Improving Reviewer Understanding Using the Course Review Horay Learning Model for Class XI Students at SMA Negeri 1 Lawe Alas, Academic Year 2021/2022 This study aims to determine the improvement of reviewer understanding using the Course Review Horay learning model in class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Lawe Alas in the 2021/2022 academic year. The number of samples in this study were 28 students, namely class XI IPS 1 . Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been described in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that the Improvement of Reviewer's Understanding Using the Course Review Horay Learning Model for Class XI Students of SMA Negeri 1 Lawe Alas in the 2021/2022 Academic Year. This is evident from the average value of the initial test of Improved Understanding of Student Reviewers is 58.21 with a standard deviation of 7.93 and an increase in the final test result score with an average value of 79.29 with a standard deviation of 5.93. and if it is associated with the Indonesian KKM score for senior high school of 75, the Improvement in Reviewer Understanding for the student's final test is included in good ability. In addition, the observation value > ttable which is 11.14 > 2.05, thus from the results of testing the hypothesis above, it can be concluded that there is an increase in reviewer understanding using the Course Review Horay Learning Model in Class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Lawe Alas in the 2021/2022 academic year.

The research objective was to determine the effect of the quality of fertilizer, technology and capital on the productivity of the people in Tunas Harapan Village, Gunung Meriah District, Aceh Singkil Regency. The population in this study was the community in Tunas Harapan Village, Gunung Meriah District, Aceh Singkil Regency, totaling 198 people, then the determination technique was purposive random sampling. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert measurement scale. The results of multiple regression analysis are Y = 7.772 + 0.257X1 + 0.1932 + 0.348X3 + e which shows the quality of fertilizer, technology and capital have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of the people. While the results of the test (t) or partial test show that the quality of fertilizer has a positive and significant effect on community productivity where it can be seen that the value of t count = 2.359 > t table 2.034, the technology variable has a positive and significant effect on community productivity where it can be seen that the value of t count = 2.137 > t table 2.034, and capital also has a positive and significant effect on the productivity of the people where it can be seen that the value of t count = 2.533 > t table 2.034. Then the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.823 (82.3%). So that it can be said that 82.3% of the variation in the dependent variable, namely the quality of fertilizer, technology and capital in the model has contributed to the productivity of the community in Tunas Harapan Village, Gunung Meriah District, Aceh Singkil Regency, while the remaining 17.7% is influenced by other variables outside the model  

Jackfruit leaves are one of the medical plants that have many benefits. In general, jackfruit leaves are known as animal feed, but behind their function as animal feed, jackfruit leaves have health benefits because jackfruit leaves contain antimicrobials including flavonoids, tannins, saponins that can dissolve in water and can work to damage cytoplasmic membranes and denature cell proteins bacteria. Staphylococcus aureus is a gram-positive bacterium and is arranged in clusters (like grapes). Some infectious diseases caused by these bacteria are impetigo, boils, acne, wound infections, toxic shock syndrome, and other types of pathogenic. This study was conducted to determine the effect of jackfruit leaf extract dissolved using 70% ethanol as a solvent on the growth of staphylococcus aureus bacteria. The method used is the maceration method for the phytochemical screening test, and the disc diffusion method for the antibacterial activity test. The results of the phytochemical screening contained secondary metabolite compounds in jackfruit leaves and for the results of the antibacterial activity test of jackfruit leaf ethanol extract against the growth of staphylococcus aureus bacteria there was antibacterial activity inhibition with high inhibition at 80% concentration with a diameter of 13mm.

