In the 21st century, there are many uses of new and foreign language terms, not even a few of these language terms have become normalized or normalized by the community for use in everyday life. The problem contained in this study is that the use of the slang term "well" is more dominantly used on social media, especially on social media tiktok and especially young people who tend to understand more about the term "well" slang. The purpose of this research is to find out why in the 21st century people, especially young people, are more interested in using the slang term "well" for everyday use and especially in social media tiktok. And also to invite or get used to using Indonesian more often . The method used in this research is qualitative data. The results of this study are to prove why the younger generation is more likely to use and understand more the Indonesian language in social media because Indonesian itself is an identity for citizenship. Based on the results of research that in the 21st century, people, especially the younger generation, are more comfortable and easier to understand the slang term "well".

The purpose of this study is to determine economic literacy in the view of philosopher Adam Smith and its contribution to education. The research methodology used is a literature-based approach, which is based on books, notes, and summaries of previous research findings. The direct and indirect economic benefits of education, i.e. how it is viewed as an investment that yields long-term benefits. The notion of investing in education is developing rapidly, and it is increasingly widely accepted that the growth of the education sector is a necessary condition for the expansion of other development sectors in all countries.

Teacher discipline is an attitude or action that shows one's responsibility, professionalism, character, role model and personality in carrying out work as a teacher. In this case, teacher discipline refers to the teachers at SDIT As-Sakinah Tanjungpinang school. This study aims (1) to find out how the use of fingerprint attendance at SDIT As-Sakinah Tanjungpinang. (2) To find out how the discipline of teachers at SDIT As-Sakinah Tanjungpinang. (3) To find out how the effect of the application of fingerprint attendance on teacher discipline at SDIT As-Sakinah Tanjungpinang. The results of the study show that the Application of Fingerprint Attendance can be categorized as Very Good. This is evident from the results of the questionnaire data reaching 91.2% which is in the range of 81% - 100%. Teacher discipline can be categorized as Very Good. This is evident from the results of the questionnaire data reaching 88.7% which is in the range of 81% - 100%. The Effect of Fingerprint Attendance Application on Teacher Discipline at SDIT As – Sakinah Tanjungpinang the calculation results obtained that the value of rxy = 0.5419 was between the values (0.40 – 0.70). Thus, rxy = 0.5419 is greater than r table at a significant level of 5% and a significant level of 1% (0.5419 > 0.4629 > 0.3610). This means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So the results of the correlation analysis show that there is an effect of Fingerprint Attendance Application on Teacher Discipline at SDIT As - Sakinah Tanjungpinang.  

This study aims to identify and describe strategies for developing the character of students using local values maja labo dahu, at SMAN 1 Palibelo, Bima Regency. The local values of maja labo dahu have become the way of life and the way of life for the people of Bima, from generation to generation. It is appropriate that these values be used as the main basis for supporting character education in schools. % understand the value of maja labo first. The methods used in this research are field studies and surveys or purely descriptive. The number of samples in this study were taken purposively from 10 teachers and 10 students. The data collection technique was carried out through structured interviews and direct field observations. Furthermore, data analysis is done by reduction, interpretation and conclusion. The results of the study found that the implementation of character strengthening went according to the PPK SOP (character education strengthening program) in the school concerned, the difference being the routine Friday morning imtaq activities for 30 minutes before starting learning activities, combining religious material and cultural values locally through oral delivery. Specific strategies used through 3 approaches; parable, training and mentoring.

The implementation of a green economy can affect environmental circumstances by requiring economic operations to use more ecologically friendly energy, and boosting energy can boost economic growth.

The game of volleyball in Indonesia is developing rapidly, volleyball is very popular with the public, both professionally and amateurs. Efforts to improve volleyball in the community with the aim of helping the federation optimize the potential of Indonesian youth. The problems faced by partners are mastery of basic techniques that are not yet optimal and knowledge of the rules and technology in ball games is still lacking. The solution offered is to provide basic technical mastery training and an introduction to rules and technology in volleyball games. Location of FIKK UNM volleyball field activities. Students as partners with a total of 35 people. This activity consists of theory and practice. Service activities run well and smoothly. Partners who are students feel happy and satisfied with the service activities carried out. We thank those who have helped carry out this dedication activity. Akad Mudharabah adalah salah satu akad yang termasuk ke dalam akad yang berlandaskan atas dasar kepercayaan, harus ada sikap saling percaya antar dua belah pihak yakni pemilik modal (shahibul maal) serta pengelola modal (mudharib). Akad mudharabah ini kini juga telah banyak digunakan pada Lembaga - Lembaga Keuangan terkecil seperti Koperasi. Koperasi ini nantinya akan menyalurkan dana kepada nasabah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan mereka dalam keseharian, maupun dalam bercocok tanam. Tentunya dengan perjanjian bagi hasil yang harus dipenuhi sebagai akad dari kegiatan yang akan dilakukan. Pelaksanaan akad mudharabah yang kini mulai banyak dilaksanakan di tengah masyarakat tentunya harus di perhatikan agar tidak terjadi ketimpangan dalam pembagian hasil yang telah di sepakati. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendekripsikan efektifitas pengendalian risiko dalam pembiayaan mudharabah pada Koperasi Kelompok Tani “Gapoktan” di Jorong Pasanehan. Untuk melengkapi kajian tersebut, maka digunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) Datanya bersumber dari data primer dan skunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan untuk memperoleh data yang di perlukan  dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi, serta studi perpustakaan terkait dengan objek penelitian yang diteliti.

