This study aims to determaine whether there is an influence in the use of the ECOLA method on the ability to write procedural texts for students of class XI MA Bustanul Ulum Pagerharjo in the 2022/2023 academic year. In this research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. Data collection is done by testing techniques. Data analysis is presented in the form of table numbers, diagrams, and descriptions. The results of the analysis from this study are that there is an influence in the use of the ECOLA method on the ability to write procedural texts of students for the 2022/2023 school year. This can be proven from the results of hypothesis test, namely t count from the results the pretest dan posttest were 1,6627 an the results from the t table pretest and posttest were 2.015368. Thus it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, because t-table>t-count. So based on the hypothesis test calculations above, it can be said that use of the ECOLA method affects the ability to write procedural texts for students of class XI MA Bustanul Ulum Pagerharjo in the 2022/2023 academic year.

In various countries the use of information technology in fields that present aspects of goodness in everyday life. This is to improve the quality of the performance of health workers to streamline their time, skills and abilities. In addition, technology can also be accessed via computers or other modern tools that support health services. Leverage technology as the ability to create increased value with a stable or shrinking amount of resources, while at the same time enhancing the ability to grow more rapidly. The purpose of this theoretical literature review is to find out how leveraging technology can improve the quality of the performance of health workers. The research method used by the author, namely theoretical review, is a theoretical approach used by researchers to explain research problems. This method is to review or review various literature that has been published by academics or other researchers. The results of this theoretical literature review are leveraging technology to improve the quality of performance of health workers, namely by increasing understanding, using technology effectiveness and increasing targets. It can be concluded that the more a person can develop and improve their abilities in the field of technology, the more technologies are created which will have an impact on the quality of performance that a person gets. So, nothing is impossible to present and use the advanced information technology of the future. For health workers the use of technology as a system based on smart technology. It is hoped that health workers will always hone their skills, learn new things, and have the ability to apply modern technology. This can make the performance assessment of health workers to improve the reputation of the institution.

Websites have an important role in academic management and enhance the reputation of a company or institution. Website service quality is an important factor in education. On university web ranking sites such as webometrics, Indonesia's ranking is relatively low, including universities in Central Java which are ranked in the 1000's. Therefore, this study aims to find the causative factors and analyze the current quality of academic websites. The Webqual 4.0 method was used in this study to evaluate the quality of websites based on indicators of usability, reliability, novelty and user satisfaction. Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) is also used to determine indicators that need to be repaired, updated, and maintained based on user perceptions and expectations. This research involved 144 respondents, namely students and staff at STIKOM Yos Sudarso. The results of the study show several indicators that need to be improved on the STIKOM Yos Sudarso website, especially in terms of appearance and quality of information such as novelty and clarity of content. Recommendations from this study include improving the appearance by developing designs and simplifying features. In addition, it is necessary to improve the quality of information by updating information in a timely, accurate and regular manner. Interaction with users also needs to be improved by adding a live chat feature and improving all indicators to build a good website reputation

The purpose of this study was to find out how the use of slide rule media can improve students' numeracy skills in integer arithmetic operations for Kanatang State Special School students. This Classroom Action Research (PTK) was conducted at the Kanatang Foreign School in the Odd Semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. The subjects in this study were the students of the Kanatang State Special School, which consisted of 10 students, namely 5 students and 5 female students. The research object is the Ruler Count media in learning addition and subtraction of integers in Mathematics. The procedures/steps of this Classroom Action Research consist of cycles. Implementation of this Classroom Action Research each cycle includes: planning, implementation of action, observation, and reflection. The instruments used in this study were pre-test questions, post-test questions for each cycle, and interview guidelines. The questions made consist of 10 numbers in the form of an essay test. The data collection technique used was the provision of tests, interviews, observations and field notes. The instrument used is a test in the form of a description. Data collection was carried out in three stages, namely: (1) reducing data, (2) presenting data, and (3) drawing conclusions. The results showed that student activities and teacher activities in learning activities in cycle I reached the Good category and cycle II was very good. The results of the analysis of the final test cycle I obtained the percentage of average scores with student absorption reaching 60% and learning completeness reaching a percentage 70% of 10 students. Whereas in the analysis of the final test cycle II there was an increase according to the results of observations of student and teacher activities, the percentage of the average value of student absorption reached 90% with classical learning completeness reaching the target percentage of 100% of 10 students. This has shown that there is an increase in the learning outcomes of Kanatang State Special School students in the material of addition and subtraction of integers by using the integer slide rule.

