This study aims to determine the impact of the servant leadership of lecturers on student satisfaction in accounting lectures online. The servant leadership style has five dimensions including altruistic calling, emotional healing, wisdom, persuasive mapping, and organizational stewardship. This study uses a population of all Accounting students from one of the tertiary institutions in Semarang. Samples were obtained by random means with a sample size of 100 respondents obtained from calculations using the Slovin formula. Data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. This research obtained the result that the research model was stated well. Partially, only the wisdom and persuasive mapping variables that influence student satisfaction in accounting online-based lectures. While the other three independent variables, namely altruistic calling, emotional healing, and organizational stewardship, were not proven to affect student satisfaction. The limitation of this research is that the scope of the object used is limited, so it is expected that further research can expand the object, namely various universities in Semarang to be examined.  Keywords: Servant leadership, satisfaction, accounting lectures

All members of the Kelapa-Mas community work as palm-sugar-maker in Kliwonan, Banjarharjo, Kalibawang District, Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta. The community has been producing palm sugar for generations and selling it to traditional markets around the village. There is a possibility that the community product could be developed to get a wider market and would give a better economic impact on the community. Through the UKDW Service Learning program in 2019, the community has been assisted to increase the value of their palm-sugar product. This assistance is carried out in 4 stages, First: counseling of good and hygienic production processes according to P-IRT standards, Second: assistance to product branding and packaging, Third: counseling and initiation of product marketing through online/digital and offline media, in collaboration with retail stores, and Fourth:  assistance and initiation of an organization, in order to continuing the palm-sugar-maker community to operating and growth independently. The results obtained during the full one-month intensive mentoring period were: the better sugar products with clear & catchy branding, a wider offline marketing network through modern retail and online media, a business license for P-IRT, and a well-structured-organization for management of the Kelapa-Mas palm-sugar household industry community organization

Human resources who work in organizations should have the ability to improve the quality of performance. Many things affect the performance of employees in an agency including work ability, work environment, workload, competence, how the organizational culture of the agency and employee work discipline in carrying out their activities while in an agency, especially the Office of Lamposi Tigo Nagori District Payakumbuh City. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study included the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) Lamposi Tigo Nagori District Office Payakumbuh City, amounting to 44 people. Data management in this study will use the smartPLS software. The environment, discipline and organizational culture do not significantly influence performance. Competence has a significant effect on performance. T count was obtained for 2.891 with a p value of 0.004. The work environment, competence and work discipline do not have a significant effect on performance after intervening variables of organizational culture. The high performance demands on Lamposi Tigo Nagori Sub-district Office employees in Payakumbuh City must be balanced with better provisioning of competencies through various trainings as well as more appropriate and appropriate rewards.

This study aims to look at the effect of communication skills and organizational climate on work performance with job satisfaction as a moderating variable in all 24 Urban Village Offices in Bukittinggi City. The sample in this study was 94 civil servants consisting of 1 Village Secretary and 3 Section Heads in each Village Office in Bukittinggi City who were directly responsible to the Village headman. The data analysis method used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis technique based on PLS (Partial Least Square) variance. Data collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of this study show that the variable communication skills and organizational climate both have a positive and significant effect on work performance variables in the Urban Village Offices in the City of Bukittinggi. So is the case with the variable job satisfaction which also has a positive and significant effect on the variable work performance. From the moderating variable used is the job satisfaction variable, it can be seen that job satisfaction strengthens the influence of communication skills on work performance, but conversely, the results obtained show that job satisfaction has a negative effect or weakens the relationship of organizational climate on employee job performance in Urban Village throughout Bukittinggi City.

Efforts to collect taxes for the benefit of national development are still experiencing problems both from internal and external factors. In overcoming obstacles from internal factors, the Government has currently and is conducting tax reforms at the Directorate General of Taxes with the aim of, among others, improving the organization, work processes, data and information management from banks, and human resources. the level of compliance with the provisions of tax regulations in reporting taxpayers compliance in reporting Annual Tax Returns to the East Semarang KPP in 2018 is better and increased than in 2016 before meeting the expected target of the East Semarang Pratama Tax Office even though there are still taxpayers reporting in manually expected Taxpayers to report the annual tax return electronically With the Website Application, the role of the E-Filling system on Taxpayers can obtain convenience and input and at the same time help the Community of SPT Reports become faster and more efficient.

