Understanding chemical equilibrium concepts poses significant challenges for high school students due to the topic’s abstract and complex nature. This literature review identifies key factors contributing to these difficulties, including widespread misconceptions, cognitive and pedagogical barriers, and environmental influences such as family support and learning resources. The review highlights the importance of constructivist and cognitive learning theories in designing effective instructional strategies that actively engage students and facilitate deeper conceptual understanding. Furthermore, the integration of educational technologies—such as interactive simulations and virtual laboratories—provides enriched learning experiences that help overcome conceptual misunderstandings. An integrated approach combining innovative teaching methods and technology use is recommended to enhance students’ comprehension of chemical equilibrium. Future research should focus on practical applications of these models and evaluate their effectiveness across diverse educational settings.

Bullying in the school environment is an issue that has a significant impact on students' mental health and academic achievement. This study aims to analyze how bullying affects students' academic achievement and the factors that contribute to its impact. Using a descriptive qualitative method based on a literature study, this research found that students who experience bullying tend to experience stress, anxiety and depression, which hinder their concentration, motivation and engagement in the learning process. In addition, an unsafe school environment due to bullying can reduce the quality of social interactions and increase the risk of dropping out of school. To address these issues, prevention strategies involving educators, parents and stricter school policies are needed. Teachers play a role in creating a positive learning environment, while family support helps victims in emotional recovery. In addition, the integration of anti-bullying programs in the curriculum and increasing students' awareness of the impact of bullying are important steps in building a safer school environment that supports academic achievement.

The method used is a literature study by reviewing various relevant sources published in the last ten years. The analysis was carried out by comparing and compiling related findings to build a structured framework. The results of the study indicate that early childhood learning motivation is influenced by internal factors such as interest, self-confidence, and physical and mental conditions, as well as external factors such as the role of family, teachers, learning environment, peers, and the impact of digitalization. The family is the main element in shaping children's learning motivation, while teachers and the learning environment play an important role in creating a fun and supportive learning atmosphere. Digitalization, although it has positive potential, can also be a major challenge for children's learning motivation if not managed properly. This study concludes that appropriate intervention from all related parties can increase learning motivation and support the optimal development of early childhood."

The elderly stage is characterized by complex physical, psychological, and social changes, often leading to a decline in bodily functions and limitations in daily activities. This condition frequently results in older adults becoming highly dependent on assistance from others, including family members and caregivers in nursing homes. This study aims to understand the changes in bodily functions experienced by older adults and to identify factors that accelerate or worsen these processes, particularly among those residing in nursing homes. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, involving three older adult participants and one caregiver at Harapan Ibu Nursing Home. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed descriptively to illustrate patterns of functional decline and influencing factors. The main findings indicate that older adults experience decreased mobility, muscle strength, motor function, as well as impairments in vision and hearing. However, those who remain active in daily activities and receive environmental support demonstrate better levels of independence and quality of life. The study concludes that the decline in bodily functions among older adults is a natural process that can be slowed through physical activity, social support, and a supportive environment, enabling them to maintain a meaningful and independent life despite limitations.

Corruption in the disbursement of educational aid funds poses a serious challenge that undermines the effectiveness of education policies in Indonesia, particularly within programs such as the Indonesia Smart Program (PIP) and the Family Hope Program (PKH). Irregularities in fund management, weak supervision, and the lack of transparency and accountability have led to unequal distribution of aid and a decline in the quality of educational services. This study aims to evaluate the impact of anti-corruption policies on the effectiveness of educational fund distribution through a normative approach using secondary data. The findings indicate that the implementation of anti-corruption policies, supported by the digitalization of financial systems, public participation, and institutional reform at the local level, has a significant effect in reducing the misuse of educational funds. However, the effectiveness of these policies heavily depends on political commitment, the capacity of supervisory institutions, and public legal awareness. Therefore, synergy between law, technology, a culture of integrity, and community participation is essential to building clean and equitable education governance in pursuit of Indonesia Emas 2045.

Public service is an essential element that reflects the quality of governance in Indonesia, particularly in population administration, which includes the issuance of important documents such as ID cards (KTP), family cards (KK), birth certificates, and death certificates. Along with technological advancements, Indonesia launched the Digital Population Identity (IKD) application to improve efficiency and reduce reliance on physical documents. This study aims to evaluate the positive public’s response of the IKD application in Singosari District, Malang Regency, as well as to identify the challenges and factors influencing the implementation of this policy. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with approaches such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings show that although the IKD application facilitates the administrative process, there are still challenges such as a lack of public’s response, limited mobile device availability, and technical issues with the application. Socialization through social media and the improvement of operator capacity are key supporting factors for the success of the implementation. This study contributes theoretically to the development of E-Governance concepts and practically highlights the importance of digital education for the public. It is suggested that enhanced socialization for groups less familiar with technology, improved supporting infrastructure, and training for service operators are necessary to ensure the success of the IKD application in population administration services in Singosari District.
