Vegetables are an important commodity, whose prices contribute to the inflation rate in some regions of Indonesia. Inflation and deflation are inseparable from the type of food and vegetable groups because the majority of the population have jobs as vegetable farmers. Selo Boyolali is a vegetable-producing region, but currently can not meet the needs of its own region. Supply of vegetables began to decrease due to pest and vegetable turnover into tobacco. If the delivery of vegetables is hampered there will be a scarcity of vegetables that lead to price increases. The length of the distribution channel has a negative impact, namely the price of commodities set by the middlemen or traders who distribute vegetables from the producers. So sometimes local farmers do not have bargaining power on vegetable pricing. This study aims to analyze the pattern of price formation and vegetable distribution in Boyolali. The analytical framework used in this research is supply chain management framework. The method used in this research is quantitative and qualitative indepth interview.

The issue of legal protection for consumers is one that is championed in order to provide protection for the community as consumers. BPOM Semarang City has the duty to provide services for the community to supervise the circulating products to ensure their safety, however, there are still products that contain hazardous substances in circulation. Therefore this thesis is entitled "The Function and Role of BPOM in Consumer Protection Against Foods Containing Hazardous Ingredients in Semarang City".                The problem under study is to find out how the function and role of BPOM in dealing with food containing hazardous ingredients, what efforts have been made by BPOM on foods containing hazardous ingredients and the rights obtained by consumers in order to be safer against substances that contain hazardous ingredients.                The research method used is the type of normative juridical legal research. Specific research is descriptive analysis of primary and secondary data sources. Data collection methods used are interviews and literature study with research locations at BPOM Semarang City.             Based on the research obtained shows that the position of consumers is weak compared to producers, so consumers need the existence of UUPK and POM agencies as supervisors on the feasibility and safety of drugs and food to avoid losses suffered by consumers considering that there are still dangerous substances in the circulating products. The role of the government needs to be maximized in controlling, supervising and coaching and counseling to consumers and businesses.

Rapid technological advances have a strong influence on various fields of life, one of which is the field of education. In the field of computer education is a familiar tool for use in the learning process. An educational institution such as a school certainly needs a learning medium as one of the methods in the teaching and learning process. SDN 4 Krajan Kulon is one of the educational institutions that always strives to improve quality both in terms of achievement and service. SDN 4 Krajan Kulon needs a learning media that can support the learning process to improve student performance that is still lacking, especially in science subjects. The solution offered in this study is a learning media with self direct learning method that makes it easy for users to understand the material being studied. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product trials. The results of this study are to produce learning media with the method of self-direct learning. As for the validity value of the media expert at 2.7 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of the material expert is 3.4 which is declared feasible, and increases the average grade of the class of students 4 SD is 12% from the initial average score of 71 to 83.56.

This study aims to determine the level of financial health in Rachma Jaya Savings and Loans cooperatives by using the CAMEL method of financial health research models that serve as benchmarks for cooperative inspection objects conducted by supervisors. The subjects in this study were the leadership of KOSPIN accounting department, the object of the research was analyzing financial statements such as the Profit and Loss report, Balance Sheet Reports, Cash Transaction Reports and Journals on KOSPIN during each period. This research is a type of descriptive research by means of which financial statements are used. For data collection techniques using documentation. Analysis of the data used is the CAMEL.CAMEL analysis itself consists of five criteria, namely Capital (Capital), Asset (Assets), Management (Management), Earning (Rentability), Liquidity (Liquidity). The results showed that the level of financial health that would indicate favorable or detrimental conditions for cooperatives. In this study, the results obtained in the 2017 period were 74.3. These results are in the numbers 60-80 on the accuracy of the predicate, so Rachma Jaya Semarang savings and loan cooperatives are included in the category HEALTHY ENOUGH. Then this indicator needs to be improved again so that all indicators on financial performance, especially those related to the level of health of the cooperative's financial well maintained.So this research resulted in Accounting Information System for Savings and Loans Cooperatives Using the Camel Method as a Health-Based Analysis of the Cooperative web-based (Case Study of Rachma Jaya Cooperative).

In order to increase student interest in learning, increase grades and facilitate the understanding of biology subjects on the material of the human excretion system class XI Science. From a number of smarphone users in Indonesia, it turns out that most of the people are only intended for telephone, short message service (SMS), playing songs / videos, accessing social networks (facebook, twiter, BBM, Line, WhatsApp) and many playing games including students in high school. Negeri 2 Mranggen. The author uses data collection research methods including observation, interviews, questionnaires, R&D product development methods, prototype methods and object-oriented approaches. The equipment used in designing this system uses UML modeling. Use Case Diagrams include, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams and the software used by the author is Android Development Tools (ADT) and MySQL as a database. Mobile learning media application is expected to help facilitate the needs of students to learn the material of the human excretion system online at any time without any place and time restrictions.

The rapid economic and business development affects business actors to enhance their awareness to manage the businessby implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG). The implementation is aimed to avoid deceitfulness that endangerscompany’s assets. GCG becomes a key of success for a company to grow and earn profit in a long term, so it can winglobal competitiveness. The implementation of GCG in BUMN is not easy. So, it needs more independent and professionalmanagement to do its tasks. The role of independent internal auditors is important in implementing GCG. The internalaudits are required to provide information on sufficiency and affectivity of company’s internal control. An internal auditormust be one who has competency in finance because his role is to watch managerial activities. Besides knowledge onauditing, an auditor is expected to have knowledge on audited substance. Therefore, the competency of internal auditorsare needed to bridge the needs of Commissioner Board on auditing roles and internal controls with constraints absorptionof technical problems in accounting, auditing, and internal control. The result of this research showed that most BUMNs inbanking sector in Central Java have implemented GCG. The internal audits are in line with Commissioner Board, if so theBoard makes mistakes, it will be easily detected.Key Word : Internal audit, Good Corporate Government

