SKLs are the minimum standards that students must meet in order to be considered successful.The scope of SKLs covers the areas of knowledge, attitudes and skills according to the 2013 curriculum.Teacher factors, facilities and infrastructure affect the success of SKLs.The function of educational evaluation standards is to assess the ability of students based on the assessment carried out.The results of the assessment are used to develop learning.SKL performance is analyzed based on assessment results to determine student completeness.This article analyzes SKLs and educational evaluation criteria in determining school graduation.

Character education is a crucial aspect of student development, especially in Islamic boarding schools, known as pesantren, where both academic and moral education are emphasized. This study investigates the integration of character education at Al-Syifa Islamic Boarding Schools, aiming to understand the theoretical and practical frameworks used in these institutions. The primary objective of this research is to analyze how character education is integrated into the educational framework of Al-Syifa Islamic Boarding Schools. The study aims to uncover the strategies, principles, and effectiveness of character education programs through an extensive review of existing literature and documented practices. This research employs a literature review approach, systematically examining academic articles, books, official school documents, and previous studies related to character education in Islamic boarding schools. By synthesizing findings from these sources, the study provides a comprehensive overview of the methods and outcomes of character education integration at Al-Syifa. The literature review reveals that Al-Syifa Islamic Boarding Schools employ a multifaceted approach to character education, integrating it through both curricular and extracurricular activities. The curriculum includes dedicated character education subjects, while extracurricular activities reinforce these values through real-life applications and community involvement. The review also highlights several key principles, such as the emphasis on Islamic values, community living, and moral exemplarity. The integration of these principles has shown positive outcomes, including enhanced student behavior, improved academic performance, and stronger community ties. Challenges noted include the need for continuous professional development for teachers and the alignment of character education goals with academic objectives

Job analysis is one approach that can be used to improve teacher performance. Improving teacher performance is currently one of the main focuses in achieving optimal quality of education. Teachers are a key component in the learning process, and the quality of their performance has a significant impact on student learning outcomes. The aim of this research is to explain job analysis in improving teacher performance in schools by using literature review studies as a method of collecting data, analyzing, reading and taking notes as well as processing research materials. Data collection techniques involve collecting information from written or printed sources, such as books, journals, articles, reports and other documents by assessing procedures from the results of similar research that has been carried out by other people. The results of this research conclude that in job analysis, teachers must be placed in positions that are in accordance with their qualifications and skills. This allows teachers to use their abilities effectively and improve their performance. In addition, job analysis also helps in identifying the training and development needs of teachers, so that they can improve the quality of education provided.

This study investigated the role of office management in improving the performance of teaching staff at MTs Muallimin Univa Medan. The research findings revealed two main themes: (1) the efficiency of school administration in freeing teachers to focus on learning, and (2) effective communication as the foundation of good office management in schools. Efficient administrative management allows teachers to access student information quickly, simplifies reporting, and increases the transparency of communication with management. Open and transparent communication between leaders, administrative staff and educators also supports smooth coordination and collaboration. The results of this study emphasize the importance of effective office management in creating a work environment conducive to improving the quality of learning and student achievement.

Principal communication is the process of conveying information to teachers and forwarded to students. The purpose of this study was to determine the principal's communication, including: Teacher professionalism; Teacher discipline; and Teacher responsibility. Qualitative approach with descriptive method. In terms of data collection is through literature study, literature study is the initial step in the data collection method. Literature study is a data collection method that is directed at finding data and information through documents, both written documents, photographs, images, and electronic documents that can support the writing process. The subjects of the study were teachers, principals, and school committees at Madrasah Aliyah Islamiyah Sunggal. The results of the study found: Principal communication in improving teacher professionalism is conveying messages to teachers both verbally and in writing; Principal communication in improving teacher discipline is providing exemplary examples by attending school on time; Principal communication in improving teacher responsibility is interpersonal communication, communication in solving problems in learning by coordinating and finding solutions with the school committee and supervisor, and the relevant Education Office. It is expected that the committee and the principal can provide encouragement and guidance in teacher performance regarding professionalism, discipline and teacher responsibility effectively and efficiently so that it can improve teacher performance in schools.