    The Purpose of this was to identify procedures and way to apply the problem based learning (PBL) model that could improve student achievement in class IV SDIT Mutiara Hati Ngargoyoso. Thys type research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research subjects were students in grade IV SDIT Mutiara Hati Ngargoyoso in the 2021/2022 academic year a total of 27 students. This research was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle cinsisted of four stages such a planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were selected based on the result of the first semester test score. The result showed that class IV had a low-class average and mastery grade. Data collection technique used was descriptive which compared the test score in the first cycle with the test score in the second cycle. The success criterion for learning outcomes was the minimum score of 75 (KKM = 75) and minimum score of class was 85%. The result showed that there was an improvement in Civics learning outcomes in the initial conditions (initil ability test), cycle 1 and cycle II. On theinital ability test, the average value was only 77,44. In cycle 1, the average value has increased. The result was that the average score was 79,22 and students who got scores ≥ 75 are 24 students. Furthermore, in cycle II also experienced an increase. The result is that the average value became 85,11 and minimum score of class became 100%. Student who score ≥  75 were 27 students. Based on the results, it could be concluded that the implementation of the problem-based learninng (PBL)model can improve student achievement  in class IV SDIT Mutiara Hati Ngargoyoso. The  study  aimed  at  identifying  and  analyzing  students stylistic  errors  in  the  form  of grammatical  errors  made  by male  and  female  students  of  English  Graduate Department of Mataram University. This research is focused on finding the significant differences between male and female students in terms of the percentages of grammatical errors in their academic papers and factors contributing the errors. The sample of this research was 20 papers of 10 male and 10 female students of English Graduate Department of Mataram University. The data were interpreted and analyzed by quantitative descriptive analysis using Pearson chi-square to investigate if there  were  any  significant  differences among the  percentage of grammatical  errors in each category and then the types of grammatical errors in the two groups of male and female students were compared by use of descriptive analysis and statistical analysis.  The  research  findings  show: The  result  of  Pearson  Chi-square  test  of  students grammatical-related  stylistic  error  subcategory,  χ2count=  5.43  and  χ2table=  11.07.It  means  that  the χ2 Count < χ2 table and the null hypothesis H0 was failed to be rejected.  It means there was no difference between  male  and  female  students  in  terms  of  percentage  of  grammatical-related  stylistic  errors sub-category in their academic papers at the level of significance a = 5%. (2) Based on the data analysis, retrospective interview, both cognitive and social factors are affected the students’ ability in writing an academic paper.  The  cognitive  factor  was  the  lack  knowledge  of  male  and  female students about academic writing style and register. This is caused by the lack information they got in their previous study. Therefore, the male and female students still have weaknesses for writing in academic context.

    This study aims to describe students' ability to solve open-ended problems based on aspects of fluency, flexibility, and novelty. This type of research is qualitative. The subject taking technique in this study was purposive. The instruments that the researchers used were open-ended tests and interview guides. The research subjects were 3 students of SMP Negeri 2 Puring class VIII for the 2021/2022 academic year who had high abilities. The data collection technique used is in the form of test sheets in the form of circle questions, field notes, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the analytical technique from Miles & Huberman which includes three activities, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that students with high abilities have a level of creative thinking 3 (creative). Students with high abilities in solving circle problems can fulfill two of the three indicators that the researcher used. The indicators are fluency and flexibility. Fluency indicators are shown by students being able to answer questions fluently and correctly. The indicator of flexibility (flexibility) is shown by students being able to answer questions with more than one way of solving.

