This study aims to (1) Develop learning media using Articulate Storyline 3 based on android on the elements of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia in phase E of SMA Negeri 1 Sukoharjo; (2) Measure the feasibility of the product of the development of learning media using Articulate Storyline 3 based on android on the elements of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia in phase E of SMA Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. The results of this study are (1) the development of learning media based on android on the elements of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia in the form of an application containing learning materials, learning videos and evaluations (multiple choice tests). (2) The development product was validated by experts with the results of the feasibility test based on the validation of material experts of 76.25%, and the validation of media experts of 82%. Furthermore, a limited trial was conducted with a score of 90.1% and the results of the extensive trial obtained a score of 89.2%. The results of the effectiveness test using N-gain on class X E8 students obtained a score of 0.76 and on class X.E11 students obtained a score of 0.75. Tujuan penelitian ini: 1) Untuk menganalisis game edukasi "KARISMA" dalam pembentukan karakter Merdeka Belajar pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 18 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2024 / 2025. 2)  Untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 18 Surakarta dalam penggunaan game edukasi "KARISMA" dalam pembelajaran pada tahun ajaran  tahun ajaran 2024 / 2025. Bentuk  penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskripsi kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini melibatkan guru PPKn kelas VIII dan siswa kelas VIII. Sumber data yang digunakan sumber primer dan sumber data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskripsif kualitatif dengan model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan: 1) Game edukasi "KARISMA" memiliki kontribusi positif terhadap pembentukan karakter Merdeka Belajar pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 18 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Game ini dirancang untuk menerapkan nilai-nilai karakter sesuai dengan Profil Pelajar Pancasila yang sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar. 2)  Persepsi siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 18 Surakarta terhadap penggunaan game edukasi "KARISMA" dalam pembelajaran cenderung positif. Persepsi siswa pada game ini sebagai media pembelajaran yang inovatif, menarik, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan siswa. Game "KARISMA" tidak hanya meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi pembelajaran, tetapi juga memotivasi mereka untuk lebih aktif, kreatif, dan mandiri dalam belajar. Kata Kunci : Persepsi, Game Edukasi, “KARISMA”     The objectives of this study were: 1) To analyze the educational game "KARISMA" in the developing Merdeka Belajar characters in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 18 Surakarta in the 2024/2025 academic year. 2) To describe the perceptions of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 18 Surakarta in the use of the educational game "KARISMA" in the 2024/2025 academic year. This research method is qualitative descriptive. The subjects of this study were civics teachers in grade and students in grade VIII. The data sources used are primary sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques used were through observation, interviews, documentation. Data validity testing was carried out using source triangulation and methods triangulation. The data in this study were analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques with an interactive analysis model. The results of this study  could be e concluded: 1) The educational game "KARISMA" has a positive contribution to the development of the Merdeka Belajar character in students in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 18 Surakarta in the 2024/2025 academic year. This game is designed to apply  character values ​​in accordance with the Profil Pelajar Pancasila which was in accordance  with the principles of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum. 2) The perception of students in class VIII towards the use of the educational game "KARISMA" in tended to be positive. The Students' perceptions of this game as an innovative, interesting, and relevant learning media to students' needs. The "KARISMA" game not only improves students' understanding of the learning material, but also motivates them to be more active, creative, and independent in learning. The development of information technology in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era requires the younger generation to possess digital literacy skills, one of which is computer programming. Programming is not only a technical skill but also helps in developing logical, systematic, and creative thinking. This study aims to describe the implementation and results of Java-based basic programming literacy training for 30 SMA 3 students. The students were selected based on their interests and recommendations from teachers. The training was held in a computer laboratory, utilizing a learning-by-doing approach with methods that included material delivery, demonstrations, and hands-on practice. Evaluation was conducted through both theory tests and simple programming tasks. The results indicated an average 30% increase in understanding of structured programming concepts compared to before the training. Additionally, 85% of the students were able to successfully complete tasks involving the creation of simple programs using variables, operators, branching, and loops. Beyond the technical skills, the training also had a positive impact on non-technical skills such as self-confidence, teamwork, and critical thinking. In conclusion, this training program successfully met its goal of enhancing students’ basic programming literacy and can serve as a practical learning model that aligns with the needs of the digital era, encouraging active participation in the digital world.

