Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pembelajaran problem based learning berbasis nilaipancasila dalam menghadapi revolusi industri 4.0 bagi siswa Kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 1Kartasura tahun Pelajaran 2018-2019. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjekpenelitiannya: guru PPKn dan siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 1 Kartasura, dan objeknya adalahpembelajaran inovatif berbasis nilai pancasila dan refolusi industri 4.0. Metode pengumpulandata menggunakan: observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Validitas data dilakukan dengantrianggulasi sumber dan metode. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis kualitatifterdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi data. Hasilpenelitian: berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dilapangan yang dilakukan dari tanggal 14-20 maret2019 ditemukan hal-hal sebagai berikut: dalam pembelajaran terlihat siswa aktif, siswa beranimengemukakan pendapat, guru neghargai pendapat siswa yang berbeda, guru bersikapdemokratis, guru memberi kesempatan siswa untuk bertanya, guru memposisikan diri hanyasebagai fasilitator, guru mengakui potnsi yang dimiliki siswa berbeda, guru tidak hanyamenekankan pada aspek pengetahuan akan tetapi lebih mengedepankan aspek sikap, gurumemberikan contoh-contoh konkrit sikap positif yang harus dimiliki siswa untuk menghadapirevolusi industri 4.0, guru menginstruksikan pada siswa untuk tidak menolak globalisasi akantetapi menerima dengan filter nilai-nilai pancasila. Simpulannya bahwa dengan penerapanpembelajaran problem based learning yang berbasis nilai-nilai pancasila dapat mendaya dayadukung siswa dalam menghadapi revolusi industri 4.0 bagi siswa kelas VIIIsiswa kelas VII diSMP Negeri 1 Kartasura tahun Pelajaran 2018-2019.Kata-kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning Berbasis Nilai Pancasila dan RefolusiIndustri 4.0

In connection with the rapid development of information technology and the increasing ability of computers to help solve problems in the business world, a computerized system in the era of globalization is needed by various parties. Technology that is growing rapidly now is very supportive for a school's information system, especially with the use of computer-based technology or better known as the Computer Based Information System, with the use of computers in an information system will more quickly save labor and costs. Likewise, Smk Al Mubtadi-in Mulyo Temple relies heavily on a well-computerized system. With the problems obtained from this research, a system is designed to make a report that is integrated quickly, precisely and accurately. The writing method used is in accordance with the RnD (Research And Development) method. Used from writing this thesis, to testing the final product to product implementation. In the management of school operational assistance funds. In making information programs use the Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and MySQL (* .sql) programming languages ​​for application design.

Aplikasi Location Based Service (LBS) banyak dikembangkan karena mempunyai kemanfaatan yang sangat penting untuk berbagai hal, tak terkecuali untuk informasi kuliner. Dalam penelitian ini dibuat sebuah aplikasi kuliner dengan menggunakan metode location based service untuk mendapatkan suatu titik lokasi pada aplikasi, aplikasi yang dirancang untuk mempermudah pengguna mengunjungi berbagai macam kuliner saat berkunjung ke yogyakarta dengan menampilkan estimasi jarak dari posisi awal penggguna ke tempat tujuan.  Penelitian ini memanfaatkan global positioning system pada perangkat android. Pada perancangan ini digunakan rumus haversine untuk menghitung jarak tempuh pengguna dari posisi awal menuju lokasi tujuan secara manual. Hasil dari pengujian yang dilakukan pada salah satu data menunjukan selisih dari jarak tempuh sebanyak ±40km.

