The discourse regarding al-i'jaz al-'ilmi is a contemporary issue in the i'jaz al-Qur'an, especially if it is related to the discourse on the integration of science and religion. This is in line with the view that the Qur'an contains al-i'jaz al-'ilmi, so that it provides motivation and guidance for the development of science. However, errors in integrating science and religion will give birth to "pseudoscience" or "pseudoscience" which of course is not scientific. Even more than that, someone will be trapped in the "religiousization" of science or "sainization" of religion which assumes that religion and science can complement, complement and correct each other. Therefore, within the framework of the Philosophy of Science with library research type research, this article presents a study of the possibility of developing science based on the Koran. Even though there have been efforts to root scientific findings in the Koran, from the perspective of the Philosophy of Science, this is not necessarily science based on the Koran, in fact it may not even be science, but simply a layman's choice which is non-scientific. There is a pattern of scientific development which, although based on religion, still has scientific value, consisting of three layers of philosophical basis, namely theoretical framework, scientific paradigm and theological basis. By carefully following this pattern, the development of science can not only avoid pseudoscience, but will also give birth to science with high scientific value within the framework of the Koran. Then the development project is carried out with institutional-collective-cultural work.

Fiqh education in the context of Islam is often understood merely as the transfer of knowledge regarding normative laws. However, the exploration of fiqh education as a process that can shape students' character in accordance with the goals of education, which not only transfers knowledge but also forms individual values and character, has not yet been evident. This is due to the lack of understanding of the essence of fiqh education from the perspective of educational philosophy. This article aims to explain that fiqh should not only be viewed as law but also as education rich in moral   and character values. Fiqh education, when analyzed through several philosophical perspectives such as ontological, epistemological, axiological, and methodological studies, reveals its moral and character values. From an ontological perspective, fiqh education can be directed towards understanding the meaning of Islamic education and the relationship between fiqh law and moral values. This shows that fiqh education plays a role in building students' character. In the epistemological aspect, the Qur'an and Hadith serve as the primary sources of knowledge. Teaching methods that include textual, rational, and empirical approaches motivate students to understand the legal context more deeply. Axiology in fiqh education emphasizes the importance of moral values and social responsibility, aiming to shape individuals with high morality. Teaching methodologies are also evolving with new approaches, such as problem-based active learning, to enhance students' interest in understanding the material. Thus, it is hoped that the education of fiqh will not only produce individuals who are well-versed in normative laws but also individuals of noble character in accordance with religious teachings.

The problem of evil remains one of the most persistent and challenging issues in Christian philosophy. This paper explores the philosophical dimensions of suffering through a Christian lens, focusing on the paradox of divine goodness in the presence of moral and natural evil. Drawing from classical theodicy and contemporary Catholic thought, the study examines how the mystery of the Cross offers a unique theological and philosophical response to suffering. Special attention is given to the thought of Augustine, Aquinas, and modern Catholic philosophers such as Henri de Lubac and Josef Pieper. The paper argues that Christian philosophy does not attempt to explain away suffering but rather provides a framework in which suffering can be redemptive, meaningful, and even transformative when united with the suffering of Christ. By grounding human suffering within the narrative of salvation history, Christian philosophy affirms that evil does not have the final word. The research also reflects on the existential implications of hope, patience, and grace in enduring suffering, making a case for a distinctly Christian metaphysical response to theodicy. This study contributes to ongoing discussions in Christian existentialism, ethics, and metaphysics by reaffirming the coherence of faith and reason in addressing one of the deepest human questions.

In criminal cases, particularly corruption cases, judges have the absolute authority and duty to decide and follow up on these matters. The background of this writing is that corruption is an extraordinary crime that hinders national development and must be prosecuted according to applicable regulations. The issue with this decision is that the judges were not meticulous enough, as they acquitted the defendant despite the defendant's actions causing state losses. An acquittal (Onslag Van Vervolging) means that the suspect or defendant in a corruption case is not subjected to any punishment or sanction. The analysis focuses on the verdict No. 56/Pid.Sus-Tpk/2017/Pn.Kpg, highlighting specific details that deserve further scrutiny. The juridical analysis of this decision will address the formulated issues, namely the basis for the judge's consideration in issuing an acquittal and how the judge should have ruled. The judge's considerations encompass three aspects: Philosophical, Juridical, and Sociological. This juridical analysis will include an understanding of the arguments presented, the legal basis used, and the factors influencing the court's decision to acquit the defendant of all charges. Therefore, in ruling on this case, the judge must ensure the utility aspect so that the defendant is penalized according to the applicable regulations. The method used in this journal is the normative juridical method, employing legislative and conceptual methodologies, providing an analytical perspective on problem-solving from the standpoint of the underlying legal concepts, utilizing data from literature and the internet as sources.Top of FormBottom of Form

