Dead skin cells can occur due to many factors, such as increasing age, sun exposure, and an unhealthy lifestyle. Signs of skin problems due to the buildup of dead skin cells are dull skin, acne, and dry skin.  Body scrub is a type of skin care that can provide many benefits for skin health and beauty. Scrub is the process of exfoliating dead skin cells using a scrub or natural ingredients. Pedada fruit scrub is a natural beauty care innovation originating from the coast of Indonesia, especially from areas rich in pedada fruit plants (Sonneratia spp.). Pedada fruit is known to have high antioxidant content which can provide benefits for the skin, such as brightening it, reducing wrinkles, and fighting the effects of free radicals. This scrub uses pedada fruit extract which is rich in flavonoids, tannins and vitamin C to care for the skin naturally. This body scrub product not only offers beauty benefits but is also environmentally friendly because the raw materials are easy to find in coastal areas and do not require complicated chemical processes. This research aims to examine the benefits of pedada fruit scrub as a natural beauty solution that is rich in antioxidants.

Organic waste management has become an urgent global issue, as the increasing volume of waste poses serious challenges to the environment. One innovative solution that is gaining increasing attention is Maggot cultivation, through a bioconversion process. Maggot bioconversion not only addresses the problem of organic waste but also offers new economic opportunities through the production of high-value resources. In addition, maggot cultivation can also contribute to addressing the high price of protein sources and the increasing demand for animal feed. As highlighted by a study, maggot bioconversion technology can address three main problems: the generation of organic waste, the high price of protein sources, and the increasing demand for animal feed. (Handayani et al., 2021). Maggot (Hermetia Illucens) is a black soldier fly larva that has a chewy texture, high protein and has the ability to secrete natural enzymes that help improve the digestive system of livestock.

Auditors are tasked with evaluating and reviewing client or company financial reports. Stakeholders rely on audit reports issued by public accountants. This is what makes auditors have the responsibility to produce quality output from a series of audit processes. Stakeholders use financial reports that have gone through an audit process as a guide in the decision-making process. Auditors who face ethical problems sometimes do not make the right decisions when carrying out audit tasks. Some auditors sometimes do not carry out their duties in accordance with the professional code of ethics when facing technical situations. So until now, there are still cases related to audit costs and time budget pressures which may affect the quality of audits made by auditors. This case study aims to examine the impact of audit fees and time budget pressure on audit quality. This research involved all auditors who work at Public Accounting Firms in Semarang, with 35 auditors as samples selected using the convenience sampling method. Multiple linear regression analysis is used as an analytical tool, and the research results show empirically that audit fees and time budget pressure have a significant influence on audit quality.

Pleural effusion is a pathological condition characterized by the accumulation of fluid in the pleural cavity, which can cause shortness of breath, chest pain, and other complications. This study aims to evaluate evidence-based nursing care for patients diagnosed with pleural effusion using a case report approach. The assessment was conducted holistically, including interviews, observations, and physical examinations. The results show that nursing interventions combining respiratory physiotherapy, such as breathing exercises, mobilization, and patient education, along with medical care, are effective in reducing shortness of breath and improving chest expansion in patients. The management of pleural effusion involves a multidisciplinary approach, including early diagnosis through thoracentesis and imaging, as well as supportive therapies such as respiratory physiotherapy, pleural fluid drainage, and medical interventions tailored to the underlying etiology. This study also highlights the critical role of respiratory physiotherapy in accelerating patient recovery, including deep breathing exercises, chest mobilization, and posture correction. The evaluation indicates that, although the patient’s respiratory problems were not completely resolved, there was significant improvement in overall health status.
