The purpose of this study is to know the efforts undertaken by theGovernment of Demak Regency to obtain unqualified opinion. These effortsneed to be appreciated by the local Government Apparatus. TheGovernment's aim is to improve the reliability of the quality of the resultingfinancial statements, particularly in terms of asset management.The selected sample is 141 respondents with purposive samplingtechnique in Demak Regency. Data were obtained by distributingquestionnaires. The questionnaire returned as many as 138 questionnaires.Data analysis using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using ProgarmSPSS.The results showed that the application of local financialaccounting system has a positive effect on the quality of financial statements,while the competence of human resources negatife affect the quality offinancial statements. Similarly, adding organizational commitment as amoderating variable, the application of local financial accounting system hasnegatife influence on the quality of financial statements and human resourcescompetence have a positive effect on the quality of financial statements.

The results of motivationresearch on employee performance showed no significant, There is asignificant influence between organizational culture on employeeperformance. And there is a significant influence between the provision ofcompensation on employee performance, employee compensation programsdesigned to motivate (high morale) in their work achievement achievements.

This community service activity is motivated by the importance of Strengthening digital communication capacity within environmental communities to support the sustainability of community-based environmental conservation movements. The MAT PECI Community (Indonesian Community for Ciliwung Care) as an active partner in conservation and education along the Ciliwung River still faces limitations in managing digital organizational communication, particularly in documentation, publication, and social media optimization aspects. This activity aims to enhance the capacity of community members in utilizing digital media as a means of communication, education, and environmental advocacy. The method used is Participatory Action Research with a participatory approach that involves the community actively from problem identification, planning, implementation, to evaluation. The program includes digital communication training, mentoring in social media content creation, basic photography and videography training, and the development of community digital publication strategies. The results show an increase in members’ understanding and skills in using social media, behavioral changes toward more structured documentation, greater awareness of the importance of digital communication, and the formation of a more directed organizational communication system. The findings indicate that strengthening community-based digital communication is effective in social empowerment and supports the sustainability of environmental conservation movements.

This reserach aims to examine and analyze the effect of perceived behavioral control, financial condition, the condition ofits facilities and the organization climatic conditions on tax compliance manufacturing industry. The population in thisstudy is the Corporate Tax payers manufacturing industry in the territory of Salatiga STO. Sample selection method usedwas convinience sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression linier analysis. The objective of this paper is to discourse critical paradigm to respond economic globalization, especially in higher education liberalization.  Higher Education liberalization is employed by World Trade Organization (WTO), firstly  is introduced concept of higher education corporatization. Corporatization is one of implementation strategy of New Public Management (NPM) in public sector.  This paper based on results of case study in one of Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Badan Layanan Umum (PTN BLU). PTN BLU is an example of NMP implementation. NPM is campaigned by International Institution such as World Bank (WB) and Internationally Monetary Fund (IMF). WB, IMF, and WTO use accounting as  a surveillance system. In  Habermas’s Critical Theory perspective,  higher education corporatization is lifeworld moneterization, with accounting as steering media. The effects of that are social pathologies, they are loss of meaning, anomie, and psychopathology. Loss of  meaning in higher education as a knowledge development institution, that dedicate to humanism has transform a corporate, that produce knowledge based economy (KBE) according to market demand.  Losses of academician identities, psychological disease are other examples of social pathologies. This study aims to examine procedural justice, distributive justice, and interactive justice perceived by manager in the workplace about the treatment received from organization on their outcomes by using theory of planned behavior, organizational justice theory, and expectancy theory. The outcomes shown by managers include trust in supervisor and managerial performance. This study uses survey method in collecting data and sample selection method at state-owned companies in Maluku Province represented by 310 middle and lower managers. The hypotheses are tested by Structural Equation Modeling.    The results show that procedural justice and interactive justice has significant influence on managerial performance, whereas distributive justice has no influence on managerial performance. Empirical evidences show that distributive justice and interactive justice has influence on trust in supervisor, whereas procedural justice has no influence on trust in supervisor. Trust in supervisor also has influence on managerial performance. Keywords: Procedural Justice, Distributive Justice, Interaction Justice, Trust in Supervisor, Managerial Performance.

