Infrastructure is an important thing in an organization/company that is used to support activities carried out within the organization. Infrastructure that includes STMIK Rosma, including hardware, software, data, and information, and human resources that support information systems. Hardware resources include PCs that are used for clients with application program software. Windows 10 professional 32 and 64 bit as the operating system. While the software on the server uses Linux OS and PHP programming language. Data and information include infrastructure data, device data, server data and data on staff, students and lecturers at STMIK Rosma. So the need for the sustainability of this system is increasingly important. Problems that have existed in the STMIK Rosma infrastructure, such as those related to information security vulnerabilities. If this problem cannot be fixed in a sustainable manner, it will have an impact or risk on the sustainability of this infrastructure, especially the academic community. The Effect of Environmental Costs and Environmental Performance on Profitability in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange The purpose of This study is to examine and analyze the effect of (i) environmental costs on profitability, and (ii) environmental performance on profitability in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2019-2020 period. Data collection uses secondary data obtained from the annual report published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and participating in PROPER in the 2019-2020 period. The difference of the good pyroelectric or No good (NG) devices shown by graph of voltage offset operating that can check by manual using Digital Multi Meter or semi auto by using microcontroller One of importance measuring of IRD sensors  is Offset Voltage, stabilization of offset voltage indicate the sensor is stable with certain level value. Stabilization value measurement during measuring time means the average value not so much different with fluctuation value.  10 bit ADC on Atmega 328 that main microcontroller on Arduino Uno is capable to measure the Offset Voltage of IRD sensor and check the measurement values is within specification of IRD sensor.

After doing research on Singkong Keju D-9 Salatiga, it can be seen that Singkong Keju D-9 Ready to Fried has limitations in its packaging, which is not yet in accordance with the regulatory standards of the State Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs RI. In addition, it also has a packaging design that is not much different from competing products. Therefore, it is necessary to design a packaging design that is in accordance with the regulatory standards of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia and also innovation in packaging design that is able to provide characteristics as a souvenir product typical of the City of Salatiga so that it has an exclusive image on the product and continues to be able to compete against its competitors.The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of packaging design on consumer confidence in buying products based on packaging design and measure the accuracy of the theme of the illustration image on the packaging design of Singkong KejuD-9 as souvenirs typical of the city of Salatiga.The method used is the Research and Development method, starting with (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) packaging design, (4) packaging design validation, (5) packaging design revision, (6 ) product trials, (7) implementation.The results showed that the packaging design had met the requirements and met the requirements for use, judging from the results of the validation it had Cronbach's Alpha Reliability >=0.6 that the questionnaire used was very reliable.

The purpose of this research is to promote t-shirt products from Sakukata.co, and to increase customer satisfaction with packaging design using the QFD method. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this research are customers who have purchased Sakukata.co products at least once. The sample of this research was selected using Linear Time Function and obtained 40 respondents. This study used primary data from Sakukata.co and questionnaires, the data were analyzed using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method.The packaging attributes at Sakukata.co consist of the design, dimensions, capacity, shape, strength, and durability of the packaging. The Respon Teknis that must be in Sakukata.co is the packaging design is modern, simple, informative, elegant, and identical to Sakukata.co. The dimensions of the packaging are the same size as the product and can accommodate additional items for souvenirs (during the promo). Maximum packing capacity for 2 products. Ergonomic, and easy to open and close. The packaging material is not easily damaged, and can protect the product when it rains. Packaging design for primary, secondary and tertiary packaging.The results of the partial or simultaneous regression test show that the packaging attributes have a significant effect on customer satisfaction..

This study aims to analyze the potential of the Blenduk church area in Semarang. The potential of this area needs a visual identity design as a form of tourism promotion in the city of Semarang, which incidentally the government is still active in increasing the promotion of local tourism. This study intends to design a visual identity for the Blenduk church area, so this research was carried out with qualitative research. As a persuasive communication activity, this design uses the A-A Procedure approach. The data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. This study intends to contribute to the Semarang city government, especially the Culture and Tourism office, to design the visual identity of the Blenduk church area so that it has an identity that can be sold to the public and can increase the attractiveness of stakeholders to increase

Indonesia is an earthquake-prone zone country. Many victims of life and material due to the earthquake that occurred in Indonesia. One of them is the result of the collapse of the building. Buildings in Indonesia should be designed to withstand earthquakes. The resistance of buildings to earthquakes is highly dependent on their geometric configuration which is closely related to form and space. With the development of the era, it also affects the architectural 'trend' favored by architects and clients. But without realizing this trend can affect the vulnerability of buildings to earthquakes. Design trends carried out by architects that can affect the vulnerability of buildings to earthquakes are: 1). Architectural styles that are developing in the world, 2). Transformation of the geometric form of the building, 3). Selection of building materials, 4). Placement of swimming pools on the roofs of high-rise buildings, and 5). Use of building modules.

