Pendidikan karakter adalah pendidikan, nilai, kebiasaan, akhlak, budi pekerti, yang ditujukan untuk memaksimalkan potensi siswa dalam mengambil kebijakan yang benar dan buruk, memelihara yang baik, menciptakan dan menyebarkan kebaikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan menyebarkannya dengan segenap hati. Maksud dari penelitian ini adalah agar tahu bagaimana peran guru agama Islam serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penerapan pendidikan karakter pada peserta didik di SMP N 1 BONJOL. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan berbagai metode yang ada untuk mendiskripsikan apa yang diamati dalam bentuk bahasa, tulisan dan perilaku manusia. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua informan yaitu informan kunci adalah guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dan informan pendukung adalah wakil kepala sekolah dan peserta didik. Hasil penelitian yang penulis lakukan di SMP N 1 BONJOL menunjukkan bahwa guru Pendidikan Agama Islam berperan sebagai teladan, pembimbing, dan guru yang penyayang dalam penerapan pendidikan karakter. Dalam hal melaksanakan peran tersebut, terdapat faktor yang mendukung dan yang menghambat bagi guru agama Islam untuk menerapkan pendidikan karakter pada peserta didik, yaitu: faktor pendukung adalah kegiatan yang diadakan di sekolah serta lingkungan keluarga dan masyarakat yang baik, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah faktor internal yang disebabkan oleh diri siswa itu sendiri dan ketidaktahuan peserta didik yang menghambat penerapan pendidikan karakter. Faktor eksternal yang berasal dari lingkungan luar seperti pertemanan di luar sekolah yang kurang baik serta penyalahgunaan media sosial yang tidak dikontrol oleh orang tua.

This research aims to: Find out the role of PPKn teachers in instilling moral awareness in students at the Imelda Medan Private Middle School. Researchers used qualitative descriptive methods. This research data is the basis and main capital for forming students' character and strengthening national identity, namely the cultivation of morals in education. The role of civic education teachers in instilling students' moral awareness is to provide learning motivation for students. The three moral components are knowledge, feelings and actions. The data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation. The researcher concluded that the solution to the problems faced by teachers in fostering students' moral awareness is by teachers becoming good individuals so that students can emulate them.

This research seek to show how social studies teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Maumere help class VII students develop an honest, disciplined, pious, and responsible character. This study employs a qualitative methodology and uses methods including observation, interviews, and documentation to gather data. According to the study's findings, teachers play a significant impact in influencing class VII students' character development, particularly when it comes to social studies instruction. Because teachers not only instruct students in moral principles on a theoretical level, but also set an example for them, their job in forming students' character has been optimally carried out.

The aim of this research is to determine the role of the school principal as a leader in enhancing the professional competence of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Siborongborong. The method employed in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were the school principal and teachers. Data analysis techniques included data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings of this research describe the role of the school principal as a leader in improving the professional competence of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Siborongborong. The roles of the school principal as a leader involve providing guidance and supervision to all educators by holding joint meetings, enhancing the willingness and capabilities of educational staff through specific evaluations conducted three times a year to enhance the professional competence of teachers, establishing two-way communication by engaging in regular communication with all educators almost every day, and delegating tasks to all educators and educational staff, such as carrying out learning evaluations for all teachers, students, and all personnel serving at SMK Negeri 1 Siborongborong with the aim of enhancing the professional competence of teachers.

The aim of this research is to determine the role of knowledge played by Christian Religious Education teachers as mentors in efforts to overcome students' learning difficulties in class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Muara for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research hypothesis is that the role of Christian Religious Education teachers as mentors in efforts to overcome the learning difficulties of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Muara for the 2023/2024 academic year is > 75% of what was expected. The population is all students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Muara for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians, totaling 102 people. The research sample was determined by random sampling at 35% from 102 people, namely 36 people. This research method is a descriptive quantitative inferential method with a research instrument using a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing using the t test formula obtained a value of tcount=10.576>ttable=2.042. The tcount value is in the curve area of ​​rejection of H0 and acceptance of Ha. Thus, it can be concluded that the accepted research hypothesis is that the role of Christian Religious Education teachers as mentors in efforts to overcome the learning difficulties of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Muara Belajar in 2023/2024 is > 75% of the expected 84.84%. However, there are several teacher roles that must be improved, including: 1) The role of providing reinforcement in the form of enthusiasm, with a value of 3.22. 2) Role in helping students to make good friends with other friends, with a value of 3.08. 3) Role in providing feedback to students who are slow in learning, with a value of 3.19. 4) Role in using media or learning tools, with a value of 3.17. Some of these roles are in the good category and it is hoped that teachers will be able to achieve their achievements so that they become very good.

