Basically, God created His creatures perfectly. On the other hand, it turns out that God also created humans who do not have five senses, or incomplete body functions, such as the blind, deaf, physically disabled, even mentally disabled so that they have limitations in carrying out daily activities and are often considered different from others. A person who has physical or mental limitations due to illness or injury is called a disability. Being a person with a disability not only affects the person themselves, but often their families, especially their parents. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of pastoral care for parents who have children with disabilities. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The population and sample of this study were parents, namely the father and mother of a child with disabilities in Pamalian village, Sorkam sub-district, Central Tapanuli district. In an effort to provide pastoral counseling assistance with a Client Centered approach to parents who have children with disabilities, there are several approaches taken by the companion, namely, listening, reflecting, explaining, and being fully present. From the research results, pastoral counseling with a client-centered approach can help parents who have children with disabilities understand that what happened to their child is not a mistake or punishment due to sin so that parents can accept their child's condition.

Kompensasi merupakan imbalan yang diberikan perusahaan kepada karyawan atas kerja yang dihasilkan. Kompensasi ini bisa berupa uang, barang atau fasilitas. Tentu hal ini akan berkaitan erat dengan tingkat produktivitas kinerja karyawan serta kesejahteraan yang didapatkan karyawan di perusahaan. Selain itu Beban kerja adalah sejumlah proses atau kegiatan yang harus diselesaikan seorang pekerja sebagai bentuk tanggungjawab dirinya terhadap perusahaan. Beban kerja ini menjadi indikator pekerja dalam menyelesaikan tugas nya secara tepat waktu. Sehingga beban kerja ini merupakan jobdesk yang sesuai kemampuan para pekerja. Sedangkan Lingkungan perusahaan adalah   semua aspek yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan karyawan di tempat kerja. Meliputi kondisi fisik kantor dan fasilitas, maupun bisa berupa tambahan seperti asuransi kesehatan. Salah satu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. XMLTRONIK (Xtra Mendahulukan Layanan) yang bergerak dibidang jasa server komunikasi. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 32 orang yang digunakan sebagai bahan analisis.

Kemajuan teknologi saat ini berjalan dengan sangat pesat, membuat internet semakin mudah diakses oleh semua orang. Di media sosial, iklan sering kali menampilkan orang-orang terkenal, seperti selebriti. Iklan yang biasa disebut dengan brand ambassador ini sangat efektif untuk menarik minat konsumen dan memengaruhi keputusan pembelian terhadap produk yang dipromosikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mengidentifikasi pengaruh iklan dan brand ambassador terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Analisis yang dilakukan melibatkan variabel bebas (X) yang meliputi iklan dan brand ambassador, serta variabel terikat (Y) yaitu keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada konsumen Nabati yang berdomisili di Kota Palembang. Dengan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling, khususnya purposive sampling, penelitian ini menerapkan pengujian hipotesis melalui analisis regresi berganda. Sebanyak 104 konsumen Nabati di Kota Palembang turut berpartisipasi sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklan dan brand ambassador berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Nabati di Kota Palembang.

The purpose of this study is to determine how individual taxpayer compliance in Bukir Village, Pasuruan City, is impacted by the degree of tax literacy and awareness. This study employs a quantitative methodology, causality design, and basic random sampling procedures with 22 participants. Questionnaires were used to gather data, and multiple linear regression was used for analysis. The study's findings suggest that taxpayer knowledge significantly influences tax compliance, while tax literacy has no discernible effect. According to this research, raising tax awareness rather than just tax literacy has a greater impact on promoting compliance. This study has significant ramifications for how the government can develop plans to increase tax compliance through initiatives for inclusiveness and tax knowledge.

