Guidance is one of the duties of the Community Guidance Officer which aims to make correctional clients, both adult clients and child clients, become better people, can be accepted in the midst of family and society. Since the enactment of Law Number 22 of 2022 concerning Corrections, the role of Community Guidance Officers is very important because Community Guidance Officers are tasked with accompanying clients while they are in and outside the criminal justice process to prepare clients for the social reintegration process. The research method used in this study is empirical juridical. The data used in this study uses a descriptive analytical approach, namely research that describes and analyzes data obtained from interviews, documents, and field notes. Guidance carried out by Community Counselors for adult clients begins at the pre-adjudication, adjudication, post-adjudication and follow-up guidance stages with the understanding that after the reintegration program has been successfully proposed, the client will receive a Decree (SK) and will be handed over by officers from the Correctional Institution or State Detention Center to the Correctional Center, then that is the beginning of the guidance stages carried out by Community Counselors. Community Guidance at the Medan Class I Correctional Center also faces obstacles in implementing guidance for adult clients, but several efforts have been made to reduce obstacles with the aim of preventing adult clients from repeating criminal acts that cause client reintegration guidance to be terminated and must be revoked.

Stunting is a condition that occurs due to a lack of nutritional intake over a long period of time, thus inhibiting a child's growth. As the next generation of the nation, children need special attention in terms of their growth and development. Fulfillment of nutrition must begin before pregnancy, continued with exclusive breastfeeding after the baby is born, and continued with balanced nutritious food according to the stage of growth. This study was conducted using a literature study method to collect data related to efforts to reduce stunting rates in toddlers. The results of the study showed that community education through counseling and health education can increase understanding of nutrition and good parenting patterns. In addition, programs such as providing eggs in villages and the involvement of integrated health post cadres in early detection have also proven effective in reducing stunting rates in toddlers.

The purpose of this community service project is to train kindergarten teachers who belong to the Abimanyu and Banowati groups in waste sorting. The Community Based Participatory Research (CBPR) approach is used to carry out community service. Using this approach, kindergarten teachers and researchers work together to teach kids how to sort waste. Since waste sorting is a novel approach to waste management, it needs to be promoted and established in society, particularly among students. Most of the kindergarten teachers who took part in the program had never instructed their kids in waste sorting. Teachers of kindergarten received instruction on how to segregate waste in bins with red, yellow, and green lids. Kindergarten teachers can more easily teach sorting bins with colored lids to their kids. By imparting good values linked to teaching discipline, upholding cleanliness, and recognizing the health of their pupils, waste sorting training helps kindergarten teachers understand the significance of waste sorting.

The implementation of this community service program aims to modernize the production equipment used by a housewife business group and enhance the branding of their enterprise. This initiative is carried out to improve production efficiency, enhance the neatness of product packaging, and meet the requirements for entry into major retail stores. This effort includes procuring new production equipment, such as digital scales and an electric sealer, as well as applying for a P-IRT (Household Industry Food Production) permit. The results indicate that product weights are now standardized across all packaging, and the packaging appearance has improved significantly. Additionally, production time has increased, as multiple people can now participate in the packaging process using the electric sealer, unlike the previous situation where only one person could operate the packaging process.

This research is qualitative research with descriptive analysis, data collection techniques using interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants in the study included authorized officials consisting of the Head of the Community Empowerment and Village Government Office (DPMPD) of Mahakam Regency and the Head of the Food Security and Agriculture Service of Mahakam Regency. The data analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman interactive data analysis techniques. The results of the study show that BUMDES has an active role in Community Empowerment Through the Cattle Profit-Sharing Program in Mahakam Regency. This active role is carried out by providing facilities such as cow seeds, vitamins and cage making. The participatory role of BUMDES is carried out through awareness and socialization to the village community directly. The role of BUMDES in empowerment through the cattle profit-sharing program can increase income where those who used to only rely on as farm workers now with the cattle profit-sharing program managed by village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) can now raise their own cows. Obstacles to BUMDES in Community Empowerment Through the Profit-Sharing Program in Mahakam Regency include technical obstacles in maintenance, the existence of predators that attack livestock and fluctuations in the selling price of cattle. Another obstacle is the lack of knowledge of cattle farmers in the maintenance process, this is due to the lack of special training for cattle farmers.

SMK Negeri 3 Jayapura is one of the vocational schools specializing in technology engineering in Jayapura City. There are three primary issues at SMK Negeri 3 Jayapura. First, the limited competence of teachers in microcontroller programming. Second, there is a lack of facilities and infrastructure for microcontroller practical work. Third, the low achievement and interest of students in the latest technological developments. The proposed solutions in this community service activity include: conducting training on Arduino Uno and Espressif microcontrollers using the Arduino IDE programming platform, developing practical modules for microcontrollers, sensors, and actuators, providing a master file for Arduino Uno programs, installing the necessary software on school computers, conducting robotics training for students. All five solutions were successfully implemented and received positive appreciation from both students and teachers at SMK Negeri 3 Jayapura.

This research seeks to find an approach between modern trends in management accounting and cost reduction. The research problem was represented by a number of questions with the aim of identifying the intellectual and applied frameworks of its variables, and then diagnosing the level of interest in it in the field, as well as identifying the appropriate procedures by the company. Three main hypotheses were developed to measure the level of correlation and influence between the research variables. The research was conducted in Al-Enjaz Juice Manufacturing Company as a field for research and testing its hypotheses. The target cost method, the cost method based on activities, and the balanced scorecard method were adopted. The research used many statistical methods in the analysis, such as standard deviations, arithmetic averages, with the help of statistical programs (SPSS.var.29). A set of results was reached, the most important of which is the existence of a correlation relationship and the influence of modern management accounting applications in reducing costs

The challenges faced by families of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) camps are exacerbated by the unique context of displacement. In Nigeria, the ongoing humanitarian crisis due to conflicts, natural disasters, and other socio-political factors has led to a significant increase in the number of IDPs, with many seeking refuge in camps across the South East and North Central regions. The study adopted a descriptive survey design to explore challenges faced by families of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in IDP camps in South East and North Central Nigeria. A sample of 80 participants was drawn using a stratified sampling technique. Data were collected through a validated and reliable questionnaire, capturing demographic details and relevant challenges. Descriptive statistics, including mean, standard deviation, variance, and harmonic mean, were used to summarize findings, while hypotheses were tested using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). Among 80 participants, most caregivers were younger than 35 years (67.5%) and unemployed (46.3%). Financial, emotional, and social challenges varied by caregivers’ age and camp duration. Families staying over 12 months reported higher financial challenges (mean = 18.67, SD = 3.98). Emotional challenges were highest for parents aged 46+ years staying 3 months (mean = 21.67). Social challenges followed similar patterns. ANOVA results showed no significant differences in challenges across groups, emphasizing universal difficulties faced by families. The findings emphasize the urgent need for targeted interventions, including increased awareness campaigns, capacity-building programs for caregivers, and improved access to essential services such as therapy, education, and mental health support within IDP camps.