This study aims to find aind about the efforts of Aqidah Moral teachers in instilling studets moral values, and what moral values are instilled by Aqidah Akhlak teachers in their students, and also what factors are the constraints of moral aqidah teachers in instilling moral values. Towards fifth grade students Mis Al Fikri, Kamama Mekar Village, Gu District, Central Buton Regency The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, namely describing various events and information obtained during the research. The subjects in this study were aqidah akhlak teachers and fifth grade students Mis Al Fikri, Kamama Mekar Village, as for data collection, namely observation, documentation, and interviews. The results obtained in this study are the way in which the teacher`s aqidah akhlak instills moral values, namely through effective learning. The teacher becomes a role model for studets and the teacher familiarizes students with good things. The moral values that are instilled by the teacher of aqeedah morals are about being honest, politeness and discipline, while the factors faced by teachers off aqeedah morals are technological factors that are developing rapidly at this time the awareness students own as well as environmental factors.

His research uses a type of field research (field study) using a qualitative approach. PAI teachers at Nurul Huda Vocational School play an important role in preventing radicalism. He designed a radicalism prevention program in three parts, namely Prevention, Supervision and Development. Not all activities he plans can be implemented well. However, in general the activities carried out by PAI Vocational School Teacher Nurul Huda are sufficient to describe himself as a teacher, guide, trainer and educator. 6 activities lead to confinement as a Teacher, 3 activities direct to confinement as a Guide, 5 activities direct to confinement as a Trainer, and 3 activities direct to confinement as an Educator. Second, there are obstacles in implementing the radicalism prevention program designed and implemented by PAI teachers at Nurul Huda Vocational School. These include the minimal ability of students to write scientific papers, the lack of audio-visual facilities, no funds allocated by schools for radicalism prevention programs, minimal internal motivation within students, and the internet which allows students to be exposed to radicalism at any time.

Curriculum is a tool used to achieve educational goals used by schools dynamically and progressively. This study discusses the role of PAI teachers in implementing the Independent Curriculum at SDN 77 Teladan Village, this research includes using field research with a qualitative approach by observing existing data in the field using qualitative data analysis methods. In this research, the main data sources that were determined to obtain data according to the problems to be studied were: Principals of SDN 77 Teladan Village, and Islamic Religious Education Teachers. Meanwhile, secondary data sources or data that are indirectly obtained from documents or other people who provide data indirectly. The results of the study showed that: The role of PAI teachers in implementing the Independent Curriculum at SDN 77 Teladan Village has not been carried out optimally. The role of the Islamic Religious Education teacher in the preparation and implementation of the evaluation has not been carried out properly. This was obtained from the answers of the informants who stated regarding the Role of the PAI Teacher in implementing the Independent Curriculum, the results obtained were that from preparation to evaluation it had been carried out in accordance with the Free Curriculum guidelines, but there were also obstacles in implementing the Independent Curriculum which were obtained by researchers from informants and observations, which being an obstacle for PAI Teachers in implementing the Independent Curriculum that one of the obstacles is the facilities and infrastructure that are still inadequate and the media provided by the school so that the teaching and learning process is carried out is still not optimal. As well as the need for an evaluation of the socialization of the independent curriculum so that the goals of the independent curriculum can be implemented even better.

In the research, the author found several things that happened, including: how the role of the Religious Education Teacher as a leader in terms of the Heidelberg Catechism week 12 affects students' interest in learning. And how big is Teacher Pak as a Leader in terms of the Heidelberg Catechism week 12 towards students' interest in learning? The aim is to find out the role of Teachers as Leadership in terms of the Heidelberg Catechism week 12 towards students' interest in learning, to find out how big the role of Teachers as Leadership is as a leader. Leadership is reviewed from the 12th week of the Heidelberg Catechism on students' learning interest. PAK Teacher Leadership is a teacher who fears God, understands the truth of God's word, teaches based on God's word, carries out his duties and responsibilities as a teacher, leader and becomes an example for his students. Meanwhile, students' interest in learning is a desire within a person and a desire from outside that can foster a person's interest in learning. Based on the research results, it shows that the role of Religious Education Teachers as a leadership role is very important in increasing students' interest in learning and the level of Religious Education Teachers' role as leadership towards students' interest in learning.