The Feasibility Study of the Revitalization of the Merdeka Field in Medan City is to obtain a Foundation of the Planning and Design Program regarding the Development of the Merdeka Field Area in Medan City that meets the needs of the community as a nationally viable public facility. The feasibility study of the revitalization of Merdeka Field in Medan used primary data and secondary data. In the feasibility study of the revitalization of Merdeka Medan Field, it was analyzed through spatial aspects through Medan City Bylaw No.1 of 2022 concerning Regional Spatial Planning (RTRW) and Medan City Zoning Regulations from 2022 to 2042. The result of the feasibility study of the revitalization of Merdeka Field Medan is that the concept planned for the revitalization of Merdeka Square is in accordance with the Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW) of the city of Medan by remaining a Green Open Space (RTH) that functions as a catchment area. In addition, the Merdeka Square area also provides Blue Open Space (RTB) which can function as a medium for water storage and prevention of flooding.    

This study aims to: (1) analyze and discover the nature of the approval of the Notary Honorary Council as an effort to protect the law against notaries in the judicial process; (2) Analyze and find law enforcement for Notaries related to Professional Ethics. This type of research is normative law. While the research approach used, namely: Legislation, conceptual approach, and case approach, as well as a comparative approach. The legal materials used in this study are primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. While the analysis of legal materials using qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) The regional MKN has the authority to examine applications submitted by investigators, public prosecutors or judges; as well as giving approval or rejection of requests for approval to take photocopies of minuta deed and summons Notaries to attend investigations, prosecutions, and judicial processes (66 paragraph (1) UUJNP), (2) Sanctions imposed on Notaries who violate the professional code of ethics are regulated in Article 85 UUJN, namely in the form of: Verbal warning; Written warning; temporary stop; Honorable discharge; and Dishonorable Dismissal by the Notary Honorary Council.

Destination study that is for the role of brand image in mediate amenity to satisfaction tourists in Bukit Lawang . Method analysis by year first in study this use approach SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) . Research results show that 1) By straight a minute have influence positive and significant to brand image on Bukit Lawang . 2) In straight a minute have influence positive and significant to tourist satisfaction at Bukit Lawang . 3) In no direct brand image has role significant in mediate a minute to tourist satisfaction at Bukit Lawang .  

This research is to find out whether there is an increase in the ability to write short stories by using comics in the XI IPA class of SMA Negeri 2 Lawe Bulan in the 2021/2022 academic year. This type of research is quantitative research. Data were collected using tests for work in the pretest and posttest classes. The population in this study was 33 people. Data collection techniques were carried out in two meetings. First, before using comic media. Second, after using comic media. Data analysis technique. First, read short stories written by students. Second, converting comments into values. Third, describe the level of students' short story writing skills by finding the average. Fourth, clarifying the ability to write short stories before and after using comic media for class XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Lawe Bulan. The results of this study are First, the short story writing skills of class XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Lawe Bulan before using comic media obtained an average grade of 63.03 which was categorized as less. The ability to write short stories for class XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Lawe Bulan after using comic media obtained an average grade of 82.12 which was categorized as Good.

This study aims to determine the improvement of poetry reading skills through audio visual media. By Class X Students of SMA Negeri 1 Lawe Month of the 2021/2022 Academic Year. Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been described in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that there is an increase in reading skills of Ws.Rendra's poems from the sun by using Audio Visual Media by class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Lawe Bulan in the 2021/2022 academic year. It can be proven from the average score of the initial test of students' poetry reading skills is 70.91 with a standard deviation of 3.66 and an increase in the value of the final test results with an average value of 79.32 with a standard deviation of 5.33. Based on the data from the results of the students' initial and final tests and if it is associated with the Indonesian KKM score for SMA of 75, the students' ability to read the poem "Sajak Matahari" can be said to be good after audio-visual media in the form of youtube videos are performed. In addition, at a value of > 12.63 > 1.720, therefore from the results of testing the hypothesis above, it can be concluded that there is an increase in Poetry Reading Skills through Audio Visual Media. This research is a descriptive study that aims to describe the use of punctuation errors in writing EBI Standard Reports for Grade VII students. The approach used is a qualitative descriptive approach. The research was carried out at SMP Negeri 1 Bambel with the research subjects being 11th grade students. The data in this study are errors in the use of punctuation marks in writing EBI Standards for Class VII Students. The forms of errors in the use of punctuation were found, namely omission. The results of this study indicate that based on 11 student writings that have been analyzed, the biggest error in the use of punctuation marks is the omission of periods and commas between elements in a detail with an indication of inaccuracy and ignorance of students in the use of punctuation marks.

