The development of information technology is currently increasing rapidly from year to year. One evidence of technological development or advancement is the presence of the internet. The internet has many important benefits for human life. An example of the benefits of having the internet is its popular website. Website is one type of service or facility provided by the internet which is most widely used for various services in many fields, including education, namely schools. Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda, an Islamic-based high school, which is located in Kedungreja District. Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda uses the website as a medium for delivering information related to Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda to students and prospective students. The better the quality of a website, the more users are interested in accessing the website. The purpose of this study is to measure the service quality of the Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda website, a measurement of the measurement of website users on the level of performance and level of importance. The method in this research is the WebQual 4.0 method which consists of 3 variables, namely usability, information quality, quality of service interaction, this study also uses the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method. The population in this study were students, teachers, and the community with a sample of 80 respondents. The results showed that 89.03% of the Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda website services had met the respondents' expectations and the Cartesian Impotance Performance Analysis (IPA) results diagram showed that the variables that were of good quality and had to be maintained were US6, IQ1, IQ4, IQ7, and SIQ3. because it has met the expected performance of the respondent. Meanwhile, the variables that are important and are in priority for improvement are IQ3, IQ5, SIQ1, and SIQ6.

In this digital era, business competition is increasingly competitive. A business is required to conduct continuous evaluation. In today's business world, e-commerce is a necessity to increase business competition and product sales. In the use of e-commerce, buying and selling and marketing activities will be easier and more efficient where consumers will find it easier to buy and sell the desired goods without having to leave the house so as to show the ease of transactions, reduce costs and speed up the transaction process. This study aims to create a Blogspot-Based E-Commerce Web Design as a Promotional Media for Kendal Hijab Blessing Boutique. It is hoped that the design and development of an e-commerce blog can help business actors to market their products more broadly so that they can increase sales and make it easier for consumers to transact, especially at the Kendal Hijab Berkah Boutique.  

Fostering students’ creativity in learning is not effortless because the average learning activity is usually less challenging. Authentic problem-based learning is a learning model that is expected to foster students' creativity in education. This study aimed to examine expert and practitioner validation on authentic problem-based learning tasks prototype in promoting student creativity. The prototype product was displayed and simulated in virtual zoom and validated by 14 learning experts and 18 practitioners/teachers. The initial data were collected through self-evaluation using a questionnaire. The results showed that the use of real experiences as a learning stimulus could foster creative solutions, which are marked by the emergence of new, unusual ideas, imaginative ideas, new creations that have an impact on the development of student creativity.

This assimilation can be a measure of success carried out by the correctional institution, because it is a process of increasing coaching based on the evaluation of previous coaching programs and has gone through certain assessments and has met the requirements set by the Correctional Team. The author is interested in the problem of assimilation guidance for prisoners at the Kedungpane Class I Prison in Semarang and the obstacles in the assimilation guidance program for inmates. This study uses a juridical empirical or sociological juridical approach. The results of the research and discussion are that assimilation is carried out for the development of prisoners in socializing in the community. In addition, Assimilation is also carried out in the context of tackling the Spread of Covid-19 that is currently hitting Indonesia. The obstacle in fostering the assimilation of prisoners is the lack of socialization to the community so that there are no third parties or people who are willing to accept and employ prisoners in the process of returning to society in a positive way.   Keywords : assimilation, Correctional Institution, convict .

This community service is carried out to increase the literacy of housewives in using social media and to extract bijad information provided by social media, as well as provide training on how to use smartphones to housewives who do not know how to use smartphones. This service was attended by 38 participants and divided into three stages, the first of which was preparation, The second is the implementation and the third is evaluation, from the results of the service that has been done by housewives in Damungan Hamlet, Banjarejo Village, Kedungpring District, Lamongan Regency.

Village development will not be separated from community participation because it is the primary beneficiary of development and becomes a development actor. This study examines exploring planning to participatory evaluation involving rural communities in evaluating village development programs. This makes it possible to provide feedback, monitor progress, and identify changes needed to implement development programs. The study used a qualitative approach, using primary data from interviews and relevant secondary data. The results of community research are included in village development planning through Musrembang. In the implementation stage of community development, they are also involved even though not all communities participate in the village development process. Participatory management in development in Liunggunung Village is in the infrastructure development approach and other fields such as health. The community is involved and contributes to infrastructure development and other fields. Community participation can lead to empowering rural communities, increasing their decision-making capacity, and strengthening social networks in communities. Communities involved in the decision-making and implementation of village development projects tend to have a higher sense of ownership of the project. The active participation of the community in village development has a positive impact on the sustainability of the program and the improvement of the community's quality of life. Community participation in village development is essential for sustainable development, community empowerment, and improved quality of life locally.    