Perfect globalization connects the entire digital community, one of which is a business sector called E-COMMERCE.E-COMMERCE has a difference from conventional sale and purchase agreements and brings different legal consequences and there are also some problems that are not yet commonly describedthis is a problem that is not immediately anticipated to cause problems in the future. Based on the description, the research is carried out with the title: “SALE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT VIA INTERNET E-COMMERCE IN TERMS OF CIVIL LAW ASPECTS”.                The formulation of the problem in this study is: (1) What is the validity of the SELLING BUY agreement through the internet if it is involved with Article 1320 of the Civil Code? (2) What is the legal consequence if there is a default in the purchase agreement through the internet (E-COMMERCE)? (3) Solution if there is a default in buying transactions through the internet (E-COMMERCE)? The method used is a normative juridical approach. To approach the problem in this study the author uses descriptive analytical research specifications. Data collection uses secondary data. The method of presenting data in this study was carried out in a descriptive manner. The analysis used in this sketch is qualitative descriptive.             The results of the study indicate: (1) The validity of the agreement through the internet must have the same validity as the agreement that can be proven and in accordance with the provisions in Article 1320 BW. (2) The legal consequences of wanprestasi are compensation. the wanprestasi can be in the form of agreement fulfillment, contract fulfillment and compensation, ordinary compensation, cancellation of the agreement.(3) Solution if there is a wanprestasi in the sale and purchase agreement through: Litigation, Non Litigation, online site (kredibel.co.id, lapor.go.id, cek rekening.id), report directly to the police station and report to the bank.

Kedudukan manusia sebagai makhluk sosial, mempunyai arti bahwa manusiatidak dapat berdiri sendiri tanpa bantuan dari orang lain. Sedangkan kedudukan manusiasebagai makhluk berbudaya memiliki arti bahwa manusia diberi budi pekerti dan akalpikiran untuk menciptakan suatu budaya. Dalam hal ini, agar terciptanya keserasian darikedua aspek tersebut perlu adanya komunikasi ataupun interaksi antar sosial budaya.Karena manusia diciptakan dengan budayanya masing-masing dan lingkungan sosialyang berbeda-beda. Komunikasi antar sosial budaya ini sangat penting, karenatujuannya adalah untuk mengatasi perbedaan budaya dan lingkungan sosial. Karenapada saat kita berinteraksi dengan orang lain pasti melibatkan orang yang berbeda latarbelakang sosial dan budaya tidak hanya itu saja komunikasi sosial budaya ini jugabertujuan untuk mempelajari nilai-nilai sosial budaya seseorang yang sedangberinteraksi dengan kita. Namun, dalam komunikasi perlu adanya norma atau nilaisosial budaya. Hal ini bermaksud agar pada saat berkomunikasi seseorang memilikipedoman atau aturan agar tidak menyimpang atau bahkan menyinggung seseorang yangterlibat dalam interaksi tersebut karena adanya perbedaan latar belakang antara sosialbudaya. Seiring berjalannya waktu, saat ini komunikasi mulai melibatkan interaksiorang-orang yang berbeda tingkat modernitasnya. Perkembangan teknologi komunikasiberkembang sangat pesat di era globalisasi saat ini. Tidak menutup kemungkinan akanterjadi permasalahan baru yang timbul akibat dari globalisasi tersebut, misalnya akanadanya perubahan unsur kebudayaan yang sangat cepat, tidak sesuainya unsur yangsaling berbeda sehingga menimbulkan ketidakserasian kehidupan sosial untukmemecahkan permasalahan tersebut perlu adanya penyesuaian terhadap perubahanunsur budaya agar tercipta keserasian dalam kehidupan sosial.Kata kunci: Komunikasi, Sosial budaya, Globalisasi.

