Social media plays a crucial role in contemporary society, serving as a platform for individuals to connect, engage, and share information. The main issue addressed in this research is how social media can be utilized in the context of Christian ethics. The goal of this study is to investigate how social media is employed in the context of Christian ethics. This research approach involves the use of literature or literacy research. Christian ethics is the moral code followed by Christians, rooted in the teachings of God's word. The Bible serves as the cornerstone of God's teachings, providing guidance for Christian individuals living according to the principles of God's Kingdom. Every Christian should be mindful of their behavior on social media and always adhere to laws and regulations. Religious guidelines. In accordance with Christian ethics, social media usage should embody values like love, forgiveness, and respect towards others.

Implementation of the principles of the rule of law and Pancasila democracy in the context of protecting the rights of every human being in Indonesia. The values associated with Pancasila, in protecting one's rights, are very diverse. The first value of Pancasila, if it is related to the rights that every human being has, means affirming recognition of God the Creator. The second value is that humans have equal dignity and rights that must be respected by each other. The values of Pancasila must be put forward in order to unite the Indonesian nation, so that the Indonesian state becomes one united nation. The fourth principle, if related to the rights possessed by humans, emphasizes the importance of fair distribution of resources and opportunities, as well as being able to overcome all forms of injustice in society. Finally, the fifth principle is related to the rights possessed by every human being, meaning that the value of Pancasila places greater emphasis on the importance of democratic governance, by providing space for participation for citizens to be active in society.

This article discusses the role of Islamic economic mitigation in achieving social justice and economic sustainability in the context of natural disasters. The main focus of this research is how the principles and instruments of Islamic economics, such as zakat, infaq, alms, waqf, andIslamic microfinance institutionscan be used to reduce the social and economic impact of natural disasters. Islamic economics, based on the principles of social justice and redistribution of wealth, offers a holistic and sustainable approach to dealing with disasters. These instruments are capable of providing immediate and effective assistance, as well as supporting long-term rehabilitation and development programs. This research uses a descriptive analysis method with a library research approach. The research results show that Islamic economics not only functions as an economic system, but also as a mechanism for achieving social justice and economic sustainability, which can significantly increase society's resilience to future disasters. This paper emphasizes that the application of Islamic economic principles can be an effective and sustainable solution in dealing with the macroeconomic impacts of natural disasters.

The Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu) has a crucial role in ensuring the sustainability of democracy and the validity of general election results. In the digital era, technology has an influential role in facilitating the process of socialization regarding election schedules and programs, and can increase people's knowledge, understanding and awareness of their rights and responsibilities in elections. In its use, it is hoped that it can simplify the work of election organizers and provide access to information, transparency and accountability to the public as part of professional and trustworthy public services. This supervisory function and task is very important to ensure that the election implementation process remains in accordance with the principles and principles of election administration. Supervision Model in the Digital Era in General Elections, in this case, public participation is mandatory at every stage of the election/general election. This study aims to analyze the effect of oil and gas exports on the Indonesian economy using the national values approach based on the 1945 Constitution. This research is motivated by the strategic role of the oil and gas sector in the national economy and the importance of implementing national values in the management and utilization of the oil and gas sector for the welfare of the people. The methodology used is analysis with data obtained from literature studies related to Indonesia's oil and gas exports. The results showed that oil and gas exports have a significant influence on the Indonesian economy, both in terms of state revenue, trade balance, and contribution to Gross Domestic Product (GDP). However, the management of the oil and gas sector still faces several challenges, including fluctuations in world oil prices, declining production, and environmental issues. The implementation of national values based on the 1945 Constitution in this analysis includes the principle of benefits for the people of Indonesia, sustainable management of natural resources, and equitable distribution of welfare. This study suggests that Indonesia's oil and gas export policy should be more directed towards strengthening national energy security, economic diversification, as well as implementing the principles of sustainable development and social justice in accordance with the values contained in the 1945 Constitution.

