This study aims to determine the most significant factor statistically influencing customer satisfaction in the purchase transaction process using mobile commerce to test the moderating effect of customization or efforts to adapt m-commerce to consumer desires. Respondents who filled out the survey consisted of 125 respondents, spread over a span of 1 month, for customers who in the last 12 months have used m-commerce for buying and selling transactions. The results of this study are the customer trust factor, the perceived enjoyment factor when using m-commerce, the moderating effect of customization on usage benefits factor, and the customization factor are the 4 factors that most influence customer satisfaction. These findings are useful for M-commerce providers to focus their development on aspects of customer trust, customer enjoyment, and customization.

The pharmacy was established with the aim of being able to provide good pharmaceutical services to the community including being ready to provide drug consultation, supply of drugs and pharmaceutical supplies of good quality. Therefore, pharmacies need to innovate in carrying out promotional activities to provide information and attract people to want to buy and become loyal drug consumers. One of the factors influencing a pharmacy is that how the pharmacy can provide consumers to order drugs and receive goods easily, quickly, safely and comfortably. The Community Service Team of STIE AUB Surakarta wants to socialize and train and assist to create a drug consumer satisfaction model through improving the quality of order delivery to expand the drug market in large family pharmacies in Surakarta. The size of this Community Service activity can be seen from the output in the form of 1) Pharmacy survey in improving the quality of order delivery, 2) creation of order delivery models, 3) increased pharmacy market supply, 4) scientific articles. The problems that arise by partners are 1) the quality of drug order delivery has not been maximized, 2) there are no innovations in delivery models, 3) the market is still limited. The stages of the implementation of the service carried out by the team are socializing to the community in the process of ordering and sending drugs at pharmacies in Surakarta, training partners / pharmacies in creating order delivery models and training marketing management theories to partners in order to innovate wider markets. The results expected by the team are customer satisfaction and loyalty. The next stage is the evaluation of the results of quality delivery assistance, delivery models and expansion of the pharmacy market Keyword : Quality, Order Delivery Model, Market Share

Today's business competition requires companies to be able to compete with other companies. PT. Biru Pratama Logistindo Line is a company engaged in import-export services. This study aims to determine the relationship between service quality, facilities and timeliness of delivery of the satisfaction of service users of PT. Biru Pratama Logistindo Line. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and the sampling technique uses proportional random sampling with 42 respondents as consumers of PT. Biru Pratama Logistindo Line taken from a total population of 62 consumers. The analytical tool used in this research is SPSS (Statitical Package for Social Science) Version 22.0.

This study aims to determine the effect of product variation on customer satisfaction in Toko Ramai Semarang, the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction in Toko Ramai Semarang, the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in Toko Ramai Semarang, the influence of product variation, product quality, and service quality simultaneously affect satisfaction consumers of Toko Ramai Semarang. The type of research used is inferential. The population in this study are consumers who shop at TokoRamai Semarang. The sampling technique used the accidental sampling method with a total sample of 100 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression.

Product distribution is a crucial element of the supply chain system that ensures the smooth flow of goods from producers to consumers at minimal cost and with high reliability. Distribution efficiency not only reduces operational costs but also improves customer satisfaction, market competitiveness, and business sustainability. In the context of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), distribution efficiency becomes even more critical due to limited financial, human, and infrastructural resources. This study aims to analyze the product distribution efficiency of UMKM Kerupuk Jaya Pesona, located in Cinanggung Village, Serang Regency, Banten Province, by applying two classical transportation methods: the North West Corner (NWC) and Least Cost (LC) methods. Both methods were used to determine the allocation pattern that minimizes total transportation cost across three destination regions: Serang, Cilegon, and Pandeglang. The data include three couriers (as supply sources) and three market destinations (as demands), totaling 18,000 product units per distribution cycle. The results show that both NWC and LC methods yield the same total transportation cost of Rp 358,000,000, although their allocation patterns differ. This indicates that the supply–demand and cost structure of the UMKM’s logistics system is balanced. This research concludes that simple optimization methods such as NWC and LC can serve as practical decision-support tools for MSMEs without requiring complex computational models. The study also recommends the application of the Modified Distribution (MODI) method to verify the optimality of the solution and highlights the importance of logistics efficiency in strengthening MSME competitiveness in the digital era.

Digital Business is experiencing rapid growth, including in the online-based food business. The Internet is creating a new face in interactive communication between sellers, consumers and business partners. This allows the company to be able to interact and work together continuously to be able to develop products, marketing, delivery and maximum service to get customer satisfaction. One type of business that is currently growing rapidly and is very popular with customers is food delivery services including go food, grab food and shopee food. This delivery service will increasingly compete according to the response from customers, influenced by the quality of service. The purpose of this study was to find out how service quality affects customer satisfaction, especially in online- based food delivery applications. The research used in this research is quantitative analysis method. The method used is to collect information obtained from questionnaires. Variable indicators were tested for validity and reliability. In testing this validity using the Pearson Correlation approach. The reliability test in this study used Cronbach, Alpha coefficient. The results of the study explain that the service variable partially has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. The influence of service quality provided by service providers and service partners is very well responded by application users.

This study intent to search several variables’ effect which is probably able to rise loyalty and firm performance. The study used several customer of WAN HAI Ltd in Midle of Java as sample. Data analyze instrument used by the writer is AMOS 4.Data analyze result shows that the research model has well appropriateness andall hypothesis of the study are able to be evidenced. Summary said that satisfaction,reputation, price, are positively effected to loyalty, and loyalty are positively effected tofirms performance.Result of research proves that satisfaction, reputation, and price has positive influence and significant to loyalty. Loyalty has positive influence and signifaicant to firm performance. Managerial implication given to the company is suggestion or input to management to concern the price factors, as it is the most dominant factor effected to loyalty. The research’s limitation is that it is case study so that the result is not able to be generalized
