law Number 21 of 2008 concerning Sharia Banking in Article 35 paragraph (1) which states that in practice sharia banking is required to implement the 5C principles, namely character, capacity, capital, condition of economy, and collateral.

The digital age presents a variety of ease and opportunities for society. But underneath it all, there is a dark side to be aware of, is a digital crime. Digital crime is against the laws of digital technology, such as online fraud, data theft, and hate speech. Citizenship education helps students understand the risks and dangers associated with digital crime, and it gives them the skills to protect themselves and actively participate in the digital world.Through citizen education, individuals gain a deeper understanding of their rights, obligations, honesty and responsibilities as responsible citizens when using digital technology and online ethics. With effective education, we can reduce the risk of digital crime and build a society to deal wisely with it.

Digital literacy is becoming increasingly important in today's education, especially in developing student profiles that are independent, critical reasoning, and creative in the context of Pancasila. This study aims to describe the role of digital literacy in strengthening the profile of Pancasila students in these three dimensions. This research uses literature method to collect information from various related sources. The results showed that digital literacy has a significant role in strengthening and developing the profile of students who are independent, critical reasoning, and creative in the context of Pancasila. Digital literacy enables learners to access, evaluate, create, use information wisely, and communicate effectively through a variety of digital media. Thus, the integration of digital literacy in education can help strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in the independent, critical, and creative dimensions.

Motivation and learning are two things that are interrelated and influence each other. Through the learning process, teachers are required to be able to guide and facilitate students to motivate them to carry out learning activities. The success of a student in learning is determined by many factors, one of which is learning motivation. One of the steps that can be taken to facilitate student learning activities is through the use of varied learning methods, including: (1) lectures; (2) discussions; (3) simulations; (4) project-based learning; (5) problem- based learning; (6) demonstrations; (7) games and many other methods. At the high school level, Indonesian language subjects are focused on developing the character of critical thinking to creativity. The variety of learning methods is very influential in efforts to motivate students to the lessons taught. In this study using data collection techniques by using a questionnaire made using Google Form with a total of 74 respondents, class XII as much as 52.7%, class XI 33.8%, and class X 13.5%. Through this research, the extent to which students are familiar with learning methods and their implications for learning motivation in Indonesian language subjects at SMAN 1 Sukaraja, Sukabumi District.

Tourism is an important sector in the economic development of a region, with tourist attractions being a key factor in attracting visitor arrivals. This study aims to analyze the influence of tourist attractions on domestic tourist visits to tourist destinations in Ciwidey, Bandung Regency. A qualitative approach was used with data collection techniques consisting of in-depth interviews and participatory observation with domestic tourists visiting Ciwidey. The results show that natural beauty, cultural uniqueness, and a variety of tourist activities are the main attractions in Ciwidey. These findings provide valuable insights for the development of tourism in Ciwidey, including preserving natural beauty, expanding tourist activity variations, and addressing challenges related to infrastructure and visitor management.

This research was conducted to find out the perspective of IAKN Tarutung Theology Study Program students regarding tithing through observation and the results of interview discussions with the aim of finding out what IAKN Tarutung Theology Study Program students view regarding the practice of tithing in the church from their perspective. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive analysis and the data source for this research is obtained by observing and conducting interviews with informants. The results of this research state that students of the Lutheran sect (GKPPD, GKPA, HKBP), this denomination have a variety of views regarding tithing, with several churches implementing it, namely: GKPPD and GKPA. and those who don't are HKBP, but all emphasize the importance of tithing as an expression of gratitude for God's commands as written in the Bible. The regulations do not require students to pay tithing, but for those who already have an income, the denomination's dogma applies tithing. Calvinist students have varying perspectives on the practice of tithing, consisting of: GKI, GBKP, GKSBS. Calvinists view that the practice of tithing is not an absolute obligation, but rather a choice in response to God's grace. They prioritize the understanding that tithing is a form of perfection in responding to God's grace, not a rule based on percentages. Meanwhile, Pentecostal students (GBI, GBIS, GPDI) state that tithing is an essential part of spiritual obedience to God. In this sect, tithing is considered a sacred act that sets aside a portion of the blessings received to be offered to God. The offering is one tenth of all the blessings. Uniquely, the GBI and GBIS denominations require mandatory tithing practices for students. Meanwhile, the GPDI denomination does not require students to tithe. Tithing is only required for members of the congregation who have a fixed income.