Gadgets greatly impact the pattern of human life both in terms of mindset, taste patterns and behavior patterns. The use of gadgets in everyday life does not only have an impact on the thoughts, feelings and behavior of adults, but children are also not spared from its impact. Child attachment early in life can be directed at someone who has nothing to do with child rearing, but it can happen tosomeone the child chooses as the object of attachment. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is a correlation between people's attachment to early childhood gadget addiction at Early Childhood Education. This research is a descriptive research. Total population of 30 people. A sample of 30 people was taken by total sampling technique. The research instruments used were the IPPA questionnaire and the smartphone addiction test questionnaire for mobile motoring. Bivariate analysis using the Chi Square Statistical Test. The results showed that the respondents had high attachment to their parents, namely 16 children (53.3%), moderate attachment of 7 children (23.3%), and low attachment of 7 children (23.3%). From the results of the smartphone addiction test questionnaire for mobile motoring, it was found that 15 children (50.0%) were not dependent on gadgets, 4 children had mild dependence (13.3%), 3 children were moderately addicted (10.0), and 8 children were addicted. (26.7%). Based on the Chi Square test, it is known that the P Value is 0.004 with α 0.05. Because the significance value is < α, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that there is a correlation between parents and early childhood attachment to gadget addiction at PAUD Intan, Asembagus village kraksaan. It is hoped that the results of this research can be used as input for parents regarding the importance of accompanying children so that children do not experience gadget addiction.

Children's emotional development during childhood is a very important basis in forming attitudes, values ​​and behavior in the future. Parenting styles play a very important role in the formation and emotional development of children. This research examines various types of parenting patterns applied by parents and their impact on children's psychological well-being. Based on literature analysis from ten journals, it was found that positive parenting styles, such as authoritative, can support the development of children's emotional regulation and self-confidence. On the other hand, authoritarian or permissive parenting can actually hinder a child's ability to express emotions in a healthy way. The results of this study show that early social experiences and a positive family environment greatly influence children's emotional development, which ultimately has an impact on their success in the future. Eco-enzymes are liquid products resulting from the fermentation of organic wastes such as fruit and vegetable wastes, sugar, and water. The aim of this study is to investigate the potential of eco-enzymes as liquid organic fertilizers using organic waste from orange and pineapple peels. In the experimental design, he used a completely randomized design with three replicates of three organic waste compositions. The treatments used are pineapple peel, orange peel, and a mixture of pineapple and orange peel. Ecoenzyme is prepared by mixing organic waste with water and molasses in a ratio of 10: 3: 1 and fermenting it for 30, 60 and 90 days. The results showed that the composition of pineapple and orange peel produced an eco-enzyme solution with the highest nitrogen content, highest amylase enzyme activity, and highest acidic pH. The color of eco-enzyme varies from light brown to dark brown, and the resulting sour aroma indicates that the fermentation process is progressing smoothly.

Human Trafficking is a crime in the form of human transaction. In Indonesia order to ensnare perpetrators of human trafficking, we use Law Number 21 of 2007 concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Human Trafficking. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the factors that cause human trafficking, the consequences of human trafficking crimes and how to overcome human trafficking crimes in the perspective of criminology, the negative impacts of human trafficking on the social environment. This study uses a normative legal research method, the data used is primary data. The analysis technique used is a qualitative approach. The results of this study are that human trafficking crimes seen from a criminological perspective can be associated with many things, including lack of awareness of poverty, low education, the desire to get rich quick, cultural factors, law enforcement. Human trafficking prevention can be classified into two types. Preventive prevention efforts are all efforts to reduce the space for movement and opportunities for crimes to be committed, and repressive prevention efforts are actions taken by law enforcement officers after a crime or criminal act has occurred. In eradicating and reducing trafficking, cross- country cooperation is also needed.

Tribulation is a significant theme in Christian theology, referring to the suffering and hardships experienced by believers leading up to the second coming of Christ. This study aims to analyze the theological understanding of tribulation and explore its meaning for the lives of believers. The main issue addressed is how tribulation is understood in biblical perspective and its relevance to strengthening the faith of Christians in the modern era. The research method employed is a qualitative approach with literature review, examining biblical texts and theological works discussing tribulation. The findings show that tribulation is viewed as a test of faith that serves to strengthen the spirituality of believers, though there are various interpretations regarding its duration and intensity. The discussion also reveals differences in views among premillennialism, amillennialism, and postmillennialism in interpreting tribulation. In conclusion, tribulation plays a vital role in the lives of believers as a trial that leads to spiritual growth and hope for the second coming of Christ. A deeper understanding of tribulation can provide spiritual resilience for Christians amidst the increasing challenges of the modern world.