This study aims to create a Blogspot-Based E-Commerce Web Design as a Promotional Media for Kendal Hijab Blessing Boutique. It is hoped that the design and development of an e-commerce blog can help business actors to market their products more broadly so that they can increase sales and make it easier for consumers to transact, especially at the Kendal Hijab Berkah Boutique.  

Rumah Kreasi Grafika is a clothing business that was established in 2020. This clothing business is located at Jalan Grafika Raya, Gedawang, Banyumanik District, Semarang City, Central Java. This company still has shortcomings, especially in the field of design, so that marketing is not very successful. This is due to a lack of knowledge about the value of design in a company.The thing that is most prioritized in the design of making this stationery set is to meet the graduation requirements for the final project course and provide a new perspective in utilizing stationery sets as a means of supporting the company's progress. Where is the initial stationery set that has a design value that does not sell well and is still incomplete.In designing the design of a stationery set, it is necessary to choose the type of font, color and also the composition of the design because these three aspects are vital and can have a serious impact on the effectiveness of the stationery set.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of budgetary participation, clarity of budget targets, organizational commitment to budgetary slack. This research uses quantitative research using primary data. The primary data is a questionnaire that distributed to respondents. This research used PLS-SEM with the help of SmartPLS version 3.0 for windows software to data analysis. This results prove that the variables of budgetary participation, clarity of targets, and organizational commitment have an influence on budgetary slack.

The Influence of Prices and Lifestyle on People's Purchase Intention in Traditional Markets An Understood During the Covid-19 Pandemic. This study aims to determine the effect of prices and lifestyle on people's buying interest in understanding traditional markets during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is a quantitative associative research and its location is in the traditional market An understand, Bima City. In this study, the sample consisted of 55 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire, observation, and literature study. Testing the instrument using the validity test and reliability test. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination; f test (simultaneous test), t test (partial test) and classical assumption test. The results showed that by means of the t test (partial test) it is known that the price variable does not have a significant effect on the purchase intention variable while the lifestyle variable has a positive and significant effect on the purchase intention variable. Then by means of the f test (simultaneous test) it is known that the variable price and lifestyle variables have a positive and significant influence on the purchase intention variable.

This study aims to determine the effect of Obedience Pressure, Independence, and Audit Expertise on Audit Judgment at Public Accounting Firms in the East Surabaya Region. The population of this research is all auditors who work at the Public Accounting Firm in the East Surabaya Region which consists of 28 Public Accounting Firms that are registered in the Public Accounting Firm Information System at the Indonesian Institute of Public Accountants with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Secretariat General of the Center for Financial Professional Development. These are 40 auditors who work at 9 Public Accounting Firms in the East Surabaya Region. This study uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) model with the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis model to test the previously proposed hypotheses. PLS analysis was tested using SmartPLS version 2.0 for windows software. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded as follows: that Obedience Pressure on Audit Judgment is proven to have a significant negative effect. Independence from Audit Judgment is proven to have a significant positive effect. Audit expertise on Audit Judgment is proven to have a significant positive effect.

The purposes of this research were to analyze the sources of cash, to analyze the application of cash, to analyze the liquidity level, and to analyze the effect of source and application of cash on liquidity at the National Logistical Supply Agency of Maumere Branch Office. The results of analysis showed that in the period of 2017-2018, the sources of cash weretaken from the decrease of accounts receivable, inventory of indirect material, the increase of accumulation depreciation of building and machinery, the decrease of sales revenue bank,the increased of account payable, the increase of  accrued expense, the increase of regional division connection, the increase of capital, the decrease of cash. The application of cash in 2017-2018 covered the increase of down payment, merchandise inventory and tax payable. In the period of 2018-2019, the sources of cash were taken from the increase of down payment, the increase of accumulation depreciation of building and machinery, the increase of procurement payable and tax payable, the increase of accrued expense, the increaseof regional division connection. The application of cash in the period of 2018-2019 covered the increase of accounts recerivable, the increase of merchandise inventory and inventory of indirect material, the increase of prepaid expenses, the increase of sales revenue bank, the decrease of account payable, the decrease of profit or loss accumulation, and the increase of cash.Based on the results of this research, it can be conclueded that if the cash of National Logistica Supply Agency increased, the liquidity level would also increase, meanwhile if the cash of National Logistic Supply Agency descreases, the liquidity level will also decrease. Keywords: Source of Cash, Application of Cash, Liquidity