The management of local government should have a change of value of which the previous of management executed by internal interest orientation of government organization toward an external one attached by the improvement of service and delegation of a part government service-duty to public one as well, so that the law enforcement authority must be cooperated to realize the justice and welfare of local autonomy era. Organization as a system of behavior included input, process and output. A collection of people, facilities and infrastructure could be used as input for further processing. Form and the process can be the interaction of people involved in the organization. The form of output was a result of cooperation in implementing something to achieved the same goal. The general purpose of operation can not function when not translated into specific objectives. Its not easy to measure achievement objectives for organizations that do not produce tangible outputs such as in the College of Economics Totalwin Semarang engaged in the business of education services. In such organizations, faculty and staff input is a factor that perform a process inorder to create good output. One of the problems still faced by the existing College of Economics Totalwin Semarang until now was "Why do some lecturers work better than other lecturer?" One of the tasks Management College of Economics Totalwin Semarang was to identify the causes of things that could happen. Source of effectiveness of lecturers include motivation, ability, knowledge, skills, attitudes and stress. The differences are influenced by the motivation of work and that can lead to different performance of each faculty. The problem in this study were 1). Work motivation could affect on the performance of lecturers STIE Totalwin Semarang. 2). Which was the factor of work motivation could dominant affected the lecturerperformance in STIE Totalwin Semarang

This study examined variables that predict employee turnover intentions. Influence of trust in the organization as a mediator variable in this relationship was also examined. Questionnaires completed by 380 employees of the company's operating divisions garment. Hierarchical regression analysis used to test this relationship. The results was supported the hypothesis, the result states that in order to enhance the trust of employees in the organization and to reduce turnover intentions, garment companies needs to maintain the continuity and development of training programs, conduct a formal and fair appraisal system , provide a clear and adequate career progression for employees. Suggestions and limitations for future research are also given.

In the effort to increase the performance and prosperity of hospital employees, the organization needs to manage the job satisfaction, commitment of organization norms. Target of this research, was to test the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment in employees performance on BRSUD Sukoharjo. This sample research used purposive sampling technique and the data collected by questionare. The hypothesis tested by simple regression analysis and double regression with test, f test and coefficient of determination. Result of research found that there are positive andsignificant influence between satisfaction of job, organizational commitment, toword the employees performance of BRSUD sukoharjo employees, either through partial and simultan.Based on that results, we suggest the way to increase performance in the future, management must employees performance it’s performance. Beside that, the hospital’s management have to evaluate and implement activities during the periodically for better employees performance with organizational commitment, and job satisfaction.

Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat Gerakan anti Kekurangan Yodium  (GAKY) atau dengan nama Inggris  Iodine Deficiency Disorder  (IDD)  Indonesia merupakan Lembaga yang dikelola oleh para ahli di bidang kedokteran  yang  sebagian besar merupakan pengajar di  fakultas kedokteran UNDIP  ( Universitas Diponegoro ) Semarang. GAKY merupakan cabang dari lembaga independent IDD­NET, sebuah lembaga yang mengawasi kekurangan yodium masyarakat dunia. IDD­NET bekerja dibawah pendanaan penuh dari WHO ( World Healt Organization ). Selain melakukan pengawasan untuk wilayah indonesia, GAKY juga melakukan  penelitian­penelitian  dan  pengabdian  masyarakat  yang  berhubungan  dengan  kekurangan yodium. Untuk mempublikasikan hasil penelitian mereka, GAKY menerbitkan  jurnal  ilmiah yang  terbit 3 kali  setahun.  Publikasi  juga  dilakukan  melalui  internet  melalui  situs  resminya  www.idd­indonesia.net. Tetapi  jurnal  yang  terpublikasi  belum  terangkum  dalam  struktur  database  yang  rapi.  Sehingga  perlu  di rancang dan dibangun database  jurnal berbasis web dengan manajemen data menggunakan  file  teks yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan di Jurnal GAKY. Bertitik tolak dari latarbelakang diatas maka dapat dirumuskan masalah dari penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana merancang dan membangun sistem database jurnal berbasis web dengan manajemen data menggunakan file teks  yang  sesuai  untuk  kebutuhan  di  situs www.idd­indonesia.net. Metode  Pengembangan  sistem  dalam penelitian  ini menggunakan  pendekatan Waterfall. Penggunaan CMS Cutenews  cukup membantu  dalam pengelolaan  data  file  teks,  Cutenews  dapat  digunakan  apabila  pada  server  tidak  disediakan  layanan database  seperti  halnya Mysql.  Penggunaan  file  teks  sebagai media  penyimpan memang  sangat mudah dalam instalasi, tetapi proses pembuatan program sangatlah sulit. Penambahan atribut dan tabel tidak dapat dilakukan instan seperti RDBMS.

