The implementation of predictive maintenance has shown to reduce machine downtime by 20% and improve operational efficiency in manufacturing plants in Jakarta and Surabaya. This paper discusses the technical design of the predictive maintenance system, its economic impact on production costs, and implications for Indonesia's industrial sector.

The integration of Green Internet of Things (Green IoT) systems in agriculture presents a promising solution for addressing critical challenges in water and energy usage. This study investigates the impact of real-time monitoring and data-driven irrigation control on resource optimization in precision agriculture. By incorporating soil moisture sensors, solar-powered IoT devices, and data analytics, the system aims to reduce water and energy consumption, enhancing sustainability in farming practices. The research finds that the Green IoT system can reduce water usage by up to 40% compared to traditional methods, while energy consumption is decreased by approximately 25% through the use of solar energy. The study also explores the advantages of implementing IoT-enabled systems, which ensure precise water delivery, preventing over-watering and under-watering, thereby improving crop yields and reducing waste. Despite these positive outcomes, the research identifies key challenges such as high initial costs, limited infrastructure in rural areas, and concerns related to data security. These barriers hinder the widespread adoption of Green IoT systems, especially in developing agricultural regions. The study suggests that further research should explore the long-term economic implications of Green IoT adoption and investigate ways to overcome technical and financial challenges. Additionally, expanding the scope of Green IoT to other agricultural sectors, such as livestock farming, could enhance its applicability and overall impact on agricultural sustainability.

Character and moral education of children plays a crucial role in shaping a quality person. This research aims to analyze the role of parents in children's character and moral education in Rotonongo Hamlet, Gerdu, Karangpandan. This hamlet was chosen because its unique social and cultural context can provide in-depth insights into how the local environment influences children's character and moral development. A qualitative approach was used in data collection, through observations and interviews to understand parental behavior, values instilled, and character education strategies in the family environment. The results of the study are expected to provide a better understanding of the relationship between the role of parents and children's character education in Rotonongo Hamlet, as well as its implications for the development of effective character education programs that are appropriate to the local context. The conclusions of this study are expected to provide valuable contributions to efforts to improve the morality of the younger generation through the role of parents in the family environment.

This study aims to describe and understand the impact of domestic violence (DV) on children who are victims or witnesses of violence that occurs in the household. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 3 respondents consisting of 2 parents who divorced due to domestic violence and 1 child who experienced domestic violence. The data were analyzed using narrative analysis techniques. The results showed that domestic violence has a serious and diverse impact on children, both physically, psychologically and socially. This impact is influenced by several factors, such as the type, frequency, intensity, and duration of violence, age, gender, and characteristics of the child, as well as support and protection provided by other parties. This research provides contributions, implications and suggestions for the development of science, practice and further research.

Bullying is an aggressive behavior that threatens and intimidates someone, often driven by an individual's sense of superiority. Research indicates that verbal bullying, especially among teenage girls, is associated with factors such as lack of family attention, social pressure, and exposure to violence through social media. The impact of bullying includes mental health disorders, disruptions in interpersonal relationships, and negative influences on education. Children who are victims of bullying face social challenges, fear of attending school, high absenteeism rates, and academic difficulties. The current era's developments have given rise to cyberbullying, resulting in serious implications for mental and physical health, as well as potential dangers to an individual's safety. Despite experiencing negative effects, some bullying victims still achieve satisfactory academic performance, demonstrating resilience. Solutions involve multi-party interventions, with roles for teachers, counselors, students, and parents. Teachers need to manage interactions in the classroom, counselors provide psychological support, and class discussions create an open environment. Parental involvement is crucial in providing support to students experiencing ostracism. All aim to create an inclusive classroom environment, minimize bullying, and promote positive behavior among young people.

This research aims to explore teachers' perceptions of the development of the Merdeka Curriculum on Nias Island. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews with a number of teachers in schools on Nias Island. Thematic analysis was used to identify patterns and key themes that emerged from conversations with teachers. The results of the study highlighted the different views, challenges and expectations of teachers regarding the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. The findings provide valuable insights into how educators in the region are responding to and managing the dynamics of the development of the new curriculum. The implications of the findings of this study are expected to provide guidance for improving the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Nias Island and similar areas.

The study adopts a qualitative field research method. Effective performance evaluation has been found to enhance employee competence and motivation, while ineffective evaluation can have negative repercussions such as employee complaints, decreased motivation, and turnover. Critical factors influencing the customer friend team's performance include inter-team coordination, customer engagement, and interpersonal communication skills. Training and skill fulfillment are also vital in improving employee performance. Effective performance evaluation aids RSUD Bogor City in enhancing employee competence, work motivation, and achieving organizational goals optimally. The research methodology used in this type of research is descriptive quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis models. The results of this study are that understanding debt and financial literacy affect consumptive behavior, while understanding usury and religiosity do not affect consumptive behavior. The implications of this research are expected to contribute insight into the use of Shopee PayLater on consumptive behavior. This study aims to analyze consumer responses to the queue phenomenon that occurs at Cipatik Public Fuel Filling Station (SPBU). Queues at gas stations are often a major concern for consumers, affecting customer satisfaction and the operational performance of gas stations. This study identifies the main factors that influence consumer response to queues, focusing on queue cases, waiting time, and consumer feelings regarding service. The research method used a quantitative approach through a consumer survey involving a representative sample of Cipatik gas station users. Data was collected through a questionnaire covering aspects such as consumer perception of service speed, queue efficiency, and overall satisfaction level. The results of data analysis show that there is a lack of consumer satisfaction with the queues that occur at Cipatik Service Station, West Bandung Regency. Therefore, it is necessary to improve queue management by the gas station. The addition of filling pump lines needs to be addressed so that the service level can increase. In addition, shorter waiting times and a more efficient service experience are considered by consumers as key factors in increasing their satisfaction. The findings of this study provide valuable insights for Cipatik Service Station management and relevant stakeholders to improve queue management and increase customer satisfaction. The practical implications of this study can assist policy makers in developing more effective operational strategies to address queuing issues and improve consumer experience at the gas station.

Analyzing the impact of PBV, DER, and PER on stock prices, including the influence of PBV and DER on PER, and the intervening role of PER in the PBV and DER dynamics, this study involves nine pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, utilizing SmartPLS software. Findings indicate PBV significantly affects stock prices, whereas DER and PER show negligible impact. Both PBV and DER do not influence PER, and PER refrains from intervening in the interplay between PBV and DER concerning stock prices. Despite investor assessments prioritizing book value over indebtedness, the EPS-represented stock acquisition holds minimal influence on investor decisions, leading to PER's inconspicuous impact on stock prices. Contributions of DER and PER to stock values, implications of PBV and DER on PER, and PER's intervening role in the PBV-DER dyad have relatively small effects on stock prices. Consequently, the hypotheses, except for PBV's distinctive influence on stock valuations, are rejected in this intricate analysis.

However, MP-ASI must be given according to the baby's age and needs. The application for preparing a balanced nutritional menu for babies is a digital technology that is useful for making it easier for mothers to prepare an appropriate and balanced menu for their little ones.