Dalam hukum Islam, wakaf berarti menyerahkan sesuatu hak milik yang tahan lama (zatnya) kepada seseorang atau nadzir baik berupa perorangan maupun lembaga, dengan ketentuan bahwa hasilnya digunakan sesuai dengan syari’at Islam. Harta yang telah diwakafkan keluar dari hak milik nazdir/ lembaga pengelola wakaf, tetapi mejadi hak milik Allah S.W.T yang harus dimanfaatkan untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat. Filsafat yang terkandung dari amalan wakaf yaitu menghendaki agar harta wakaf itu tidak boleh hanya dipendam tanpa hasil yang dapat dinikmati oleh mauquf alaih atau pihak yang berhak menerima hasil wakaf. Makin banyak harta hasil wakaf yang dapat dinikmati oleh yang berhak, makin besar pula pahala yang akan mengalir kepada wakif. Selanjutnya persoalan yang menyangkut siapa yang akan melakukan perawatan, pengurusan dan pengelolaan aset wakaf yang dalam istilah fikih dikenal dengan nadzir wakaf, atau mutawalli wakaf termasuk hal yang sangat krusial. Hal itu karena aset wakaf adalah amanah Allah S.W.T yang terletak di tangan nadzir. Oleh sebab itu, nadzir adalah orang yang paling bertanggungjawab terhadap harta wakaf yang dipegangnya, baik terhadap harta wakaf itu sendiri maupun terhadap hasil dan upaya-upaya pengembangannya. Institusionalisasi Nazhir wakaf dapat dilihat pada pengaturan nazhir menjadi nazhir badan hukum, nazhir organisasi dan nazhir perorangan yang akan dibina oleh Badan Wakaf Indonesia. Maka pengembangan harta wakaf di Indonesia didaftar dan diatur oleh suatu lembaga yang khusus menangani wakaf. Salah satu bentuk lembaga yang berkembang di Dewan Da’wah Islamiyah Indonesia adalah lembaga wakaf produktif. Lembaga ini sudah berdiri dari tahun 1967 dan baru dikembangkan pada tahun 2006. Pada mulanya bentuk wakaf yang berkembang di Dewan Da’wah Islamiyah Indonesia baru berupa wakaf tanah produktif. Tanah wakaf yang diproduktifkan mulanya seluas 20 Ha. Tanah wakaf tersebut kemudian dikelola dengan ditanami beberapa jenis tanaman seperti karet dan kepala sawit. Selain wakaf berupa tanah yang diproduktifkan, maka berkembang juga layanan wakaf qur’an. Hasil pengelolaan tanah wakaf digunakan untuk membiayai da’i-da’i yang dikirim oleh Dewan Da’wah Islamiyah Indonesia ke daerah-daerah dengan tujuan syi’ar Islam. Dana-dana yang terkumpul sebagai hasil dari pengelolaan tanah-tanah wakaf yang diproduktifkan sepenuhnya dialokasikan murni untuk kepentingan umat. Selain itu, hasil dari pengelolaan wakaf tersebut juga dialokasikan untuk  pengelola atau nadzir.

Meningkatnya kasus bullying yang terjadi di sekolah saat ini menjadi salah satu masalah utama dalam sistem pendidikan saat ini. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari banyaknya berita tentang ramainya kasus bullying di sekolah. Pendidikan karakter merupakan salah satu hal yang dapat dilakukan dalam mengatasi dan mencegah terjadinya bullying. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk; 1) Mengetahui penerapan pendidikan karakter di MTs Insan Mulia Jimbaran; 2) Bentuk pencegahan praktik bullying di MTs Insan Mulia Jimbaran; 3) Bagaimana pengelolaan pendidikan karakter dalam pencegahan praktik bullying di MTs Insan Mulia Jimbaran. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian yang digunakan adalah data primer yang didapatkan dari wawancara dan observasi, dan sekunder yang didapatkan dari dokumentasi yang berasal dari MTs Insan Mulia. Hasil dari penelitian; 1) Pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter di MTs Insan Mulia dilakukan dengan menerapkan beberapa nilai seperti nilai agama, kejujuran, keadilan, kebijaksanaan yang diintergrasikan ke dalam kegiatan intrakulikuler, kokurikuler, dan ekstrakulikuler; 2) Bentuk pencegahan praktik bullying di MTs Insan Mulia berupa tata tertib/peraturan, konseling behavior, diberikan pemahaman dan pengetahuan, dan kerjasama antara sekolah dengan orang tua; 3) Pengelolaan pendidikan karakter di MTs Insan Mulia dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem klasifikasi warna paprika (merah, kuning, hijau, orange) dengan memanfaatkan analisis citra digital yang didukung oleh algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM). Pendekatan yang digunakan meliputi pengumpulan data berupa gambar paprika, pengolahan awal data melalui langkah-langkah seperti penyesuaian ukuran gambar, pengaburan untuk mengurangi noise, serta peningkatan kontras menggunakan metode CLAHE. Selain itu, fitur warna diekstraksi menggunakan momen warna, dan fitur tekstur diperoleh melalui matriks co-occurrence skala abu-abu (GLCM). Model SVM diuji dengan berbagai jenis kernel, yaitu linier, polinomial, RBF, dan sigmoid, guna menentukan kernel dengan kinerja terbaik. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kernel linier dan RBF mengalami overfitting karena menghasilkan akurasi sempurna sebesar 100%, sementara kernel poly dan sigmoid mencapai akurasi sebesar 97,56% dan 39%. Secara keseluruhan, model SVM mampu mengklasifikasikan warna paprika dengan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi, dengan rata-rata presisi, recall, dan skor F1 mencapai 97,56%. Sistem ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan ketepatan dalam identifikasi warna paprika serta mendukung inovasi dan modernisasi dalam sektor pertanian.  

