The Lembu Sora Building Monument and the Pure Milk Monument are monuments located in Boyolali Regency, Central Java which will be used as ready to wear motifs with the aim of introducing the area as the largest producer of cow's milk in Central Java. Taking pictures of the motifs uses deformation techniques and distortion techniques which are realized by polyflex screen printing techniques on ready to wear. Based on the problems and objectives, this study aimed to determine the application of the image of the Lembu Sora Building Monument and Pure Mil Monument as a motif on ready to wear with Polyflex Screen Printing Technique. The research methods used were observation, documentation, and literature review. This final project was completed by: creating designs, preparing tools and materials, conducting trials on selecting fabrics and polyflex types, determining sizes, creating ready-to-wear patterns, cutting fabrics, pressing the coating material, carrying out the polyflex screen printing process, ready-to-wear sewing process, and completion. Furthermore, the polyflex screen printing process on ready-to-wear included the following steps: creating polyflex screen printing designs, printing designs with a cutting machine, peeling polyflex (polyflex cleaning), gluing polyfex on the fabric, and finishing, which was the process of removing the masking from the polyflex sheet. Researchers suggest that during the pressing process on polyflex, it is required to alter the temperature and time with the type of polyflex. According to the recommendation that can be utilized, the pressing process on polyflex for temperature and duration must be adjusted to the type of polyflex.

Making evening party dresses that must be considered is the pattern. Patterns are used as examples to avoid mistakes when cutting fabric. Pattern making must be adjusted to the size of the body shape of the clothing model. Patterns are very influential on the results of the clothes that will be made, therefore this study uses two different types of pattern techniques, namely draping pattern techniques and construction pattern techniques. This study aims to determine which pattern technique is good for making evening party dresses. This research uses the R&D (research and development) method or can be called research and development. The trial results show that using the draping pattern is more efficient than the construction pattern technique. The practical construction pattern technique has a weakness at the waist, namely the location of the waist that rises from the original waist. After making an assessment through the validator, the author makes evening party dresses using the pattern technique that has the highest value. The making of evening party dresses uses two pattern techniques, namely on the body pattern using a draping pattern technique and on the skirt using a construction pattern technique.

The Nanggulan Community Health Center is the main accredited health center, it is known that 23,000 residents of the Nanggulan sub-district are registered as members of the BPJS Health, both PBI and non-PBI. In the non-capitation BPJS Health claim process, there are obstacles that cause the submission of BPJS claims to be delayed and the disbursement of puskesmas funds taking a long time. From this background, the researcher wants to know how to submit BPJS claims at the Nanggulan Health Center. Objective  to knowing how to submit BPJS claims at the Nanggulan Health Center. Methods is to Descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Results this research is submission of non-capitation BPJS Health claims using SOPs based on the MoU. The P-Care application also plays a role because there must be a print out of P-Care which is a requirement for submitting a claim. There are obstacles found at the Nanggulan Health Center, namely claims made only for delivery claims, this is due to the lack of human resources for claims officers, incomplete files are still found, and bridging failures often occur between SIMPUS and P-Care applications which affect P-Care print outs. The submission of non-capitation BPJS Health claims at the Nanggulan Health Center has been going well but problems are still found in the completeness of the non-capitation claim files, claims made are only claims for childbirth, and SIMPUS is often not bridging with P-Care.

This research aims to examine the influence of e-service quality on customer satisfaction of the Grab online application in Purworejo. In the research, the population was Grab users in the Purworejo Regency area. The number of Grab users is unknown and can be said to be in the infinite category. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with the hope that the researcher will obtain a representative sample based on the specified criteria. So the total research sample was 97 people. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysis, determination test, t test and f test. The research results from the multiple linear regression line equation produce the equation Y=-4.136+0.888X1+0.262X2. The constant coefficient value obtained is -4.136. This means that if the value of the e-servicequality and price variables is equal to 0, then the level or magnitude of the customer satisfaction variable is -4.136. The e-service quality variable has a coefficient of 0.888. A value of 0.888 means that if the value of the e-service quality variable increases by 1 unit and other variables are considered constant, the level of customer satisfaction will increase by 0.888. The price variable has a coefficient of 0.262. A value of 0.262 means that if the value of the price variable increases by 1 unit and other variables are considered constant, the level of customer satisfaction will increase by 0.262. Determination analysis produces an Ajusted R Square of 0.837, this figure means that 83% of the level of customer satisfaction can be explained using the e-service quality and price variables. Meanwhile, the remaining 17% may be influenced by other variables that were not studied, for example company image, promotion and brand ambassador factors. The t test shows that the e-service quality variable shows that the calculated t is greater than the t table (12,636> 1,661). This means that hypothesis 1 (H1) proposed that partially there is a significant influence between e-service quality on customer satisfaction is accepted and Ho is rejected. The price variable obtained by t calculated is greater than t table (3267 > 1,661). This means that hypothesis 2 (H2) proposed that partially there is a significant influence between price on customer satisfaction is accepted and Ho is rejected. The f test shows that F count > F table or (247,816 > 3.09) which means Hypothesis 3 (H3) which states that simultaneously there is a significant influence between e-service quality and price on customer satisfaction is accepted and Ho is rejected.