Teaching German as a foreign language in Indonesia requires the integration of linguistic and cultural aspects to develop students’ intercultural competence. Textbooks play a significant role in representing culture, yet most language learning materials tend to portray culture superficially and selectively. This study aims to analyze the representation of cultural elements in the textbook Deutsch echt einfach A1.1 für Jugendliche using a qualitative descriptive approach and content analysis method. Data were obtained from the book’s textual and visual content, analyzed through the lens of Dweik et al.’s (2015) twelve cultural elements framework. The findings reveal that elements such as food and beverages, social behavior, and family relationships are the most frequently represented. In contrast, deeper cultural elements such as history, politics, religion, ecology, and economy are scarcely present. These results indicate that the textbook focuses primarily on surface-level culture and does not fully support the development of students’ intercultural competence. The implication is that teachers and curriculum developers need to supplement textbooks with more critical, holistic, and contextually relevant cultural materials to enhance foreign language learning.

This study aims to determine the use of YouTube learning media in improving students' critical thinking skills in history subjects of class XI at SMAN 1 Karangrejo. The background of this study is based on the low interest in learning and students' critical thinking skills in understanding abstract and narrative historical materials. YouTube media is considered as one of the interactive and interesting learning alternatives, which can visualize historical events in a concrete and easy-to-understand manner. The formulation of the problem obtained by the author is how the use of YouTube media among class XI students at SMAN 1 Karangrejo, in supporting the teaching and learning process. How effective is the use of YouTube-based learning media on the critical thinking skills of class XI students, in history subjects at SMAN 1 Karangrejo. From the formulation of the problem, the purpose of writing is to find out the use of YouTube media among class XI students at SMAN 1 Karangrejo, in supporting the teaching and learning process. To find out the effectiveness of the use of YouTube-based learning media on the critical thinking skills of class XI students, in history subjects at SMAN 1 Karangrejo. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, in-depth interviews with history teachers and students, and documentation. The main focus of this study is on the learning process, student responses to the use of YouTube media, and how the media facilitates the development of students' critical thinking skills. The results of the study showed that the use of YouTube media had a positive impact on improving students' critical thinking skills. The historical videos shown were able to stimulate curiosity, encourage discussion, and help students analyze and evaluate historical events in more depth. In addition, students became more active, enthusiastic, and involved in the learning process.

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance the leadership capacity and organizational management skills of cadres of the Islamic Student Association (HMI) Dumai Branch through the strengthening of Islamic values and the application of modern organizational management principles. The program was implemented as part of the Intermediate Training (Latihan Kader II/LK 2), which serves as a strategic forum for developing future organizational leaders. The activities were conducted using a combination of lectures, interactive discussions, case-based learning, and leadership simulations designed to encourage critical thinking and active participation. A participatory approach was employed to ensure that participants were directly involved in the learning process and could relate the material to real organizational challenges. The results of the program indicate a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of transformational leadership, collective–collegial leadership, and effective organizational planning and management skills. In addition, the program increased participants’ awareness of the importance of integrating Islamic values as an ethical and moral foundation in student organizational leadership practices. Overall, this PKM contributes to the development of qualified HMI cadres who possess integrity, adaptability, strong leadership competence, and a sustained commitment to community service and organizational development.

This research was conducted at the Foreign Language Laboratory of the Faculty of Languages and Arts, Universitas Negeri Medan, with the aim of developing a student worksheet (LKPD) for learning the topic "Guten Tag" for Grade XI students in the first semester. The worksheet was designed based on the ADDIE development model, which consists of five phases: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The data for this research were sourced from the textbook Netzwerk Neu A1, specifically from pages 8–17, which cover the subtopics: greetings and farewells, introducing oneself and others, and asking about and responding to well-being. The developed worksheet was evaluated by a content expert and a media expert. The content expert assigned a score of 87.5, which falls into the “good” category, while the media expert assigned a score of 92.8, categorized as “very good”. The worksheet was also implemented and evaluated with a group of ten students from MAN 1 Medan, yielding an average score of 86.95, indicating it is “very suitable”. These findings suggest that the worksheet is appropriate for supporting A1-level German language instruction and can serve as an alternative teaching material for enhancing vocabulary, grammar understanding, and communicative competence in contextually relevant situations.