This research aims to analyze the influence of motivation and discipline on teacher performance in secondary schools. Motivation and discipline are two important factors that can influence teacher work effectiveness and productivity. This research uses a quantitative method with a survey approach, where data is collected through questionnaires filled out by a number of teachers. The results of data analysis show that both motivation and discipline have a significant influence on teacher performance. High motivation and strict discipline contribute positively to increased performance. These findings show the importance of effective management of motivation and discipline to improve the quality of education in schools.

The quality of student learning is not yet optimal, this is in accordance with empirical data that the decline in achievements achieved by students in the academic and non-academic fields and the lack of professional teaching graduates means that planning management for developing teacher pedagogical competence is needed. The research was conducted using a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative design. The data analysis technique used is an interactive analysis technique, through data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and triangulation. The results of the research inform that (1) Planning for the development of pedagogical competence at SDN 2 Cieurih, SDN 3 Cieurih and SDN 1 Jalatrang was made based on the results of identifying needs and vision, mission and goals that had been determined, in its implementation the planning for developing teacher pedagogical competence was carried out in the form of meetings Work. (2) Implementation of pedagogical competency development at SDN 2 Cieurih, SDN 3 Cieurih and SDN 1 Jalatrang by participating in teaching, learning and administrative meetings, scientific forum programs held by local agencies in the form of education and training, making lesson plans, KKG, seminars or workshops . (3) evaluation Planning for the development of pedagogical competence focuses more on evaluating teacher performance through supervision activities with classroom action assessments. Apart from that, the principal also holds monthly work evaluations, one of which discusses the activities that have been carried out by teachers after participating in scientific forum activities outside the school. The monthly meeting is a control over the implementation of activities that will be carried out as well as an evaluation of activities that have been carried out previously. (4) Follow-up to the development of teacher pedagogical competence is to give awards to teachers who have met standards, provide coaching by holding meetings between school principals and teachers through face-to-face meetings and implementing the MGMP (Subject Teachers' Conference) program. ) (5) Supporting factors, namely teaching staff with a bachelor's degree, available funds, and complete infrastructure. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is that a handful of teachers who are approaching retirement have difficulty or are less interested in activities to develop the competence of teaching staff, in addition to having problems with timing at the same time as teaching schedules.

The level of teacher performance in carrying out their main duties at school is greatly influenced by the competence of the school principal and the completeness of school facilities. This research aims to statistically measure the influence of the competence of school principals and the completeness of school facilities on the performance of vocational school teachers in Palembang City. To achieve this goal, a quantitative research design with a correlative approach was used. The research population was 55 teachers who served in three vocational schools in Palembang City. The research instrument was validated using Pearson Product Moment, and data reliability was verified using the Cronbach Alpha test. The research results reveal that (1) the principal's competence is related to teacher performance, and the principal's competence has minimal influence on the performance of vocational school teachers. (2) Facilities and infrastructure were found to be related to vocational school teacher performance. Facilities and infrastructure have a significant effect on the performance of vocational school teachers. (3) The competence of the school principal, facilities and infrastructure have a significant influence on the performance of vocational school teachers. The competence of school principals, facilities and infrastructure also have a minimal impact on the performance of vocational school teachers.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of proactive personality, OCB on teacher performance at Montessori Kaloran High School Using census techniques, the number of samples used was equal to the total population of 35 respondents. By using Smart PLS to analyze data is outer loading, inner model and hypothesis testing Then the results showed that 1) proactive personality has a significant positive effect on OCB, 2) OCB has no significant effect on performance,3) Proactive personality has a significant positive effect on performance, and 4) OCB is not a mediation between proactive personality and teacher performance.