Aplikasi digital learning merupakan bentuk aplikasi pengembangan dan implementasi yang dirancang untuk mata pelajaran Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) pada SD Negeri 1 Fakfak. Aplikasi ini dirancang dengan tujuan untuk menarik perhatian para siswa-siswi dalam belajar dan memudahkan guru pengampu mata pelajaran TIK ketika mengajar. Aplikasi ini dirancang berbasis web sehingga dapat diakses menggunakan jaringan internet. Di dalam aplikasi ini menyediakan beragam materi yang berkaitan dengan mata pelajaran TIK dan tampilan dari aplikasi ini dibuat semenarik mungkin, yang dimana aplikasi ini berisi tentang materi teks, materi video, latihan soal, dan praktikum.  Selain itu aplikasi ini dirancang untuk mengukur tingkat kemampuan siswa-siswi sebelum dan sesudah belajar menggunakan aplikasi pembelajaran digital learning. Sehingga guru dan orang tua mengetahui perkembangan belajar anak didiknya melalui aplikasi digital learning. Selain itu aplikasi ini juga membantu para siswa-siswi untuk dapat belajar mandiri di rumah tanpa di damping oleh guru karena aplikasi ini dilengkapi dengan fitur penjelasan materi teks dan juga materi video, sehingga siswa-siswi dapat mengulang materi pembelajaran di rumah ketika ada materi yang belum di pahami. Dengan adanya aplikasi pengembangan dan implementasi digital learning ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dan dapat meningkatkan kualitas kepada seluruh siswa-siswi SD Negeri 1 Fakfak dalam belajar.  

Cases of Sexual Violence in Southeast Sulawesi have been increasing from year to year, in Kendari City recorded cases of violence against women and children in the year 2022 from January 2022 to December 2022 as many as 40 cases. There were 38 cases in 2021, while in 2022 there were 40 cases. This research aims to find out the difference in the role of parents in the prevention of sexual violence in school age children between SMAN 1 Kendari and SMAN 3 Kendari. This research uses a cross sectional study design. The population in this research is all 2nd and 3rd grade students who are 758 people in SMAN 1 and 746 people in SMAN 3 in Kendari City. The sample in this research is 85 students of SMAN I Kendari and 85 students of SMAN 3 Kendari, sampling using the proportional random sampling technique using the Mann-Whitney test. Obtained the results of the research by comparing between SMAN 1 & SMAN 3 Kendari City, it is seen that there is no significant difference in the role of parents as counselors, the value of p = 0.134 is found, and there is a significant difference in the role of parents as caregivers, the value of p = 0.000 is found. This research is expected to indicate the importance of the role of parents as a key factor in creating a safe and supportive environment for PKS in children.