Background: Mental disorders are a description of a syndrome with a variety of causes, many of which are not yet known with certainty and the course of the disease is not always chronic, in general it is characterized by fundamental deviations, characteristics of thoughts and perceptions, as well as the presence of unnatural or blunted affect. One of the mental disorders that occurs is sensory perception disorder: hallucinations. Hallucinations are a loss of human ability to differentiate between internal stimuli (thoughts) and external stimuli (outer world). How to treat hallucinations can be done in pharmacological and non-pharmacological forms. One non-pharmacological therapy that is effective in reducing hallucinations is music therapy. Method: Giving classical music listening therapy to patients for 4 days is carried out 1 day once therapy for 10-15 minutes. Results: Classical music activity therapy nursing intervention greatly influenced the level of hallucinations in patients with hallucinatory auditory sensory disorders. Conclusion: Providing classic music therapy can help reduce the frequency of hallucinations. This is due to the diversion of the patient's attention from the hallucinatory sounds to the classic music he hears. rebuking and music to reduce the symptoms of the hallucinations he was suffering from.

Mangrove ecotourism offers a variety of interesting tourist activities for visitors, such as nature tourism, environmental education, and cultural tourism. The purpose of this study was to determine the role and efforts of the community in participating in improving mangrove ecotourism management in Denai Kuala Village, Pantai Labu District, Deli Serdang Regency. The method used in this research is Qualitative with Descriptive Approach. The results of this study show that there are various types of mangroves in Denai Kuala village such as Rhizopora Apicullata, Rhizophora Mucronata and Avicennia. Beach management with an approach that harmonizes environmental protection, animal welfare, education, and economic sustainability. Mangrove ecotourism management on Putra Deli beach is managed by one party where the management of the beach revenue is used properly and partly goes into the treasury as a further beach management fund. The data used is data sourced from literature review. We explain key concepts in leadership, outline experience-based approaches, and identify the benefits and challenges associated with these approaches. Additionally, we offer practical strategies for implementing experience-based approaches in educational and leadership development contexts. This scientific article aims to provide a deeper understanding of how direct experience can be a strong foundation in developing effective leadership skills.

Kudus Regency has a distinctive variety of duku plant known as duku Sumber. The characteristics of duku farmers in Kudus Regency are different. The aim of this research is to describe the characteristics of duku farmers in Kudus Regency and determine the income of duku farming in Kudus Regency. The basic method used in this research is the descriptive method. The research location was determined purposively in the duku producing area in Kudus Regency. The research sample was 65 respondents. Table analysis was carried out to describe the characteristics of duku farmers, cost and income analysis was carried out to determine the costs and income incurred by farmers in duku farming. The results of the research show that the majority of duku farmers in Kudus Regency are of productive age and use duku Sumber farming as a side job. The highest level of education is high school graduates with an average of 25.95 years of duku farming experience. On average, farmers have 3.35 duku plants. The average duku production is 113 kg/plant with an average selling price of Rp. 28,359 per kilogram. Receipt Rp. 4,839,615,- per plant obtained from an average cost of Rp. 2,195,919,- in the form of fixed costs of Rp. 1,826,557.58,- and variable costs of Rp. 369,362,-. The income generated is IDR. 13,015,267.61 per plant.  

Akhlak degradation or moral degradation is at the foundation of a variety of problems and social issues in society during one's life. Moral degradation develops as a result of entering digital spaces, as shown by the presence of Instagram as a digital social media. As a result, discovering a solution to this problem becomes a priority. This study aims to provide a solution to the phenomenon of moral degradation in Instagram by exploring the concept of morality based on Sufism values, by determining the formulation of the problem including a description of moral degradation in Instagram, Sufism and morality in Islam, and the concept of akhlakul karimah based on sufism values. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, as well as literature study as a data collection technique. The findings of this study explain the phenomena of moral degradation on Instagram, which generates a whole slew of issues. Furthermore, this research explains Sufism and morality in Islam, as well as their integration in the concept of morality based on Sufism values through various exercises and efforts as a resolution to moral degradation on the social media platform Instagram.