The urgency of correspondence management in improving teacher performance at the Mis Cendikia Insani Al Washliyah School is an important aspect that must be considered by school management. Effective mail management includes managing incoming and outgoing mail, as well as systematic well-organized document storage. With good correspondence management, important information can be conveyed in a timely and accurate manner, which ultimately supports improved teacher performance. In this context, efficient correspondence management allows teachers to focus on their main tasks, such as lesson planning, teaching implementation, and student evaluation, without being distracted by administrative problems. The use of information technology in correspondence management can also speed up the communication process and reduce the risk of errors or loss of important documents. This research highlights the importance of training and developing correspondence management skills for administrative staff and teachers at the Mis Cendikia Insani Al Washliyah School. With proper training, teachers and staff can better understand and implement an effective correspondence management system. Apart from that, this research also emphasizes the need for support from school management in providing adequate resources and infrastructure to support this system. Thus, improving correspondence management is expected to create a more organized and conducive work environment, which in turn will have a positive impact on teacher performance. Teachers who have easy and fast access to the necessary information and documents can focus more on professional development and improving the quality of teaching. Therefore, good correspondence management is not only an administrative necessity, but also a key factor in achieving higher educational goals at the Mis Cendikia Insani Al Washliyah School.

This research aims to determine the teaching competence of Civic Education teachers in terms of their Mood Swing in teaching at Budisatrya Medan High School. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytic approach, by collecting data through interviews with students and teachers, as well as observations in the school environment. The results of the research show that teachers at Budi Satrya High School Medan have quite fluctuating moods. Factors that influence teachers’ mood swings , both internal factors (health conditions, personal problems, and stress levels) and external factors (class conditions, support from the school, and work pressure), have a significant impact on decreasing motivation, creativity, and teacher performance in teaching during the learning process. Changes in a teacher’s mood are influenced by various factors, such as health conditions, personal problems, and dynamics in the classroom. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of knowledge of civic education teachers’ teaching competencies in terms of their mood swings in teaching at school

Learning strategies are a series of instructional actions that teachers must carry out in order for learning objectives to be achieved efficiently. The learning strategies used in the choir extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 4 Sewon include direct learning strategies, indirect learning strategies, and inquiry-based learning strategies, utilizing demonstration, imitation, and drill methods.This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The object of the research is the learning strategies employed in choir extracurricular activities, with the research subjects being the extracurricular teacher and students. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. Data validation is carried out using source triangulation and technique triangulation. Data analysis is conducted through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the study show that the implementation of learning strategies in the choir extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 4 Sewon uses demonstration, imitation, and drill methods in a structured and effective manner. These methods are combined with direct, indirect, and inquiry-based learning strategies to enhance students' vocal skills and creativity. The impact of implementing these strategies is an improvement in singing ability, the development of self-confidence, creativity, and independence, as well as increased student motivation to actively participate in choir activities. The teacher acts as a facilitator who creates a space for independent and collaborative learning, making the learning process more enjoyable. This activity not only develops musical skills but also builds students' confidence and professionalism in various performance opportunities. With regular practice schedules and relevant song material, this extracurricular activity makes a positive contribution to the development of students' talents and character at school.

This study aims to explore the role of Information Management Technology (TMI) in expediting the filing of office letters at SMA Tunas Pelita Binjai. The main focus of this research is to analyse the impact of TMI implementation on efficiency, information disclosure, and service quality improvement in letter filing. The research methods used include centralised interviews with teachers and TU staff as respondents, analysis of system usage data, and business process modelling. The results show that the implementation of TMI has contributed significantly in improving the efficiency of office letter filing at SMA Tunas Pelita Binjai. The integrated database system allows the storage and management of letters to be more structured and easily accessible. In addition, TMI also enables higher information disclosure and improved quality of school administration services. The integration of TMI not only provides internal benefits to the office in records management, but also contributes to the improvement of the office's image and reputation in service to stakeholders. By continuing to maintain and develop the existing TMI system, it is expected that SMA Tunas Pelita Binjai can continue to improve its performance and services to achieve better standards in the future.