The creation of scientific papers by teachers has an important role in professional development and improving the quality of education. However, many teachers face various challenges in producing scientific papers, such as lack of time, writing skills, and motivation. This article discusses the importance of motivating teachers to be active in scientific writing, both as a means of self-development and as a contribution to science. Through the right motivation, teachers can be more encouraged to be involved in research and writing, which in turn can increase their competence and have a positive impact for learning at school. Some strategies for motivating teachers include writing training, providing incentives, support from institutions, and establishing a scientific community that supports collaboration. By facilitating and motivating teachers in writing scientific papers, it is hoped that a stronger academic culture will be created among educators, as well as improving the overall quality of education.

Located in a residential area and prone to disasters such as earthquakes and tsunamis, SMA Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung is at risk of being affected by collapsed buildings and fires. School buildings, which are multi-story, also add to the risks that can be caused. The unavailability of adequate evacuation maps and the absence of mitigation training for the existing academic community can also increase the risks arising from disasters that may occur at any time. To reduce this risk, disaster mitigation training was conducted for the academic community and preparation of evacuation maps. This activity increased the trainees’ knowledge by 48.8% so that the academic community at SMA Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung would be more prepared to mitigate in the event of a disaster.

This study aims to explain the importance of developing teacher professional competence as a key factor in improving student learning outcomes. In the context of education, the teacher's role is not only limited to conveying subject matter, but also involves the ability to plan, implement and evaluate the learning process. In an era of education that continues to develop, teachers must be able to face new challenges that arise, such as technological developments, curriculum changes, and the diverse needs of students. Therefore, teachers need to continue to develop their professional competence in order to meet the increasingly high demands and expectations from society, students, and the education system. The development of teacher professional competence includes various aspects, such as in-depth academic knowledge, effective teaching skills, ability to adapt to change, and a positive professional attitude. Teachers who have good professional competence are able to present a conducive learning environment, facilitate productive interactions between students, and provide constructive feedback. In this study, an analysis was conducted of various methods and strategies for developing teacher professional competence, such as training, supervision, mentoring, and collaboration between teachers. In addition, the factors that influence the success of teacher professional competence development are also discussed, including school leadership support, a conducive work environment, and teacher motivation in self-development. The results of the study show that the development of teacher professional competence has a significant effect on student learning outcomes. Teachers who have good professional competence are able to design interesting lessons, choose strategies that suit the needs of students, and provide effective feedback. This has a positive impact on the involvement of students in learning and increasing their academic achievement.

The purpose of this study was to improve student achievement in class XI AK.2 SMK St. Willibrodus Betun in Accounting subject through the application of peer tutoring learning methods. The problems faced are the lack of student interest in accounting subjects, and the difficulty of maintaining focus during class. This has a negative impact on their academic performance. The proposed solution involves utilizing the peer tutoring method, whereby students receive assistance from their classmates in understanding accounting concepts. The research was conducted using the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method and involved 20 students as research subjects. The results showed that there was a significant increase in student achievement after the application of the peer tutoring method. In cycle I, 13 students successfully completed their studies with an average formative test score of 74.50 and a percentage of learning completeness of 65.00. In cycle II there was an increase in the number of students who completed their studies, with a total of 18 students. The average score of formative tests also increased to 88.00, and the percentage of complete learning reached 90.00. The conclusion drawn is that peer tutoring is an effective learning method in improving the academic achievement of Accounting students.

The aims of this study were 1) to determine the human resource management compensation system in education at MTs Nurul Huda Kempas Jaya Village, 2) to determine the inhibiting and supporting factors for the human resource management compensation system in education at MTs Nurul Huda Kempas Jaya Village, 3) to determine the implementation of the human resource management compensation system in improving teacher performance at MTs Nurul Huda Kempas Jaya Village. This type of research is field research, namely research conducted directly with the object of research and data collection is carried out in the field. Researchers are trying to uncover Public Relations Strategies in Increasing New Students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Huda Kempas Jaya Village for the 2020/2021 Academic Year. The results of this study are (1) the human resource management compensation system in education at MTs Nurul Huda Kempas Jaya Village is all income in the form of money, direct and indirect goods received by teachers as compensation for services provided to MTs Nurul Huda Kempas Jaya Village . This compensation takes the form of salary, benefits, incentives, and benefits. (2) Inhibiting factors: delays in giving salaries because many SPP payments are in arrears and there are bailouts, there is often overtime work outside working hours so that more funds are needed for payment, employees are often absent without prior coordination so working hours are not filled by officers this results in reduced compensation. Supporting factors: not a large number of educational and educational staff so it is easier to coordinate internally. (3) Implementation of a human resource management compensation system in improving teacher performance, namely at MTs Nurul Huda Kempas Jaya Village, the provision of compensation can be said to be effective in increasing the performance of teachers and employees. Teachers feel more responsible for carrying out their duties and performance appraisals that can improve employment status can have an impact on the welfare obtained and continue to motivate teachers in carrying out their duties. The better the performance appraisal of a teacher, the increase in status and compensation received can be considered.

