What constitutes criminal culpability for dental and oral therapists who engage in medical misconduct while working independently is the problem statement for this study. Determining criminal culpability for dental therapists who engage in medical misconduct while working independently is the goal of this study. The relevant law approach, the conceptual approach, and the problem approach are the research methods employed. According to the research findings, dental therapists must be held criminally responsible for any violations of their obligations that resulted in criminal acts while practicing independently. Articles 359 and 360 of the Criminal Code outline the criminal penalties that apply when a dental or oral therapist makes a mistake (negligence) that causes patients to suffer serious injuries or pass away. The therapist faces a maximum prison sentence of five years or a maximum prison sentence of one year. It goes without saying that criminal law theory must be followed in order to establish the criminal liability of dental experts for breaching their duties or engaging in careless behavior while working independently.The study's conclusion is that dental therapists must adhere to all applicable regulations when conducting their private business; if they do not and endanger patients, they will be held accountable and subject to criminal penalties.

Background: According to the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24 of 2022 concerning Medical Records, they are documents that contain patient identity data, examinations, treatment, procedures and other services that have been provided to patients. Minimum Hospital Service Standards Completeness of filling in medical records 24 hours after completion must reach 100%. Objective: To determine the completeness factor in writing the patient's name in the patient's medical record at the hospital. Method: This research uses a literature review method. Results: The highest percentage of completeness in writing patient names was in research journals with a percentage of 98%, while the lowest percentage was 56%. Conclusion: From the results of a review of the completeness of writing patient names in hospital medical records, it was found that the completeness results were not 100% and not all hospitals had SOPs regarding procedures for writing patient names. Suggestion: Create an SPO for procedures for writing patient names that comply with standards so that officers can carry out these activities with guidelines. The problems experienced by students in completing thesis turn into negative feelings and tend to cause loss of motivation, lack of self-confidence, and stress in students. This study aims to analyze the correlation of self-efficacy with stress levels in completing a thesis on students at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Universitas Abulyatama. This study used an analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. It involved 173 college students as the sample chosen using a total sampling technique. This study was carried out on May 28th - June 13th, 2024 by using a self-efficacy questionnaire with a Croncbach Alpha value of 0,864 and   a DASS-21 Croncbach Alpha value of 0,75. The data analysis used a chi-square test. The results indicate that most students experienced moderate stress levels as much as 79 students (45,7%) and had moderate self-efficacy as much as 73 students (42,2%), with a ρ value of 0,000. This study shows the correlation between self-efficacy and students' stress levels at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Universitas Abulyatama. Further, the university should boost students' motivation and self-efficacy in completing a thesis to prevent stressful occurrences.

Learning mathematics in the technological era presents new challenges. The learning process has undergone a transformation towards digitalization. One form of innovation is the utilization of technological media such as Google Sites to assist students in learning mathematics. This research discusses the transformation of developing interactive teaching materials in learning mathematics for grade 5 elementary school students through the Google Sites platform. As a learning tool, Google Sites allows teachers to design more interesting and interactive teaching materials with the integration of text, images, videos, and animations. This research uses the literature study method to explore the potential of technology-based media in improving the quality of mathematics learning. The results of the study show that the use of Google Sites can improve students' understanding of the material, learning outcomes, as well as their active involvement in the learning process. In addition, the flexibility of access and cloud-based features make it easier for students and teachers to support distance learning or blended learning. Thus, this study confirms the importance of technological innovation in mathematics learning to improve the quality of basic education.

Violence against children is a serious problem that affects their physical, mental, and emotional development. In an effort to protect children from violence, a comprehensive and integrated strategy is needed. This article discusses various approaches that can be applied, including education and increasing public awareness of children's rights, strengthening protection policies, and providing psychosocial support for victims. In addition, the importance of training for parents and educators in positive parenting, as well as community involvement in violence prevention, is also outlined. Cross-sector collaboration between government, non-governmental organizations, and communities is key to creating a safe and supportive environment for children. By implementing technology to facilitate reporting and handling of cases, it is hoped that this strategy can reduce the prevalence of violence against children and ensure a safer future for future generations.

This article is entitled "Development of the Education System in South Korea". This article was written with the aim of analyzing and clarifying the comparison of the Korean and Indonesian curricula in more detail. The type of research used in this research is library research. The data source for this research is a journal or scientific article. This research uses data and information collection methods using technology in the form of computers and various library and internet sources such as books, magazines, articles and similar research results. The aim of this research is to consider methods and steps that can be taken to improve the quality of education through comparative educational analysis research. This research shows that there are differences between the two countries, namely in their curriculum. The Korean curriculum focuses on providing students with skills that prepare them to enter the world of work. On the other hand, the Indonesian curriculum focuses on responding to the challenges of the 4.0 revolution era. Therefore, considering that there are still many unresolved unemployment problems in Indonesia, Indonesia needs to emulate several Korean education curricula, especially to prepare students to be ready to enter the world of work.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach on the mathematical problem-solving abilities of elementary school students. RME is a learning approach that connects mathematical concepts with real situations that students can find in everyday life. The research method used is qualitative research by reviewing the results of previous studies that are relevant in the context of mathematics learning in elementary schools. Based on the analysis of various studies, the results of the study indicate that the application of RME can improve students' mathematical problem-solving abilities. This is evident in various materials such as geometry (circumference and area of ​​trapezoids and kites), mixed arithmetic operations, and equivalent fractions. RME also plays a role in increasing students' self-esteem and self-efficacy in learning mathematics, which in turn strengthens their motivation and performance. In addition, the learning media used in RME, such as geoboards, can enrich students' learning experiences and facilitate understanding of mathematical concepts in a more concrete way. This study provides an overview that RME not only improves students' cognitive abilities, but also supports their emotional and social development in the context of mathematics learning.