           Many strategies that can be used to increase sales and attract consumers to buy products offered by manufacturers. One strategy that is widely used by companies is the marketing mix strategy. Marketing activities that focus on product self-focus, pricing, distribution policies, and means of promotion are known as the marketing mix or Marketing Mix. This study aims to evaluate the internal evaluation and indicators of the appropriate marketing mix strategy and is applied to increase the sales volume at Griya Manik-Manik Kaca Plumbon. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method, by collecting data directly from the company by making observations, interviews according to the research subject. The results showed that the strategy adopted by Griya Manik-Manik Kaca Plumbon has worked well, where the four marketing strategy variables support and complement each other, and have different roles in marketing their products. We recommend that the owner of the Plumbon Griya Glass Bead UMKM should be upgraded with the marketing mix that has been applied. The strategy used by the company is good, but it would be better if the company plans to continue to improve strategies considering that many other competitors have issued similar products.  

The purpose of this research is to find out the effectiveness of the Surakarta City GenRe Program in strengthening civic responsibility. The research method used in qualitative research with a case study method. GenRe Program is able to be a good forum for the formation of adolescent characters, especially in strengthening civic responsibility. This success can certainly be achieved by various factors. As for one of the factors that influence that is related to strategy. Some of the strategies needed are (1) Maximizing SDM by managing GenRe Program services; (2) Establishing and developing PIK R in several regions; (3) Developing the GenRe Program; (4) Increasing the GenRe program partnership; (5) Develop coaching and evaluation periodically. With the increasing development of technology the more variety of books circulating on the internet. As is the recommendation system on online book sites that provide books relevantly and as needed with one's preferences. One alternative is GoodReads, a social networking site that specializes in cataloging books and users can share reading book recommendations with each other by rating, reviewing, and commenting. As a large book recommendation site, it has a lot of data that can be processed by applying machine learning methods, but still not known as the most accurate model. By using the right model, we can provide more accurate recommendations. Therefore, this study will analyze the data obtained from the www.kaggle.com namely the goodreads-books dataset. This study proposed a data mining classification model to get the best model in recommending books on GoodReads. The algorithms used are Decision Tree, K-Nearest Neighbor, Naïve Bayes, Random Forest, and Support Vector Classifier, then for model evaluation using accuracy, precision, recall, f1-score, confusion matrix, AUC, and Mean Error Absolute. The test results of several classification algorithms found that Decision Tree has the highest accuracy among the methods presented by 99.95%, precision by 100%, recall by 96%, f1-score of 98% with MAE of 0.05 and AUC of 99.96%. This is proof that decision tree algorithms can be used as book recommendations based on book categories on GoodReads.

This situation also occurs in the defense economy, so understanding the basic principles of risk and uncertainty is important, especially in a decision-making process. There are several elements and concepts that are usually used in all decision models. Almost all models, whether complex or simple, can be formulated using a standard structure and solved by using general evaluation procedures. For decisions involving a series of decisions and relating to various basic sequential conditions, the decision tree is an appropriate conceptual and schematic modeling tool. A decision tree is a schematic representation of a decision problem. A decision tree is a diagram made like a tree with branches and branches in a chronological order of events, with each having a choice and possibility of occurrence, as well as the results of each choice. The term decision tree is taken from the form of diagrams that have branches and twigs, just like a tree.