Educational supervision is a very important thing to do to improve the quality of education. Teacher performance is a result of work achieved by a teacher in carrying out the tasks assigned to him based on skills, experience, and sincerity as well as time.The research method in this thesis is a descriptive qualitative approach, data collection can use primary data sources and secondary data sources, data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation.The results of the study show that the supervisory role of the school principal in improving teacher performance at Nurul Falah Islamic Middle School Mangaran Situbondo is to provide guidance to teachers related to theoretical and practical learning, involve teachers in training, provide opportunities for teachers to take part in various education and training at the cluster or sub-district level regularly, subject teacher deliberations (MGMP), supervising teacher deliberations (MGP), and teacher working groups (KKG), as well as seminar workshop discussions, and provision of learning resources. providing motivation to teachers, collaborating with foundations that oversee the Nurul Falah Islamic Middle School Mangaran Situbondo, school committees, and the community. The motivation of school principals in improving teacher performance at Nurul Falah Islamic Middle School Mangaran Situbondo through regulation of the physical environment, regulation of the work atmosphere, discipline, applying the principles of rewards and punishments.

The purpose of this study was to find out the role of the principal's managerial competence in improving teacher discipline. Factors and factors that hinder and support the principal's managerial competence in improving teacher discipline at SD Inpres Tompotana, Takalar Regency. The results of research conducted by researchers, that the role of the principal in improving teacher discipline, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Principal's Managerial Competence in Improving Teacher Discipline at SD Inpres Tompotana, Takalar Regency. This is very important for teacher independence through various forms of training, namely with the guidance and motivation of the Principal towards the teacher and also from the awareness of the teacher himself in developing the mandate and responsibility as educators who should be an example, a role model for their students, self-discipline training so that Principals, fellow teachers and students can carry out their obligations wholeheartedly, namely arriving on time, being disciplined from various aspects of the school environment so as to create an effective and time-disciplined school. Clinical Supervision is needed by educators to improve professional teacher performance. Through clinical supervision, school principals can carry out coaching related to increasing the competence of teaching staff in carrying out learning in class. Clinical supervision carried out by the principal at SMP Negeri 1 Cikoneng is carried out through stages which globally consist of pre-observation meetings, classroom observations and return meetings or post-observation. As well as follow-up evaluation. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the school principal in the implementation of clinical supervision which has an impact on teacher performance in carrying out teaching and learning activities. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach by studying the facts that occurred, data collection techniques were obtained through interviews with school principals and teaching staff. direct observation and documentation study. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Cikoneng, Ciamis Regency. Improving the performance of teachers at Cikoneng 1 Public Middle School is carried out with various activities, including Supervision of the school principal, Educators are motivated so that supervision activities are the desire and awareness of the teaching staff to improve what they feel still needs to be improved both from making preparations, selecting methods, techniques and learning media, so that the learning process in class is more meaningful and students get a pleasant learning experience. The results of this study include: 1) Implementation of clinical supervision is carried out gradually by the principal at Cikoneng 1 Public Middle School, as a coaching effort for teachers to improve the competence of teaching staff in learning. 2) Principals in carrying out clinical supervision are able to improve teacher performance in learning even better. 3). The principal as a clinical supervisor must understand and have strategies that are able to provide change for educators in teaching and learning activities.

