Airports serve as a central hub for air transportation, requiring precise coordination and operations, including ground handling services. One key element is the Ground Support Equipment (GSE) personnel, who are responsible for aircraft support equipment. They must adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure performance meets safety and efficiency standards. However, challenges such as timeliness, procedural discrepancies, and inconsistencies in SOP implementation remain. This study used a quantitative approach with correlational analysis and simple linear regression. The sample consisted of 30 GSE personnel selected through total sampling, and data were collected through a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. This method aimed to identify the effect of SOP compliance. The results showed that SOP compliance had a positive and significant impact on GSE officer performance at Sam Ratulangi Airport in Manado. The regression coefficient of 0.632 indicates a positive relationship, with a significance value of 0.002 indicating statistical significance. The coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.241 indicates that 24.1% of the variation in officer performance can be explained by compliance with SOPs, which indicates that increased compliance contributes positively to their performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model on students' ability to review fictional works in class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Gunungsitoli. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method, with a non-equivalent control group design. The population in this study were all students of class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Gunungsitoli, while the research sample consisted of two classes, namely class VIII-C as the experimental class and class VIII-F as the control class, each totaling 31 students. The research instrument used was a pretest and post-test in the form of essays. The results of the validity test showed that all test items were valid with a calculated r value > r table (example: question number 3 r count = 0.905 > r table = 0.367). The reliability test showed a value of α = 0.78 which means the instrument is reliable. The difficulty level ranged from 69.60% to 77.33% (moderate to easy category), and the discriminating power ranged from 0.20–0.32 (sufficient to moderate category). The average pretest score for the experimental class was 63.58, and the posttest score increased to 80.61. Meanwhile, in the control class, the average pretest score was 62.38, and the posttest score increased to 71.35. Based on the results of the independent t-test, t = 3.82 and t = 2.00 were obtained at a significance level of 5%.

The research aims to determine the effect of taxpayer awareness, tax knowledge and service quality on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance in Sukoharjo Regency (Case Study at Samsat Sukoharjo). This study uses a quantitative approach using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to respondents. Research indicators are arranged based on a Likert scale to measure the variables studied. The population in this study were motor vehicle taxpayers registered at the Regional Revenue Management Unit (UPPD) Samsat Sukoharjo Regency. Sampling was carried out using a simple random sampling technique with a sample size of 100 respondents. Consisting of 25 respondents who filled out the printed questionnaire directly and 75 respondents who filled out the questionnaire online via Google Form. The collected data were processed using IBM SPSS version 23 software using descriptive statistical analysis methods, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, F tests, t tests and coefficients of determination. The results showed that the variables of taxpayer awareness and tax knowledge had a positive and significant effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance in Sukoharjo Regency. Meanwhile, the service quality variable has a negative and significant effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance in Sukoharjo Regency.

Stock price fluctuations, particularly in the energy sector, reflect market uncertainty regarding corporate performance and sustainability commitments. A high stock price indicates strong firm value. This study aims to provide empirical evidence on the influence of environmental performance and carbon emission disclosure on firm value, with profitability as a mediating variable. The study was conducted on energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2021–2023. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, resulting in 165 observations. Path analysis and Sobel test were employed. The results indicate that both financial and non-financial disclosures by companies can serve as either positive or negative signals influencing investor perceptions in decision-making. This supports signaling theory, which emphasizes the importance of information transparency to reduce information asymmetry and build market trust. Thus, companies, especially in the energy sector, must improve the quality and reliability of their disclosures by preparing transparent, accurate, and standard-compliant reports to strengthen their public image and increase firm value.

This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic branding and Islamic service quality on customer loyalty at PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk, Medan Balai Kota Branch, with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. This is a quantitative study. Data collection used a questionnaire with a sample size of 100 respondents using a random sampling technique. The obtained data were then processed using SPSS 25. Instrument tests used included validity and reliability tests. The classical assumption tests used included normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. Hypothesis testing used t-tests, f-tests, and coefficient of determination tests. Data analysis used path analysis. The results of the first t-test indicate that Islamic branding, Islamic service quality, and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The results of the second t-test indicate that Islamic branding and Islamic service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction can mediate the relationship between Islamic branding and service quality.