This study aims to determine the effect of employee perceptions of the culture of honesty, whistleblowing system and internal control system on fraud prevention. This study is a quantitative study using primary data obtained from questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. The population in this study were all employees of PT BPR BKK Pekalongan Regency (Perseroda). The sampling technique used purposive sampling with sample criteria, in order to obtain a sample of 104 people. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 25 program. The results showed that the culture of honesty and the internal control system had a positive and significant effect on fraud prevention. Meanwhile, the whistleblowing system has no effect on fraud prevention.

Taxes are very important because taxes make a large contribution to state revenue. This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, leverage, independent commissioners, firm size and capital intensity of tax avoidance. The sample of this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2020 so that in this study 395 data were used. Descriptive statistical test and multiple regression test with SPSS 25 were used to analyze the data. This study shows that the independent profitability variable has a significant positive effect on tax avoidance. On the other hand, leverage, independent commissioners, firm size and capital intensity have no effect on tax avoidance.

Persistent earning show that the company is able to maintain sustainable profits. With this in mind, this study was conducted to examine and analyze the effect of Permanent Differences, Temporary Differences, and Operating Cash Flows on Profit Persistence moderated by Good Corporate Governance in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. This study uses secondary data and analyzed using Structural Equation Model based on Partial Least Square. The results of the study show that only temporary differences have a significant effect on earnings persistence and Good Corporate Governance can weaken the relationship between temporary differences and earnings persistence.

This study aims to determine the effect of Forensic Accounting, Investigative Auditing, Independence, and Professional Skepticism on Fraud Disclosure at the Representative of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) of Central Java Province. The data in this study used primary data in the form of a questionnaire distributed to the respondent unit at the State Audit and Development Agency (BPKP) of Central Java Province. The data analysis technique used is a quantitative method where the results are expressed in numbers. The data were processed using SPSS version 26 with the results obtained that Investigative Audit and Professional Skepticism affect the disclosure of fraud. Meanwhile, Forensic Accounting and Independence do not affect fraud disclosure.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between increasing skills, self-motivation and workforce supply strategies that directly and indirectly affect HR career development through work productivity as an intervening variable. This study only describes the effect of career advancement through skill improvement, HR self-motivation and labor supply strategies by the government that affect HR work productivity, where skill improvement, self-motivation and workforce provision are government programs to help improve career advancement through work productivity. . The novelty of this research is improving skills, self-motivation and strategies for providing manpower to increase HR careers and work productivity. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method using path analysis. Partially, only the skill improvement and self-motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity variable and the HR career improvement variable. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the variables of increasing skill and self-motivation have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity variable through the HR career improvement variable as an intervening variable. With the increase in the skills possessed by HR, they will always motivate themselves to be better and can increase their competence, so that it will affect their ability to be productive, so as to be able to create work productivity of each individual which leads to increased employee performance.

This study aims to examine the analysis of the effect of management compensation, profitability, capital intensity, and leverage on tax avoidance in mining sub sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The sampling method used purposive sampling in order to obtain 32 mining sub sector companies. The results showed that the variable of management compensation, capital intensity, and leverage had on effect on tax avoidance. While the profitability variable has a significant negative effect on tax avoidance. For the upcoming research, it is expected to apply other independent variable which have highly connection with tax avoidance as dependent variable. Furthermore, the research is expected to choose different company as well, in order to receive the accurate result and to describe the actual situation/condition.