Indonesia merupakan negara hukum, karena di Indonesia segala sesuatuperbuatan harus didasarkan pada hukum. Tujuan dibentuknya hukum yaitu untukmendapatkan kepastian hukum. Dengan ini mempunyai tujuan untuk meningkatkankesadaran akan hukum bagi remaja yang bertujuan untuk menangulanggi pengaruhglobalisasi.sebabglobalisasi menyentuh segala aspek dalam kehidupan,dapatmenciptakan permasalahan pada remaja. Jadi upaya yang dapat dilakukan dengancarapenyuluhan hukum pada remaja, melakukan pembaharuan hukum, proses hukum jugatidak boleh didasarkan pada hal politik, menjujung tinggi hak asasi manusia, penegakanhukum. Cultural and Creative Industries (CCIs) shows a significant increase, both globally and locally. The market for creative industries in Europe is also wide open. For Indonesia, the creative industry sector is also a leading sector. Unfortunately, many creative industry players do not understand the potential of this. Therefore, it is important to provide information about creative industry’s export potential to Europe. The method used in this program is through socialization and disccusion. The program has been held with participants in creative industries, located in Kampung Batik Laweyan Surakarta. The socialization program was held on Sunday, October 28, 2018 located in Batik Laweyan Village. Through this program, it can be useful for: (1) creative industry players, to get an overview of the potential of the creative industry in the European market; (2) for the region, can develop regional potential, regional promotion, and regional economic development; (3) for universities, as a fulfillment of the Tri Dharma elements of Higher Education. The development of science and technology in various fields in the era of globalization is felt to be very advanced. So that information is something that is needed in a fast, precise and accurate. Many conveniences are promised in a variety of information technologies. There is one fact that cannot be denied that this information has become an expensive commodity, if a company or agency cannot uphold the information that it needs most, then the procurement of information itself will obviously drain resources and funds. In doing business, PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota already has and uses an adequate accounting, deposit and credit information system. One of the strategies applied by PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota in collecting funds is the Ball Pick Up System, which is by visiting individual and institutional customers. While the institutions that have been served by PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota are schools, one of which is SMA Negeri 3 Demak. The service is in the form of an education fee payment. In serving the payment of school education costs in SMA 3 Demak, PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota still uses the conventional way, that is by receiving deposits from students, the data is recorded in the admission book and after adding up with a calculator, the result is that service is very slow. To overcome the problems mentioned above, it is necessary to build a system that can accelerate the process of receiving tuition fee payments and can produce a more detailed report on school fees both those who have paid and those who have not yet paid. One such system is utilizing VPN (Virtual Private Notwork) technology. Based on the description of the problem above, it becomes an impetus for the writer to be able to solve this system as well as possible and is very background for the writing of the Thesis which is planned to be realized using the Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 program language