Salesperson plays an important role for the survival of the company. The roleof salespeople in the Multi Level Marketing company is a distributor, which will promoteproducts and business plan. Distributor is very important because of the high competition between companies who also want to increase product sales. The key of success in MLM companies depends on how the company is able to improve the performance of distributors.Problem of this research is how the characteristic Distributors, companies support and organization learning affect the performance of MLM distributors. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling method that used as many as 50 people Tianshi distributors in Semarang.The results of data analysis showed that there is significant influence between the characteristic distributors, companies support and Organization Learning to the performance MLM distributor.

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is improving organizational efficiency and effectiveness by contributing toward resource transformation, innovation and adaptation ability (Williams and Anderson, 1991). The number of employees in Poltekkes Surabaya who are divided into various divisions becomes a problem for human resources management. Therefore, Poltekkes Surabaya director’s managerial ability is greatly determined to organize human resources in order to create an effective and productive organization. In order to find out the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment with organizational citizenship behavior in Health Polytechnic of Surabaya. The research used cross sectional design with subject of Health Polytechnic of Surabaya employees. In order to examine Organizational Citizenship Behavior, the research instrument being used was The Origin Organizational Citizenship Behaviors Questionnaire by Morrison (1994) which already used by Muchiri (2002). Job satisfaction was measured by using Minnesota satisfaction questioner. Organization’s commitment is measured by using questioner which is presented by Allen and Meyer (1990); Panggabean (2004). The research showed that there was a relationship between job satisfaction with OCB with r=0,407; R2 = 0,165 and p Value = 0,000. There was a relationship between organization’s commitment with significant OCB with r =0,2888; R2 = 0,83 and p Value = 0,001. Therefore, there was a significant relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment with organizational citizenship behavior with r=0,441; R2 = 0,194 and p Value = 0,000. In summary, there was a positive and significant relationship between job satisfaction with organizationalcitizenship behavior. There was a positive and significant relationship between organization’s commitment with organizational citizenship behavior. Salah satu contoh dampak yang sangat berpengaruh besar terhadap teknologi komputer dan pengaplikasiannya adalah Pelanggaran terhadap hak cipta kekayaan intelektual (HAKI). Perkembangan Teknologi informasi yang cepat juga diikuti oleh permintaan akan sistem informasi yang lebih baik, sehingga dampaknya akan mencakup pada bidang yang salah satunya adalah pada bidang HAKI. Sedangkan usaha untuk melindungi Hak cipta kekayaan intelektual sebenarnya sudah pernah dilakukan oleh beberapa negara yaitu persetujuan WIPO(Word Intellectual Property Organization) yang bernaung di bawah PBB. Namun hal itu tidak dapat menjamin Hak cipta kekayaan intelektual mereka aman, karena hanya beberapa negara saja yang membuat persetujuan (anggotanya terbatas).

Supply chain business network that explained as an organization network that involve supplier relationship upstream) and customer downstream). Effectivity of integration on supply will be the key factor for company to reach continuous improvement that make company became competitive.The difference result in applying integration pattern, could be seen at restaurant sector, dept food and beverage (hotel) and fact food restaurant. Theunderlined is that each sector are different in integration factor and the influence to company performance. Based on that problem, the research question is : how the integration pattern characteristic of supply chain and implementation ( direction and level) from each sectors. Sample amount of this research is 31 company that include of 15 restaurant, 10 dept food and beverage hotel and 6 fast food restaurant.Based on the result of regression equation knows that integration pattern supply chain management positively affecting dept food and beverage company performance in Semarang. Variation of variabel company performance that can be explained by variation of integration pattern supply chain management is 69% and the rest 31% affecting by another variable outside variable that used in this research.There is a significance difference between restaurant in Semarang that consist of restaurant, food and beverage division and fastfood restaurant with integration pattern supply chain management and company performance.