Th Advances in information technology have had a significant impact on various aspects of life, including organizational operations. The Mobile Attendance Application (K-Mob) is one implementation of information technology designed to simplify the process of recording attendance in real-time. However, this application is vulnerable to risks that can hamper operations, such as hacking, system failures, and data security issues. This study aims to identify, analyze, and evaluate risks that may affect K-Mob's performance using the ISO 31000 framework. The analysis process is carried out through communication with stakeholders, risk identification, and risk evaluation based on the frequency of occurrence and impact. The results show that significant risks faced include hardware damage, server disruptions, and data misuse. Risk management is carried out through mitigation strategies, such as system updates, infrastructure strengthening, and increasing human resource capacity. With this approach, risks can be minimized, ensuring the sustainability of K-Mob's operations, and improving system reliability. This study recommends regular risk evaluation and the development of adaptive strategies to address evolving threats. The implementation of ISO 31000 has been proven to provide effective guidance in information technology risk management.is.

This study aims to analyze the effect of price on purchasing decisions with consumer satisfaction as a mediating variable on Nestlé Pure Life drinking water products. The type of research used in this study uses a quantitative study by distributing questionnaires via google form which are distributed online.  The sample in this study were consumers who had bought nestle pure life drinking water in the Yogyakarta area. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study uses the SmartPls version 3 program with Convergent Validity, Factor Loading, Average Variane Extraked (AVE), Discriminant Validity, Fornel Larcker, Cross Loading, Reliability, Cronbach Alpha, Composite Reliability, R Square, and Hypothesis Testing tests. The results of this study indicate that price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, customer satisfaction has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and the effect of price on purchasing decisions mediated by customer satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to examine how Super Dazzle Gejayan's pay and work environment affect staff performance, using job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Quantitative research is the research methodology employed. The 142 employees of Super Dazzle Gejayan made up the study's population. Partial Least Square (PLS) with Convergent Validity, Factor Loading, Cronbach Alpha Discriminant Validity, Cross Loading, Reliability, Composite Reliability, R Square, and Hypothesis Testing tests were used to analyse the study's sample of 60 respondents. According to the study's findings, pay has no bearing on worker performance, while work environment has a positive and significant impact on worker performance. Job satisfaction also has a positive and significant impact on worker performance, and compensation has a positive and significant impact on worker satisfaction. Job satisfaction also acts as a mediating variable in the relationship between work environment and worker performance.

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style and compensation on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at Pamella Tiga Yogyakarta. The population and sample in this study were Pamela Tiga Yogyakarta employees totaling 45 respondents. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey method and data analysis using SmartPLS with Concurrent Validity test, Loading Factor, Average Variane Extracked (AVE), Discriminant Validity, Fornel Larcker, Cross Loading, Reliability, Cronbach Alpha, Composite Reliability, R Square and Hypothesis Testing. The results showed that there was no positive and significant effect of Leadership Style (X1) on employee performance (Y) at Pamella Tiga Yogyakarta, there was a positive and significant effect of Compensation (X2) on employee performance (Y) at Pamella Tiga Yogyakarta, there was a positive and significant effect of Leadership Style (X1) on Work Motivation (Z) at Pamella Tiga Yogyakarta, There is a positive and significant effect of Compensation (X2) on Work Motivation (Z) at Pamella Tiga Yogyakarta, There is a positive and significant effect of Work Motivation (Z) on employee performance (Y) at Pamella Tiga Yogyakarta, There is no positive and significant effect of Leadership Style (X1) on employee performance (Y) mediated by Work Motivation (Z) at Pamella Tiga Yogyakarta, There is no positive and significant effect of Compensation (X2) on employee performance (Y) mediated by Work Motivation (Z) at Pamella Tiga Yogyakarta.

Bank reconciliation is one of the crucial internal control procedures in maintaining the accuracy of a company's financial statements. This study aims to analyze the role of bank reconciliation in improving the accuracy of PT Adhibaladika Agung's financial statements. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with observation methods conducted during an internship in the accounting and finance division. The internship was conducted over a period of 5 months, from January 20, 2025, to June 20, 2025. In the reconciliation process, the main focus of this study was on cash transactions involving settlements from Electronic Data Capture (EDC), which were then matched with the Operational Report (OPR), summarized, and entered into Microsoft Excel. The results of the study indicate that bank reconciliation plays a very important role in identifying discrepancies between company records and bank statements, ensuring the completeness of transaction records, and enhancing the reliability of financial information. A systematic and regular reconciliation process can reduce the risk of recording errors, aid in the early detection of potential fraud, and improve transparency in financial reporting. This study provides practical contributions to PT Adhibaladika Agung in optimizing the bank reconciliation process as part of an effective internal control system.