In their life, the people of Siwal Village cannot be separated from the use of oil. Moreover, the majority of Siwal Village residents work as food or fried food sellers on the roadside. Repeated use of cooking oil can have harmful effects on health. In addition, used cooking oil that can no longer be used is usually dumped in careless places and causes environmental pollution. Another problem in Siwal Village is the lack of skills of children due to the influence of gadgets. With these things in mind, training on how to process used cooking oil into an alternative material for making used used wax is one of the right solutions. Activities consist of a location survey, implementation, results and discussion. Implementation includes; 1) preparation 2) counseling 3) training 4) mentoring 5) evaluation 6) advanced stage training. The aim of this research was to develop a practical guide based on guided inquiry on the interaction material of living things. This type of research was Research and Development with the ADDIE development model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implement and Evaluation). Practicum guides were validated by 2 media experts and 2 material experts. The research was carried out until a small scale test with the research subjects were 5 grade students of MTs Darul Amin Palangkaraya. The results of the study were a practical guide with 3 topics whose activities were designed according to the guided inquiry learning model. The practicum guide developed was declared feasible by material and media experts with a very valid category. Based on small-scale trials, the practicality value was produced with a percentage of 83.00% which was categorized as very good. These results showed that the practicum guide was declared valid and practical after a small-scale trial was carried out. The practicum guide still needs to be refined for further trials on a large scale

Clove plant (Syzygium aromaticum. L) Is one of the plants known by the people in Bula village as a traditional medicine the leaves of cloves (Syzygium aromaticum folium) are often used as an alternative to cure stiff and rheumatic diseases such as causing pain due to excessive activity, so that it can be used as an active ingredient in making ointments The purpose of this study was to identify the chemical content of clove leaves (Syzygium aromaticum folium) from Bula village and to formulate a good and stable clove leaf ethanol extract ointment (Syzygium aromaticum folium) using a ratio of variations in the concentration of the Hydrocarbon Base. This research method is experimental which was carried out using a combination base of vaseline album: cera alba from three different formulations with a concentration ratio of F1 (76%: 10 %), F2 (71%: 15%), F3 (66%: 20%), each formulation contains 10% ethanol extract of clove leaf (Syzygium aromaticum folium). Evaluation of ointment preparations was carried out after 1 week of storage; evaluation tests included organoleptic tests, homogeneity tests and pH tests. The results showed that the ointment preparations F1 (76%: 10%) met the requirements for a good and stable ointment, while F2 (71%: 15%), and F3 (66%: 20%) did not meet the requirements for a good and stable ointment.

This extension activity was conducted for Karang Taruna Desa Papahan, Kec. Tasikmadu, Kab. Karanganyar. The outcomes of this activity are: cheap participants' knowledge of the concept of entrepreneurship so that they have the right knowledge; benefit participants' insights on how to start a business and choose the right type of business; benefit participants' insights about possible business failures and ways to enter and resolve business failures.This activity is carried out with the following stages: Selection of participants to the community service, namely the board and members of Karang Taruna; Submission of lecture materials, with a view to fostering an entrepreneurial spirit; Implementation of evaluation Evaluation is done by: before counseling conducted a question-answer to know each participant's initial knowledge about entrepreneurship special techniques or how to start a business. After the counseling finished the question and answer again about the same material. By comparing the results of answers that have been done, it will be known whether there is an increase in knowledge about the entrepreneurship and scope.Keywords: Counseling, entrepreneurship, management

The purpose of this study is to examine the Determinants to Corporate Social Resposibility Disclosure in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The dependent variable is Corporate Social Resposibility Disclosure. Independent variable are Firm Size, Liquidity, Profitability, Industrial Type, Managerial Ownership, and Size of Board of Commissioner. The population in this study was all Manufacturing Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. Samples were 247 manufacturing companies. This study used purposive sampling method.The analysis used in this reseacrh are multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the testing of hypotheses partial evaluation shows that there are significant influence on Firm Size, Liquidity,Profitability, and Size of Board of Commisioner while for Industrial Type and Managerial Ownership not have significant influence to the Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure.  Keywords: firm size, liquidity, proftitability, industrial type, managerial ownership, size of board of commissioner, corporate social resposibility disclosure