This study focuses on the hadiths that discuss the rukhsah prayer for the sick. Every human being in this world will live their life by doing various daily activities. This explains that humans are based on two conditions or circumstances, namely healthy or sick. Every healthy human being will definitely experience a phase where they will feel pain. When someone is sick, it will make it difficult for them to do activities and worship. Rukhsah is a relief, ease, generosity in doing something because of an excuse or in an emergency. Then the question arises what kind of illnesses can prevent someone from praying and getting rukhsah if in that condition. The purpose of this study is to find out how the hadiths are understood about the rukhsah prayer for the sick. Then how is the contextualization of the hadith about the rukhsah prayer for the sick viewed from the current situation and conditions. This study is a library research study using the maudhu`i method in order to find out the understanding by collecting hadiths that have the same theme through their source books and then examining the understanding through the explanation of the hadith. Next, we use a contextual approach to find out the reasons for the emergence of the hadith by referring to its various aspects in detail. The results of this research are that the hadiths are agreed to be of authentic quality by the ulama. From understanding the sharia, there are criteria for illness that allow and prevent someone from carrying out prayers. Certain circumstances have been found that make it possible for someone to pray when they are sick. The cause of lightness in performing prayers is due to the occurrence of one thing or another, such as illness. Illness that befalls a person causes rukhsah for a person in carrying out prayers.

Dismenore adalah nyeri pada abdomen yang dirasakan sesaat sebelum atau pada saat menstruasi dan mengganggu aktifitas sehari-hari, bahkan sering kali mengharuskan penderita beristirahat dan meninggalkan aktifitasnya selama berjam-jam akibat nyeri haid. Latihan fisik dan olahraga akan mengakibatkan pelepasan endoprin, suatu substansi yang diproduksi oleh otak yang ambang rasa nyeri (Prawirohardjo, 2008). Glycine Max L atau sering disebut dengan kedelai merupakan salah satu tanaman jenis kacang-kacangan yang dapat membantu menurunkan nyeri haid. Mengkonsumsi makanan yang terbuat dari kacang kedelai dapat membantu merangsang produksi hormon estrogen saat menstruasi dan mengurangi peradangan serta nyeri menstruasi. Studi Pendahuluan di Trenclass SMA Muhammadiyah Wonosobo dengan wawancara secara langsung kepada 10 santriwati dengan hasil sebagian besar mengalami dismenore dengan skala nyeri ringan 4 snatriwati, skala nyeri sedang 6 santriwati. Ketika sedang dismenore dari 10 orang yang diwawancarai secara langsung mengalami gejala seperti mual, hilang nafsu makan, pusing, pinggang terasa sakit dan ada beberapa santriwati yang sampai tidak bisa menjalani aktivitas sehari-harinya. Penanganan yang biasa diberikan adalah 4 santriwati dengan kompres air hangat dan 6 santriwati lainnya menggunakan obat Pereda nyeri dengan jenis ibuprofen.

Through a literature approach, this research will analyze the meaning of these verses and their implications in the context of child care in the modern era. that teaching love is not just about giving instructions, but also creating an environment full of love and attention. Through qualitative research, I explore or provide an understanding from a theological and practical perspective regarding the importance of their (parents') role or responsibility in forming children's character who has the character of Christ.

Parenting style refers to the methods parents use to educate, guide, discipline, interact with, and protect their children to help them mature within the norms of the family and society. This study aims to describe the parenting style of parents of aerly childhood children at TK Cerdas Molibagu Kindergarten, Molibagu Village, Bolaang Uki District, South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The qualitative research employed a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires. The findings showed that, based on observations and open-ended questionnaires from 11 respondents, 36% (4 out of 11) of parents implemented an authoritarian parenting style characterized by full parental control and strict rules with punishments for violations. Similarly, 36% (4 out of 11) of parents adopted a democratic parenting style, emphasizing two-way communication and mutually agreed-upon rules. Meanwhile, 27% (3 out of 11) employed a permissive parenting style, granting full freedom to the child, where decisions were primarily based on the child’s preferences. The result indicate that the dominant parenting  styles applied by parents at TK Cerdas Molibagu are authoritarian and democratic.

Oikumene is a movement that aims to unite divided Christian churches, emphasizing unity in faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. The history of ecumenism dates back to the Council of Nicea in 325 AD, which aimed to unite the divided churches. This journal will explore the dynamics of ecumenics among Christians today, highlighting the dynamics of ecumenical development, opportunities, challenges, and efforts to be made.
