  All forms of violence and crime, including intolerance, bullying and sexual violence, are not appropriate in an educational setting. So it is necessary to take concrete steps from the school to eradicate these three behaviors from the educational environment. Through a phenomenological approach to the declaration of the three grave sins of education, the results of the study reveal: that religious moderation can be a solution to overcoming the three great sins of education: intolerance, bullying, and sexual violence. By making religious moderation an educational strategy in schools, these three grave sins can be prevented and removed from the educational environment. This research contributes to the development of the school curriculum, especially the cognitive development of adolescents as well as the prevention and treatment that must be carried out.

X is one of the distribution agents of PT. Y whose main focus is on the distribution of BBM (Fuel Oil). The phenomenon in the company is that employee performance decreases because the workload received by employees is too heavy and employee turnover is quite high.This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The total population in the study was 93 employees with the sampling technique using saturated samples so that there were 93 samples.Simultaneously there is a significant effect between workload and employee turnover variables on the performance of PT. X. While partially found the workload variable has no significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. X. Partially it was found that the employee turnover variable had no significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. X.

Khatmil Qur'an is a culture in various Islamic boarding schools that study the Qur'an, but the agenda of each pesantren is different in line with the tradition of the pesantren. Interestingly at the Al-Asy'ariyyah Islamic boarding school, there is a cultural carnival that presents various cultural attributes from various regions in Indonesia. So this article aims to find answers to the big question, "how is Islamic education based on religious moderation through expressions of cultural carnivals on the haflah khatmil Qur'an agenda at the Al-Asya'ariyyah Islamic Boarding School, Wonosobo". Through field research it was found that the cultural carnival at the al-Asy'ariyyah Islamic boarding school was used as a strategy for the pesantren to provide education to the community, that cultural essences needed to be preserved because they conflicted with religion. The fact that the Koran actually instructed the Prophet Muhammad to teach Islam in a gentle and tolerant way. Thus, the expression of cultural carnivals in Islamic boarding schools is the maturity of the scholars in presenting the Qur'an and hadith as part of the embodiment of religious moderation-based education.

Langkat Regency is one of the districts in North Sumatra Province with interesting tourist destinations to visit. This makes Langkat Regency potentially able to develop tourist attractions.  One of the tourism objects that has the potential to be developed is in Pasar Rawa Village. This service activity aims to increase the knowledge of the Pasir Rawa Village community regarding the role and function of Mangroves as a tourist attraction. This beach tourism potential will attract visitors if it is planned according to the safety and comfort of visitors without damaging the ecology. The method of approach offered in community service is socialization with lectures and discussions. The results of this study increase understanding of the role and function of Mangrove forests as an attractive tourist attraction and the strategy of promoting potential village tourism can be implemented well. Where the community can understand the magnitude of coastal potential that can be used as a source of tourist objects. The high enthusiasm of the community in community service activities is a benchmark for the success of this service.

This study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions of cassava crackers at UMKM Bintang Anugrah, Mojokerto City. The type of research used is quantitative research, namely to test hypotheses and show the relationship between the variables analyzed. The data sources used in this study are primary and secondary data, in which the primary data is the result of an online questionnaire using a Likert scale, while the secondary data is obtained from analyzing books, information and sources that already exist and are related to research information. The population in this study were consumers who had bought Cassava Crackers at UMKM Bintang Anugrah. The sample in the study consisted of 85 respondents using the Hair at al formula with a sampling technique using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method, namely a method where researchers select samples based on research knowledge about the sample to be selected. Processing of this research data includes validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test (R2), T and F test. The results of this study can be concluded that price has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions of (2.446 > 1.989), product quality has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions (3.020 > 1.989) and brand image has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions (4.223 > 1.989). And all independent variables have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions of (25.250 > 2.72).

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of tax service quality and understanding of tax regulations on individual taxpayer compliance. This research is a quantitative research with an associative approach. The population in this study is all taxpayers who report to the Maumere Pratama Tax Service Office amounting to 23,931 taxpayers. The sample in this study used the slovin formula with a total of 100 taxpayers. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents, where the research instrument used the Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis models with the help of SPSS programs, descriptive statistics, data quality tests and classical assumption tests. The results of the study are known that the quality of tax services and understanding of tax regulations partially or simultaneously affect the compliance of individual taxpayers.

The Human Resources Department has the responsibility to oversee and manage human resources and everything related to the strategy of recruiting quality employees and the period of time when the Human Resources Department is looking for new candidate replacements. The importance of the ability to recruit quality employees for the Human Resources Department is one of the factors in improving professional human resources, and recruitment problems can be resolved well, thus reducing existing issues. This study aims to determine the strategy of recruiting quality employees at the Quest Prime Hotel and to overcome obstacles in the employee recruitment process at the Quest Prime Hotel. This research is a qualitative study that takes place at the Quest Prime Pemuda Hotel in Semarang. The subject of this study is the Human Resources Manager. The methods used in this study are Observation, Interview, and Documentation, thus obtaining accurate data. The form of recruitment process implemented by the Human Resources Department is by analyzing the required positions, screening the workforce, conducting interviews and selections, and making decisions, so as to obtain new employees with quality standards.