This research was conducted with the aim of providing information about Islam and Pancasila Democratic Economics with Islamic criticism of Capitalist and socialist Economics. The research method uses literature study, by explaining theories related to titles obtained from books, journals and online media. This research found that when juxtaposed Islamic economics and Pancasila economics have the same concept and aim at human welfare and justice. The capitalist and socialist economic systems have been criticized by Islamic economics because of injustice, exploitation and imbalance. By integrating Islamic economic principles, Indonesia can develop a more just, stable and sustainable economic system in accordance with the values ​​of Pancasila and Islamic teachings.

In the perspective of Abu Hamid Muhammad Al-Ghazali, the relationship between Sufism (Tasawuf) and Islamic theology (Kalam) plays a crucial role in understanding and practicing Islam. However, fasting is not intended to be difficult, as stated in the Qur'an, Surah Al-Baqarah: 185, which emphasizes ease rather than hardship in fasting. Besides its spiritual aspects, fasting also has health benefits, such as helping patients with obesity and heart disease. For patients with chronic kidney disease who require hemodialysis, fasting can be particularly challenging. Hemodialysis is a life-saving method that involves cleaning the blood outside the body. In Islam, there are principles of ushul fiqh that provide rukhsah or legal concessions for those who face difficulties in fulfilling religious obligations due to certain conditions. However, if a kidney failure patient insists on fasting despite having been granted rukhsah, this is known as azimah. This study aims to explore the status of azimah for hemodialysis patients who choose to fast from an Islamic perspective. Using a qualitative approach through literature review and in-depth interviews with fiqh experts, this research seeks to understand the legal implications and medical conditions involved. The results are expected to provide clearer insights into the practice of fasting for hemodialysis patients within the context of Islamic jurisprudence.

Research findings show that Pastor GPP Siaro emphasizes the importance of in-depth teaching, conveying God's word that is relevant to the context of the congregation, as well as empowering the congregation to be active in evangelistic missions. Pastor GPP Siaro also views that defending the faith is not only the task of church leaders, but is the responsibility of every member of the congregation. This research provides valuable insight into effective pastoral strategies in defending and strengthening faith in congregations, as well as the contribution of Bible verses in shaping theological and pastoral practice.

This research aims to determine the role of teachers in shaping the role of Pancasila through Indonesian language learning for students at SMA Budistrya Medan. This research is research that uses a qualitative approach. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire which contains the types of questions that will be distributed. The research subjects or informants involved in this research were teachers and students of Medan Budisatrya High School. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the role of teachers is in shaping the role of Pancasila through learning Indonesian at SMA Budistrya Medan. among other things, providing meaning to the values of the Pancasila principles which can be implemented in everyday life.

This study discusses the concept of taxation in Al-Mawardi's thought and its implementation in the Islamic economic system. Al-Mawardi, in his work Al-Ahkam As-Sultaniyyah, explains that taxes in Islam have a foundation of justice and public benefit. The types of taxes he discussed include zakat, kharaj, jizyah, and usyur, each of which has the aim of maintaining economic stability and social welfare. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The results show that the concept of taxation in Islam focuses more on social balance compared to the conventional taxation system. Al-Mawardi emphasized that taxes must be collected fairly and transparently and used for the public interest to avoid economic inequality. The findings indicate that the principles of taxation in Al-Mawardi's thought are still relevant to the modern taxation system, especially in the aspects of justice, wealth distribution, and tax accountability.

