The highest sovereignty lies in the hands of the people and is carried out based on the Constitution". Likewise, Article 1 paragraph (3) which reads: "The State of Indonesia is a State of Law". Previously known as a state based on law (rechtsstaat). This concept is an elaboration of the Rule of Law concept, guided by the continental European legal system. From the perspective of understanding people's sovereignty, the highest sovereignty lies in the hands of the people. The highest power in the hands of the people is limited by the agreement that they themselves determine together which is stated in the rules of law which culminates in the formulation of the constitution as a product of the highest agreement of all the people. The democratic system as stated in Article 1 Paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, that: "is marked by direct democracy by the people, from the people, and for the people". So the head of state who before the amendment was elected by the MPR RI has changed where he is elected directly by the people through the election of the president and vice president and even regional heads (regional elections). Government for the people means that the power given from and by the people to the government must be exercised for the benefit of the people. Therefore, there needs to be government sensitivity to the needs of the people and to the aspirations of the people which need to be accommodated and then followed up through the issuance of policies or through the implementation of government work programs. This paper uses normative legal research conducted with a statutory and conceptual regulatory approach which will later assess the Indonesian General Election in the Pancasila.

Intercondylar fractures of the femur are complex intra-articular injuries involving the medial and lateral condyles at the distal end of the femur bone, just above the knee joint. These injuries are commonly caused by high-energy trauma, such as motor vehicle accidents or falls from significant heights. This study presents a case report of a 23-year-old unemployed female patient. The assessment tools used included the Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) for evaluating pain intensity, a goniometer for measuring the range of motion (ROM), Manual Muscle Testing (MMT) for assessing muscle strength, and the Lysholm Knee Scoring Scale for evaluating functional activity. After three physiotherapy sessions conducted over three weeks, the patient demonstrated a reduction in pain, an improvement in muscle strength, an increased joint range of motion, and enhanced functional activity. A rehabilitation program consisting of Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS), forced knee flexion with a quadriceps board, active knee flexion and extension exercises with a gym ball, stretching exercises, and active functional training was found to be effective in improving the patient's post-operative outcomes following malunion intercondylar femur fracture (right) post-ORIF.

This study discusses the effectiveness of speed reading techniques in learning Arabic at the Darut Tauhid Patemon Islamic Boarding School. Speed reading skills are very important for students to understand Arabic texts, such as classical books and other Islamic literature, in a shorter time. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the speed reading techniques applied in this Islamic boarding school are divided into three levels: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. The technique for beginners emphasizes the introduction of letters and harakat, mastery of understanding using the flashcard method, and repeated reading exercises using the shadowing method. At the intermediate level, students are trained to use skimming and scanning techniques, reading in phrases using the eye movement control method, and understanding the context of the text. Meanwhile, the advanced level focuses on evaluating understanding, discussion, and oral speed reading tests. Although this technique has proven effective in improving reading skills, there are several obstacles, such as limited understanding of students and lack of intensive practice outside of formal class hours. Therefore, a more optimal mentoring strategy is needed, such as increasing comprehension exercises, using technology in learning, and additional training for students who experience difficulties. With proper application, speed reading techniques can improve students' competence in understanding the texts they have mastered.

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune disease that causes chronic inflammation in the joints, causing pain, swelling, and limited movement. Heat therapy is one of the effective methods to relieve RA symptoms because it can improve blood circulation, relax muscles, and reduce joint stiffness. This study designed and analyzed an Arduino IDE-based rheumatic therapy device with two main features: a waist heater using a DC Heater and a back electrostimulator through the L298N module. The device has three operating modes (Low, Medium, High) that regulate the pulse delay to adjust the patient's comfort. An input temperature of 50°C is programmed to provide optimal warmth. The measurement results showed that the output voltage of the power supply was 4.51 V with an error of 9%, the microcontroller input was 4.98 V with an error of 0.4%, the output of the L298N driver was 23.9 V, and the input of the DC Heater was 4.98 V with an error of 0.4%. All values are within safe tolerance limits. The 15- and 25-minute temperature stability tests show a small difference between the temperature of the appliance and the thermocouple, indicating stable and accurate appliance performance. Based on the results of technical analysis and temperature testing, this rheumatic therapy tool is considered suitable for use as an alternative to non-pharmacological therapy for RA patients.

Myogenic low back pain is a complaint of pain in the lower back area caused by disorders of muscle tissue or tendons, without nerve involvement. This complaint is often experienced by individuals who perform repetitive physical activities or maintain a hunched sitting position for long periods, resulting in muscle fatigue and discomfort. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of McKenzie Exercise and infrared therapy in reducing myogenic low back pain. The study design used a one-group pre- and post-test with control design, with a total of 20 employees in the rehabilitation unit of RSU Medika Tanjung Mulia who had met the inclusion criteria. Subjects were randomly divided into two groups: Group I received McKenzie Exercise and infrared therapy interventions along with standard hospital therapy, while Group II only received standard hospital therapy. Pain levels were measured using a Numeric Rating Scale before and after the intervention. The results of statistical analysis showed a significant reduction in pain in both groups after the intervention, with a p value = 0.000 (p < 0.05). In addition, the results of the comparison between groups showed that the group receiving McKenzie Exercise and infrared therapy experienced a greater reduction in pain than the control group. This suggests that the combination of McKenzie Exercise and infrared therapy is more effective in reducing myogenic low back pain. This study recommends the use of both interventions as part of the physiotherapy management of low back pain caused by muscle disorders.