Meanwhile, to analyze the data obtained used descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the application of just in time in increasing production effectiveness and efficiency at PT Albasi Priangan Lestari is carried out by: close communication with suppliers. Then Closeness of Communication with Customers. Furthermore, Responsiveness in Information Change. Accuracy of Executing Schedule. As well as the ability to reduce costs. Barriers to implementing just in time to increase production effectiveness and efficiency come from supporting tools for mobilizing materials and goods such as forklifts, dump turcks and losbak, supply of electrical energy and shipping costs. The solution to overcome these obstacles is to equip supporting equipment such as handlifts. Meanwhile, to handle the supply of electricity, the company built two power substations.

Warunk AIUEO is a place to eat that provides menus are usually served by food stalls. This restaurant usually crowded with young people, provides main menus such as noodles, bread, and various kinds of rice. Warunk AIUEO established since 2014, is able to increase fast food noodles but still at affordable prices. Therefore, this study aims to see what factors motivate consumers to visit this place based on the profile characteristics of consumers. This study used questionnaire as a tool for data collection, respondents are limited who live in Bandung. The number of respondents in this study amounted to 40 respondents. The variables in the questionnaire are 14 manifest variables which are processed using factor analysis to reduce the number of variables to 3 factors which represent the 14 initial variables. These three factors are reliability, assurance, and serviceability. The results of the factor analysis are then used to input cluster analysis data, which aims to group respondents based on their characteristics when deciding to visit Warunk AIUEO. Cluster analysis shows that 3 clusters are formed which are labeled modern, functional, and simple.

Business people in Indonesia, especially in Mojokerto, have a high demand for the cafe industry. The number of cafes that have sprung up resulted in business owners trying to win the competition. Each cafe experiences different updates and improvements in cafe atmosphere, experiential marketing, and product quality. In addition, this level of competition encourages cafes to compete with each other to get the best, which can have an impact on consumer satisfaction. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of cafe atmosphere, experiential marketing, and product quality on customer satisfaction at Cafe House Of Essentias. This research is a research with quantitative methods. The population in this study are consumers who make purchases at Cafe House Of Essentias. The sample of this research was 125 respondents using accidental sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire by distributing Google Forms to consumers. The data analysis technique uses the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that the cafe atmosphere variable has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, experiential marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. And the consumer satisfaction variable is able to mediate the influence of the cafe atmosphere, experiential marketing, and product quality on customer satisfaction at Cafe House Of Essentials.  

The purpose of this study is to find out the settlement of this crime of theft by using the concept of Restorative Justice, as well as what are the considerations of the Police and Complainants in implementing this Restorative Justice against the perpetrators of the Teak Wood Theft Crime. The method used in this research is empirical juridical research which is the implementation of normative legal provisions in the form of (laws) as well as based on legal reality in society (empirical). The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, primary data is data obtained from respondents through interviews, and secondary data is data obtained from books, journals, legislation, websites. The results of this study can be concluded that the crime of theft is an ordinary offense that can be resolved through discretionary Restorative Justice or decision-making carried out by the Police based on KAPOLRI regulation Number 8 of 2021 concerning Handling of Crimes Based on Restorative Justice. By revoking the report from the complainant or peacefully from both parties, the Investigator then re-examines both the victim and the witness with a statement revoking the Minutes of Examination. The revocation resulted in the non-fulfillment of the elements of evidence, so that the Investigator could stop his investigation with the consideration of the victim and the Investigator. According to the data the author obtained from the Special Criminal Investigation Unit of the Blitar District Police, from 2021 to 2023 as of June there were 24 Illegal Logging cases at the Blitar District Police, and only 3 cases were resolved through Restorative Justice, with a percentage calculation of 12.5% ​​only . Even though Restorative Justice can be carried out, it must still meet the material and formal requirements based on the Chief of Police Regulation Number 8 of 2021, especially when it comes to the environment.

