This study discusses the influence of independence, work experience, professional ethics, and leadership style on auditor performance. The background of the study shows the importance of the role of auditors in ensuring transparent and reliable financial reports. Using a descriptive-based literature study method, this study processes secondary data from various journals. The results show that independence, work experience, and professional ethics have been proven to improve auditor performance so that they can also improve audit quality and public trust, while transformational leadership style encourages team motivation and collaboration. Research recommendations include strengthening independence policies, ongoing training, consistent application of professional ethics, and leadership that supports auditor development.

The problem in this study is whether the influence of reciprocal force exerts an influence on the basic movement ability on the backhand short serve in grade VIII learners at SMP Negeri 1 Tombulu. The purpose of this study was to test the mean score of basic movement skills on backhand short serve in grade VIII learners at SMP Negeri 1 Tombulu. The research method used was experimental method. This study is a quantitative study. The research instrument used was Basic Movement Ability Test On Backhand Short Serve In Badminton Game. From the research results that have been proven through statistical data analysis the effect of reciprocal force on basic movement in short backhand service in badminton game has a significant effect. It can be seen from tcount is greater than ttable, namely tcount = 4.18 > ttable = 2.086. Based on the testing criteria, if tcount is greater than ttable (tcount > ttable), then H0 is rejected, which means HA is accepted. Thus the conclusion of the test is the average basic movement ability in short backhand service in badminton game of the experimental group taught with reciprocal style is better than the average basic movement ability in short backhand service in badminton game of the control group that did not receive treatment.

The results of observations in the field show that Class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Kumelembuai do not master the technique of dribbling with the inside of the foot when playing soccer. One of the other problems found is that the learning method used to teach players to dribble with the inside foot in soccer games is still conventional. There is no known learning method that can improve dribbling skills with the inside foot in soccer games or whether students have the ability to dribble with the inside foot in soccer games. This research uses an experimental method. This study involved 30 male students from Class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Kumelembuai. Furthermore, the sample was divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group, each of which had 15 people. The instrument used is a test of dribbling skills with the inside foot in soccer games. The data analysis technique used is the t-test statistical analysis technique, before the t-test is carried out, it first begins with testing the analysis requirements, namely the data normality test and the variance homogeneity test. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using the t test statistic, the results of this study can be concluded that there is an effect of the application of the practice style on the ability to dribble using the inside foot in the soccer game of SMP Negeri 2 Kumelembuai students.

Physical education is a very important subject in school, because physical education learning has the concept of developing psychomotor, cognitive and affective aspects. Physical education has a learning process that prioritizes basic movements rather than basic techniques, but good and correct mastery of basic movements can make it easier for students to master basic techniques. The problem in this research is whether the implementation of an inclusive teaching style has an influence on the basic movement skills of the top serve in volleyball in class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Tondano. This research aims to find out how much influence the inclusive teaching style has on basic movement skills in volleyball serves in class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Tondano. The research method used is an experimental research method. The population in this study was all students in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Tondano, totaling 212 students. The SMAple in this study was 20 people taken at random and then divided into 2 groups, namely the experimental group, which consisted of 10 students, and the control group, which consisted of 10 students. This group division was carried out using the Simple Random Sampling Technique. The research instrument used was "Basic movement test on top serves in volleyball". Based on hypothesis testing using t test statistics, this research can be concluded that there is an influence of the application of an inclusive teaching style on basic movement skills in the top serve in the volleyball game of class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Tondano.

The ability of students of SMP Negeri 1 Tomohon in learning physical education more specifically in mastering basic techniques in volleyball games is still a lot of students who have not been able to do underhand pass. This is because the mastery of the basic techniques of underhand pass by students given by the PE teacher turns out to be through the command style method of underhand pass material only limited to talking, orders through words. The sample used was students of SMP Negeri 1 Tomohon in the academic year 2024 / 2025 totaling 30 people, which were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group with a command style totaling 15 people and a control group that did not get treatment totaling 15 people. The instrument used in this study was the “Braddy Volley Ball Test Modification. The data analysis technique used is the t-test statistical analysis technique, before the t-test is carried out. The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of the application of command style on improving underhand pass skills in volleyball games in students of SMP Negeri 1 Tomohon.

