If the company is less selective in choosing its suppliers, the costs incurred may become ineffective. This study aims to develop or design a supplier selection model for non-critical items in Fast Moving Consumer Good companies. In this study, a literature review approach is used by examining 10 journals that have discussed supplier selection procedures. Each journal used as a basis for this study also has different problem objects, models, variables, methods and results. The results of the cross-reference analysis are used to design a procedural model for selecting suppliers for non-critical items. The design of the non-critical item supplier selection model uses several criteria which will later be used as the basis for selecting non-critical item suppliers. From several journals that have been studied, several criteria are obtained that are in accordance with the company that the researcher will conduct research, and will later be re-elected according to the company's needs. This study aims to develop or design a supplier selection model for non-critical items in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Good) companies. The aim of this study is to describe the development of an innovative art-based analytical method in portrait methodology. This article exemplifies how forms of multimodal analysis can be integrated into portraiture frameworks and provides a fluid qualitative "recipe" for researchers interested in applying the portrait method. The study described in this article examines the teaching of vulnerability and resilience using poetry and the visual arts as integral elements of the portraiture process. Portraiture is a qualitative, feminist, artistic method based on ethnography and phenomenology for depicting, understanding and interpreting complex human experiences. This study leads to the methodological development of the three steps of analysis in the portrait process: Sketch, poetic expression and artistic expression. This phase of data analysis emphasizes the richness of the methodological snapshot and focuses on engaging the researcher in creative, intuitive and associative processes. – The studies presented in this article are examples of qualitative research that pushes methodological boundaries and focuses on the role of intuition, association, and creativity in research

The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that there are more than 585,000 maternal deaths caused by complications of pregnancy and childbirth worldwide every year. Of the many who go through labor, not all of them experience tearing of the birth canal or perineal rupture. 1 in 4 women who experience perineum intact during labor. Due to the birth process, the perineum is widened by 170% from the transverse position (side to side) and 40-6-% in the vertical position (front to back) during the crowing process, so that there is a greater risk of perineal rupture. In Indonesia, out of a total of 1951 vaginal births, 1465 or 75% experienced perineal rupture, 158 or 8% received perineal sutures due to episiotomy and 566 or 29% experienced spontaneous tears. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the technique of straining in childbirth and the incidence of perineal rupture at the Kapasa Health Center The research method used was an analytic survey, using the Cross Sectional Study approach, which is a form of observational (non-experimental) study to find the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable by taking momentary measurements in the research conducted by analyzing the relationship between knowledge of Maternity Straining Techniques and Events Perineal Rupture at the Kapasa Health Center.
