In the context of modern education management, Auguste Comte's theory offers a valuable contribution in shaping thought and practice. The relevance of Comte's theory is not limited to one aspect of education management, but involves various dimensions such as scientific understanding, adaptation to social change, character and moral building, and the role of education in the evolution of society. The purpose of this study is to explain the Relevance of Auguste Comte's Theory in the Development of Modern Education Management. The method used in this study uses qualitative research procedures using a research approach in the form of a literature study. Sources of information in this study were reviewed from various novel sources of literature, research reports, scientific essays, theses, dissertations and posts both print and electronic related to the Relevance of Auguste Comte's Theory in the Development of Modern Education Management. The results of this study show that Comte's thought, especially the concept of positivism, the role of science in education, social evolution, morals, and the role of education in the development of society, has a significant impact on educational thinking and practice. The application of Comte's principles in education management allows us to design education that is based on evidence, science and scientific approaches. In addition, an understanding of social evolution helps us adapt to changes in society, while a focus on the formation of character, morals and social values supports the development of responsible individuals in society.

 In the current era, education is considered the main driving force to meet the needs of an increasingly globalized world, both in the field of improving the quality of information and in the field of improving morals and ethics, which focuses on education. This research aims to determine the history of the formation of the At-Taqwa Sambas Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah as well as the factors that support and hinder the development of the At-Taqwa Sambas Private Ibtidaiyah Madrasah. The research method used is historical research methods including heuristics, verification, interpretation and historiography. The research results show that the history of the At-Taqwa Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah was founded in 2011 and was founded by the leadership of the Islamic Education Foundation through the encouragement of community leaders who understand education for the younger generation. Mr. Aminuddin Hardigaluh as the driving force and other founding figures continues to invite children to study religious education at the At-Taqwa Sambas Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Starting from a student population of only 11 people and 3 teachers, this has not dampened the children's enthusiasm for studying at the madrasa. As time went by, the At-Taqwa Sambas Private Madrasah also experienced many developments, including increasing the number of students, increasing facilities and infrastructure as well as more disciplined learning practices.

This research aims to investigate how the values ​​of the motto "Satu Tungku Tiga Batu" are understood and internalized through Islamic Education learning at Fakfak State Polytechnic. In this context, Islamic Education plays a significant role in shaping individuals' character and morality. The motto, which carries the meaning of unity, cooperation, and mutual support, has not been fully interpreted in the context of Islamic learning at Fakfak State Polytechnic. A case study method is used to examine how this motto is applied in the Islamic Education curriculum. Data were collected through participatory observation, interviews with lecturers and students, and content analysis of lecture materials. The results of this research highlight the importance of the role of Islamic education in shaping understanding and acceptance of moral values ​​among students. The implications of these findings include suggestions for curriculum development and strategies to enhance the integration of Islamic values ​​in an academic context. This research contributes to understanding how Islamic education can strengthen ethical principles and reinforce communal bonds within the educational environment.

Theme is a fundamental idea that unifies a tale, song, or literary work, making it simple to comprehend and enjoy. The theme serves as a concept, element, descriptor, and attribute. A song without a theme will be dry, unclear, and unlived. This research is aimed to (1) find out the main themes Keshi tries to show through his songs in Bandaids mini album; (2) find out the kinds of themes in Bandaids mini album by Keshi; (3) explain how the song lyrics in Bandaids mini album contribute to poetry teaching. This research using characters, plots, and setting as part of the intrinsic approach. Reads the song lyrics, listen the song, understand the lyrics, taking notes, conducting a thorough analysis, and organizing the data are the methods and approaches to collect data or can be called documentation and observation data collection. Gill’s theory used to discuss the main themes and kinds of themes in the song lyrics; the approach and method of data analysis used are descriptive qualitative with secondary data and three stream (1) data reduction; (2) data display; (3) drawing conclusion. In Gill’s theory (1995), the researcher used three ways to identify main themes, there are the title was selected by the writer of the song to convey a key message to the audience about the music; the characters' interests in moral and psychological development are reflected in how they develop, alter, and come to their own conclusions; repeating symbol or one that is employed at a crucial period might communicate a song's major topic. The result of the data showed 5 are indicated as the main themes and 5 are indicated as kinds of themes, namely love; heartbreak; depression; sadness; loneliness.

Democratization in Islamic education is an approach that emphasizes democratic principles to achieve an inclusive and fair education system in accordance with Islamic teachings. This concept involves the active participation of all members of the educational community, ensuring inclusivity, and developing students' skills. In this abstract, we will explain the essence of the democratization of education in Islam and its impact on the development of a generation that has morals and makes positive contributions to society. The democratization of education in Islam includes the development of leadership skills and values. Islam teaches the values ​​of fair and responsible leadership. Therefore, a democratic education system in an Islamic context must pay special attention to the formation of students' character and leadership, so that they can contribute positively to society. Democratization of education in Islam is not just the implementation of the concept of democracy in educational practice, but also reflects Islamic values ​​that encourage justice, equality and active participation. By understanding and applying these principles, Islamic education can be a means of producing a generation that is not only academically intelligent, but also has noble character and is able to play an active role in building a just and harmonious society.