This research aims to prove and analyze the influence of transformational leadership, competency and level of job satisfaction on the performance of employees Serlok Kopi Surabaya partially or simultaneously. The population in this study was 55 respondents or all Serlok Kopi Surabaya employees. This research uses a sampling technique, namely a saturated sample using a data collection method through distributing questionnaires using quantitative data types. The method in this research uses the Validity Test, Reliability Test and Classical Assumption Test, data analysis is carried out using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, while the hypothesis testing technique uses the t test and F test. Data analysis in this research uses SPSS version 25. The results of this research show that the variables Transformational Leadership (X1), Competency (X2), and ), Level of Job Satisfaction (X3) have a significant effect on employees Serlok Kopi Surabaya either partially or simultaneously.

Gaya bahasa adalah penggunaan kata kiasan dan perbandingan yang tepat untuk mengungkapkan perasaan dan pikiran, gaya bahasa berguna untuk menimbulkan keindahan karya sastra dalam berbicara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gaya bahasa dan makna dalam lagu - lagu ciptaan dari derfi negara hale ditinjau dari aspek sosial budaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam proses ini peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kajian stilistika dengan mengkaji tentang penggunaan bahasa dan gaya bahasa di dalam karya kesusastraan serta meneliti ciri khas penggunaan bahasa dan amanat yang disampaikan pengarang di dalam lagu – lagunya. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu peneliti melakukan wawancara langsung kepada pencipta lagu dan mengumpulkan dokumentasi berupa lirik lagu dan juga foto cover lagu tersebut. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.  

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan paradigma interpretatif yang memungkinkan adanya pemahaman mendalam terhadap pengalaman individu melalui wawancara mendalam. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara terhadap sejumlah mahasiswa Timur yang mengalami culture shock selama proses adaptasinya di Jabodetabek. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori komunikasi akomodasi yang menjelaskan bagaimana individu mengubah cara berkomunikasinya untuk mengakomodasi. diri mereka dengan budaya baru atau lingkungan sosial yang berbeda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelajar Timur mengalami berbagai bentuk kejutan budaya, seperti ketidakpastian dalam komunikasi verbal dan nonverbal, perbedaan gaya hidup serta perbedaan norma sosial. Para mahasiswa juga menggunakan strategi penanggulangan komunikasi yang berbeda, seperti menyesuaikan bahasa, gaya bicara, dan sikap untuk menjembatani kesenjangan budaya. Proses adaptasi ini memerlukan waktu, namun bertahap, mereka mampu mengurangi ketegangan budaya dan meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi antar budaya.

Songs that can make the listener feel related to the message in the song lyrics get a lot of attention. The choice of words in song lyrics is important so that listeners can feel and understand the message of the musician both implicitly and explicitly. Language style is also important in song lyrics to add beauty to the delivery of the singer's message. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the use of word choice (diction) and language style in one of the songs by Indonesian musicians, namely Nadin Amizah entitled “Hormat kepada Angin”. This research uses a qualitative approach with the read-and-record method. Based on the results of the study, researchers found the use of diction (denotative, connotative, synonymy, antonymy, and polysemy) and language style in the lyrics of the song “Hormat ke Angin”.

This research aims to analyze factors that relate to and influence the performance of employees at the regional secretariat of Nagan Raya district. The research was conducted in August and September 2018 with a sample size of 109 participants and 20 respondents to test the research instruments. The sample for this research was taken randomly (simple random sampling). Path analysis (part analysis), using the SPSS version 21 computer, was used to test the empirical hypothesis. The research results show that Leadership Style (X1) has a direct effect on Job Satisfaction (X3) of = 0.382 or 38.2%, Teamwork (X2) has a direct effect on Job Satisfaction (X3) of = 0.380 or 38%, Job Satisfaction (X3 ) has a direct effect on Employee Performance (Y) of = 0.255 or 25.5%, Leadership Style (X1) has a direct effect on Employee Performance (Y) of = 0.238 or 23.8%. Thus, Job Satisfaction is the most dominant variable that can increase the Job Satisfaction of Nagan Raya Regency regional secretariat employees.