Financial literacy is one of the needs for everyone in order to manage their personal finance.Person's ability to read, analyze, manage financial condition in making financial decisions can be made ​​to avoid financial problems. This study aims to determine whether factors such as gender, faculty, and grade point average (GPA) effect on student financial literacy. This research surveys 333 college students of Economics and Business Faculty also Science and Mathematics Faculty of Satya Wacana Christian University (UKSW) to examine their personal financial literacy based on gender, faculty and Grade Point Average (GPA).Binary logistic used to analyze the data.Results of this study indicate that financial literacy is influenced by faculty, whereas gender and GPA does not affect financial literacy. This study is expected to support the science of personal finance is still relatively rare compared to research in the field of corporate finance and capital markets.. At first, guerrilla marketing is used bysmall business because it need not a big fund but it is ableto produce a lot of products. In real life, to do a guerrillamarketing strategy needs higher cost. Otherwise, thereare a lot of big companies which is used guerrillamarketing strategy. When doing guerrilla, especially thesmall enterprises they have to think about the resource sothat the enterprise can get the value of consumer that theywant matched with the cost.

ABSTRACT The last will (wasiat) of deceased person is a part of law regulation that conducted by society. This regulation gene rally has been introduced by Islamic law and other system of law in Indonesia. The will according to fight is only one side’s action and it becomes charity agreement, meanwhile according to            Al-Qur’an and prophet tradition, the position of the will constitutes integrative position in term of Islamic inheritance law. Abstract:KUHAP and integrated criminal justice system need some pre requisite to conduct. Based on the elements, the integrity of criminal justice system needs to be synchronized both the structure, substance and the culture. In Criminal Law (The Formal Law)  as it is stated in UU No 8 1981 about criminal law , it is already put the framework to conduct the integrated criminal justice through the arrangement of functional relation mechanism between investigating officer and general prosecutor, investigating officer and court, general prosecutor and court and court/attorney and correctional institution. Abstract : The problems of criminal law enforcement lies in the function of  supervision in the management of the criminal justice system and civil law Cultur. The effort needs to be done with the oversight function of the Supreme Court beguile wider, not only include the supervision of the court process but also the supervision of the overall process of criminal law enforcement. In addition, in order to realize justice in society in the culture of civil law need to use a broad interpretation and is always carried out reform of criminal law (legalreform). This study examined variables that predict employee turnover intentions. Influence of trust in the organization as a mediator variable in this relationship was also examined. Questionnaires completed by 380 employees of the company's operating divisions garment. Hierarchical regression analysis used to test this relationship. The results was supported the hypothesis, the result states that in order to enhance the trust of employees in the organization and to reduce turnover intentions, garment companies needs to maintain the continuity and development of training programs, conduct a formal and fair appraisal system , provide a clear and adequate career progression for employees. Suggestions and limitations for future research are also given.

In the effort to increase the performance and prosperity of hospital employees, the organization needs to manage the job satisfaction, commitment of organization norms. Target of this research, was to test the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment in employees performance on BRSUD Sukoharjo. This sample research used purposive sampling technique and the data collected by questionare. The hypothesis tested by simple regression analysis and double regression with test, f test and coefficient of determination. Result of research found that there are positive andsignificant influence between satisfaction of job, organizational commitment, toword the employees performance of BRSUD sukoharjo employees, either through partial and simultan.Based on that results, we suggest the way to increase performance in the future, management must employees performance it’s performance. Beside that, the hospital’s management have to evaluate and implement activities during the periodically for better employees performance with organizational commitment, and job satisfaction.

Most of conflicts between subordinary and leader happened because of leadership style that not aceptable with subordinary. Subordinary often judge that their leader who manage the organization have an otoriter and straight behaviour, they never think about and subordinary needs.

A university as an educative institution needs an assessment for the programs it has. In order to conduct such assessment , some components need to be assessed based on the internal and external factors. It is necessary to establish a decision support system toward the performance of the department. It can help the decision maker to know the condition occurred in this department. 'l he assessment of the study program's performance for evaluating can be done by underlining the components that will be assessed by making the model. The model which is prepared by applying some rules, stated in accreditation board, will be used as a reference in performance assessment for  Diploma III program. By applying a model toward the assessment criteria from the related department, it will help us to get the result. The achieved result is in form of the total score from the assessment, the score is devided into 5 class excellent, very good, good, sufficient and poor. Consequently, the report of resulting assessment can be to determine some steps to improve or maintain the recent achievement. By applying the decision support system of the department’s performance , it allow a decision maker to be able to monitor the department or the study program.

Decision Support System couple the intellectual resource of individuals with the capabilities of the computer to improve the quality of decision. It's a computer based support system for management decision makers who deal with semi-structured problem. An integrated decision support system for use in an machine mollen product has been developed. It incorporates a linear Programming model that represents the contribution optimal and optimizes the production water pump and mollen machine. An optimization model is performed using a management scient model called linear programming approach in older to determine media selection. To use this model, the DSS needs ti interface with another software. Mathematical Programming is a technique used in mathematical models, particularly optimization models, to assist in decision making. The Simplex Method is "a systematic procedure for generating and testing candidate vertex solutions to a linear program." (Gill, Murray, and Wright, p. -137) It begins at an arbitrary corner of the solution set. At each iteration, the Simplex Method selects the variable that will produce the largest change towards the minimum (or maximum) solution. The  development of computer programs to be used as Decision Support Systems involves several tasks such as mathematical modeling, technical and data collection and development of a user friendly interface.