Youth organizations have the potential to build the nation and as agents of change, therefore their existence needs to be managed professionally so that they truly contribute to regional development. Within the village environment, there are many potentials that can be developed as alternative capital for regional development. It is hoped that the implementation of strategic management in its management will produce work programs that are appropriate to the needs and potential resources owned by the village/kelurahan, as capital in developing the village. The concept of strategic management includes how an organization makes strategic plans, coordinates and implements programs and evaluates them. In several kelurahans within the sub-district, the existence of youth organizations tended to show less of their role in promoting village development. The existence of this organization seems to be just a formality to complement activities in the village. The awareness of residents to use this organization as a forum for activities and to participate in developing their area is very lacking. The organizing process requires funds to run the programs that have been planned. In general, the obstacles to realizing work programs include funding issues. With sufficient funding, young people can develop their potential, to empower villages and their communities (carry out the activities needed) and provide added value and increase welfare. However, in reality in society, these organizations are not managed properly and optimally because they are constrained by financing. One of the efforts to attract funds is by submitting proposals for funds to certain institutions, both government and non-government organizations. Most of them do not know how to make a proposal for funding an activity. Furthermore, the regional autonomy policy provides opportunities for regions to develop themselves and their communities in accordance with regional needs/interests, so the role of youth as a nation's potential and development constellation cannot be separated from village/sub-district development.

E-commerce has been giving a lot of benefits to small andmedium enterprises (SMEs), but there are only a few SMEs whichhave adopted it. Therefore, it is necessary to find out what are thefactors that support SMEs to adopt E-commerce. So far, researcheson E-commerce have been done on foreign-large-scale businesses,while researches on SMEs especially about the adoption of E-commerce have been a few. That is why this research will discussthe adoption of E-commerce on Indonesian SMEs and will includethe factors that support E-commerce adoption. The problems in thisresearch are elaborated into research questions, i.e. do, topmanagement support, organizational readiness, external pressure,and perceived benefits have significant positive effect to E-commerce adoption? And does the adoption have significantpositive effect to company’s performance? The purpose of thisresearch is to analyze factors that support E-commerce adoption onIndonesian SMEs and to analyze whether the adoption improves theperformance of the SMEs. This technique is chosen because it is thesecond generation of multivariate analyzing technique that enablesresearchers to test the relation between complex variables to get anoverall view of the whole model. Besides, SEM can also test a seriesof a complicated relation simultaneously. The results of thisresearch explain that top management support, organizationalreadiness, external pressure, and perceived benefits haveSignificant positive effect to E-commerce adoption, and theadoption have significant positive effect to company’s performance.

Internet customers and users in Indonesia are expressed from year to year continues to grow. It can be seen from the graph that is processed based on data from the Indonesian Internet Service Providers Association (APJII) and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), that internet customers and users are increasing every year. The usefulness and benefits of the website include making it easier to exchange and update information with other internet users, and to be able to obtain up-to-date information. Knowledge sharing is a process in which individuals exchange theirknowledge (implicit and explicit) and they create new knowledge together.Knowledge is an valuable source for organizations that cause to survive incompetitive environment and can be used to achieve competitive advantage.Knowledge can be available to individuals and organizations, therefore,there must exit conditions in the organization that people be able to sharetheir knowledge with other individuals. In such situation, organizationscan improve employees performance and also organizationsperformance.This paper explores the antecedents and consequencesknowledge sharing.This study argued that social interaction ties, shared vision and trustshould be associated with knowledge sharing. Next, theconceptualrelationship between knowledge sharingand individual performance,organizational performance, and organization competitive has beenestablished.

Intellectual capitalis recognizedas a strategic asset that provides acompetitive advantage to the organization for superior performance in themodern era of the knowledge-based economy. This study aimed to examinethe effect of the components of the Intellectual Capital (VAICTM) to marketperformance is proxied by TVA , CAR and MtBV.The Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAICTM) methode is used tomeasure ofIntellectual Capital. This study uses data from 120 publicly listedcompanies in Indonesian Stock Exchange between the years 2008 to 2012. Itis an empirical study using Partial Least Square (PLS).The results show that: Intellectual Capital influences positively to marketperformance. Its prove that manufacturing companies in Indonesia have beenmanaging knowledge assets well so its important role in the formation ofadded value and contribute to the improvement of company's marketperformance.