This research examines the impact of the school principal's leadership style on teacher performance and competence at MTs Azzainiyyah Nagrog, Sukabumi. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing surveys to collect data from teachers at the school. The questionnaires focused on leadership styles implemented by the principal and teachers' perceptions of their performance and competence. The results demonstrate that the school principal's leadership style significantly influences teacher performance and competence. Leadership styles emphasizing teacher empowerment, effective communication, and support for professional development contribute to enhanced overall teacher performance and competence. Additionally, inspiring leadership and fostering a positive working climate further improve teacher performance and competence. The research emphasizes the crucial role of school principals in creating a conducive learning environment and motivating teachers to innovate and collaborate. Effective leadership goes beyond managerial aspects and extends to human resource development. The implications of the study are vital for school administrators, especially principals, to adopt more effective leadership strategies to enhance teacher performance and competence. Furthermore, this research enriches the academic knowledge in the field of education, specifically the relationship between school principal leadership styles and teacher performance and competence. Further studies could delve deeper into the factors affecting teacher performance and competence at MTs Azzainiyyah Nagrog. Exploring optimal school principal leadership development for better educational outcomes remains an area of interest for future investigation.

This Community Service Program examines efforts to enhance teachers' digital literacy in online learning. In the era of information technology, information and digital literacy have become crucial. The execution of this Community Service Program aims to improve teachers' understanding of digital literacy. This activity is conducted online in the second weeks of June and July. The provided topics include "Digital Literacy and Its Urgency in Today's Education," "Myths and Misconceptions about Literacy," and "Digital Literacy." The Community Service Team consists of two lecturers from Nahdlatul Ulama University Purwokerto, namely Dian Nastiti, M.Pd., and Indah Ayu Permana Pribadi, S.IP., M.Sos, with student participation. Data is analyzed descriptively and qualitatively to identify potential improvements through this program. The results of this program demonstrate that teachers at MI Maarif Nu Attijani are able to apply digital literacy in online learning. They effectively utilize platforms and instructional media with the guidance of the program team. This research emphasizes the importance of digital literacy for teachers and the success of the program in enhancing the utilization of technology in online learning.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pembelajaran PPKn dalammeningkatkan karakter toleransi. (2) untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru PPKn dalam membentukkarakter toleransi. (3) untuk menganalisis kesulitan apa saja yang dialami guru PPKn dan pesertadidik dalam upaya tersebut.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Kebakkramat. Subjek dalam penelitian iniadalah Kepala sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah, Guru PPKn, dan siswa kelas VII yang berjumlah 11siswa di SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Kebakkramat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahmetode deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukanyaitu dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Guru tidak hanya serta mengajar memberikan materi sajanamun juga memberikan contoh-contoh untuk di implementasikan dengan peserta didik, memberimotivasi menjadi penggerak menjadi mentor dan menyemangati untuk terus mengembangkankarakter yang baik. (2) Upaya atau peran guru PPKn dalam membentuk sikap toleransi melaluikompetensi dasar yang sesuai dengan materi Kebaragaman Masyarakat Indonesia di integrasikandengan RPP. (3) Faktor pendorong dan faktor penghambat yang dapat membentuk karakter toleransipada siswa kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Kebakkramat: a) Faktor pendorong: Kebjikan sekolah,memiliki rasa peduli, dan menghargai perbedaan. b) Faktor penghambat: Mementingkan diri sendiridan memilih dalam berteman.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk : (1) Untuk mengetahui Peran Guru PPKn dalam internalisasi Pancasilasebagai pandangan hidup bangsa untuk penguatan karakter demokratis pada peserta didik kelas VII;(2) Untuk mengetahui hambatan-hambatan yang ditemui Guru PPKn dalam internalisasi Pancasilasebagai pandangan hidup bangsa untuk penguatan karakter demokratis pada peserta didik kelas VII;(3) Untuk mengetahui bahwa internalisasi Pancasila sebagai pandangan hidup bangsa dapatmempengaruhi penguatan karakter demokratis pada peserta didik kelas VII.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Surakarta. Subjek dalam penelitianini: Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah, Guru PPKn Kelas VII, dan Peserta didik Kelas VII.Sumber data menggunakan sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Pengumpulan datadilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan dengantriangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptifkualitatif model interaktif.Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa : 1) Guru PPKn sangat berperan aktif dalamprogram internalisasi Pancasila sebagai pandangan hidup bangsa untuk penguatan karakterdemokratis ini dengan diwujudkannya beberapa budaya sekolah baru yang menarik yaitu:Democrazy Day/pemilihan ketua OSIS, Kartu Haid, serta Kultum dan Adzan bergilir. Selain ituGuru PPKn juga berperan sebagai pengarah, pengawas, dan Pembina dalam implementasinya; 2)hambatan yang ditemui dalam proses berjalannya program Internalisasi Pancasila sebagaipandangan hidup bangsa untuk penguatan karakter demokratis adalah culture shock (budaya kejut;kaget) dan belum sepenuhnya beradaptasi dengan lingkungan baru karena masih dalam masaperalihan; 3)internalisasi Pancasila sebagai pandangan hidup bangsa benar dapat menguatkankarakter demokratis pada peserta didik.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kontekstualisasi asbabun nuzul dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), khususnya dalam menghadapi tantangan dan dinamika era digital. Asbabun nuzul, yang merujuk pada latar belakang historis turunnya ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an, memiliki peran signifikan dalam memperkuat pemahaman konteks teks dan aplikasinya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Di era digital, keberadaan teknologi informasi menawarkan berbagai kemudahan dalam mengakses sumber-sumber Islam, namun di sisi lain juga menghadirkan tantangan, seperti informasi yang terfragmentasi dan potensi misinterpretasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka dan wawancara mendalam pada guru PAI di beberapa sekolah menengah di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi asbabun nuzul dalam pembelajaran PAI mampu memperkaya pemahaman siswa terhadap nilai-nilai Al-Qur'an yang relevan dengan tantangan modern, seperti etika bermedia sosial, pengelolaan konflik, dan penguatan moderasi beragama. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan kompetensi digital guru, kurikulum yang belum sepenuhnya adaptif, serta pengaruh media sosial yang sering kali mendistorsi narasi Islam. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan kurikulum PAI yang lebih kontekstual dan berbasis digital, pelatihan guru terkait literasi digital Islam, serta kolaborasi dengan platform teknologi untuk menghadirkan konten asbabun nuzul yang autentik dan menarik. Dengan langkah ini, asbabun nuzul dapat menjadi media efektif dalam membangun pemahaman agama yang relevan dan kontributif di era digital.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi Pondok Pesantren Syafa’ah Darussalam Denpasar yang lingkungan heterogen. Dengan agama mayoritas di tengah umat beragama rawan terjadi gesekan yang menimbulkan suasana tidak kondusif di lingkungan tersebut. Peran kiai sangatlah menentukan. Kiai terjun langsung dalam memberikan dorongan kepada siswa dalam meningkatkan kerukunan hidup umat beragama. Adapun fokus masalah dalam penelitian ini ada dua fokus: 1. Bagaimana peranan kiai dalam meningkatkan kerukunan hidup umat beragama di lingkungan pondok pesantren syafa’ah darussalam denpasar tahun pelajaran 2023/2024, 2. Bagaimana hambatan dan solusi dalam meningkatkan kerukunan hidup umat beragama tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran kiai dalam memimpin masyarakat terdapat tiga strategi utama yakni: memahami kondisi masyarakat, memberikan bantuan, fokus membangun kerukunan. Kiai berperan sebagai suri teladan yang dipercaya untuk membimbing masyarakat sekitar. Kiai juga dipercaya sebagai guru dalam mentransfer pengetahuan tentang  kerukunan di lingkungan masyarakat. Pondok Pesantren Syafa’ah Darussalam ini berhasil menjalankan prinsip-prinsip kerukunan dengan baik. Adapun hambatan, yakni: pengelolaan parkir, kurangnya komunikasi, dan beberapa warga berprasangka negatif. Hambatan-hambatan kecil tersebut dapat diatasi dengan solusi, yakni: memberikan pengertian kepada santri agar tidak menyimpang, pendekatan intensif dengan masyarakat, berpartisipasi aktif kegiatan sosial di masyarakat, berdialog secara langsung dengan masyarakat sekitar.

The teacher has a strategic position at the forefront of efforts to build the nation, in this case the field of education, as their performance in all educational activities is determined by how well they perform at the institutional, instructional, and experimental levels. This study aims to investigate the extent to which the personality competence of PAI teachers at Karang Arum Middle School in Cilengkrang District, Bandung Regency, play a role in the development of the religious character of their students' profiles. The results of this research show a substantial positive association between the dependent variable in this study, the formation of the students' religious character, and the teacher's personality competence as an independent variable. With it, Personality Competence significantly aids in the development of its students' religious character. In conclusion, for those in charge of making decisions, it is unquestionably necessary to develop the personality skills of the teachers if you want to raise the caliber of students' religious character.