Pancasila adalah dasar dan Ideologi Negara Republik Indonesia yang ada sejaknegara Indonesia belum berdiri. Pancasila adalah pilar bangsa yang mengandung nilainilaiBermasyarakat, Berbangsa, dan Bernegara. Kedudukan Pancasila sebagai Dasardan Ideologi Negara yaitu sebagai fondamen, filsafat, pikiran yang mendalam,pandangan hidup, dan pemersatu bangsa. Studi ini menggunakan metode deskriptifanalitik yakni dengan menganalisis secara kritis terhadap permasalahan secaramendalam mengenai globalisasi, dengan mengedepankan alternatif penyelesaianpermasalahan melalui Pancasila.Rumusan sila-sila dalam sila Pancasila adalah hukumpositif indonesia secara yuridis-konstitusional sah, berlaku, dan mengikat seluruhlembaga negara, lembaga masyrakat, dan setiap warga negara tanpa terkecuali.NamunPancasila yang begitu penting tidak lagi dipikirkan. Pengaruh globalisai kehidupan yangsemakin meluas dan persaingan antar bangsa yang semakin tajam. Karakteristikglobalisasi yang individual-liberal menggerus nilai-nilai keluhuran Pancasila. The purpose of this article is to describe Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) Disclosure using postmodern perspectives, Lyotard’s and Jean Baudrillard’s thinking. From Lyotard’s thinking, CSR disclosure can be viewed as grand narration used to camouflage real social and environmental problems.CSR disclosure guideliness arranged by Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) is a form of universalims that strongly opposed by postmodernism. CSR disclosure practices that accommodate Indonesian cultures and values will be able to break grand narration in CSR disclosure. From Baudrillard perspective, CSR disclosure can be viewed as simulacrum. The simulacrum is shown by (a) the disconnect between reality and its representations, especially the lack of tranparancy in negative business impact disclosures; (b) The control and manipulation of information, and (c) the proliferation of misleading images. Capitalism is believed to bring profit to the owners of capital and encourage economic growth, but the bad impact it generates for the wider community is also more so that capitalism creates a seemingly endless snare. Accounting as part of the economy also can not be separated from capitalism. This article aims to explain the traps of capitalism inherent in the adoption of the International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS). The traps of capitalism inherent in the adoption of IFRS include (a) increasing opportunities for foreign investors to exploit the natural resources and human resources in Indonesia, (b) the opening of opportunities for the capitalist economic system to replace the family economy system mandated by the Constitution 1945, (c) fair value accounting in IFRS provides an instrument for profit accumulation greed, (d) IFRS adoption encourages Indonesia to engage in global markets so as to facilitate 'flow of things capitalism', which affects the accumulation of money (profit) as the sole Goals and other "value" waivers, including moral values. Efforts to compensate for the trap of capitalism in IFRS adoption can be an increase in the ethics of accountants' learning adapted to the ideology of Indonesia and the value of the Godhead, the development of business processes and accounting practices based on religious values, and the development of critical accounting discourse as a means of awareness of the adverse effects of capitalism. Sejalan dengan era global ini, saat dibutuhkan informasi yang bersifat mobile. Kemudahan dankecepatan akses saat ini sangat didukung dengan berbagai sarana seperti smartphone. Semakin lama banyakorang yang bermigrasi dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan informasi dari komputer beralih ke smartphone. Halini dikarenakankemudahan dan kepraktisan dalam menggunakannya. Orang tidak harus mengotonggotong laptop dalam mencari informasi, tetapi informasi saat ini telah dalam satu genggaman tangan.Sistem informasi ini dibangun guna mendukung kebutuhan informasi bagi penyelenggarapemerintahan dalam membuat suatu keputusan, adapun informasi yang diolah saat ini berdasarkan kartukeluarga. Aplikasi ini membangun informasi kependudukan pengolahan data perjenis kelamin, programpengolahan data tempat kelahiran, program pengolahan data tahun kelahiran, program pengolahan dataagama, program pengolahan data pendidikan, program pengolahan data status pernikahan, programpengolahan data status hubungan, program pengolahan data kewarganegaraan, program pengolahan dataPekerjaan serta updating data pada kartu keluarga. Hasil dari sistem menunjukkan bahwa kemudahandan validitas data sangat bergantung pada database yang diolah. Sistem ini mampu menyajikan dataolahan yang sangat dibut uhkan oleh para pemanggu pemerintahan. Dari tingkat RT hingga tingkatkecamatan bahkan tingkatan yang lebih tinggi.

The objective of this paper is to discourse critical paradigm to respond economic globalization, especially in higher education liberalization.  Higher Education liberalization is employed by World Trade Organization (WTO), firstly  is introduced concept of higher education corporatization. Corporatization is one of implementation strategy of New Public Management (NPM) in public sector.  This paper based on results of case study in one of Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Badan Layanan Umum (PTN BLU). PTN BLU is an example of NMP implementation. NPM is campaigned by International Institution such as World Bank (WB) and Internationally Monetary Fund (IMF). WB, IMF, and WTO use accounting as  a surveillance system. In  Habermas’s Critical Theory perspective,  higher education corporatization is lifeworld moneterization, with accounting as steering media. The effects of that are social pathologies, they are loss of meaning, anomie, and psychopathology. Loss of  meaning in higher education as a knowledge development institution, that dedicate to humanism has transform a corporate, that produce knowledge based economy (KBE) according to market demand.  Losses of academician identities, psychological disease are other examples of social pathologies. This study examines the effect of environmental performance measured from PROPER ( Performance Rating Program in Environmental Management ) towards sustainability report disclosure practices and economic performance . Sustainability Report ( SR ) was measured by 79 items of disclosure by the GRI G3 (2006) , while the economic performance using scale industries calculated return of Al - Tuwaijiri , et al . (2004) . Samples in this study were taken by purposive sampling technique that companies listed on the Stock Exchange and publish an annual report in 2011-2012 . The statistical methods used in this study is a simple regression analysis to examine the effect of environmental performance on sustainability report and multiple regression analysis to examine the effect of environmental performance and sustainability report on economic performance . Data analysis and hypotheses tests in this study using SPSS version 16. Results showed that the company's environmental performance have a significant positive effect on Sustainability Report Diclosure. Meanwhile, the results of the second hypothesis shows that environmental performance has a significant impact on economic performance. And the results showed that the third hypothesis Sustainability Report Diclosure have a significant positive effect on economic performance .Keywords : Global Reporting Initiative , Sustainability Reporting , Economic Performance , Environmental Performance