This study aims to: (1) identifying the lesson planning, (2) analyzing the implementation of learning, and (3) describes learning difficulties in identifying the meaning of poetry in special sport class at Batik 2 Surakarta Senior High School. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative by case study, and the data resources come from activity, interviewee, and document. Researcher collected the data by using passive observation, document analysis, and indepth interview with interviewee. While deciding purposive sampling for the data collection technique, data analysis was done with flow data analysis. Here are the results of this study. First, teacher’s lesson planning regarding to this material is developed by MGMP’S syllabus in Surakarta followed by the lesson planning development by teacher. Therefore, this study found that teacher’s assesment by designing all instrument for assesment are unnecessary. Furthermore,there is a discrepancy beetwen MGMP’S syllabus and lesson planner made by the teacher in the time allocation. Second, students are found passive and not condusive class academically displayed during learning process, teacher’s lacking in accomodation for teaching method by using lecture method. Third, learning difficulties in identifying the meaning of poetry for student in special sport class are divided by internal factor and external factor. While internal factors are focusing in student lacking literacy and their low enthusiasm for learning, external factors are come from their family and peer friends at class. Their family at home do not require a higher score in Bahasa Indonesia subject because already know their children interests is on sport as an athelete. The non-optimal ability to write poetry of high school students in class XI Negeri 1 Tanggetada in the 2022/2023 academic year can be seen from the initial observations which illustrate that the learning has not run optimally. To improve the ability to write poetry, teachers need to choose the right strategy, namely the mind mapping strategy. The data in this study were obtained from a poetry writing ability test and then analyzed descriptively. The description of the research results based on the initial observation of learning students are less active, easily bored, and students pay less attention to the teacher's explanation, so that the average student score is only 63 with 22% learning completeness. After the first cycle of action, the average value of students increased to 67 with 69% learning completeness. In cycle II, the results of the action showed that the mastery of the material after being given a test of students' poetry writing skills increased to an average of 78 with 94% learning completeness. Learning completeness with percentage calculations in cycle II has met the success indicators set in this study and the cycle is declared discontinued. The conclusion is that through the application of mind mapping strategy, it can improve students' poetry writing ability.

This study aims to analyze the impact of changes in needs analysis on the development of English language learning curriculum. Needs analysis is an important process in designing a curriculum that is responsive to learners' needs. However, the needs of English language learners continue to evolve with changes in time, technology, and global demands. Therefore, changes in needs analysis are necessary to ensure that the English language learning curriculum remains relevant and effective. In studying the impact of changes in needs analysis on curriculum development in English language learning, the researcher will conduct a comprehensive search of academic databases, educational journals, conference proceedings, and other reputable sources. The search will be focused on finding relevant studies, theories, and models related to needs analysis, curriculum development, and English language learning. The results of the study indicate that changes in needs analysis have a significant impact on the development of English language learning curriculum. Some of these impacts include emphasizing more authentic communication skills, increasing the use of technology in learning, the need for cross-cultural skills, and emphasizing professional skills relevant to the workplace. This study concludes that changes in needs analysis are an important step in developing a responsive and effective English language learning curriculum. By considering changes in learners' needs, the curriculum can be adjusted to provide a more relevant and beneficial learning experience. Therefore, curriculum developers and education policymakers need to continuously monitor changes in learners' needs and make necessary adjustments in the development of the English language learning curriculum.

