This paper discusses Christ wanting His church to have firm trust/faith in Him. A church that has true knowledge of Him, remains true to the truth of the Bible, and grows in love for God and fellow human beings. A church that increasingly increases its personal relationship with God and is brave in assuming responsibility and church service. This paper analyzes how the existence of cell groups greatly contributes and influences a person's spiritual growth, especially in terms of maturing congregation members to participate in ministry. In cell groups there is two-way communication, there is interaction in it, which is different from sermons which are only one-way. In a group, all members of the congregation have more opportunities to study the Bible than in worship on Sundays which only involve listening. The enthusiasm to preserve the values of Pancasila becomes the soul and "spirit" that maintains the integrity of the Nation and Indonesia. Indonesia, which has various differences, remains united with the motto "Bhinneka Tunggal Ika". This motto is realized in real action based on an attitude of openness, solidarity and love for the integrity of the Unity State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI). This awareness was born from the belief that the noble values of Pancasila can unite the Republic of Indonesia with all its diversity. The aim of this research is to raise collective awareness of the reality of diversity being a legacy of the ancestors and founders of the Republic of Indonesia that is maintained and developed, not as a vice versa which threat for unity. To explore this theme, the researchers used the library research method. Through the data found, the researchers processes it systematically and critically. The diversity that exists on the archipelago is a "gift" from Allah, the creator of the universe. The plurality of ethnicities, religions, races and groups (SARA) is the uniqueness and beauty of Indonesia compared to other countries. An important implication to be promoted is respect for ethnic, cultural and religious differences as beautiful "flowers" in harmonious living together. In this way, every citizen tries to live up to the values of Pancasila. Pancasila is a modus vivendi that mobilizes groups of citizens to contribute to the construction of a "new home" in this country by uniting the vision, mission and sense of national solidarity.

The study of dialogue in the context of pluralism of religions (multi-religious), which is also linked to the implementation of missions or preaching in religions, is not a new issue in the study of theology and the study of religions; considered by the author to be important to continue to study. The reason why dialogue linked to mission is being discussed at this time is firstly, dialogue that assumes acceptance between fellow religious believers displays the murky reality of harmonious relations between religious believers. Good dialogue to be developed by religious communities is dialogue of action and dialogue of life as a form of dialogue that is correlational and globally responsible. Second, Christian mission can be understood as an effort to lift humanity from its downturned reality.

How Christian teachings teach human responsibility to protect and care for the environment, by citing biblical teachings that support sustainable social justice. This can also include efforts by churches and Christian communities to promote ecological practices and promote some of their missions. In the context of Christian teachings, it is important to explain that the concept of environmental responsibility comes from the belief that God created the universe and empowered humans to protect it (Genesis 2:15). This encourages Christians to take responsibility for their actions towards nature and living creatures. Many Christian denominations emphasize the importance of preserving the environment as part of their moral and ethical obligations. They view environmental destruction as a violation of God's obligation to protect the earth. Awareness of the importance of the environment is a process that must be initiated for the survival of future generations, so that it is not affected by irresponsible human behavior today. The aim of environmental education is to introduce different values and clarify concepts in order to develop the attitudes and skills needed to understand and appreciate the interrelationships of humans, culture and the biophysical environment. The aim of this research is to dig deeper into the development of environmental awareness in Christian education.

We often find organizations that are not running according to their goals or are less effective because they do not have the resources relevant to their needs. Some of these organizations will not survive in the long term in the competitive business landscape. In this case, Human Resource Development (HR) is a fundamental parameter for the success and achievement of the organization's goals to continue to exist. Based on a literature review, the concept of developing an HR organization needs to pay attention to aspects of employee competence, talent and resilience. The competency aspect is the potential for long-term value and a potential source of the company's competitive advantage. The talent aspect is an important point for a company to occupy the position it needs, and with the toughness aspect, employees are able to face competition and overcome difficulties to become opportunities to achieve greater achievements. Therefore, the vision, mission and hopes of an organization can bring success.

This research aims to determine the influence of pastoral care on the involvement of people in diaconal duties. The research method used is a qualitative method through in-depth interviews with several sources involved in diakonia tasks. The research results show that pastoral care has a significant role in increasing people's awareness of the call to serve, providing the skills and knowledge needed to carry out diaconal duties effectively. Pastoral care acts as the main bridge in carrying out Christ's mission to gather those who need service. Through pastoral care, people feel restored in their faith, receive spiritual and practical support, and become involved in church services. Although this goal is sometimes difficult to achieve, pastoral care can increase people's involvement in diaconal duties with direct impacts in the form of growth in faith, new awareness, personality development, and optimism in living life. However, the influence of pastoral care on community involvement is not yet visible, because there are other influencing factors. Suggestions from this research are the need to further increase people's understanding of pastoral care, strengthen personal relationships between pastors and people, and develop spiritual education programs to understand the importance of diakonia and encourage active involvement in church services.

The global ecological crisis, which also affects Kalimantan, calls for a new approach that is integral, spiritual, and contextual. This article explores the integration of the vision of integral ecology in the encyclical Laudato Si’ with the local wisdom values of the Dayak people of Kalimantan in shaping ecological awareness among Catholic youth. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach and contextual hermeneutic method, this study examines the relationship between local spiritual traditions—such as the huma betang philosophy and rituals honoring nature—and theological teachings on the integrity of creation. The findings reveal a profound harmony between Dayak ecological spirituality and Catholic ecological theology. Contextual ecological education—through participatory and cultural dialogue approaches—proves effective in fostering ecological conversion among youth. The article concludes that contextual dialogue between local traditions and Catholic ecological theology not only strengthens ecological praxis but also enriches grounded and transformative faith reflection. The Church is called to be a facilitator of change by integrating local values into its ecological mission in a prophetic and participatory manner.