This quantitative study aims to examine the influence of micro influencer (X1), endorsement (X2), and digital marketing (X3) on purchase decision (Y) at Barley Store Kediri. Data were collected through questionnaires, literature reviews, and documentation, involving 120 respondents. The analysis methods used include Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, t-test, F-test, and Coefficient of Determination. The regression equation obtained is: Y = 3.946 + 0.329X1 + 0.217X2 + 0.264X3 + e. The t-test results show that micro influencer (t = 2.715, sig. = 0.008), endorsement (t = 2.125, sig. = 0.036), and digital marketing (t = 2.489, sig. = 0.014) each have a significant partial effect on purchase decision. The F-test result (F = 19.182, sig. = 0.000) indicates a significant simultaneous effect of all three variables on purchase decision. Thus, micro influencer, endorsement, and digital marketing all significantly influence consumers’ purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously.

This study is a survey study on employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel Solo. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of self-efficacy, workload and work life balance on job satisfaction. The type of data used is quantitative data, the data source used is primary data. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing researcher questionnaires to the relevant respondents. The population in this study were employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel Solo. The sampling technique in this study used simple random sampling technique and obtained a sample of 120 respondents. Data were collected with a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test and coefficient of determination (R2).The results of this study indicate that self-efficacy has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel Solo. Workload has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel Solo. Work life balance has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel Solo. The results of the determination coefficient obtained an adjusted R square value of 0.438, which means that the contribution of the influence of the variables self-efficacy, workload and work life balance to the job satisfaction variable is 43.8%

This study aims to determine and analyze the direct effect of Service Quality on Tourist Satisfaction at Cimory on the Valley, to determine and analyze the direct effect of Tariff on Tourist Satisfaction at Cimory on the Valley, and to determine and analyze the simultaneous effect of Service Quality and Tariff on Tourist Satisfaction at Cimory on the Valley. This study uses a quantitative method with a sample of 80 Customer respondents. The data were analyzed using data analysis techniques of validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression analysis test, T test, F test, R2 determination coefficient test. The results of the study indicate that directly Service Quality has a significant effect on Tourist Satisfaction at Cimory on the Valley, directly Tariff has a significant effect on Tourist Satisfaction at Cimory on the Valley, and directly and simultaneously Service Quality and Tariff have a significant effect on Tourist Satisfaction at Cimory on the Valley.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Lectora Inspire-based learning media on student learning outcomes in Mathematics for 2nd grade students at SD Negeri 101788 Marindal I during the 2024/2025 academic year. This research adopts an experimental study with the True Experimental Design using a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The population consists of all 2nd grade students at SD Negeri 101788 Marindal I, while the sample consisted of Class II A as the experimental group and Class II B as the control group. The research instruments were tested through validity testing, reliability testing, item discrimination analysis, and item difficulty analysis. Data analysis techniques used in this research is the normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the hypothesis test on the pretest and posttest of the experimental class showed that tcount > ttable  is 41,223 > 1,713. While the results of the hypothesis test on the pretest and posttest in the control class showed that tcount >  ttable is 12,901 > 1,724. These results indicate that Ha is accepted, meaning there is a significant effect of Lectora Inspire-based learning media on student learning outcomes Mathematics for 2nd grade at SD Negeri 101788 Marindal I during the 2024/2025 academic year.

Mutu pelayanan keperawatan menjadi salah satu indikator utama dalam menilai keberhasilanpelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit, khususnya pada unit rawat inap. Pelayanan keperawatan yang berkualitas tidak hanya mencerminkan profesionalisme tenaga kesehatan, tetapi juga berkontribusi secara langsung terhadap kepuasan dan kenyamanan pasien selama menjalani proses perawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kualitas mutu pelayanan keperawatan dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat inap di RSU Mitra Sejati Medan tahun 2024. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner yang disusun berdasarkan lima dimensi    SERVQUAL: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman Rank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kualitas mutu pelayanan keperawatan dengan kepuasan pasien rawat inap (p < 0,05), di mana dimensi empathy dan responsiveness menunjukkan kontribusi yang paling dominan terhadap tingkat kepuasan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pelayanan keperawatan yang diberikan secara tanggap, penuh empati, dan profesional dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pasien serta citra positif rumah sakit. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan kompetensi dan pendekatan humanistik oleh tenaga keperawatan perlu menjadi prioritas dalam pengelolaan mutu pelayanan rumah sakit.