The purpose of this study aims to find out the improvement with the application of coloring activities based on Papuan local wisdom for the 2022/2023 academic year. This research is a classroom action research and was carried out for 2 cycles. Each cycle consisted of 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were group B children of TK Melati Sanggar Merauke Learning Activities for the 2022-2023 school year, a total of 12 children consisting of of 6 boys and 6 girls. Data collection techniques used observation and documentation. The instruments used were observation sheets of children's creativity abilities and observation sheets of student and teacher activities. Data analysis used descriptive statistical data analysis. The results showed that through coloring activities based on Papuan local wisdom it could improve children's creative abilities. This could be shown from the success of learning in the minimal category of developing according to expectations or three stars increasing from 16.67% in pre-cycle to 83.33% in cycle I and 83 .33% in cycle II. In addition, there was also an increase in student activity with an active category of 50% in cycle I, an increase of 83.33% in cycle II, and teacher activity in the learning process increased with a good category of 85.71% in cycle I to 100% in cycle II. So it can be concluded that coloring activities based on Papuan local wisdom can improve creativity abilities in children aged 5-6 years at Melati Kindergarten, Merauke Learning Activity Center.

The purpose of this study was to identify the management of Goa Boki Maruru, find out the facilities provided for Goa Boki Maruru and develop a model for the development of Goa Boki Maruru. The method in this study was the survey method, namely a research technique through direct observation of a symptom or gathering information through interview guides, questionnaires. The involvement of these various parties can be seen as sufficient in encouraging tourism. However, currently there is no synergy between stakeholders in tourism management activities. Then it has not yet facilitated the management of Boki Maruru tourism as well as regulation and funding as well as assistance and direction. The research results in the FGD also have not found implementation in management activities from the local government as a dimension of Geopark development. In the management development dimension, it was found that there was no monitoring, evaluation, conservation, education and creative economic improvement program from the Government, and there was still a lack of efforts to increase community capacity related to Boki Maruru tourism management. The dimension of developing community-based strengthening shows that there is no transparency and accountability in tourism management due to the lack of basic management and the basics of tourism management by community organizations. It is recommended that the Geopark development model be through: increasing social responsibility, utilizing digital media, increasing community HR cabality, implementing Boki Maruru management training programs for community tourism organizations, and increasing collaboration with academic and private stakeholders.

Methods Demonstration Improving Student Learning Outcomes in grade VIII MTs Ma’arif Kaliwiro. This study aims to determine differences student achievement between the experimental class using a demonstration method and the control class using a conventional method. (2) To find out how much student achievement increased between the experimental class using demonstration method and the control class using a conventional method. This research is a quantitative research with a type of field research namely an experiment with a quasy-experimental design. The sample in this study was taken by simple random sampling technique. The population in this study were all grade VIII strudents of MTs Ma’arif Kaliwiro 2022/2023 academic year. Two classes were taken as samples, one experimental class and the other one control class. The data collection technique in research was in the form of test, namely pretest and posttest aside from that the documentation. Hypothesis testing in this study used the t-test and N-gain test with the help of SPSS.

Measurable character education can have an effect on students to grow into better individuals, resulting from constructive feedback through the teacher's exemplary. As a motivator the teacher can move students with their own awareness and responsibility so that they are willing to learn. Islamic education must be able to move the character of students according to the example of Rasulullah SAW. Islam, especially Islamic education, is seen as a binder and guide to the true path, so that the culture that arises will be able to provide benefits, not only to himself, but also to others. To find out the implementation of Islamic education on students' character building, this research uses a qualitative approach. The research method used is a case study using in-depth interviews with school principals, Islamic education teachers and several students of SMK Genius Bandung.  Direct observation and document analysis as data collection techniques, triangulation of sources and methods are used to test the authenticity of the data obtained. The result of this study shows that Islamic education is not only limited to academic assessment, spiritual development, understanding of moral values, and adherence to Islamic principles, in addition it is also important to consider aspects of students' attitudes, morals, and behavior towards each other and their environment which is in accordance with the goals of student character education. Based on the research it is concluded that Islamic education as an independent research variable has a very strong positive relationship with the students' character  building that means it has a very large influence on the students' character building. Therefore, a holistic and integrated evaluation will provide a clear picture that is more comprehensive about Islamic education in the students' character building at SMK Genius Bandung.