Consumptive behavior is the activity of spending one's finances based on desires without thinking about needs and not accompanied by logical decision making. Consumptive behavior is commonplace among students and staff at a university, they always follow current trends and make purchases because of attractive promotions. The aim of this research is to find out the influence of the use of online shops, digital promotions, lifestyle and self-control on the consumer behavior of the FEBI UIN Jambi Academic Community. This research was carried out using a quantitative descriptive approach and carried out direct observations in the field, as well as using the SPSS 29 tool. The results of this research were that there was no significant influence on the variables of online shop use and self-control on consumer behavior because the results obtained were 0.340 > 0.05 and 0.728 > 0.05, but in the digital promotion and lifestyle variables there is a significant influence on consumer behavior because the results obtained are 0.001 > 0.05. And a simultaneous influence was found between the variables of online shop use, digital promotions, lifestyle and self-control on consumer behavior. This study aims to test the application of the demonstration teaching style to improve basic movement abilities in side kicks in pencak silat. The method used in this research is the experimental method. The samples used were 20 students in class VIII of SMP Negeri I Remboken for the 2024/2025 academic year, who were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group with a demonstration teaching style totaling 10 samples and the control group which did not receive treatment totaling 10 samples. The research was carried out for one month with a frequency of three times a week. The research design used was "Randomized control group pre-test and post-test design. The results of this study show that the average increase in basic movement abilities in side kicks in the pencak silat experimental group using a demonstration teaching style is better (¯x_1=3.2) than the average increase in basic movement abilities in side kicks in the pencak silat control group. did not receive treatment (¯x_2=0.5). The conclusion of this research is that there is an influence of applying a demonstration teaching style on improving basic movement abilities in side kicks in pencak silat in class VIII students at SMP Negeri I Remboken.

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and organizational commitment on the performance of PKK cadres in the PKK Mobilization Team of Gogik Village, West Ungaran District. The participants in this study were active PKK cadres involved in organizational activities. The research employed a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis to examine the relationship between the independent variables—leadership style and organizational commitment—and the dependent variable—cadre performance. The findings indicate that leadership style has a positive and significant impact on the performance of PKK cadres. Additionally, organizational commitment plays a crucial role in improving cadre performance. These results suggest that effective leadership and strong cadre commitment contribute to enhancing overall organizational performance. Therefore, improving leadership quality and strengthening cadre commitment should be prioritized in organizational management to achieve more optimal PKK program objectives.

The problem in this study is that students of class XI SMK Negeri 1 Tomohon do not get learning guidelines, namely task cards containing basic motion concepts on the kopstand in floor gymnastics. Students lack the opportunity to learn in the realm of knowledge and movement skills; namely the absence of interaction (feedback) as observers and performers of motion in the learning process of basic movements on the kopstand in floor gymnastics. The research method used in this research is the experimental method, the research design used is “Pre-test and post-test randomized control group design”. The population in this study were students of class XI SMK Negeri 1 Tomohon, totaling 194 students. The sample in this study amounted to 40 students. The instrument used was “basic movement ability test on kopstand in floor gymnastics”. The data obtained were tested with the t test with a confidence level of α = 0.05. The conclusions in this study are: tcount = 8.7049 > ttable = 2.0243. Based on the testing criteria, if the tcount is greater than the ttable (tcount> ttable), then H0 is rejected, which means HA is accepted so that “The application of the reciprocal teaching style has a significant effect on increasing mastery of basic movements on the kopstand in floor gymnastics in class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Tomohon”.

Reciprocal style is a teaching style where students have the opportunity to give feedback to their peers or partners.  This allows students to improve their learning outcomes and increase social interaction with their peers. Table tennis games that are usually taught in schools have the aim that students can have knowledge and understanding of table tennis itself and can develop sportsmanship and actively participate in table tennis learning. The method in this research is experimental method. The population in this study were students of class X SMAN 1 Tondano which amounted to 172 students. The sample used in this study was 26 students of class X who were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group of 13 students and the control group of 13 students. The conclusion of this study is that the application of reciprocal style can have an influence on basic movements on forehand push shots in table tennis games on basic movements on forehand push shots in table tennis games for students of SMA Negeri 1 Tondano.  