Based on observations, the learning method used at SD N JatisariSemarang in the form of lectures, discussions, questions and answers with the book media. Learning methodswhich so far has not been implemented enough to have an impact on the level of student understanding ofmaterial taught. The method used was less successful so students felt boredand saturated. Efforts to overcome the problems of the learning process need a solutionwith new methods that can be developed. This research uses the concept of mediainteractive Talking Stick method by adding interaction and bringing interesting featuresas well as a system for better and more varied enjoyment through prominent figureshas a good character and at the same time has a history of using puppet media.From the results of the analysis, the concept of the media chosen as interactive media is character recognitionPandawa puppets in the form of a cartoon Manga (Japanese style cartoon) so it becomesmore attractive without reducing the value of local kerifan contained therein. The strength of the mediathis is modifying wayang recognition products through digital services on a system-based basiscomputers that respond to user actions, besides that the product has other advantages, namely the teachercan change or replace evaluation questions. The results are from student questionnaire data beforeusing learning media that is in the average category 41% - 60% includedin a fairly low category, while from the data the value of students after using the mediain the category 81% - 100% included in the very high category.

The title of this devotion is "Tutoring to overcome learning difficulties" the guidance of learning is part of the guidance and counseling that has the purpose of guiding the child in order to achieve optimum learning achievement (according to his ability), especially for children who have learning difficulties or those whose value is ugly even though the IQ is not low. Parents and teachers are expected to be mentors for children who like it. However, not all parents and teachers can become mentors to children who are having difficulty learning it well. They need to know what they can do to overcome / guide the child in order to perform optimally. To overcome this it is necessary to have additional knowledge and understanding of learning guidance. The target audience in this devotion program is Non-Productive Society of teachers and parents of kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Surakarta. They need to be given additional knowledge because the kindergarten teacher Lakshmi 7 does not have S1 background but Lakshmi 7 kindergarten teacher only from SMK, so the knowledge about guidance and counseling that should be given to the child is not found in school and not understood at all. so also with the parents of students who only average background of high school graduates they also understand the Guidance and Counseling that should be given also for Children. So that both at school and home children do not get guidance as it should be. While the method used in this devotion is Lecture / counseling and discussion and training. In this case, counseling is deemed best suited to increase their knowledge and understanding of counseling and guidance for children. As the evaluation is used questionnaires and discussions to explore their implementation in the field after counseling. The results of this dedication of parents and teachers to understand the importance of tutoring for children overcome learning difficulties. While the results of training as a guide in learning obtained 77.8% (21 Parents and teachers) can carry out its role as a mentor learning for children. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the devotion of learning guidance to overcome learning difficulties in parents and teachers Kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Turisari Surakarta successful. Various problems with the destruction of the Indonesian nation and state life institutions are increasingly approaching concerns. The emergence of grassroots movements that undermine the people of this nation is increasingly visible and shows a crisis of exemplary in the community, thus giving rise to a series of socio-cultural conflicts that occur in the midst of society in various regions. The participants in this service program are, non-productive society, civic teachers at Senior High School Teacher in Surakarta City. They are a pioneer of Pancasila Teachers who need education and training in the form of Character Development Training activities as one of the activities that will sustain and filter the problems of socio-cultural conflicts that arise in society so that peace and comfortable will be achieved in people's lives. The results of this program are as a part of this service activity in the form of Social manipulation and Models that reflect systematically arranged steps, from an activity consisting of a guide module for Character Building Training with national-scale scientific articles that will support character nation building in the framework of implementing mental revolution . While the method used in this service is CIPP stands for evaluation of the whole based on Context, Inputs, Process, and Product. The results of this service are reducing socio-cultural conflicts in the life of the Pancasila, in order to implement the Mental Revolution. This study aims to design learning media that can increase enthusiasm, motivation and understanding of students towards Javanese script material, as well as media that can be used by teachers in learning Javanese language learning activities by reading Javanese characters and their partners. The method used by researchers is the R&D (Research and Development) method while the method used in the development of instructional media is the waterfall method. The material presented in the Javanese script learning media are (1) Introduction of Javanese script, (2) Sandhangan, (3) Couples, (4) Swara script, (5) Wilangan. In making learning media researchers used Adobe Flash CS6 software, CorelDraw X5, Adobe Photoshop CS6 and Adobe audition CS6, with the final product being an interactive CD (Compact Disk). Validation test from material experts and media experts got the criteria of "good" - "very good", while the results of the final product trial evaluation with 52 students stated "agreeing" - "strongly agreeing" with the use of Javanese script learning media. thus the Javanese alphabet learning media on elementary students of Muhammadiyah Weleri was declared feasible to be used in learning activities to read and understand Javanese script.