Globalization is a process of economic activity and trade, where countriesaround the world into a single market forces increasingly integrated with theterritorial limits of the country without hindrance. Developments in this eraof globalization impact to human life. Based on these conditions, affect theappearance of many engaged in the retail trade of daily consumer goods invarious cities in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the effect of Display,Positive Emotion and Store Atmosphere toImpulse Buying.This study used accidental sampling method on the visitor AlfamartCitarum Raya Semarang. Data obtained by distributing 100 questionnairesto the visitors Alfamart Citarum Raya Semarang. The independent variablein this study is the Display of Positive Emotion and Atmosphere Store whilethe dependent variableis the Impulse Buying. The statistical methods used inthis study is the Multiple Linear Regression AnalysisThe results oft his study indicate that the variable Display and PositiveEmotion there is a significant effect on Impulse Buiyng. As for theAtmosphere Store variables showed no significant effect on Impulse Buying.The results of this study also showed that the value of R Square of 21.6%while the remaining 78.4% is explained by other variables that are notproposed in this study.

Perpustakaan mempunyai tanggungjawab yang besar terhadap peningkatan dan pengembangan minat dan kegemaran membaca. Hal ini dilatari oleh peran dan fungsi perpustakaan sebagai pusat pengembangan minat baca. Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi atau ICT (Information and Communication Technology) telah menjadi bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari kehidupan global. Oleh karena itu, setiap institusi, berlomba untuk mengintegrasikan ICT guna membangun dan memberdayakan sumber daya manusia berbasis pengetahuan agar dapat bersaing dalam era global. Pada penelitian ini dibangun Sistem Perpustakaan Digital Jurnal Elektronik sehingga mudah diakses oleh pembaca. Sistem dapat melakukan perambaan (crawler) dari halaman web. Dari proses perambaan (crawler) ini kemudian akan diunggah. Dimana jurnal elektronik yang diunggah sudah dibuat dengan format PDF. Sistem Perpustakaan Digital hanya dapat diakses lokal di lingkungan Universitas Stikubank Semarang. Kata Kunci : Perpustakaan Digital, Crawler, Jurnal Elektronik

Kebutuhan akan Teknologi Informasi (TI) sangat berhubungan dengan peran perpustakaan sebagai kekuatan dalam pelestarian dan penyebaran informasi ilmu pengetahuan yang berkembang seiring dengan kegiatan menulis, mencetak, mendidik serta pemenuhan kebutuhan masyarakat akan informasi. Pada penelitian ini dibangun Sistem Perpustakaan Digital Buku Elektronik sehingga mudah diakses oleh pembaca. Sistem ini dimana buku elektronik yang diunggah sudah dibuat dengan format PDF. Abstrak Era kebangkitan konsumerisme telah nyata baik secara global maupun nasional dengan dikeluarkannya Undang-undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen. Demokratisasi dan penguatan hak-hak sipil warga negara menjadikan konsumen berkehendak keras memperbaiki bergaining powernya di hadapan pelaku usaha dan pemerintah. Sudah bukan jamannya lagi pelaku usaha menempuh segala cara yang tidak jujur, mereka bisa digugat melalui class action. Kata kunci : Bergaining power konsumen.

Abstract:Money laundrying is regarded as new species in Indonesian legal kaleidoscope. Not many know the ins and out of the operating mode in this crime while the effect of this to the government is not a little. The former IMF managing director, Michael Kamdessus estimated the money laundryng activities to absorb 600 billion USD annually which is equal to 2%-5% of GDP through out the globe.
