Field Study and Community Service is a community service program which is a form of implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. One area that is often focused on in KKN is agriculture. Agriculture in Indonesia still faces various problems, one of which is farmers' dependence on the use of chemicals as fertilizers and pesticides. The use of chemicals in agriculture can have long-term negative impacts such as damage to soil structure. One approach that can be applied is the use of animal waste as a natural ingredient in making organic fertilizer. Through Field Study and Community Service program, outreach and training is provided to the community regarding techniques for using animal waste as organic fertilizer. This activity was carried out using methods starting from surveys, outreach, and practice of processing goat manure waste into organic fertilizer. Socialization accompanied by direct practice can provide farmers with more knowledge to understand and apply techniques for making organic fertilizer more effectively. In addition, the use of organic fertilizer can reduce farmers' dependence on chemical fertilizers, increase soil fertility, and optimize agricultural yields.

In the digital era, consumers increasingly rely on the internet to buy products or search for information. Therefore, MSME that do not utilize digital technology may miss the opportunity to expand their markets and increase their competitiveness. One of the main challenges faced by MSMEs is the quality of product photos. A mini photobox is a device or tool specifically designed to help MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) take photos of their products with high quality results. By using a mini photobox, product photos become brighter, the details clearer, and the colors more accurate. Mini photoboxes help help products stand out more in photos and make them easier to edit or crop for marketing purposes.

A Likert-scaled questionnaire was employed as the data collection tool in this investigation. Simple linear regression and moderation regression analysis are used in this research analysis technique. The study's findings suggest that work stress has a substantial and detrimental impact on employee engagement and that mindfulness does not mitigate this effect in the case of Generation Z workers in Bandar Lampung's coffee shop sector. The study's conclusion is that the coffee shop should focus more on the responsibilities assigned to its staff members' tasks and modify the workload in accordance with their skill levels. . Legal Protection for the Implementation of Execution of Dependent Rights in Conventional Banks, which includes Research Objectives. For legal protection of the mechanism for the execution of the right of dependency in the return of debtors to the convention bank. Analyze the settlement of cases against bad debtors' assets to traditional banks and the execution of dependant rights in the process of loan repayment. How far studies on dependent rights execution in traditional banks have gone in terms of legal protections. Procedures for Conducting Studies The studies utilized are of a legal normative type. The study's findings Law 49/Prp of 1960, pertaining to the State Receivables Affairs Committee (PUPN Law), protects the right of dependents to the return of debts owed by government commercial banks. It is the responsibility of the State Receivables Affairs Committee ("PUPN"), established by law, to oversee the administration of all State Receivables. The execution of dependent rights in the return of debtors' assets to traditional banks and the settlement of bad credit cases were both inefficient and unsuccessful because, in reality, they could not recover the debts owed by the debtors. In summary Compared to the value of new bad credit cases submitted by traditional banks, the realization of receipts from the process of executing the right of dependency every year is significantly lower. As a result, the State Receivables and Auction Service Office (henceforth KP2LN) takes over the handling of receivables from traditional banks.

Social media has recently been abuzz with the polemic of high school students graduating using MIPA degree sashes. The use of academic degrees without rights can cause misunderstandings and damage the integrity of academic symbols, which should be maintained authentically in order to respect the true value of education. This type of research is normative juridical, examining laws, data from literature studies, analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The provisions for the use of degrees have been regulated in several laws and regulations in Indonesia. The use of academic degrees without rights violates the Higher Education Law, Permendikbudristek No. 6 of 2022 and the Criminal Law with the threat of a 10-year prison sentence or a category VI fine. It would be better if someone does not carelessly create or name a degree or use a degree without rights, because it is detrimental to academic integrity and violates the law, creating a false impression.

This research aims to find out about the phenomenon of legal protection for consumers using thrift fashion goods in the Andalas market, Gorontalo City and the factors that hinder consumer protection for users of thrift fashion goods in the Andalas market, Gorontalo City. This research uses empirical legal research methods which are carried out by collecting data through observation and interviews. The results of this research indicate that Consumer Protection is regulated in Law no. 8 of 1999 which is a replacement for Law no. 3 of 1989 concerning Telecommunications. The consumer protection law itself regulates the rights and obligations of consumers, including producers, who act to meet consumer needs and ensure the realization of legal protection for the benefit of others. In essence, consumer protection is the consumer's own right, including the activities and movements of the sales industry which are currently being widely discussed and highlighted, especially the buying and selling of imported second-hand clothing, known as thrifting, namely the activity of shopping for used goods such as clothes and other types, whose prices are very high. cheaper, as well as factors that hinder the provision of this protection and make it not work as it should. In the city of Gorontalo itself, there are problems in providing consumer protection for the sale of imported second-hand clothing, namely; strong desire on the part of sellers and buyers, law enforcement is limited to socialization and appeals without confiscation and sanctions, and lack of public awareness.

The research conducted was entitled "Students' perceptions of counseling guidance at SMK Negeri 1 Southeast Aceh", which was based on the fact that only a small percentage of students had the initiative to provide counseling to guidance and counseling teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Southeast Aceh. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative research approach aimed at describing, writing and explaining in detail the problems to be researched and studying an individual or a group. The subject selection technique is based on the criteria set by the researcher. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and field notes. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing to test the validity of the data using primary data and secondary data. The research results revealed that (1) that students' perceptions of good counseling guidance were characterized by a good response in following the lessons delivered by counseling guidance through orientation services. Apart from that, there are still students who show bad attitudes towards the guidance and counseling teacher. The guidance and counseling teacher's efforts are also complemented by a service delivery plan (RPI) and carrying out routine evaluations of students both individually and in study groups. (2) The BK teacher takes steps to prevent the decline in students' trust in counseling guidance before students' trust in counseling guidance. The guidance and counseling teacher coordinates with the school principal and then the school will take action by bringing in lecturers from outside the school to rebuild students' declining confidence. (3) The time that Bk teachers have to enter Rombel is also limited so that BK teachers experience difficulties in carrying out orientation. Guidance and counseling teachers can only rely on the time provided by the school for students and what class they go to if a class teacher is absent because they are absent. Apart from that, the guidance and counseling teachers in schools are also lacking, making it difficult for guidance and counseling teachers to handle large numbers of students.

Big Data Analytics has gained significant popularity in recent years, with many companies integrating it into their information technology roadmaps to enhance business performance. However, surveys indicate that Big Data Analytics demands substantial resources, including technology, costs, and talent, which often leads to failures in the initial stages of implementation. This study proposes a VGG6 architecture approach, intended to provide a framework for the initial implementation of Big Data Analytics. The study's outcomes include the implementation of the VGG6 architecture for processing images of aromatic plants using Python. Furthermore, this approach enabled the development of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) solution that adheres to general Big Data principles, such as the 3Vs (Volume, Velocity, and Variety), and encompasses key technological components: 1) Data Storage and Analysis, 2) Knowledge Discovery and Computational Complexity, 3) Scalability and Data Visualization, and 4) Information Security.
