Cashew leaves or also called monkey guava are known by many people, especially in Southeast Sulawesi and are believed to have a number of health benefits but are still rarely known by some people. This study aims to determine the profile of secondary metabolite content and determine the antioxidant activity of ethanol extract of cashew leaves (Anacardium occidentale Linn) using the extraction method by maceration. The extraction process of old cashew leaves is carried out by the maceration method using 96% ethanol solvent for 3 days of soaking and stirring every 24 hours, then concentration is carried out through the evaporation process. Phytochemical testing includes identification of alkaloids, flavonoids, polyphenols, tannins, steroids/triterpenoids and saponins, as well as testing antioxidant activity using the DPPH method (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl). The results showed that the extract of cashew leaves (Anacardium occidentale Linn) strongly positive contains phenolic compounds, flavonoids, steroids and saponins. Based on the results of the IC50 calculation, 96% ethanol extract has the highest antioxidant activity at a concentration of 14.35 ppm (µg/mL) with a very high category. The content of secondary metabolites and very high antioxidant activity from the results obtained, explain that cashew nuts have the potential to increase body immunity and can be used in various antioxidant food products so that cashew leaves are more economically valuable for the community.

Pakistan is a developing country. Its transportation infrastructure mainly consists of road network. About 95% passengers and fright is transported using the road network. This high demand on road network is because of the unreliable railway system between the cities. Due to such high demand on road network the accident involvement risk of an individual is much high as compared to developed countries. This study uses a new modeling approach to estimate road safety risk for WTP.  A correlated random parameters Tobit model (heterogeneity-in-mean) is integrated with machine learning (Decision tree).  The decision tree categorizes higher-order interactions, while the model captures unobserved correlations and heterogeneity. The framework examines WTP determinants using a representative sample of 3178 road users from Pakistan. The model estimates WTP for different (fatal and severe injury) risk reductions to monetize road traffic crash costs. Results show maximum respondents are willing to support safety improvement policies. The model reveals significant WTP heterogeneity linked to perceptions of road safety and accident risk. Systematic preference heterogeneity emerges through higher-order interactions, offering insights into WTP relationships. Marginal effects highlight varying sensitivities to explanatory variables, quantifying their impact on WTP probability and magnitude. The framework provides two key contributions. It identifies public WTP determinants, emphasizing heterogeneous effects. It also helps in prioritization safety policies by understanding public sensitivity to WTP. The insights further emphasizing on the importance of road safety interventions to the specific socio-economic profiles of road users. This study offers a significant contribution to road safety improvement by providing valuable recommendations for policy makers. By integrating detailed socio-economic factors, it also addresses the urgent need for targeted traffic safety interventions in Pakistan. These findings are expected to aid policymakers and stakeholders in developing effective strategies to enhance road safety and reduce the accident involvement risk effectively.

This study discusses the importance of integrating Guidance and Counseling (BK) in the Strengthening of Pancasila Student Profile (P5) Project at SMKN 1 Cilegon, as well as the factors that hinder the involvement of BK in this activity. P5 aims to internalize the values of Pancasila in students through a project-based approach, with a focus on character development and soft skills. However, the implementation of P5 at SMKN 1 Cilegon has not optimally involved BK. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to analyze the factors that cause BK's lack of participation in P5, its impact on students' social-emotional development, and a comparison with practices at other schools that have successfully integrated BK into P5. The results of the study show that administrative barriers, a lack of understanding of the role of BK, and limited communication between teachers and school management are the main obstacles. The impact of BK's non-involvement includes a reduction in the effectiveness of P5 in supporting character education and diminishing students' ability to face social-emotional challenges. This study recommends enhancing administrative support, providing training for teachers and counselors, and improving coordination among school stakeholders so that BK can optimally contribute to achieving the goals of P5. Effective integration of BK is expected to support the holistic development of students in line with the values of Pancasila.

PT. Media XYZ is experiencing a high turnover rate of journalists due to a less objective selection process. The assessment carried out by HRD is currently still subjective and inaccurate. This has an impact on the company's performance and the quality of the news produced. Therefore, a decision-making model is needed that can be used as a guideline by HRD in order to overcome the mismatch between journalist qualifications and job requirements by implementing the Profile Matching method in the journalist selection process. This method will help companies select prospective employees who best match the required competency profile. By matching the competency profile of prospective employees with the competency profile of the position, it is expected to improve the quality of selection decisions, reduce the level of errors in recruitment, and improve company performance.

Discipline is one of the parts included in the implementation of the Indonesian student profile. To create a golden and superior Indonesia, of course the nation's children as the next generation must be equipped as well as possible, including in terms of education. Student discipline has experienced a decline, both discipline at home, discipline at school, and especially discipline in the community. Many school children often go to school late, are often reckless on the street, often wander around at night, rarely pray, and have other bad behavior. This shows that student ethics and discipline have experienced a significant decline, which if left unchecked will definitely hinder the realization of a golden and superior Indonesia. That is why as an educator, a PAK teacher must be able to guide the nation's future young generation to live ethically and disciplined lives. With the ethics and professionalism possessed by PAK teachers, it is hoped that more and more students will live disciplined and civilized lives.

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a metabolic disease whose prevalence is increasing due to changes in lifestyle, especially among the younger generation, including students. Unhealthy habits such as a high-calorie diet, lack of physical activity, and high levels of stress can increase the risk of developing DM. Currently, DM is the seventh leading cause of death worldwide, with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) being the largest cause of death. Based on the Southeast Sulawesi Health Profile, DM is ranked fifth out of the ten most common diseases in Southeast Sulawesi with a total of 13,946 sufferers. The increase in the number of people with type 2 diabetes mellitus is a serious global health threat. Therefore, it is important to prevent the prevalence of DM through preventive and promotive actions. One promotional activity that can be carried out is to educate, encourage change and increase knowledge about healthy lifestyles so that the occurrence of disease or bad health conditions in the future can be prevented.