The purpose of this research is find out how the influence of firm size, free cash flow, leverage, and profitability on earnings management. The population used in this study uses hotel, tourism, and restaurant sub-sector service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2013-2020.  The test results show that firm size and profitability have a positive effect on earnings management, this indicates that the larger the firm size and the level of profit, the greater the opportunity for management to practice earnings management. Free Cash Flow has a negative effect on earnings management, this shows that if the amount of free cash flow is low in a company, the higher earnings management practices will be. Leverage has no effect on earnings management, this shows that the level of leverage does not make management perform earnings management.

Stock investment in the capital market promises two forms of profit, capital gains and dividends. In addition to high profits, stock investments also have a high risk of loss because stocks have a nature high return-high risk. One of the risks posed is the ups and downs of stock prices that occur at any time can cause losses such as capital loss. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ROE, DER, and exchange rates on stock prices in BUMN listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period. The sampling technique is a purposive sampling technique. The sample obtained amounted to 13 companies. The results of the analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 shows that ROE has a positive and significant effect, DER has a negative and significant effect, while the exchange rate has no significant effect on stock prices.

Motor vehicle tax is a type of provincial tax in local taxes. In increasing regional income, motor vehicle taxpayer compliance plays an important role. The value of arrears in the Kendal Samsat shows that there is still a lack of compliance in paying taxes.This study aims to examine the effect of tax knowledge, tax socialization, awareness of taxpayers and mobile samsat on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance in Kendal Regency. The population and sample were carried out on taxpayers registered at SAMSAT Kendal and obtained 100 respondents using the formula solvin. Data collection uses a questionnaire with incidental sampling technique. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that knowledge of taxation, socialization of taxation, awareness of taxpayers and mobile Samsat had a positive and significant effect on compliance with motorized vehicle taxpayers in Kendal Regency.

The number of islands and the size of Indonesia's territory is a problems in building telecommunications infrastructure. VSAT satellite technology is a solution and is useful when terrestrial relations experience issues. This is because not all regions are terrestrial and can reach all islands and mainland in Indonesia. In this study, the Ku-Band VSAT was used, and the Ku-Band VSAT installation location was in Jangga Dolok Village, Lumban Julu District, Toba Samosir Regency, North Sumatra Province. The research method involves needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The results showed that the quality of the network obtained showed a bandwidth of 024 Kbps, 637 ms delay, 0% packet loss, 1.84 Mbit/s download throughput, and 319.18 Kbit/s uploads. The measurement analysis results in the field show that the IP Config VSAT IP can be connected to the gateway, and the connection test shows the reply response. The transmission parameter output IDU downlink SQF is 168, and the uplink is 16 Apsk 1024 K 9/10, the upload, and download measurement results show the upload results of 1.8 Mbps and 0.3 Mbps upload. All the analysis results were carried out, and it showed promising results, and the VSAT-based internet network in Jangga Dolok village was feasible to use. Background: Febrile seizure associated with a fever of 38oC or higher that triggers by the extracranial process without manifestation of neurologic dysfunction. The majority of parents suffer from stress and anxiety of febrile seizure occurrences. Adequate knowledge of febrile seizure is significant to provide initial medical care required during febrile seizure occurrences. Hence, this study aimed to know the knowledge level of febrile seizure on preschooler among parent in Nuansa Udayana Siligita Early Childhood Education School, Nusa Dua Badung. Method:  A purposive sampling technique employed to select 123 study participants. Data collected by a questionnaire that distributed to the participant through the google-form platform. The analysis used is univariate. Results: Results revealed that the participant’s knowledge classified in the good, moderate, and low category with a total of 81 participants (79.0%), 22 participants (21.0%), and 0 participants (0.0 %), respectively.  Conclusion: The level of knowledge of febrile seizure on preschoolers among parent Nuansa Udayana Siligita Early Childhood Education School classified in the good category. We suggest the parent improve their knowledge of febrile seizure to deliver initial proper medical care during febrile seizure occurrences or recurrences in their home or school.