There are many e-commerce sites that have been present in Indonesia, one of which is Shopee. Shopee is here to provide many attractive offers such as lots of discounts, promos, cashback etc. This can lead to consumptive behavior. This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of advertising on consumptive behavior (2) The effect of conformity on consumptive behavior (3) The influence of a hedonic lifestyle on consumptive behavior in consumptive behavior. The population of this study were users of the e-commerce application Shopee in Mojokerto. In this study using a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling technique with the criteria of women, domicile in Mojokerto, at least 17 years old, have used or purchased goods or services through the Shopee e-commerce application. Data analysis techniques used validity and reliability tests and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and R2 test. The results of this study indicate that advertising has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior, conformity has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior, the hedonic lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior, advertising, conformity and hedonic lifestyle together have a positive and significant effect on behavior. consumptiveperilaku konsumtif.

This research was conducted to be able to find out the influence of competency and motivation variables on the performance of RSUD Sultan Fatah Demak employees. And it can also be known which variables have the highest influence on the performance of RSUD Sultan Fatah Demak employees. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, using statistical methods using questionnaires given to respondents. Respondents will answer by choosing numbers from existing statements about the influence of Competence and Motivation on the Performance of RSUD Sultan Fatah Demak employees. This research uses the study of library methods, questionnaire methods which are then processed with SPSS  for windows 25.0. The sample of respondents in the study was 78 people. From the results of research both variables can be known motivation is shown as a variable that has the highest influence on employee performance in RSUD. Sultan Fatah with more value of 0.511 to employee performance

The purpose of this study is to examine influence of financial stability, external pressure, nature of industry, and rationalization to financial statement fraud. The sample used in this study is manufacture companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI)in the period 2018-2019. By using purposive sampling method, it is obtained as many as 77 mnufacture companies as the study sample. The method of analysis used in this study is logistic regression. In this research include overall fit model test, hosmed and lemeshow test, goodness of fit test, and classification matrix result of this study indicate that the financial stability is significant to financial statement fraud, while external pressure, nature of industry, and rationalization are not significant to financial statement fraud

This research is meant to test the influence of liquidity, profitability, and leverage to the firm value with the corporate social responsibility as the moderating variable. Firm value describes the prosperity of the shareholders. Liquidity, profitability, leverage and corporate social responsibility are the factors which can be a consideration for investors in investing. Methods that used in this research is quantitative method using secondary data obtained through the company’s financial statements. The result of the research shows that: 1) Liquidity has an influence to the firm value. 2) Profitabilitry has an influence to the firm value. 3) Leverage has an influence to the firm value. 4) Corporate social responsibility is unable to moderate the influence of liquidity to the firm value. 5) Corporate social responsibility is unable to moderate the influence of profitability to the firm value. 6) Corporate social responsibility is unable to moderate the influence of leverage to the firm value.

The Company has short-term and long-term. In the short term the company aims to maximize current profits, while in the long term it aims to increase the value of the company itself. This research aimed to examine and analyze the effect of profitability, company size, leverage, and CSR disclosure to the value of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2015-2019. While, the sampling collection technique used purposive sampling with 10 samples which fulfilled the criteria. The data analysis technique used multiple regression linear with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). In this research, the testing variable of profitability used Return On Asset (ROA), company size used total assets, leverage used Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), CSR used Corporate Social Disclousure Index (CSDI), and the value of the company used Tobins’Q. The research result concluded that: (1) profitability effect the value of the company, (2) company size did not effect the value of the company, (3) leverage did not effect the value of the company, (4) CSR disclosure effect the value of the company. ABSTRACT           This study is aims  to determine the effect of the level  of (1) cash turnover against economic rentability, (2) the accounts receivable turnover against economic rentability, (3) cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover for  economic rentability. Subjects in this study is a credit cooperative Tuke Ler Hewokloang and its object is cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and economical rentability.  The type of date in this study were collected quntitative data with documentation techniques and analyzed using multiple linier regression analysis. The Result of this study showed  (1) the level of cash turnover does not affect the economic rentability, (2) the level of accounts receivable turnover ratehas an effect and not significant to economic rentability, (3) the level of cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover rates affect and significant the economic rentability in Credit Cooperative Tuke LerHewokloang. Fostering students’ creativity in learning is not effortless because the average learning activity is usually less challenging. Authentic problem-based learning is a learning model that is expected to foster students' creativity in education. This study aimed to examine expert and practitioner validation on authentic problem-based learning tasks prototype in promoting student creativity. The prototype product was displayed and simulated in virtual zoom and validated by 14 learning experts and 18 practitioners/teachers. The initial data were collected through self-evaluation using a questionnaire. The results showed that the use of real experiences as a learning stimulus could foster creative solutions, which are marked by the emergence of new, unusual ideas, imaginative ideas, new creations that have an impact on the development of student creativity.