This study aims to examine the impact of online game addiction on the learning motivation of fifth-grade students at SDN Karangmakmur III. A qualitative approach was used to gain in-depth understanding through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results show that the majority of students addicted to online games experience a significant decline in learning motivation. This is reflected in their low academic performance, lack of concentration in class, and minimal participation in school activities. Parental support and teacher involvement are crucial in maintaining students' learning motivation. Recommended intervention strategies include healthy technology education, limiting game playing time, and promoting alternative activities. Collaboration between teachers, parents, and school authorities is essential to mitigate the negative impact of online game addiction and enhance students' learning motivation.

This research aims to identify strategies used by social studies teachers in increasing student learning motivation in social studies subjects at MTs Ma'arif NU Blitar. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection through observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively descriptively, describing the situation based on written and oral data from the respondent. The results showed that teachers at MTs Ma'arif NU Blitar applied various learning strategies and methods, including the use of smart TVs and question and answer games, to increase student motivation and involvement in the learning process. These findings indicate that the strategy is effective in improving student learning outcomes, motivation, and performance.

This research aims to determine the impact of promotion and demotion mechanisms in teacher career development at SMA Labschool Unesa 1. This research uses a qualitative approach. The type of research used is interviews. The informant in this research was only one teacher. This research shows the mechanism of promotion and demotion in teacher career development at SMA Labschool Unesa 1. There are promotion and demotion indicators consisting of work performance, discipline, skills. Lastly, the demotion indicators consist of member incompetence, personal requests, and rationalization of numbers. The results of the discussion in this research are that in carrying out professional duties, teachers have the right to receive promotions in accordance with their duties and work performance, which includes promotion/increase in functional position. Furthermore, demotions are caused by the lack of performance of a teacher who is not good enough. Demoting a teacher does not happen directly, but there is a gradual evaluation, namely by evaluating several times with agreement with the other teachers. At SMA Labschool Unesa 1, there are no differences and there is a sense of family towards teachers who have just been demoted.

The purpose of this research is to 1) determine the influence of the principal's leadership as supervisor on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Sipoholon in 2024; 2) Knowing the influence of teacher work motivation on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Sipoholon in 2024; 3) Knowing the influence of the Principal's Leadership as a Supervisor and Teacher Work Motivation Simultaneously on Teacher Performance at SMA Negeri 1 Sipoholon in 2024. With the hypothesis: 1) There is a positive influence of the Principal's Leadership as a Supervisor on Teacher Performance at SMA Negeri 1 Sipoholon in 2024 2 ) There is a positive influence of Teacher Work Motivation on Teacher Performance at SMA Negeri 1 Sipoholon in 2024. 3) There is a positive influence of Principal Leadership as Supervisor and Teacher Work Motivation simultaneously on Performance at SMA Negeri 1 Sipoholon in 2024. The method in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive statistical approach. The population is all teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Sipoholon, totaling 41 people and this research is a population study. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire with 60 reliable items, with rh>rt α 0.05 for all items and r11:0.90%. The results of data analysis show that there is an influence: 1) Leadership of the Principal as Supervisor at 37.2%, > 0, thus there is a positive influence of Leadership of the Principal as Supervisor on Teacher Performance at SMA Negeri 1 Sipoholon in 2024. 2) Teacher Work Motivation Regarding Teacher Performance, it is 23.8% > 0, thus there is a positive influence of Teacher Work Motivation on Teacher Performance at SMA Negeri 1 Sipoholon in 2024. 3) Leadership of the Principal as Supervisor and Teacher Work Motivation is 41.3% > 0, thus The positive influence of the Principal's Leadership as a Supervisor and Teacher Work Motivation simultaneously on Performance can be found at SMA Negeri 1 Sipoholon in 2024. In conclusion, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.