 The main problem in this study is to see how far the ability of class VIII students of SMP Unismuh Makassar in determining the class of words in the text of the novel "Mekkah memoir the wound of a TKW" by Aguk Irawan MN. This study aims to describe the ability to identify word classes in the novel "Mecca memoirs the wound of a TKW" by Aguk Irawan MN Class VIII students of SMP UNISMUH Makassar. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research, the data obtained is in the form of answers which are the result of the questions contained in the test. The data obtained from the tests were processed using descriptive statistical techniques. The subjects in this study were students of class VIII which consisted of two classes, namely class VIII A which had 25 students and class VIII B which had 25 students. who obtained a score of 7 and above were (41 people (82%)), while students who obtained a score of 7 and below were (9 people (18%)). This has reached the criteria that become the standard of student ability, namely (80% or 40 students) who get a score of 7 and above. Keywords: 

This study aims to determine the Effect of Accounting Information Systems and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. This study used a quantitative approach, using primary data through questionnaires. The sampling technique uses the Slovin sample, where the determination of the sample is carried out and determined by dividing the population into several parts with a sample of 80 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires were distributed to 80 respondents, where data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Hypothesis testing is done through Test t and Test F. The results of the t test show that it shows that partially the Accounting Information System has no effect on employee performance. And UJi F partially shows that work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance.

This study aims to identify and explain the efforts that can be made by linen attendants in handling guest complaints in accordance with the standard operational procedures at the Chanti Semarang Hotel. The data collection methods used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation so that the data obtained about handling guest complaints will be accurate. The research findings are problems found related to linen that has spots or stains, linen that is damaged or torn, linen that is yellowing. Room attendants are parties who are also responsible and can help maintain linen cleanliness. Efforts that a linen attendant can make to handle guest complaints, whether in terms of efforts to improve deficiencies or efforts to prevent and minimize the occurrence of complaints from guests, so that linens with stain and damage problems can be resolved optimally and can be reused for operations. The conclusion that can be drawn is that if all work is carried out according to standard operational procedures, it will guarantee the smooth operation of the hotel. If problematic linen is optimally resolved, it will have a big impact on the satisfaction of the guests staying, thus reducing the possibility of complaints.

This research was conducted on PPKBD Cadres and Sub PPKBD Sub-districts of Tanjung Harapan, Solok City. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the communication and motivation of PPKBD and Sub PPKBD Cadres had in increasing the number of family planning. In this study, the population was PPKBD Cadre and Sub PPKBD, which amounted to 75 people. With this type of quantitative research and sampling technique using the total sampling method. The data collection technique used is by using a questionnaire/questionnaire. Based on multiple linear regression analysis of the variables of Communication and Motivation of PPKBD Cadres and Sub PPKBD in Increasing the Number of Family Planning Y = 19.221 + 0.274X1 + 0.299X2 + e. From the t-test that was carried out, it was found that the X1 variable of PPKBD Cadre Communication and Sub PPKBD had a significant effect on increasing the number of family planning with t count greater than t table 2.880 > 1.993. Then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Variable X2 Motivation of PPKBD Cadres and Sub PPKBD has a significant effect on increasing the number of family planning, the value is known to be tcount > ttable, which is 3,157 > 1,993. Then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. From the f test, it was found that the Communication and Motivation of PPKBD Cadres and Sub PPKBD Cadres could simultaneously increase the number of Family Planning with fcount 10,647 > ftable 3,124. Then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. From the Determination Test the R Square value is 0.228. This means that the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 22.8%, while the remaining 77.2% is influenced by other variables..

Employee performance in general is a manifestation of the work done by employees which is usually used as a basis or reference for evaluating employees in an organization. Good or bad performance is determined by the good and bad of existing human resources. To achieve performance, causal factors are needed that encourage better performance such as work motivation and competence. So the purpose of this study was to find out and describe the influence of work motivation and competence on employee performance at the UPTD Adipala II Health Center, Cilacap Regency. The method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The results of the study show that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that if motivation increases, it will be followed by an increase in employee performance. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that if competence increases, it will be followed by an increase in employee performance. Motivation and competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and the environment simultaneously on employee motivation at CV. Nuri City of Tasikmalaya. The effect of organizational culture and job satisfaction partially on employee performance at CV. SPP Corporation. The method used in this research is quantitative with a survey approach. With a research sample of 40 people as respondents to CV. Nuri City of Tasikmalaya based on 40 known population data. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS support application version 25. The results of simultaneous testing of compensation and the environment have a significant effect on employee motivation The results of partial testing of compensation variables have a significant effect on employee motivation, as well as environmental variables that have a partial significant effect on employee motivation.

The purpose of this study is to know the influence of personality traits and individual competencies on knowledge sharing and employee performance. This research was Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kota Pasuruan. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire that’s been released online through Google Forms. Selection of research samples using sampling jenuh was 76 respondents. For statistical and data processing, Partial Least Square (WarpPLS 7.0). This result showed: (1) Personality traits (X1) positive and significant effects knowledge sharing (Y1). (2) Individual competencies (X2) positive and significant effects knowledge sharing (Y1). (3) Personality traits (X1) do not affect employee performance (Y2). (4) Individual competencies (X2) positive and significant effects employee performance (Y2). (5) Knowledge sharing (Y1) positive and significant effects employee performance (Y2).