Era Society 5.0. which is characterized by the integration of high technology and artificial intelligence. Creating new challenges and opportunities in the world of education. Rapid social changes, global demands, and technological developments are factors that influence the transformation of character education and Indonesian language learning. Character education is the process of forming students’ values, attitudes and morals as well as the formation of quality character. Qualitative methods are used to describe and explain phenomena or events in detail and carefully. The use of smart applications, data analysis, and digital platforms enriches students’ learning experiences, fosters creativity, and increases their understanding of Indonesian as an important medium of communication. In implementing character education and Indonesian language learning in the Society 5.0 era. Qualitative approaches are effective tools for understanding complex and dynamic contexts. Through content analysis, research can identify the weaknesses and strengths of the existing curriculum and provide recommendations for improvement. Indonesia's legal system continues to be predominantly influenced by modern laws introduced by European countries, creating a distinctive character within the Indonesian legal framework. The familial nature of Indonesia's legal system tends to prioritize form over substance, paying less attention to moral aspects. This raises issues related to the imbalance of humanitarian values within the legal system. Despite its status as an independent and sovereign nation, Indonesia still grapples with cases of dishonesty and ethical violations in law enforcement. Therefore, this research aims to compare the judicial systems of Indonesia and Malaysia using a normative legal research method. The comparison reveals the complexity and uniqueness of legal development in both countries. Indonesia, inheriting Dutch civil law, has a court structure that separates general, religious, administrative, and military jurisdictions. In contrast, Malaysia, blending English law with Islamic and customary law, demonstrates strong diversification in court forms and jurisdictions. These differences reflect legal adaptations to history, culture, and the needs of local communities. While both systems have strengths and weaknesses, there is room for improvement in terms of dispute resolution efficiency and jurisdictional clarity.

The results indicate that Islamic education plays a significant role in shaping the characters of students in the digital era. In the context of the digital era, Islamic education not only teaches religious values but also involves the learning of ethics and morality for students. This study reveals that Islamic education can teach students about moral values, develop digital ethics, and foster spiritual awareness in the use of technology. The controversy surrounding the lineage of Habibs has recently become increasingly widespread and even sparked debates that have led to hatred within society. This issue is often exploited to exacerbate differences, potentially damaging Islamic brotherhood. Therefore, a wise middle ground is needed to prevent discussions about lineage from becoming increasingly wild and divisive. One important solution is to return to the teachings of the Quran. This holy book provides comprehensive guidelines on morality, brotherhood, and the principles of human equality. The Quran emphasizes that a person's honor in the sight of God is not determined by ancestry, social status, or nationality, but by their level of piety. This message is universal and relevant to all humanity, regardless of background. Piety itself is born from a transcendental moral awareness and is manifested through righteous and beneficial behavior. Therefore, Muslims should focus more attention on character development and self-improvement, rather than pride in lineage, which only fuels controversy with no real benefit to social life.

This literature study aims to analyze and describe the integration of moral values ​​in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning based on coastal local wisdom for elementary school students. The focus of this study is to identify moral values ​​that are relevant to the lives of coastal communities, analyze strategies for integrating coastal local wisdom in PAI learning, and describe the potential for developing PAI teaching materials based on coastal local wisdom. The research method used is a literature study with a descriptive-analytical approach. The sources of research data are journal articles, reference books, curriculum documents, and relevant previous research results over the past ten years. Data collection techniques are carried out through identification, classification, and content analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) Moral values ​​that are relevant to the lives of coastal communities include gratitude for the gifts of the sea, honesty, cooperation, courage, patience, and responsibility for the environment; (2) The strategy of integrating local coastal wisdom in Islamic Religious Education learning can be done through the development of contextual teaching materials, experiential learning methods, and authentic evaluation; (3) The development of Islamic Religious Education teaching materials based on local coastal wisdom has the potential to increase the relevance of learning, strengthen local cultural identity, and facilitate the internalization of moral values ​​in elementary school students. This study concludes that the integration of moral values ​​in Islamic Religious Education learning based on local coastal wisdom is a relevant and potential strategy to be implemented in elementary schools in coastal areas, especially at SDN 007 Panipahan.