This study aims to develop and validate the feasibility of android-based learning media using smart apps creator on computer hardware material for high school students in grade X. Conventional learning processes are often less interesting and not optimal in conveying hardware concepts that tend to be abstract. Therefore, the development of this interactive media is expected to be an alternative in learning media in class and outside the classroom. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the PPE model consisting of three stages, namely Planning, Production and Evaluation. The research stages include defining student needs and curriculum, media design, developing smart apps creator learning media products, and distributing and evaluating feasibility. The validation results were tested and assessed by 3 media validation experts, 1 material validation expert. The assessment results from media experts obtained an average value of 64.3 so that it is included in the "Very Eligible" category. The assessment results from material experts obtained an average value of 56 so that it is included in "Very Eligible". The overall assessment results by media experts, material experts obtained an average value of 60.15 with the "Very Eligible" category., Android-based interactive learning media using this smart apps creator is declared very feasible to use in the learning process.

This study aims to develop learning media based on the Wordwall application in mathematics learning for grade 3 at MI Salafiyah 1 Kauman. The background of this study is the low interest and motivation of students in participating in mathematics learning, which is caused by less interesting learning methods and the lack of use of interactive media. By utilizing the Wordwall application, it is expected to increase student involvement through fun educational games. The method used in this study is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The development process begins with needs analysis, learning media design, media development using the Wordwall application, media implementation in learning, and evaluation of the effectiveness of the media developed. The results of the study showed that the Wordwall-based learning media developed had high validity with an average score of 90% from material and media experts. The practicality of the media was also obtained with an average score of 85% from teachers and students. The trial of media implementation in mathematics learning showed an increase in student motivation and learning outcomes. So, students will be more active in participating in learning and show a better understanding of the material being taught. Thus, Wordwall-based learning media has proven effective in increasing the motivation and learning outcomes of grade 3 students at MI Salafiyah 1 Kauman.

The development of the increasingly advanced times brings serious challenges to the formation of the character of the younger generation, especially at the elementary school levels. The phenomenon of declining religious values, discipline, and responsibility for students is a crucial issue that needs to be addressed immediately. This study aims to analyze the collaboration model between parents and schools in supporting tahfidz programs and their contribution to the formation of religious character, discipline, and student responsibility. The research method uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach by examining various relevant previous research results, as well as a qualitative descriptive approach to understand the dynamics of the collaboration. The results of the study show that strong collaboration between parents and schools in the tahfidz program has a significant impact on the formation of students' character. Effective forms of collaboration include intensive communication, active participation in the tahfidz process, and moral and material support at home. Children who receive optimal assistance from their parents tend to show stronger religious character, discipline in managing time, and a higher sense of responsibility for memorization. On the contrary, limited parental time, lack of understanding of memorization methods, and differences in commitment are the main inhibiting factors in the success of the program. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that synergy between parents and schools is the main key to the success of the tahfidz program to build a generation of character. Recommendations for schools are to strengthen the communication system with parents, provide training in memorization techniques for families, and create a conducive learning environment both at school and at home. Further research is recommended to involve field studies to get a more comprehensive picture of the implementation of this collaboration.

Science continues to advance over time. This development has led to the birth of various new technologies that mark the progress of the times. Currently, technology has entered the digital era, where almost all areas of life are beginning to utilize these advances to increase work efficiency and effectiveness. In Indonesia, digital transformation has also penetrated various sectors, including education. This change presents a significant opportunity for the world of education to expand access, improve the quality of learning, and encourage innovation in teaching methods. As an entity closely linked to human culture and civilization, education has undergone significant changes in the era of globalization. The use of digital technologies, such as online learning, learning management systems (LMS), and interactive media, has become an integral part of the educational process. This not only facilitates the delivery of material but also opens up more flexible and inclusive learning opportunities for various levels of society. However, behind these opportunities, challenges also arise, such as disparities in technology access, low digital literacy in some communities, and the need to adapt curricula and teaching methods to be relevant to current developments. Therefore, the success of educational transformation in the digital era depends not only on the availability of technology but also on the readiness of human resources, including educators and students, to optimize its use. Therefore, the development of digital science and technology has become a driving force for global educational change. Education is required to adapt quickly and accurately to produce a generation that is not only academically intelligent.