Pancasila as the foundation of the Indonesian state has norms that regulate religious and cultural diversity. However, in practice, diversity is still a task that must be taken seriously.” This article discusses problems that arise due to diversity, such as conflicts between religious, ethnic and cultural communities. The purpose of writing this article is to provide relevant views related to multicultural education and its relationship with the principles of Christian values so that a tolerant nation is born. Indonesia is a nation that has different religions, ethnicities and cultures, but these differences often become one of the triggers for conflict. With the application of a strong multicultural understanding in a nation, Indonesia will become a strong nation and accept differences as heritage. The method used in writing this article is descriptive qualitative method, by conducting a literature review from several relevant sources, describing a thing, phenomenon, or social setting in explaining or describing related to the topic of multicultural and Christian values. By instilling multicultural education with the principles of Christian values (Galatians 5:22-23) such as love, peace, joy, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control is relevant to create a nation that is tolerant, lives in harmony, accepts and respects each other despite having different backgrounds.

The case of dishonorable dismissal for committing a criminal act of office crime shows a significant problem in government governance. The implementation of the rights of every human being can also include various aspects of accountability for the officers involved in this case, namely that they must be responsible for their actions in accordance with applicable regulations, and also a judicial process that is carried out as fairly as possible.

To overcome these challenges, companies must implement ergonomic office equipment to support the physical and mental health of their employees. Modern technology, including artificial intelligence (AI), plays an important role in selecting and customizing ergonomic office equipment to the individual needs of employees. AI analyzes equipment usage and posture data and recommends adjustments to prevent injuries and improve work comfort. The purpose of this study is to discuss the importance of office technology and ergonomics in improving employee productivity and well-being. By integrating advanced technology and ergonomic principles, companies can create a more comfortable and healthy work environment. This not only increases productivity, but also improves job satisfaction, creativity and employee retention. An ergonomic work environment reduces stress and fatigue, allowing employees to work more effectively and efficiently. The research method used in this study is a literature review that collects and analyzes information from various sources regarding office technology, ergonomics, and their impact on work productivity. The study found that the use of ergonomics-enabled technology in the workplace significantly increases employee happiness. Companies that invest in ergonomic technology and equipment can create a sustainable competitive advantage through a healthier and more productive workforce. This study shows that a balance between technology and ergonomics is key to creating a productive and sustainable work environment.

Legal protection for children is a very crucial aspect in efforts to ensure the fulfillment of human rights, especially for children. Children are immature people and must be protected as strictly as possible. The implementation of this legal protection still faces various challenges, including a lack of awareness among the public regarding their rights and also the existence of a culture that can sometimes conflict with the principles of human rights. This more integrated and sustainable effort from various parties, including the government and the general public, can protect a right that is carried out effectively. Education and public awareness regarding important things to protect children's rights, such as improving an environment that can develop and also the overall welfare of children.

The Villa Mutiara Serpong Pondok Jagung Complex is a dynamic environment with various social activities involving all community groups. This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to improve the entrepreneurial spirit of citizens through e-commerce training. The methods used include identifying needs, planning and implementing training programs, and evaluating results. The training carried out covers the basic principles of e-commerce, the implementation process, utilization of the marketplace, and use of social media for product promotion. The results show an increase in citizens' understanding and skills in e-commerce, which has the potential to improve local business development and community welfare.

Abstract: Behavioristic theory is important to study in the learning process, because this theory is easy to apply in educational learning in Indonesia. Learning theory is a combination of interconnected principles and explanations of a number of facts and discoveries related to learning events. This research reviews behavioristic theory and its application in learning. The aim of this research is that it can be applied in PAI learning, apart from educating cognitively, psychomotorically, it can also guide students' behavior in a better direction. The method used by the author is descriptive qualitative which attempts to explain the application of behavioristic theory so that it is able to produce changes in behavior towards students. Through this research, the author tries to reveal the application of behavioristic theory in PAI learning at SDIT Cahaya Hati Bukittinggi as well as changes in behavior that occur in students using a behavioristic theory approach. Based on the research results, it was found that the application of behavioristic learning theory to PAI learning was carried out in several stages, namely, stimulus (encouragement for the delivery of material/motivation from the teacher), response (response from students), while reinforcement/reinforcement was carried out by the teacher using the reward method, punishment, and reinforcement.