Health as one of the most important factors for the realization of welfare is the ideal of Indonesian state law. The role of the rule of law was to realize this philosophical goal when the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia (UUD 1945) was amended in 1945 and Health Law No. 36 was promulgated in 2009. The history of the development of hospitals in Indonesia was first established in 1626. Hospital Bylaws are regulated by Law Number 44 of 2009, specifically Article 29 paragraph (1) letter r which requires Hospital Bylaws, technically guided by Kepmenkes Number 772/Menkes/SK/VII/2002 concerning Guidelines for Hospital Internal Regulations (Hospital Bylaws) and Permenkes Number 755/Menkes /Per/IV/2011 concerning Organizing Medical Committees in Hospitals. Execution auctions have the characteristics of the seller of the goods being an agency or institution. This character has implications for legal substances that serve as guidelines in the auction process, which must conform to statutory regulations. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the relevance of the principles of justice, the opportunities for the principles of justice and the challenges of the principles of justice in the execution of civil cases at auctions for the sale of goods. The research method uses a normative juridical approach. Legal norms which are the legal substance of execution in the law of goods auctions are analyzed through a concept and law approach. This research finds that first, the principle of law (fairness) is very relevant to the law of execution auctions. This relationship is caused by the need for auction legal norms which require the legal principle of justice as a guide if there is a conflict of legal norms in its implementation or application. Second, the opportunity for the legal principle of justice, in the philosophical realm to become a legal principle in the treatises on auctions, namely for the sake of justice in the belief in the One Almighty God. The sociological domain is a guide and guideline for the eroding of the jungle law of disputes over auction results. The juridical realm becomes a guideline if there is a conflict of norms in every statutory regulation related to auction law. Third, challenges to the legal principle of justice originate from the debtor's rights, legal substance (contents of credit agreements) and legal structures (auction agencies and their implementation).

This article explores Christian philosophical views regarding the existence of God through an analysis of various main arguments that have been developed by Christian philosophers. Focusing on ontological, cosmological, teleological, and moral arguments, this article explores how each argument attempts to prove the existence of God through rational and empirical approaches. Ontological arguments, such as those proposed by Anselm of Canterbury, use conceptual reflection to conclude that God must exist. The cosmological argument, popularized by Thomas Aquinas, combines observations of the universe with the logic of causality to demonstrate the existence of a transcendent first cause. The teleological argument, with a major contribution from William Paley, suggests that the complexity and order in the universe indicates the existence of an intelligent designer. Apart from that, this article also highlights the importance of religious experience as subjective evidence of the existence of God. Through a combination of rational argument and spiritual experience, Christian philosophy offers a comprehensive and insightful view of God's existence, making it relevant in contemporary theological and philosophical discussions.

Philosophical study of social justice from Plato's thought Throughout the history of philosophy, the topic of justice has been a very important topic. Theoretical thinkers such as utilitarianism, intuitionism, eudaimonism, perfectionism, liberalism, communitarianism, and socialism have discussed this topic. The core of political research from the time of Plato to the present is justice. Questions of fairness cannot be determined by the standards used to determine whether something is fair. Different versions of answers regarding the meaning of justice are often considered unsatisfactory, so they cannot be separated from the debate which ultimately constructs the meaning of justice itself, even into a relative formulation. This problem ultimately encouraged many groups to take an alternative path by returning the meaning of justice to those who set the laws and regulations and to judges who will develop their own considerations. This article will discuss the concept of justice from the perspective of Pre-Christian philosophers, especially Plato. Philosophically, there are two ways of expressing justice: First, the view that justice means harmony between the implementation of rights and the implementation of obligations according to the "balance of law" clause, namely "the scope of rights and obligations". The view of legal experts basically holds that justice is harmony between legal certainty and legal comparability. There are even those who argue that law must be combined with justice for it to truly have legal meaning. This is related to the answer that law is part of human efforts to create ethical coexistence in the world. Only through a just legal system can society live peacefully towards happiness, because the essence of law is to create fair rules in society.

Land is something that is very important for human life. From the land humans come from, on the land humans live and into the land humans will return. Ownership, control, use and utilization of land need to be regulated in such a way in national agrarian law. In particular, land rights also need to be regulated in the agrarian law. In this context, the teachings and laws in Islam as the largest religion in Indonesia also influence the conception and policies regarding land rights. In this case, the teachings contained in the verses of the Quran and the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW as a source of Islamic law become the theological and philosophical basis of the substance of land rights regulated in the constitution and other laws and regulations in Indonesia.
