The research aims to identify the factors affecting human resources accounting and their impact on profitability and performance improvement, as there is still limited evidence regarding the factors that play a role in determining the level of disclosure of information related to human resources in the financial reports of these banks, as well as providing an indicator to measure the level of disclosure of human resources, which enables bank departments to assess the level of this disclosure in their reports mechanism. The research was applied in your State Company for Engineering Industries, a public company affiliated with the Iraqi Ministry of Industry, and the research was applied for the period (2021-2024). The study came to a number of conclusions, chief among them that business organizations' financial reports do not disclose human resources, which means that these reports do not contain a significant portion of the information that would aid the various groups of users in making informed decisions about these organizations.  Given the growing significance of innovation, creativity, and the intensity of competition in today's world, modern organizations are depending more and more on human resources to accomplish their objectives and obtain a competitive edge. Managing human resources and entrepreneurship are two crucial components of any successful organization. Human resources management focuses on recruiting, training, and retaining employees to ensure they can perform their job duties effectively. On the other hand, entrepreneurship involves the creation and development of new business ventures, products, or services. Both areas play a significant role in the overall success and growth of a company. In this paper, we will explore the intersection of human resources management and entrepreneurship, examining how these two disciplines can work together to drive innovation and organizational success. By leveraging the expertise and creativity of both HR professionals and entrepreneurs, companies can cultivate a culture of innovation and adaptability. This collaboration can lead to the development of cutting-edge products and services, as well as the implementation of forward-thinking HR practices that attract and retain top talent. However, integrating HR and entrepreneurship may also present challenges, such as balancing risk-taking with employee well-being and ensuring that organizational goals align with individual aspirations. Despite these obstacles, the potential benefits of combining these disciplines are vast, offering companies a strategic advantage in today's competitive business landscape.

Digital literacy plays an important role in the psychological development of elementary school children, both from cognitive, social, and emotional aspects. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital literacy on child psychology by highlighting the positive and negative impacts it causes. The research method used is a literature review with reference to various previous studies on digital literacy and its development in children. The results of the study show that digital literacy can improve critical thinking skills, creativity, and expand children's social interactions. In addition, access to technology can also help children understand the world more broadly and increase empathy for social issues. However, excessive use of digital technology without adequate supervision can have negative impacts, such as addiction to gadgets, decreased social interaction, and impaired concentration in learning. Exposure to age-inappropriate content and the risk of cyberbullying are also threats to children's mental health. Therefore, an active role of parents, educators, and policymakers is needed in supervising and guiding children in using digital technology wisely. This study confirms that digital literacy has a complex impact on child psychology. With proper guidance and supervision, the benefits of digital literacy can be optimized, while the negative impact can be minimized. Therefore, a balanced approach in the application of digital literacy is needed to support the optimal development of children's psychology.

This study aims to analyze the application of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) learning model in improving students' cognitive learning outcomes in science learning, especially in the material on the structure and function of plant tissues. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 4 Satap Wori, with the research subjects in the form of 21 grade VIII students who had heterogeneous learning abilities. This study uses a class action research (PTK) approach in two cycles. In the first cycle, student learning outcomes showed that only 38.1% of students had completed, while 61.9% had not reached the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). Based on the reflection of the first cycle, improvements were made in the second cycle by increasing student involvement, providing more motivation, and forming heterogeneous learning groups. The results in the second cycle showed a significant increase, with 85.7% of students achieving learning completeness in accordance with the KKM. The increase in learning completeness from the first cycle to the second cycle was 47.6%. This study concludes that the PBL model effectively improves students' critical thinking skills, creativity, and motivation and can help students solve problems independently and in groups. Therefore, applying the PBL model is recommended to continue to be used in learning that involves real-world problem-solving.

The school's fifth-grade kids receive jumputan batik instruction with the goal of enhancing both their creative abilities and extracurricular accomplishments. One batik-making technique that makes use of the tie-dye procedure is jumputan batik. Jumputan batik is made by tying thread in specific areas of the material and then dipping it in dye to create a unique design. In order to ensure that activities may be carried out efficiently and have the greatest possible influence on students' development, the process of carrying out this community service is structured from planning to evaluation. As a result, kids are able to freely and creatively express themselves through art-related activities. Students can make their own designs and patterns when making jumputan batik, which promotes original and creative thinking. The ability to create original designs is made possible by the jumputan batik process, which incorporates tie-dye elements. Pupils can use their imagination to create motifs, patterns, and color combinations that represent their own personalities and concepts. Students' critical and creative thinking abilities are greatly enhanced by this creative process. According to the findings, students now possess much greater creativity, self-confidence, discipline, and teamwork. In addition to teaching pupils traditional batik techniques, this instruction aids in the development of social and character traits that will benefit them greatly throughout their life. It is anticipated that by exposing more students to Indonesian art and culture, this instruction would be expanded and perpetuated.