Mitrabrand as a company in the field of branding design has the Herodise brand as part of its product label. As a branch company and brand label that is still relatively new, Herodise under the auspices of Mitrabrand needs more media to support its existence. One method is to increase orders or production of clothing from Mitrabrand. For this reason, with the connections it has, Mitrabrand through Herodise created an internal project, namely the production of Gus Mus t-shirts. Using Instagram as marketing media, as an effort to increase revenue while expanding Mitrabrand promotions. This journal discusses the design of Gus Mus t-shirt design products which are influential in supporting the promotion of the Mitrabrand company. This design uses a qualitative method based on secondary data, namely by analyzing mass media and Gus Mus's Instagram posts. Through this process, the Gus Mus t-shirt design product labeled Herodise was produced. Mitrabrand sebagai perusahaan di bidang desain branding memiliki merek Herodise sebagai bagian dari label produk. Sebagai cabang perusahaan dan label merek yang masih terbilang baru, Herodise di bawah naungan Mitrabrand membutuhkan lebih banyak media untuk menunjang eksistensinya. Salah satu metodenya dengan memperbanyak pesanan atau produksi pakaian kepada Mitrabrand. Oleh karena itulah, dengan koneksi yang dimiliki, Mitrabrand melalui Herodise membuat proyek internalnya yaitu produksi kaos Gus Mus. Menggunakan Instagram untuk media pemasaran, sebagai upaya meningkatkan pendapatan sekaligus memperluas promosi Mitrabrand. Jurnal ini membahas mengenai perancangan produk desain kaos Gus Mus yang berpengaruh dalam menunjang promosi perusahaan Mitrabrand. Perancangan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang berdasar pada data sekunder, yaitu dengan menganalisis media massa dan postingan Instagram Gus Mus. Melalui proses tersebut, menghasilkan produk desain kaos Gus Mus berlabel Herodise.

Humans as a visual creature has the ability to process visual data better than other kinds of data. Therefore in this on going developing digital era the use of digital illustration is considered more beneficial and effective as promoting media. This journal will discuss the connection between illustration and the company's personal branding especially illustration as its visual, concept, theme, idea, story or text presentation media. Illustration is considered as an effective way in deliberating a complex concept to readers or consumers. That is why illustration can be a one of the effective design elements to expose and explain company's values and characters. By using illustration pictures, companies can drag more the audience's attention.    

The problem of stunting as a chronic nutritional issue in Indonesia requires special attention, especially in areas with abundant local food potential such as Wargakerta Village, and Tasikmalaya Regency. The health care empowerment program is carried out to increase community participation in preventing stunting through managing local food-based supplementary feeding (PMT). This activity involved 28 health cadres, using outreach methods, showing video demonstrations of making tilapia fish nuggets and providing PMT recipes based on local resources. Pre-test and post-test evaluations showed an increase in cadre knowledge of 89% after the activity. Statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon test produces a p-value of 0.000, which indicates a significant difference before and after counseling. This program proves that innovations based on local food, such as tilapia fish nuggets, can increase health cadres' knowledge in supporting the growth and development of toddlers and reduce the risk of stunting

Catholicism plays an important role in shaping children's faith character, which aims to regulate children's identity and morals in accordance with Christian teachings. This research takes the example of daily prayer practices at the St. Mikhael Ohoilim Station, where the researcher directly saw the lack of teaching and training in daily prayers at the station and its influence on the formation of children's faith character. The research method used is qualitative where data is collected through observation. This research was carried out while carrying out an internship or KKN for approximately six months starting from January to June at the Station in accordance with the rules made by a particular institution or campus. The research results show that daily prayers not only function as a means of communication with God, but also as an effective educational tool in forming religious values, discipline and a sense of responsibility in children.