The purpose of this study is to know the efforts undertaken by theGovernment of Demak Regency to obtain unqualified opinion. These effortsneed to be appreciated by the local Government Apparatus. TheGovernment's aim is to improve the reliability of the quality of the resultingfinancial statements, particularly in terms of asset management.The selected sample is 141 respondents with purposive samplingtechnique in Demak Regency. Data were obtained by distributingquestionnaires. The questionnaire returned as many as 138 questionnaires.Data analysis using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using ProgarmSPSS.The results showed that the application of local financialaccounting system has a positive effect on the quality of financial statements,while the competence of human resources negatife affect the quality offinancial statements. Similarly, adding organizational commitment as amoderating variable, the application of local financial accounting system hasnegatife influence on the quality of financial statements and human resourcescompetence have a positive effect on the quality of financial statements.

This study examines the effect of motivation, organizational cultureand compensation on employee performance. The results of motivationresearch on employee performance showed no significant, There is asignificant influence between organizational culture on employeeperformance. And there is a significant influence between the provision ofcompensation on employee performance, employee compensation programsdesigned to motivate (high morale) in their work achievement achievements.

This community service activity is motivated by the importance of Strengthening digital communication capacity within environmental communities to support the sustainability of community-based environmental conservation movements. The MAT PECI Community (Indonesian Community for Ciliwung Care) as an active partner in conservation and education along the Ciliwung River still faces limitations in managing digital organizational communication, particularly in documentation, publication, and social media optimization aspects. This activity aims to enhance the capacity of community members in utilizing digital media as a means of communication, education, and environmental advocacy. The method used is Participatory Action Research with a participatory approach that involves the community actively from problem identification, planning, implementation, to evaluation. The program includes digital communication training, mentoring in social media content creation, basic photography and videography training, and the development of community digital publication strategies. The results show an increase in members’ understanding and skills in using social media, behavioral changes toward more structured documentation, greater awareness of the importance of digital communication, and the formation of a more directed organizational communication system. The findings indicate that strengthening community-based digital communication is effective in social empowerment and supports the sustainability of environmental conservation movements.

This reserach aims to examine and analyze the effect of perceived behavioral control, financial condition, the condition ofits facilities and the organization climatic conditions on tax compliance manufacturing industry. The population in thisstudy is the Corporate Tax payers manufacturing industry in the territory of Salatiga STO. Sample selection method usedwas convinience sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression linier analysis. The objective of this paper is to discourse critical paradigm to respond economic globalization, especially in higher education liberalization.  Higher Education liberalization is employed by World Trade Organization (WTO), firstly  is introduced concept of higher education corporatization. Corporatization is one of implementation strategy of New Public Management (NPM) in public sector.  This paper based on results of case study in one of Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Badan Layanan Umum (PTN BLU). PTN BLU is an example of NMP implementation. NPM is campaigned by International Institution such as World Bank (WB) and Internationally Monetary Fund (IMF). WB, IMF, and WTO use accounting as  a surveillance system. In  Habermas’s Critical Theory perspective,  higher education corporatization is lifeworld moneterization, with accounting as steering media. The effects of that are social pathologies, they are loss of meaning, anomie, and psychopathology. Loss of  meaning in higher education as a knowledge development institution, that dedicate to humanism has transform a corporate, that produce knowledge based economy (KBE) according to market demand.  Losses of academician identities, psychological disease are other examples of social pathologies. This study aims to examine procedural justice, distributive justice, and interactive justice perceived by manager in the workplace about the treatment received from organization on their outcomes by using theory of planned behavior, organizational justice theory, and expectancy theory. The outcomes shown by managers include trust in supervisor and managerial performance. This study uses survey method in collecting data and sample selection method at state-owned companies in Maluku Province represented by 310 middle and lower managers. The hypotheses are tested by Structural Equation Modeling.    The results show that procedural justice and interactive justice has significant influence on managerial performance, whereas distributive justice has no influence on managerial performance. Empirical evidences show that distributive justice and interactive justice has influence on trust in supervisor, whereas procedural justice has no influence on trust in supervisor. Entrepeneurship orientation has been acknowledged in literature andpractice as a vital element of economic and organizational growth, successand competitiveness and can be considered as a unique competitiveadvantage.The purpose of the paper is to provide a comprehensive analysis of the conceptof entrepeneurship orientation. Concluding, the paper suggests directions forfuture research.

Abstract :   The change of paradigm on local government implementation from   centralized government system to decentralized one and the centralization of authority on center government and local one (executive) to power sharing between the executive and local legislative should be followed up by changing of management of local government. The management of local government should have a change of value of which the previous of management executed by internal interest orientation of government organization toward an external one attached by the improvement of service and delegation of a part government service-duty to public one as well, so that the law enforcement authority must be cooperated to realize the justice and welfare of local autonomy era.