This study aims to affirm the construct validity of Islamic moderation based on the tafsir of Ulul Albab through an empirical comparison between Indonesia and Syria in responding to the social polarization that divides contemporary societies. Through a comprehensive meta-analysis of 847 journal articles indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, and PsycINFO published between 2015 and 2024, the researchers examined data from 15,428 Indonesian respondents and 12,736 Syrian respondents, integrating cross-cultural quantitative findings within a rigorous statistical framework. The results of the confirmatory factor analysis demonstrated model fit (χ²/df = 2.184; CFI = 0.947; TLI = 0.932; RMSEA = 0.041), while convergent validity indicated an AVE of 0.563 in Indonesia and 0.589 in Syria, with composite reliability values of 0.891 and 0.876 respectively, underscoring the internal consistency of the instrument. Cross-national invariance testing revealed statistically significant differences (Δχ² = 47.23; p < 0.001), with the mean score of Islamic moderation in Indonesia (M = 4.12; SD = 0.67) surpassing that of Syria (M = 3.84; SD = 0.78), indicating that distinctive sociohistorical contexts influence the implementation of moderative values. Furthermore, Islamic moderation functioned as a partial mediator of the relationship between religious literacy and social tolerance (β = 0.342; p < 0.001 for Indonesia; β = 0.287; p < 0.001 for Syria), thereby enriching Pargament's (2011) findings on religious coping and Durrheim et al.'s (2016) work on intergroup prejudice. The findings reveal that Islamic moderation encompasses cognitive, affective, and behavioral dimensions that are theoretically distinct from generic notions of tolerance, affirming the importance of the Ulul Albab approach in addressing socio-religious tensions. Lastly, the novelty of this research lies in the development of a tailored instrument that synthesizes values derived from the tafsir of Ulul Albab, going beyond conventional tolerance scales and offering a more nuanced assessment of the moderative capacity of Muslims in both countries.

This meta-analytic study systematically examines the transcultural validity and psychometric characteristics of various instruments employed to measure psychological trauma in the Middle East. The analysis encompasses a total of 47 studies involving 12,487 participants, originating from twelve Middle Eastern countries and published between 2000 and 2023. Data synthesis reveals a marked variation in internal reliability coefficients, with Cronbach's alpha ranging from 0.73 to 0.92, and construct validity values spanning from 0.65 to 0.87. Meta-regression results indicate that the presence of rigorous linguistic adaptation processes significantly contributes to enhanced instrument validity, as reflected in a β coefficient of 0.43 with a significance level of p less than 0.001. Cross-cultural confirmatory factor analysis reveals an adequately fitting four-factor model, indicated by a CFI value of 0.92 and an RMSEA of 0.058. Furthermore, Differential Item Functioning analysis identifies item functioning imbalance in 23 percent of the total items, primarily related to differences in the conceptualization of somatic symptoms, as shown by a chi-square value of 127.84 and p less than 0.001. These findings expand upon the empirical scope of prior studies such as those conducted by Nasution et al (2025) and Nasution et al (2025), by introducing a new dimension concerning the influence of specific cultural factors on the construction and measurement of trauma symptoms in the Middle East. Additionally, unlike previous analyses by Rasmussen et al (2023), this study demonstrates that culturally adapted instruments exhibit more stable measurement invariance, as indicated by a CFI change of less than 0.01, compared to instruments that are merely translated literally. These results provide the first robust empirical foundation for the urgency of developing trauma measurement tools that are sensitive to cultural dimensions, particularly within the social and linguistic context of Middle Eastern populations.

 This research was conducted with the following objectives: (1) To understand the implementation process of the Kredit Cepat Aman (KCA) service program by PT Pegadaian Pangkep Branch, and (2) To assess the quality of service in the implementation of the KCA pawn program by PT Pegadaian Pangkep Branch. This study used two research approaches, namely qualitative and quantitative. The data for the qualitative approach consisted of observation and interview results with research subjects, which were in the form of written or verbal descriptions from observed individuals and actors. Meanwhile, the data for the quantitative approach came from questionnaires and calculations presented in tabular form, processed using Microsoft Excel. The data collection techniques included observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. The results of this study show that: 1) The implementation of the Quick and Safe Credit (KCA) program at PT Pegadaian Pangkep Branch has been carried out properly and in accordance with the standards set by the company, 2) The quality of service, which includes the dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, has been met, with 86% of respondents (37 people) selecting the "strongly agree" option on the Likert scale. This score indicates that the service quality at PT Pegadaian Pangkep is in the very good category.