This study aims to find out about the application of the maslahah concept in public consumption in the Lasi district to achieving maximum utility. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach using interview data collection techniques. The informants in this study were the people in the Lasi district with a total of 30 informants. The selection of informants was carried out by accidental sampling technique. From the results of the research conducted, it was found that maslahah can only be obtained when consumption is carried out on goods in accordance with Islamic law, not exaggerating in fulfilling consumption goods and in terms of achieving maximum utility, society prioritizes the principle of spiritualism in achieving happiness both in this world and in the hereafter by means of zakat, infaq and alms.

Dengan demikian konsumen menginginkan membeli barang yang dibutuhkan serendah mungkin. Pandangan ekonomi Islam mengenai permintaan relatif sama dengan ekonomi konvensional, namun terdapat batasan-batasan dari individu untuk berperilaku ekonomi yang sesuai dengan aturan syariah. Dalam ekonomi Islam, norma dan moral “islami” yang merupakan prinsip Islam dalam melakukan kegiatan ekonomi, merupakan faktor yang menentukan suatu individu maupun masyarakat dalam melakukan kegiatan ekonominya, sehingga teori ekonomi yang terjadi menjadi berbeda dengan teori pada ekonomi konvensional.

Collaborative Governance as a new paradigm that is used to deal with various issues in a complex society, the paradigm that is meant is the basic principle of equal relations between stakeholders in the public, private and community sectors. It is also a process that involves various stakeholders who are related to the interests or achieve a goal. This study analyzes Collaborative Governance in Sustainable Tourism Management, especially in Doplang Village. Then, this study uses qualitative research methods. The results of the research on the Doplang Tourism Village, Bawen District, Semarang Regency, are a source of income for the local community with the level of tourists visiting tourist attractions and also increasing people's income.

This research aims to determine the sticky costs behavior that occurs in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The behavior of sticky costs in this research is seen from sales, general and administration costs which are categorized into several industry groups to see the degree of sticky costs for each industry group per year. Apart from that, the factors that influence sticky costs include direct labor costs and overhead costs. goods sold. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis which is measured using the Anderson, Banker and Janakiraman equations. The sample was determined based on the purposive sampling method with a total of 65 research samples obtained during the 2017-2019 period. The results of this research are that all manufacturing companies in Indonesia have sticky costs behavior. The largest and smallest degrees of sticky costs occur in the textile, garment and footwear sectors and others. This proves that management in companies in these sectors is inconsistent in monitoring and controlling sales, general and administrative costs. Then regarding the influence of direct labor costs and the cost of goods sold is as follows: 1) Direct labor costs have no effect on sticky costs, 2) Cost of goods sold has no effect on sticky costs.

Lemongrass plant contains essential oil that has chemical properties and pharmacological effects, namely a spicy and warm taste as an anti- inflammatory and relieving analgesic pain.. The purpose of this research was to find out the effect of lemongrass (cymbopogon citratus) on the reduction of gout arthritis pain in The Community In The 1st Winenet Village, Bitung. This research used a pre experimental method with one group pretest-posttest design. The population were residents who suffered from gout arthritis and who experienced joint pain. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique with the number of samples were 12 respondents using the Lamesho formula. The instruments used in this research were observation sheets and pain intensity scale measurement sheets using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). The collected data was processed by running the computer program be analyzed by a Wilcoxon Signed Rank test with the significance level α = 0,05.The results of this research indicated that there are differences in pain intensity before and after giving lemongrass, with a ρ value (0,001) < (0,05), meaning that there is an effect of giving lemongrass on reducing gout arthritis pain.The conclusion of this research is that lemongrass can be used as a non- pharmacological therapy to reduce pain in gout arthritis. It is expected that the result of this research will be useful in reducing pain in patients with gout arthritis and can be used as an additional reference for further research.    