This study analyzes the influence of transformational leadership style in building a culture of innovation and increasing the involvement of Gen Z employees at PT. Alfamart. The study is based on the fact that Gen Z, born between 1997 and 2012, has unique characteristics that require a different leadership style than previous generations. Transformational leadership is considered to be able to meet the demands of Gen Z who want an innovative and flexible work environment. This study uses a quantitative method with survey data from 50 respondents of PT. Alfamart Se-Cikarang. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics (SmartPLS) to see the relationship and influence between transformational leadership variables, innovation culture, and employee engagement. The results of the study show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on the culture of innovation and employee engagement. The culture of innovation has also been proven to mediate the relationship bet employee.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pemimpin wanita dalam pendidikan Islam, khususnya di Madrasah Aliyah, yang sering dihadapkan pada stereotip gender dan keterbatasan sumber daya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional dan partisipatif oleh Dwi Lisa Yudhistira, S.Pd., di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Falah dan memahami dampaknya terhadap kualitas pendidikan di madrasah tersebut. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional Dwi Lisa, yang berfokus pada visi, inspirasi, dan motivasi, berhasil menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang dinamis dan kolaboratif. Pendekatan partisipatifnya meningkatkan kolaborasi dan rasa memiliki di antara guru, staf, dan siswa. Meskipun menghadapi stereotip gender, Dwi Lisa mampu mengatasinya melalui konsistensi kinerja dan inovasi, termasuk integrasi teknologi dan diversifikasi program ekstrakurikuler. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan praktis tentang peran kepemimpinan wanita dalam pendidikan Islam dan dapat menjadi referensi bagi institusi lain dalam mengembangkan kepemimpinan yang efektif dan inklusif.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil Kemampuan Siswa Menganalisis Gaya Bahasa Cerpen “Sampan Zulaiha” Karya Hasan Al banna oleh Siswa Kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Lawe Bulan Tahun Pembelajaran 2023/2024. Adapun yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI yang berjumlah 38 orang dan sampel berjumlah 18 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan rancangan one group test design. Dari pengelolahan data di peroleh nilai rata-rata tes siswa sebesar 83,33 dan termasuk dalam kategori baik, dengan standar deviasinya sebesar 4,41 dan standard error sebesar 1,07. dan jika di kaitkan dengan nilai KKM mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia untuk SMA sebesar 75 maka termasuk dalam kategori baik. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada Kemampuan Siswa Menganalisis Gaya Bahasa Cerpen “Sampan Zulaiha” Karya Hasan Al banna oleh Siswa Kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Lawe Bulan Tahun Pembelajaran 2023/2024.

This study aims to analyze the intuitive thinking skills of junior high school students in solving geometric problems based on their learning styles: visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. The research employed a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through a learning style questionnaire to categorize students, problem-solving tests on geometric shapes, and in-depth interviews to explore students' intuitive thinking abilities. The findings indicate that students with a visual learning style exhibit stronger intuitive thinking skills compared to those with auditory and kinesthetic learning styles. Visual learners provided clear and well-structured answers aligned with intuitive thinking indicators such as Catalytic Inference, Power of Synthesis, and Common Sense. Conversely, auditory learners tended to give less detailed answers, although they could identify relevant information. Kinesthetic learners offered brief and less detailed responses, particularly in specifying measurements and units in their calculations. These findings underscore the importance of understanding students' diverse learning styles to optimize mathematics teaching strategies, particularly in enhancing problem-solving skills and intuitive thinking.

This research examines Bogor Palace as an architectural text that represents a fusion of European and tropical styles through a semiotic approach. Bogor Palace is not only a symbol of Dutch colonial power but also reflects the adaptation of Indonesian culture and tropical environment. This research aims to reveal the meanings and symbols contained in the architectural elements of Bogor Palace, such as symmetrical facades, tall pillars, large windows, cross ventilation, and steep roofs. Using semiotic methods, this research analyzes how these elements function as signs that represent aesthetic, historical and ecological values. The results show that the European architectural style of Bogor Palace, reflected through classical structures such as pillars and decorative ornaments, symbolizes the status of power and the influence of colonial culture. On the other hand, tropical elements such as cross ventilation, spacious terraces, and steep roofs represent adaptation to local environmental conditions, while symbolizing harmony between humans and nature. The symbolism in this design not only serves to fulfill functional needs, but also creates a visual narrative that reflects the dialog between foreign and local cultures. The study concludes that Bogor Palace is an artifact rich in semiotic meaning, where each architectural element contains messages about history, culture and ecological adaptation. This research contributes to the study of colonial architecture, particularly in understanding how historic buildings can be interpreted as sign systems that represent cultural and environmental complexities.