The management of pharmaceutical supplies in the Pharmacy Installation of a hospital consists of nine aspects: selection, demand planning, procurement, acceptance, storage, distribution, destruction and withdrawal, control, and administration. This study aims to analyze the management of pharmaceutical supplies at a hospital in Medan in 2023 using a qualitative method through direct observation and in-depth interviews with both primary and secondary data. Interviews were conducted with nine informants, including key informants, main informants, and supporting informants. The results of the study indicate that, overall, the management of pharmaceutical supplies is functioning well but not yet optimal. Three aspects that have been well implemented are selection, destruction and withdrawal, and administration. Meanwhile, siSwasta di Kota Medan other aspects, such as planning, procurement, acceptance, storage, distribution, and control, have not been fully optimized. The issue of medication shortages can be addressed through collaboration with eSwasta di Kota Medanternal pharmacies. To improve management, it is recommended that the hospital enhance the storage facilities, which are currently inadequate, by providing appropriate pallets and involving all related parties to work together in improving the system, as well as conducting regular monitoring and evaluation.

Public speaking skills training for students at Vocational School Lab School of Uhamka, Cariu, Bogor Regency. Community Service (PKM) is an effort by the community service team to provide knowledge and technology to the community and especially in Community Service with students. Based on this, the team submitted a proposal for PkM activities at the Vocational Lab School of Uhamka, Cariu in Bogor Regency. The aim of Community Service (PKM) is designed to provide insight and practical skills to students at the Vocational School Lab School of Uhamka Cariu, Bogor regarding readiness to speak in public, namely the basics of communication and Public Speaking. This training is expected to motivate and provide students with the benefits of practicing speaking in public and is also beneficial for developing students' knowledge and solving problems related to speaking errors. The benefit of this activity is that training participants can improve their skills and courage in communicate, reduce anxiety and fear in making presentations independently, increase self-confidence and motivate student learning

This study examines the implementation of the Batar Manaik tradition, a corn-honoring ritual performed annually by indigenous communities, particularly during the corn harvest season. This tradition is not only a form of gratitude for the harvest but also embodies cultural values that strengthen social bonds within the community. The ritual process involves various parties, including farmers, clan leaders (fukun), and community figures, each with important roles and responsibilities. The execution of the tradition begins with a series of stages involving the use of cultural symbols, such as tied corn, chicken blood, and the traditional house (ai lotuk laran) as the center of the ritual. Every tool and material used in the ritual, such as torches and mats, holds deep symbolic meaning. Through this tradition, the community not only celebrates the harvest but also reinforces their cultural identity and spiritual connection with their ancestors and the surrounding environment. This research aims to uncover the significance of each element involved in the BatarManaik ritual and how community participation affects the preservation of this tradition in the modern era.

The title of this study is the meaning of Oko Mama in the Sono Village Community, North Amanatun District, Sout Centeral Timor Regency. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the meaning of Oko Mama in the Sono Village Community. The theory used ini this research is using qualitative research method in analyzing data obtained in the field. In determining the informants who were interviewed, three people were used, consisting of the head of Sono Village, Traditional Elders and the Community. The results of this study indicate that the meaning of Oko Mama in the Sono Village Community, Oko Mama is a tradition inherited from ancestors that must be preserved and applied in everyday life. And in any activity, the community uses Oko Mama as the main media to open the activity. Based on the results of the study above, the author explains several things as follows: Through research, it is hoped that the people of Sono Village will love local culture more because culture has the identity of a region. And it is hoped that the community can provide knowledge for the next generation about the importance of preserving the Oko Mama culture.

This study aims to increase the interest in learning history among ninth-grade students at SMP Sinar Pancasila Betun through the application of the role-playing method. The research problem addressed in this study is how effective the role-playing method is in increasing students' interest in learning history and what factors influence the success of this method. The study uses a classroom action research (CAR) method, consisting of four cycles. Each cycle includes stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection instruments used include observation sheets and learning interest questionnaires. The results of the study show a significant increase in students' interest in learning after the application of the role-playing method. In the second cycle, the average student learning interest was at 66%, and it gradually increased to 81% by the fourth cycle. The discussion of these results indicates that the role-playing method not only increases students' interest in learning but also facilitates collaboration, active participation, and student creativity in the history learning process. Therefore, it can be concluded that the role-playing method is effective in increasing the interest in learning history among ninth-grade students at SMP Sinar Pancasila Betun.

This study aims to analyze the errors in descriptive texts of class VII students of SMP 12 Jakarta. This study is a descriptive qualitative type. The research instrument is the researcher himself. The data collection technique used is documentation study. The source of indicator data is the choice of words and sentences. The data is then analyzed with preliminary steps then continued to the method, results and discussion and closed with conclusions and suggestions. Based on the results of the descriptive text written by class VII students of SMP 12 Jakarta, several errors were found in writing so that the sentences used were ineffective. The most common error found was an error in phonemes.

This study aims to analyze phonological and morphological errors in lifestyle column articles of the Kabar Priangan newspaper, September-October 2024 edition. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research identifies and classifies the language errors found. Data is collected through observation and note-taking techniques, where the researcher records every phonological and morphological error that appears in the text. The analysis results show various types of errors, including phoneme omission, phoneme addition, phoneme sound changes, affix usage errors, word compounding, and unnecessary word repetition. This study provides insights into the causes of errors and their impact on reader comprehension, as well as offers recommendations for improving language use in online media.