In the teaching and learning process, teachers have the task of encouraging guiding and providing learning facilities for students to achieve their goals. On of the factors that influences interest in learning is teacher creativity. This study aims to determine teacher Creativity in improving learning at SDK MBOMBA This study takes a qualitative approach. One of the Teachers creative abilities in learning is creating aids in the form of family cards. The descriptive nature of this study makes teacher creativity very involved. Data collection in this study includes observation, documentation studies and analysis. The results of this study indicate that there are four key components in the development of this qualitative study related to teacher creativity in improving the quality of SDK MBOMBA learning, such as teacher creativity in understanding learning materials that will be taught creativity in managing the classroom environment, creativity in using various learning methods and teacher creativity in use of learning media.

This research discusses the comparison of Mandarin curriculum in six ASEAN member countries, namely Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines. Mandarin is increasingly considered strategic in the ASEAN region as economic, educational and cultural ties with China increase. However, teaching approaches and curriculum policies in each country show significant variations. This research uses the literature review method to analyze the policies, curriculum structure, teaching methods, and challenges faced in each country. The results show that Singapore and Malaysia have the most structured and responsive approaches, while countries such as Indonesia and the Philippines still face various barriers in the provision of learning infrastructure and teaching staff. This study recommends the importance of regional collaboration in the development of curriculum standards, teacher training, and the development of contextualized teaching materials so that the quality of Chinese language learning in the ASEAN region can be improved equally.

This study aims to describe the process of planning Mathematics learning at SMA Negeri 12 Padang in implementing the Independent Curriculum. A descriptive qualitative approach was used with interview techniques and observations of Mathematics teachers. The results of the study showed that teaching tools, such as teaching modules, assessments, remedial programs, enrichment, olympiads, textbooks, teaching materials, and LKPD, were arranged systematically and adaptively according to student needs. Based on the results of observations, the teaching tools achieved a success percentage of 98.54% in grades X and XI. The teaching tools support meaningful, contextual learning, and improve student competence. Evaluation and development of teaching tools are carried out continuously to be relevant to curriculum developments.

This research aims to develop and evaluate learning media based on traditional engklek games in improving the understanding of the concept of flat building in grade II students of SD/MI. The background of the research is based on the low interest and understanding of students in basic geometry materials and the lack of contextual and fun learning media innovations. The research approach used is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the ankle media was effective in improving students' understanding of flat shapes such as squares, triangles, and circles, with an increase in the average student score from 66.2 to 83.5. In addition, the use of this media also increases students' enthusiasm, active participation, and collaboration and socialization skills during the learning process. These findings are in line with constructivist and sociocultural theories that emphasize the importance of active and contextual learning. Engklek learning media not only enriches a meaningful mathematics learning experience, but also contributes to the preservation of local culture. This study recommends the use of traditional games as an innovative strategy in mathematics learning in elementary schools.

This study is a literature review that aims to identify and analyze the application of GeoGebra applications in learning geometric transformations at the high school level. Geometric transformation is a material that requires high spatial visualization skills, so learning media are needed that are able to present concepts in a concrete and interactive way. GeoGebra, as a dynamic mathematics application, is considered capable of facilitating student understanding through direct visualization of transformation processes such as translation, reflection, rotation, and dilation. The study was conducted by reviewing 11 relevant scientific articles, published in the last five to ten years, and meeting certain inclusion criteria. The results of the analysis show that the application of GeoGebra in learning has a positive impact, both cognitively, affectively, and technically. GeoGebra is able to improve students' understanding of concepts, learning motivation, and learning outcomes. The implementation strategy includes the development of e-modules, digital teaching materials, problem-based learning, and application usage training. Overall, GeoGebra has proven to be valid, practical, and effective in supporting more interesting and meaningful learning of geometric transformations.