This article discusses the transformation of the Qadiriyah Naqsyabandiyah (TQN) Suryalaya Order as a form of neo-Sufism that transformed into a development ethic in the New Order era. Under the charismatic leadership of Sheikh Ahmad Shohibul Wafa Tajul Arifin (Abah Anom), this order displays a dynamic face of Sufism, not only focusing on individual spirituality, but also actively responding to social and national issues. This study uses a literature study approach by critically examining various primary and secondary sources in the form of author dissertations, academic books, and reputable scientific journal articles. The main findings show that through collective rituals, character education, and ethical political positions, TQN Suryalaya acts as an agent of social and moral transformation. Abah Anom's inclusive leadership model and participatory spiritual practices make this order relevant in the context of modern development. This study emphasizes the importance of the order as an agent of spiritual and social development in facing ethical crises, modern disorientation, and post-reform national challenges.

According to the study's findings, teachers play a significant impact in influencing class VII students' character development, particularly when it comes to social studies instruction. Because teachers not only instruct students in moral principles on a theoretical level, but also set an example for them, their job in forming students' character has been optimally carried out.

The research aims to determine the positive influence of PAK teachers as communicators on the Christian moral development of students in class XI of the Soposurung Balige Foundation Vocational School for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive influence between PAK teachers as communicators on the Christian moral development of students in class. Quantitative research methods. The population of all class XI students at Soposurung Foundation Vocational School for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians is 57 people. This research is population research. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire. The results of data analysis obtained: 1) regression equation. 2) The determination test revealed that the influence was 41.34%. 3) Testing the hypothesis obtained tcount=6.168>ttable=2.000, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, namely that there is a positive influence between PAK teachers as communicators on the Christian moral development of class XI students at Soposurung Foundation Vocational School for the 2023/2024 academic year.

The development of the times not only shifts morality, but also makes behavior drift and tends to shift cultural values, where human life is now almost separated from the cultural heritage of ancestors. The culture of mutual cooperation has changed into an individualistic culture of life so that social concern and sensitivity are no longer part of life's needs. Shifts in cultural values and lifestyle also influence food consumption behavior. Where humans in this modern era are more inclined to consume food that is in accordance with the times. The choice is that for the sake of prestige, the legal status of food is no longer a consideration. Halal and haram are not a criterion. Islam as a religion pays attention to food consumption. In principle, food must be useful for human survival, as an ingredient to improve the quality of worship as an obligation for His servants to Allah, SWT. Therefore, consuming food must be sterile from uncleanliness because the substance, method of obtaining and processing the food before consumption must ensure that it is halal. Because, Islam views that food is closely related to human behavior, haram food contributes to human behavior to bring harm to other humans.

Knowledge and understanding of prayer and thaharah which includes Wudhu, Tayammum and obligatory bathing are important aspects in religious learning material in junior high schools (SMP). This discussion is about the importance of learning prayer and thaharah which includes ablution, tayammum and obligatory bathing as part of the implementation of religious education courses. Learning prayer and thaharah which includes obligatory ablution, tayammum and bathing at school not only ensures students' correct and consistent understanding of Islamic worship practices, but can also help in forming students' character and moral values. This also highlights the positive impact of this learning integration, such as increasing religious awareness, strengthening students' religious identity. Therefore, learning prayer and thaharah which includes ablution, tayammum and obligatory bathing for students has significant suitability in supporting the spiritual and moral development of students.

Good parenting will result in the formation of good morals, principles and behavior in children now and in the future. Parents are the main factor in creating children's morals, principles and behavior in living life. Parents provide parenting patterns to children in the form of physical or personal treatment, namely words, attitudes, behavior and actions carried out by parents. Children will adapt and become familiar with the surrounding environment and the interactions with fellow humans that children will have through the parenting style provided by their parents. The family teaches good education which plays an important role in the growth and development of the child's personality The attitude shown by parents can determine family relationships because once a relationship has been formed it tends to last. Parents must be able to understand their children well and recognize their children's attitudes and desires in developing and educating their children without forcing them to be someone else. Interactions carried out between parents and children should not use threatening and judgmental actions but should be diverted to words that tend to be advice or motivational so that children can achieve success in developing good character., authoritarian, indulgent and neglectful parenting.

The education of the Quran plays a key role in shaping the character, morality, and spirituality of individual Muslims. The vision of Quranic education extends beyond the mere understanding of the text, encompassing the introduction and application of Islamic values in everyday life. Contextualizing the vision of Quranic education involves an effort to comprehend and apply the teachings of the Quran in varying contexts of time and place. This article explores how the vision of Quranic education can be integrated and developed within educational institutions through a qualitative descriptive approach and literature review. The findings indicate that Quranic education involves not only understanding the text, but also the practice of Islamic ethics, the cultivation of noble virtues, the teaching of Arabic language, exegesis, hadith, and the study of the historical and cultural context in which the Quran was revealed. The integration of Quranic teachings into educational curricula, interactive teaching methods, character development, and the promotion of social awareness and inclusive education are crucial strategies in implementing the vision of Quranic education within educational institutions. Through these measures, Quranic education can shape a generation of Muslims with strong religious knowledge, virtuous character, and the ability to contribute positively to society as a whole.
