The practice of creating the P5 concept in the Islamic religious education curriculum is a process aimed at developing understanding and application of the principles of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (P5) in the context of Islamic religious education. The P5 concept refers to five core values, namely Belief in One God, Humanity, Unity, Democracy, and Justice. In the context of the Islamic religious education curriculum, the practice of creating the P5 concept involves the development of learning materials that integrate P5 values into every aspect of Islamic religious education. This is intended to shape students' characters to be virtuous, patriotic, respectful of diversity, and have a sense of law and justice. The process of creating the P5 concept in the Islamic religious education curriculum involves various stages, starting from identifying relevant P5 values to Islamic teachings, developing learning materials that support the integration of these values, to assessing and evaluating the effectiveness of implementing the P5 concept in teaching. With the practice of creating the P5 concept in the Islamic religious education curriculum, it is hoped that students can become a generation with moral awareness, ethics, and adherence to Islamic teachings and Pancasila values as the foundation of the Indonesian state. This also serves as an effort to strengthen national identity and promote unity and harmony among the nation through Islamic religious education based on universal values of humanity and justice.

The rapid development of technology in recent decades has had a significant impact, on the field of education. The integration of educational technology in today's era emphasizes developing skills such as problem-solving, creativity, collaboration, criticism, and systematic thinking. But with the advancement of technology, it also presents various challenges. The qualitative descriptive method is one of the research methods used to understand a phenomenon in depth by collecting non-numerical data, such as words, images, or documents. This method focuses on describing and interpreting the phenomena being studied, collecting data through observations, interviews, or study of documents. Adapting to digital learning in this technological age where students have to develop independent skills, while teachers play an important role in understanding digital tools and integrating them into the learning process. With the advancement of technology, teachers can also have more varied media choices in learning and can collaborate and develop new skills according to the materials they are taught. It involves the use of techniques such as time blocking to set a specific time for learning, setting up a learning environment that minimizes distractions, using technology wisely, disciplining in using smartphones, and using applications or learning tools that help improve concentration.

This research aims to discuss the application of cognitive learning theory in the learning process in elementary schools. The main focus is on how cognitive approaches can improve students' understanding and skills. The research methods used were literature studies and field observations in several elementary schools. Cognitive learning theory was developed by experts such as Jean Piaget and Jerome Bruner, who emphasized the importance of internal mental processes in understanding information. Piaget described four stages of children's cognitive development, while Bruner emphasized discovery-based learning. The research results show that a cognitive approach to learning can increase learning effectiveness, student motivation, as well as critical and creative thinking abilities. Students taught using cognitive methods show active participation in class activities, increased understanding of the material, and higher academic scores compared to traditional learning methods. Teachers report that this method helps students develop higher-order thinking and problem-solving skills. The practical implications of this research suggest that cognitive learning methods should be widely applied in elementary schools to optimize students' learning potential.

Biology learning, particularly the topic of the classification of living organisms, is often considered difficult and boring by some students. To address this challenge, a more engaging and interactive approach is needed. One effective solution is to utilize game-based technology, such as Wordwall, which allows students to actively learn through various educational games. This study aims to enhance student engagement in learning the classification of living organisms using interactive Wordwall games. Through a community service method, this activity involved teachers and students from several schools to integrate Wordwall as a learning tool. The interactive games provided by Wordwall include various types of activities, such as puzzles, quizzes, and matching games, designed to help students better understand the concepts of classification of living organisms. The implementation of this program is expected to improve student motivation, involvement, and understanding of the material. Furthermore, it is hoped that the use of this technology will provide a more enjoyable learning experience and increase the effectiveness of classroom learning. The evaluation conducted shows a significant improvement in student engagement, as well as a better understanding of the material compared to traditional teaching methods.

Hypothermia is a common complication following spinal anesthesia, which can lead to more severe consequences if not detected and treated early. Early detection of hypothermia is essential for preventing additional complications, such as cardiovascular instability, delayed recovery, or prolonged hospitalization. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of providing health education in improving the early detection of hypothermia among patients after spinal anesthesia at Gemolong Regional Hospital. The research utilized a quantitative approach, applying a pre-experimental one-group pre-test and post-test design to measure the impact of the intervention. A total of 15 patients who underwent spinal anesthesia were selected as respondents and were provided with health education on recognizing the signs, risks, prevention, and treatment of hypothermia. Health education sessions were conducted through interactive presentations and written materials, emphasizing practical knowledge that could be directly applied by healthcare staff and patients. The primary data collection tool involved pre-test and post-test assessments to measure the participants' understanding of hypothermia and its management. The results indicated a significant improvement in the patients' understanding of hypothermia after receiving the health education. The average score of the post-test was noticeably higher than the pre-test, suggesting that the education effectively increased awareness and preparedness for early detection of hypothermia. This finding emphasizes the importance of integrating health education programs into clinical practice, especially for patients undergoing spinal anesthesia, to enhance early detection and reduce the risks of complications related to hypothermia.