Societal Serve: Journal of Community Engagement and Services 2025 Pusat Riset dan Inovasi Nasional Mabadi Iqtishad Al Islami

This community service program titled "Building Entrepreneurial Spirit in Students Through Islamic Economic Literacy" was held on May 24, 2025, in Semarang under the Sharia Young Leader BSI Maslahat initiative. It aimed to empower underprivileged university students by integrating Islamic economic knowledge with personal motivation and spiritual development. The program applied a fun-learning approach to deliver modules on barakah (blessing), Islamic work ethics, fiqh muamalah, and Sharia-compliant contracts (akad), as well as motivational training based on the ESQ Matrix. A total of 51 participants underwent both pre- and post-tests, showing a significant knowledge increase from an average score of 62.39 to 84.58. Feedback indicated high satisfaction, with average scores above 5.7 out of 6 for both content and trainer performance. Participants appreciated the relevance and applicability of the material and suggested enhancements such as more interactive sessions and follow-up resources. The program successfully contributed to students’ understanding of ethical entrepreneurship and Islamic economic principles, supporting their role as future contributors to the Sharia economic ecosystem in Indonesia.

This article explores the strategies used by early childhood teachers at TK Pelangi in managing learning activities based on children’s needs and the outcomes of training programs they have attended. The main focus is on how teachers apply training outcomes into daily classroom practice while adjusting to each child's developmental stage and individual characteristics. At TK Pelangi, teachers plan learning activities by considering each child’s interests, talents, and specific needs. In practice, they create a dynamic, enjoyable, and contextual learning environment to help children better absorb the material. Training outcomes are used as a foundation to develop more innovative methods, media, and approaches. Continuous evaluation is carried out to assess the effectiveness of the strategies. The findings show that managing learning based on children's needs and training results significantly improves the quality of teaching interactions and positively contributes to the overall development of children at TK Pelangi.

Education is a major pillar in sustainable community development. In this digital era, information and communication technology (ICT) has changed the learning paradigm, opening up new opportunities to improve the quality of education. One of the prominent innovations is the use of E-Bookmik as a learning tool in schools. The use of E-Bookmik has great potential to improve the quality of student learning. E-Bookmik allows easier access to learning materials, provides multimedia content, and facilitates interactivity in learning. However, to ensure the success of the implementation of E-Bookmik, effective curriculum management is needed. To describe this research, the author uses a qualitative approach with a case study research type and is supported by data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. After conducting research based on the approaches and types of research mentioned, as well as the theories used, it emerged that the use of E-Bookmik has been implemented well, in addition EBookmik can help facilitate access to teaching materials and make learning more interesting. And students can learn anytime and anywhere. Student learning outcomes increase in understanding and active involvement. E-Bookmik also helps teachers compile and update teaching materials more efficiently, and supports effective and sustainable learning. The use of E-Bookmik in Islamic Religious Education Subjects has great potential to improve the quality of learning. Students are more enthusiastic and understand the material quickly.

This study aims to examine the use of active and passive sentences in the Bahasa Indonesia: Aku Bisa! textbook used in Grade 1 of elementary school under the Merdeka Curriculum. Textbooks play an important role in the learning process, particularly as examples of proper and correct language use for students. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using documentation techniques to identify and analyze sentence structures based on appropriate linguistic rules. The main focus of the study is to reveal the forms of active and passive sentences used, and to assess their accuracy in terms of structure and appropriateness for young learners' language development. The findings show that some sentences are structurally inaccurate, overly complex, or misaligned with the cognitive development of first-grade students. Such issues can hinder students' understanding of the learning material. Therefore, editing is necessary to simplify and correct sentence structures so that they are more communicative and easier to understand. This study emphasizes the importance of the editing process in textbook development to ensure high linguistic quality, support effective learning, and align with the principles of the student-centered Merdeka Curriculum.