This research is to uncover brand storytelling through a morpho-semantic approach to the tradition of kupat jembut syawalan in Pedurungan Semarang. This article is the finding of a descriptive study using Ogden & Richard's semantic approach, using Crespo's storytelling theory of the Syawalan kupat-jembut tradition in Semarang, then analyzing its morphology to see its essence. The results of the study show: that the kupat jembut is used as a medium to attract the community so that the Syawalan tradition of the Pedurungan Semarang community can be preserved for the next generation. The naming does not reduce the essence of syawalan which is an expression of gratitude and hospitality. The research implication, narrative experience brings understanding to the essence of Islamic tradition to be preserved. The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the family of hope program along with the obstacles in the family of hope program in Sidoarjo Regency. The method used is qualitative research. The data collection technique is by means of in-depth interviews, observations and relevant literature studies with one key informant, namely the Village PKH assistant and four supporting informants including the District PKH coordinator, village secretary, and PKH assistance recipient communities. The analysis technique in this The study uses a qualitative type that refers to the theory of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the analysis of the family of hope program in Sidoarjo, namely, first, the achievement of goals. The achievement measure is said to have not been achieved because the targets for accepting PKH members are still not on target and the process of managing the aid index for PKH recipients is still not right. The second is integration, the size of integration is said to be not right because there has been no delivery of skills for PKH members in socializing with PKH facilitators. Third, adaptation, PKH facilitators are sufficient good and can adapt to PKH members and their environment.

This community service activity is carried out to help business actors analyze their potential and weaknesses. Background: Diabetes mellitus is a degenerative disease caused by the pancreas being damaged in production or insulin cannot work effectively. Portulaca Oleracea Leaf Extract can help reduce levels of Malondialdehyde. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Portulaca Oleracea leaf extract on malondialdehyde levels in alloxan-induced rats as a diabetes model.Methods: There were 30 rats in this study divided into 5 groups, each group consisting of 6 rats. The negative control group was only given aquadest and standard rat feed, the positive group was induced with alloxan, the treatment group 1 was induced with alloxan and Portulaca Oleracea leaf extract at a dose 60 mg/200grBW, treatment group 2 was induced with alloxan and Portulaca Oleracea leaf extract at a dose 90 mg/200grBW and treatment group 3 was induced by alloxan and Portulaca Oleracea leaf extract at a dose 110 mg/200grBW rats. Analysis of the results used the One Way Anova test followed by Post Hoc LSD analysis to see differences between groups.Results: The results of One Way Anova test on Malondialdehyde levels showed that there was an effect after intervention of Portulaca Oleracea leaf extract among the five treatment groups p = 0.000. The results of Post Hoc LSD test showed that Portulaca Oleracea leaf extract had effective inhibits the formation of malondialdehyde activity at a dose of 90 mg/200grBB p = 0.145.Conclusion: It can be concluded that Portulaca Oleracea leaf extract can reduce Malondialdehyde levels.    

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya tuturan ekspresif yang ditemukan pada novel Hubbu karya Mashuri. Novel Hubbu merupakan karya Mashuri yang memperoleh penghargaan dari Dewan Kesenian Jakarta (DKJ). Novel Hubbu karya Mashuri menceritakan kehidupan Jarot yang digadang-gadang sebagai penerus pesantren warisan leluhurnya. Namun, ketika beranjak dewasa,  Jarot dihadapkan dengan berbagai konflik psikologis, antara memilih mengemban tanggung jawab untuk memimpin pesantren warisan leluhur, cinta, dan kehidupan di luar pesantren yang didambakan. Novel Hubbu karya Mashuri  memiliki bentuk dan fungsi tindak tutur ekspresif. Berdasarkan latarbelakang tersebut, rumusan masalahnya adalah bagaimana bentuk dan fungsi tindak tutur ekspresif dalam novel Hubbu karya Mashuri? Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk  dan fungsi tindak tutur ekspresif dalam novel Hubbu karya Mashuri. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatf. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik simak bebas libat cakap. Hasil penelitian ini, ditemukan bentuk-bentuk tindak tutur ekspresif  berupa tindak tutur meminta maaf, memuji, berterima kasih, mengeluh, memprotes, menyalahkan, mengkritik, marah, dan mengucapkan selamat. Fungsi tindak tutur ekspresif  yang ditemukan adalah mengungkapkan perasaan, mengisyaratkan maksud tertentu, dan memperhalus bahasa.
